Fantastic food but I go get the delivery

Slightly disappointed as I was missing a box of plain chicken wings and then when I was eating the potato tots I ate a foreign object that was mixed in with the cheese turned out to be cardboard or paper not from the packaging box. Not usual standard

Couldn’t find my order to start with and food isn’t as good as remembered this was my favourite place to eat hadn’t had one in 3yrs as moved away.

Trying papa johns for the first time....and will definitely be the last. Absolutely woeful. Easily the worst pizza I've ever had. Way cheaper and way better just grabbing some pizzas from the asda counter the ones that you can get made up. ( other supermarket pizzas are available)

Delicious pizza, very tasty best pizza so far around here, they put Pizza Hut & dominos to shame . Delivery always on time & sometimes early & the food always arrives hot & fresh

If you don't take orders at 11 then don't advertise it, they shut a half past 10. Edit: I called them at 10:15 and they would not take my order. They clearly just couldn't be bothered. I phone up dominos and it was no issue (they also close at 11). They took my order and there pizza is better. No way am I letting this business have my custom ever again. I order loads (nearly twice a month) during COVID. Never again.

I put on the instructions to call when outside because the buzzer is broken. when he called I came straight downstairs. he shouted at me saying I was F**king wasting his time and he was ringing the buzzer. The chicken wings looked like they were still clucking, the skin was fatty and food was look warm.

My online purchase experience with Papa John's was an absolute disaster. The pizza I ordered was so awful that I ended up tossing the entire thing in the bin. It was a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise against ordering from Papa John's. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a better pizza option.

My friend and I ordered pizza from Papa John's during our holiday, and it was a complete letdown. The pizza was old, tasteless, and ended up in the bin. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I cannot recommend Papa John's based on this experience.

Highly recommend. Ordered from here a lot over the past couple years and have never had any issues. Food is delicious and has always been delivered in good time. More importantly the staff and drivers are brilliant, they have always been so friendly and provide a great service. Especially on my last order, which I hadn't even noticed I had made the mistake of clicking collect instead of delivery, but they were excellent and still turned up at my door in good time making sure I got my order, food was still hot and everything.

The pizza it’s self was good but the stuffed crust smelled weird as soon as the delivery guy gave me the box it smelled weird. It looked like the cheese had not been cooked or it was plain dough. Not happy at all

Cheeky Tuesday deal definitely makes the price a bit more justifiable. Like always, the pizza was amazing and delivery was super fast. A nice treat on occasion. If you're a fan of olives, the works is a solid choice.

So, these guys are the only place that do vegan pizzas other than dominoes. They both have pros and cons, so I'll list papa johns (KDY): Pros: - Generous with the toppings - Usually arrives warm - The 'nuggets' are tasty - Bigger pizza than dominoes - Generous with the cheeze Cons: - Expensive - This store has a bad habit of forgetting extras and drinks. The main issue with this store i really the forgetfulness. If you pay extra for something or if it's part of the deal, you'd expect it to be there. This doesn't happen every time but i'd say 1 in 4 times I've ordered something is missing.

Beat ever and nice delivery guy

Phone to chase up my order 10 mins after its due time only to be told that they didn't have it even though my £65 payment had been processed. I was ensured they would get it to me in 10 mins, half an hour later I phoned back only to be told it was out for deliver but they couldn't tell.me specifically when it would arrive because its 20minute delivery windows. 2 hours after originally ordering, my order arrived missing items with no apology or remorse from the driver. I'll never use Papa John's again.

Hello did not get delivered to me

First time but probably won't be back. Absolutely no difference in taste between both types of chicken poppers. For the extravagant price the amount of topping on the pizzas is disappointing to say the least. No juice with order but driver popped to the local shop and was back within 2 minutes so thank you to the driver.

I cannot fault Papa Johns. Again delivery was perfect.

Well, i had to finish the pizza in my oven and i'm sure the starter wasn't what i ordered.

Food wasn’t cooked properly, my partner phoned the restaurant and they reluctantly sent another one out but again food was disgusting and the delivery driver was extremely rude to my partner! Won’t be ordering again and I’d advise anyone else not to either. Waste of money would be better cooking it at home.

Tonight I waited over an hour for two pizzas I ordered online. The online tracker said they were ready after 30mins and I had to wait for another 30mins until it was actually ready. No explication as to why it was so late just "we are busy" yet every person I spoke to that had ordered for collection had ordered after me and they had been served before me. I am extremely disappointed in the Kirkcaldy papa john's as this was my first visit and I will not return due to the lack of customer service from the team and for the time taken to have my order ready. If I could leave 0 stars I would!

