Received my order on the door step. Driver must have threw it from car. My front door from my couch is about 8 steps yet driver was in his car when I opened the door. Can see why pizza box squashed and pizza was stuck to the lid of the box. Tried to scrape it off but was solid against lid. Can safely say I’ll never eat there again not the first time the delivery has ruined the meal.

The food from kimet is normally incredible however tonight dinner was really late, which resulted in it being cold and the chips really hard and not edible. I ordered at 1745 and it didn't arrive until 1930.

Order turned up early. Part of the order was not there. Response from the restaurant was to wait another 40 mins for the rest. Then it never turned up. Part of the order that did turn up was under cooked.

The chicken was chewy and me and my partner couldn’t eat the chicken kebabs due to this

great food as always from kismet delivery driver on the other hand needs to learn how to close a gate as my dog managed to get out which ended up with me having to go look for her luckily she wasn't far but I am near a main road it the outcome could have been so much worse

Wrong pizza delivered and other half of it was upside down and stuck to lid of box..

I often order from this take away and quality of food is great. Issue is the delivery. Had several orders with curry chips and the curry is leaking out the bag. It’s like the driver stands up the bag on its end. Then as walking down to the house swings it around.

I've used Kismet a few times not often maybe 3 times a year or so that we get a carry out. Their food has always been quite tasty and nice. But sadly this time I've got to be totally honest..... I ordered a 16inch ham and mushroom pizza with extra cheese. A large chicken pakora and a portion of chips, large doner kebab and finally an extortionate separate salad at £3.00. Didn't mind paying for the salad if it had at least more than two ingredients...... which were soggy iceberg lettuce and sliced white onion. The pizza was soggy and limp and really didn't taste as it should even the cheese (extra ordered and not delivered) was transparent..... yes it is practically see through. I mean ..... how does cheese end up being transparent? The chips were loverly and I maybe should've bought chips for our family once in a while treat this evening. Crispy and fluffy potato on the inside. Salad...... no further comment because I feel that this is an absolute rip off. Where do I start with the Chicken Pakora? £8 worth of dried out crispy chicken in a batter that would surely break and crack the best of turkey teeth. (No I don't have turkey teeth but had I bitten into these, I would've surely been suitable for cosmetic dentistry at their expense...... Should anyone wish to purchase some of these..... you would be well buying a chain saw to cut them) Husband loved the kebab..... after all they really couldnae get that bit wrong because it was plain pitta with doner and chilli sauce only. Thankfully they couldnt mess that one up. So anyway..... look at the photo they advertise and then what I actually got. Will never again buy food from Kismet. They're scraping the bottle of the barrel sending out absolute muck like I received this evening. Pointless ringing them..... nothing will ever get resolved so I post this in the hope someone (even if just 1 person) sees this and goes elsewhere. What an absolute change to their food..... (last order was some 10 months ago) New owners? New management? New business model? Either way their food has changed and it is not for the better.

Deliverd to the wrong address, person said no we didnt order anything, driver then gave to the neighbour and they all eat it. Driver should have taken my £30 order, my kids tea back to the shop. Absolutely terrible, would not order from here.

Food was lukewarm, pitta bread rock solid. Kebab was just absolutely full of onions.

Girl that answers the phone is very polite and all the staff are lovely. Food is great! Love this place

the chicken tikka pizza was mangled due to the fact ur putting the tubs is sauces in the pizza and ruining it. this is the only fault it had but it is happening alot recently. the sauce needs to be in a separate bag.

I placed my order at half 7 for 9 o'clockI thought it might be a bit later than 5 minutes late with it being a Saturday night? Food was delicious. I will definitely use this restaurant again..

Food is great but every time you order curry chips half the sauce is on the bag. Either seal them or get the drivers to not swing it over there heads when delivering

Delivery is always quick but every time I get food now it’s not like it used to be? Really disappointed with the chicken pakora and the chilli sauce had a gone off taste to it, don’t think I’ll be back which is a shame because I really like the people who work there.

