Istanbul Kebab House in Fife

I called to ask if they are Halal, the man only said “why?” And I responded with because I am Muslim. He then hung up the phone. I wanted to order the pasta.

Ordered as usual on just eat, order was cancelled within 5 mins. Phoned and made and ordered, girl on the phone was lovely, let me order over the phone. Usual delivery time, pizza was delivered, 2 x diet drinks instead of full fat (not the end of the world) but pizza was covered in olives. (Ordered pepperoni with garlic - on just eat and the phone) Called restaurant to confirm my order, which was correct. Girl hung up on me as she answered the phone with the wrong restaurant name, and didn’t offer anything other than a new pizza, but we had already waited for this one so picjed them all off. Usually order from here weekly but defo going downhill recently

I can only apologise, I've just been in and said the chilli sauce wasn't any good. I'm sorry, doner chips cheese and coleslaw, absolutely fire

We ordered a chicken kebab, and we got a huge portion with garlic sauce and lettuce. The kebab was delicious, and the garlic sauce was even tastier. The service was very nice. We were there for the first time, and before ordering, we got to try the meat with sauce. We haven't had such a service for a long time. I recommend it with all my heart!!!!

The closest thing I’d compare the kebab too is leather.. absolutely vile

Got two backed potatoes and they tasted like chemicals we couldn’t eat it at all phoned and got told to get in touch with just eat and we will get a refund and then they said they couldn’t give us one

The food was horrible the nan bread was soggy and dowey the pizza was chewy also for the price of the meal it was not worth £59

Rubbish service on a Monday night nearly 2 Hour wait when phoned did not care will not be back When food came was very cold as been in car for over 30 mins will not return When I phoned people on phone very rude shouting at me would not let me speak

Pizza like cardboard burnt barley edible and chips are disgraceful went straight in the bin, also wouldnt answer the phone when i wanted to know where my order was, worst place going wont ever come back !

The food was very good! However the delivery was not so good, we were staying at a local hotel and normally the Driver would call us to say they had arrived, he did not call! Instead our food sat in reception for nearly 1 hour before we got it! Cold and also it looked like the food had been dropped as the packageing was ripped and the food In inedible. We left our number at time of order. Shame as there are 30 of us staying at this hotel, we will now go elsewhere! £38 for nothing!

We originally stopped by to grab takeout while visiting the nearby town, and we couldn’t resist coming back to try the same menu items. Our favorite was the Lisa Pizza—highly recommend giving it a try!

I thought the coleslaw would be in a separate container as the chips were cold. And the sauce on the kebab was not the same quality as we have had previously. The sauce was extremely spicy it spoiled the food. Dont think we will be ordering again.

got a notification to say food delivered when we hadn't received it, when I phoned the restaurant said they were bringing it out now, the food was cold. obviously had been missed and been sitting in the car for a while

There were no any beans on the pizza it was forgot from your part.

Food was freezing when it got here, was well over an hour to be delivered and the salad was inedible as the chicken tasted bad. Usually the food is piping hot, tasty and around 45 mins but this was not good! :(

Disappointed with two scrawny bits of lamb on the kofta burger. Looks very unappetising and seemed overpriced

A big fan of chips and doner, doner wrap, shawarma wrap and cheese sarbeni. Staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I go to Istanbul takeaway once every week and never they have ever disappointed.

I ordered chips with chicken curry and cheese. I'd rate it 2/10! Absolute garbage. Small chips, stringy tasteless cheese, little curry and dried up small pieces of chicken that tasted a bit like bbq and salty! Couldn't eat it. It was also just warm and no more when it arrived.

Think they clean the floors with oil extremely slippy , got pakoras and they went straight into the bin the chicken looked grey Inside Will never be back

Ordered a collection last night, food was decent however the base on the pizza was horrible, bought in pre cooked,too thick and doughy,why not make your own dough or buy it in raw frozen,will not be back.

Food was chucked into a box without any care. Delivery driver complaining about how he can't find the place even though the postcode is correct and then saying I "should correct it". Definitely not worth the wait or money. Won't be ordering again

Shouldn't really take an hour and a half for food that was supposed to be 45 minutes. Said it had been delivered until I asked for an update via text then apparently they were just making it. It arrived and was barely warm

everything was cold which Is quite unusual. bit disappointing considering it was nearly a £30 pound order for a kebab and a portion of donner meat. salad sauce was missing as well.

Chicken pakora was awful, 8 bits were given. 7.5ish bits were not touched. Chips were semi cooked and soggy. Pizza was ok. Spent over £28 and most food was left - waste of money unfortunately.

Food was delivered 1 hour 20 minute later . Order was paid online but driver demanded extra £6.50 for delivery and was very rude ! If itsvout if delivery range shop coipd call ams cancel the order. Rather thn driver at my door holding food and wanting more money ! Well never gonna order from them again . Also food cold

Delivery time melts getting pushed back and the status was updated as delivered for about 10-15 mins before we even got our food which was cold

Fantastic food and great delivery

Great donner wrap, meat was flavoursome without being too spicy. The wrap was a smashing change from the dry pitta breads you get in many places. Recommended.

Took over an hour to arrive. Chips were burnt and all food was cold and not up to usual standard.

Ordered at 6:30pm and 8pm food still not delivered. Phoned up to check and the guy was really rude and dismissive. The order hadn’t even been sent out. 2 hour plus wait for pizza.

No chilli sauce or salad on kebab and no sauce on hoggie. Given the price the charge would be nice if they got it right

The delivery was late, but it didn’t matter at all. It was a busy Saturday night and the food arrived piping hot and really good quality. Lamb was tender and nicely seasoned, chicken was the same - chips hot and crispy. Staff are lovely too. Really recommend! Ordered from them a few times and they are normally early, glad that they are busy and getting good business. Will be ordering from here again, as always.

Little disappointed as the wraps we ordered did not arrive with the sauces we requested. Tried to call and explain but was told they did. Not what I expected as a regular customer and poor customer service.

Their food is nice, however they keep increasing their prices way to much and now is not worth the money.

Good was great, it got here way earlier than it said it would be! It said around 19:20 and it got here at 19:02

Online had said it was delivered when infact it wasn't ready at the take away. We called to find out it would be even longer than expected. They should update their app to give corect information and if running very late some form of notification to the costumer. Poor effort from a normally good service.

Superb Istanbul 12” Pizza. Incredible Service. The Staff are the Best every time. I’ve had multiple visits banging Pakora. Vegetable pizza is class which I didn’t expect. Chips Cheese and curry sauce and the half ponder cheese burger with jalepeno and garlic sauce amazing.

This food was disgusting! The bag and wrapping it was delivered 8n was soaking wet! The doner wrap was stone cold, was due to be delivered at 5.50pm-6.10pm it arrived at 7pm after I called the takeaway and had them hang up on me!!! Disgusting attitude towards customers

Food was just warm got half a portion of Donner meat and chips with some cheese no worth the money at all.

Kofta and shish kebab very good.
