Papa John's Pizza in Fife

I usually love the price and the pizza, but last night I was given a gnat-infested pizza and now they are everywhere

Just had a pizza with mushrooms and sausage, was just fabulous, the dude George that works there is a proper legend and he's quite funny too :) 😀

Not cooked. Got replaced and still not cooked. Just dough. Expensive mistake. Shame. Must be new cook as has been ok prior.

Rory James and George are legend's and they gave us a £15 discount on the pizza. we ordered small which was 4.99 but me my 2 brothers and my friend had to share it so they decided to give us a medium pizza love ya boys

I'd never heard of Pissa until I went here and it blew my mind I don't know who this person papa is they certainly know how to make good food

While staying at the caravan park we took advantage of the BOGOF offer and ordered a large pepperoni and a large cheese and tomato pizza. Service was quick, staff were very friendly, and the pizza themselves were lovely. Two large pizzas were enough to feed four of us.

Ordered tonight but shocking customer service and I was overcharged. The food was tasteless and dripping in grease. The only thing edible was the ice cream. Total waste of money.

Food was exactly what we ordered! Delivery driver was lovely! We ordered the new wheat free base as someone in our family is gluten free. The pizza came uncut which was perfect, great to see that they follow the rules for cross contamination! Pizzas tasted phenomenal. Very good service! We will definitely be back!!

We had a large pizza and we tryed the discount that didn't work. £30 for a pizza that was tasteless no flavour at all. Staff were friendly, but I'm afraid I wouldn't return. 😔

Ordered via app from St Andrews store, apparently app was down so after waiting an hour and a half went in to the store to find out what was happening only to be told the app is down, no contact from the store to tell us the situation. Pizza and sides cold.

Papa Johns is one of my favorite pizza brands, they provided brilliant indoor delivery and really fast!

Friendly and helpful and very efficient

First time having Papa John's, it was pretty good, tasty, marginally better than domino's. Not cheap, but 241 on a Tuesday made it a decent price.

First time at St andrews branch last Thursday, popping back thru fir tea tonight... Helpful Happy staff & pizza was delish...

I'm not big into takeaway pizzas ( because of the cost and diet problem ) but I must admit their new Greek pizza with Feta cheese and olives was lovely. The pepperoni one was a bit heavy and greasy though ! Two for one deal for £20 - I suppose that's ok considering it costs peanuts to buy the ingredients ! I'm told it's the 4th busiest Papa Johns in Scotland - due to all the rich students !!

Went in for a pizza to take home after work, staff were very friendly, helpful and the pizza was great!

Me and my sister ordered a pizza through the app. The app was very easy to use. When we went to collect our meal there was a table at the door, so we couldn’t access the shop. A staff member approached us and we told her our order number. She rudely replied “we can’t actually see the order number, so” Otherwise, the food was good and very enjoyable. Pizza was excellent and the prices were reasonable. Overall enjoyed the food but staff were very rude to us.

Thought I’d treat my kids to a large pizza for £7.99 thought great. Went to order it took two of them to take my order of pepperoni pizza and potato tots. Then finally told me a price of £14:98 I says how if the pizza is £7.99 and potato tots are only £4.99 which comes to £12.98 they said that that was the best deal they could get me which was totall bull as I would of been cheaper ordering it myself on my phone it’s only about £2 difference but still. I wasn’t very happy feel like I got ripped off and she didn’t seem to care. There normally great and have never had any problems but she also tried to over charge my friend who luckily clicked on before I did. It put me in a bit of a bad mood so to say.. so if your ordering make sure your not being over charged!

Do not order in person. There is a large table preventing access to order so you have to stand outside. They don't give receipts and overcharge you possible pocketing the difference. Reported to corporate office.

Never had a bad pizza from Papa Johns, the mains reason we’re staying at the campsite is because of Papa Johns!!! Ps. Poppy is on guard looking after the starters!!!

bog standard pizza. had it not been BOGOF this is way expensive. 2x12 inch pizzas, one garden party and one chicken club with 2 sides cost £30. That's half price. you wait 40 mins to get something you can get from supermarket that you can cook yourself in the less time that tastes just like a pizza plus get a bottle of wine to go with and still pay less.

Had the 2 for 1 Tuesday offer last night. Never had a papa johns pizza before...very disappointing. They didnt have much taste...very bland...also ths dips we got were disgusting. I work in Asda and the pizzas we sell there are 100 times better.

Delivery always on time and very friendly! They have a lot of vegan options, too. Best student discounts compared to other Restaurants. American-Style Pizza.

Cracking pizza, staff were great and deliver the pizzas straight to our caravan.

The best pizza I’ve had in a long long time! Quality was 5 star and the customer service was fantastic. The lady in charge was very COVID aware, she was making sure everyone was wearing face masks to serve customers. I can’t wait to return!

Its the worst undercooked pitza to be ever presented to customer. Very unhappy. Called the branch to complain and it was like talking to a 5 year old. All the complaints procedure I was told was wrong. I had to go back to the website...

I'm so glad they opened a Papa John's in St. Andrews, they are much better than the alternative pizza places in town, and more convenient if you live in the south side. I've ordered a few times and they've always been very quick, with friendly delivery drivers, and the food arriving piping hot! Highly recommend.