I ordered for collection for me finishing work. I finish at 2345 and takes 10 minutes to drive to this restaurant. I get there and walk to the door to find the shutters down. The time is 2357. Advertised to be open untill 0000 I would have been in and out in less than a minute so they could still have closed on time. I am now sitting with no food after paying for it as they have closed that 3 minutes early with my order sitting there ready for me to collect.

Ordered large Chicken pakoras which were over cooked, the chicken inside was rubbery & the batter was hard & brittle. The chips were cold & the condensation from the box had made the chips soggy & wet. Was a waste of money. Won't buy from them again.

also phone the kismet shop to add chips and cheese onto order whixh they said can pay on arrival.. Paid the extra 6 pound when arrived but the chips and cheese were not in order.

The food didn’t turn up at all, and I received no door buzzer or phone call. Tried calling the restaurant but it was closed. I expect to receive a full refund promptly.

Delivery man tried to charge me £4.60 for delivery when I had already paid but then he tells me I was due him £2.30 because the delivery charge was apparently £4.60. I phoned the restaurant and I get even more cheek from a member of staff saying he is aloud to charge me that. £4.60 for delivery never heard of it in my life.

Food was great and delicious, only issue I had was with the delivery driver, was told to come out and collect, to see the driver not outside, I phoned driver and he said he was round the back even though I have no back entrance, so driver almost went to wrong location.

Tramps didn’t even deliver the food but taken the money.

a new skill to teach delivery drivers, called knocking. its rather simple, the delivery driver makes a fist with a hand of their choosing, then using the knuckles on the closed fist, the driver will then strike the door loudly as this will signal to the home owner of their arrival. Tying a bag to the outer gate is not useful at all, luckily it was still warm when i seen the hanging bag. cheers✌️

order was out for 40 mins for delivery. Food was cold and had to be reheated! the garlic mushrooms had leaked all over all other items as wasn't packed correctly

After the app telling me my order was being delivered, I waited over 30 minutes before phoning to ask where it was. I was told I had just left and wouldn't be long. I made a remark saying that I hoped that it hadn't been out for delivery for over half an hour as it would be cold! I waited a further 15 minutes before the food arrived. it was cold, so clearly had been out for delivery longer than the "it's just left"! phoned again to complain and was told to just reheat it! very poor service!

Garlic bread is a nice touch as I'm not a fan of pita bread, communication is spot on they take the comments section seriously and the driver was patient and professional well done kismet, keep up the good food

Always get a half pounder Turkish burger chips and curry sauce if I've been on the sauce myself!! Can't beat it.

More than 60 minutes late even when ordered well in advance and when I phoned restaurant they didn’t even have my order!! Says delivered but still don’t have my order.

My order came 1 hour and 15 minutes after it said on the app it had already been delivered. It took 4 phone calls to the restaurant to eventually have something done about it, every time i phoned they said to me it was on its way. When my order came i didn’t get any apologies by the driver or the restaurant. Then when i went to eat my pizza it was cold and soggy.

Ordered at 718 didn’t arrive for over 2 and a bit hours. Phoned several times and got told each time would be 5 to 10 mins. When arrived the food was nice but come on guys sort the times out. The delivery driver was apologetic but the poor guy shouldn’t have to be.

Used this place for the last few years and always been amazing, until the past few months when portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller yet prices still go up, my last order was so poor that i actually called and asked for it to be replaced £9 for. Wrap that was lucky if there was 15 chips on it and 5 small bits of donner, the replacement really wasn’t much better, so decided to try a take away along the road last night and for the same price I got a wrap that was bursting at the seems,

Fast preparation! The donner wrap was over a foot long! Really good but not much sauce inside. The salad is just lettuce and onion. Meaty pizza is okay, not the best but not bad. Mixed kebab was really good and juicy, especially the donner meat. I'd say overall decent for the price and recommended if you're in the area.

Calzone's are always amazing from here, is the usual person that cooks off? Tonight it was burnt and the chips were inedible, really disappointed.