The pizza was the perfect compliment for the copious amount of alcohol I consumed last night, it's also currently the perfect hangover cure so that's nice.

Best papa's in fife. Staff are super nice and food is always on time and on point. The points system on the website is brilliant too, got a free pizza before! And the vegan options are brilliant. Prefer this to dominos thanks to this Papa John's.

Chose the offer of ..spend £20 on a pizza and get 50%off..all the way through price was showing the discounted price but when i had entered all my payment details and order was complete it was back to original price!😡 Asked about this when we collected our food and told to get in touch with customer services..(only open mon-fri) although website tells you to contact the store!🤷

Superb food and service. Their pizzas are far better than anything from Dominoes and much more reasonably priced as well! I’d highly recommend to anyone. I’ve ordered from them twice and have been impressed on both occasions. Easily one of the best takeaways in Kirkcaldy!

Arrived borderline cold, called about it and was rudely spoken to and refused another one. Got a refund from CC in the end. Better ingredients slogan needs addressed, processed meat, cheap cheese etc. Never again..

The meat on the pizza's are pre cooked and processed, the cheese is very very cheap. Yet the slogan is "Better ingredients" explain yourself..?!

Delivered quickly and correctly with the new COVID guidelines

Tonight we shared an American Hottest traditional thin crust. It was good but was ruined by what tasted like a sugar coating to the base Please hold on the sweetener, it ruins an otherwise very good combination.

Been ordering from Papa John's for years. Ordered today online and the transaction apparently got cancelled half way though and took me back to the main menu. Checked my bank account and the money's been taken. Called the store to explain and to be honest they were anything but helpful said I needed to contact customer services which closed 2 hours ago. So I'm the best part of £30 down and no pizza. Customer lost!

Delivered a box with nothing in it. Tried to call to explain but got no answer. Pizza was cold when it arrived

Food is delicious, shame they cant follow simple instructions like, what kind of sauce I order. Also irks me when they dont read the delivery instructions...I leave notes to leave outside on the seat, knock and leave... and they knock and wait, no regard for social distancing. And the amount of packaging is unbelievable! I asked to put same order in one box but no, I get 4! 9 jalapeno bites in one box and 10 in the other. If it wasn't for the 20% discount I wouldnt order, food is good but way too expensive for the portion sizes. I hate hot sauce, its the second time you've fkd that up, there wont be a third.

I would like to make a complaint about the Kirckaldy store. I made an order (see pictures) specified no olives!! Was delivered with olives and I called the store. Was met by complete arrogance from the woman I spoke to. Told not their problem, it’s Just Eats system that doesn’t deliver the message to them. After explaining it all was a pause and then the lady said so what do you want? What’s your problem now? Is that the way you speak with customers?? I asked to speak with a manager told no manager. Asked for a refund and told no way they will refund as it’s not there problem. Was told I can have another pizza, but at this point as I said to the staff after the way she spoke to me I don’t trust them to make me Another pizza! It was truly disgusting and disappointing I will share my experience everywhere.

Cant rate this place highly enough, I stay in Dunfermline and i work in Kirkcaldy and the pizzas from this restaurant are 10x better than the one in Dunfermline! the staff bend over backwards to make sure you are fed properly! great bunch of guys that will always get my custom when im hungry at work! keep it up!

Pizza tasted fine, but was only slightly warm on arrival despite being inconveniently very early (I was assisting my partner is hospital), and we felt overall it was somewhat overpriced. Pizza box had a bunch of more reasonable deals on a leaflet not visible on just eat to rub it in.

I'm pretty sure my pizza would have been good, but never had the chance to eat it as I returned from the shop and the b*****d dog had eaten it.

Ordered chicken and pepperoni, with a stuffed crust after been 45mins late, got cheese and tomato, with bits of sausage, no stuffed crust, paid the extra got nothing!!! Very annoyed, no satisfaction when contacting restaurant, just talked over the top of me!!!!!

I received the wrong order. On calling restaurant, it became apparent they had received the wrong info from Just Eat. They replaced my pizza within 20 minutes and were very nice about it. Excellent customer service.

Great pizzas with a good discount - only prob;lem was the freign server had difficulty understandin us.

Rapido service but the food was very poor quality and ridiculously over priced. An absolute rip off in fact. Chicken poppers were soggy. Jalapeño melt things were disgusting. Finally, the pizza was no better than a supermarket freezer one. Never again.
