Good large pot of tea. They advertise homemade cakes on the menu, but there are no homemade cakes at all, only ready-made and pre-packaged ones. There are lots of old leftovers and crumbs in the chairs.

I wrote an excellent review for this cafe last year, however this year I have removed that review as this cafe is dreadful. Toasties are made from cheap bread and fillings, a small fish is the size of a pen in batter, prices are far too high for what you are getting, staff aren’t coping during busy times. I’ve not had a great experience this year. Won’t be back.

Arrived at 11.45 and requested junior breakfast as part of overall order. Informed hot food isn't sold until 12 noon. Ordered hot drinks to wait until that time to order. At 12 noon, tried to order the junior breakfast again to be told breakfast time finished at 11.15! Mixed messages or incomplete information from staff. Very disappointed.

Absolutely shocking the prices and portions of the chips I got for lunch. £4.50-£5.50 for chips and curry sauce that are literally in a bowl smaller than a tin of £2.10 tin of iron bru 🤯. After asking for a refund because there was no way I was paying all that for about 15 chips, the so called supervisor who was covered in piercings, (very unhygienic serving and working with food) came over and tried to make a scene, waving her arms around, talking to me like a child. Absolutely shocking service. No people skills what so ever and very rude.

The worst macaroni I’ve ever had. Went here as the restaurant was fully booked. Although all night there were only a handful of tables occupied. I would suggest no staff rather than overbooked which is a shame as has so much potential. The macaroni was worse than tinned macaroni. Chips were ok. Disappointing and won’t be back. Again if this place was good would go back again and again.

Lovely holiday park, but stopped in for lunch today and the food was terrible. It was really busy as Easter holiday and the girl who served us was lovely, however £10.50 for a large fish supper and we literally got 1 bit of frozen fish with a poke of chips. Also ordered chips and cheese for £3.50, you’d expect it to maybe come in a large box - no, it came in a tiny polyester box with a sprinkle of chips - don’t get me wrong the chips were OK but wow definitely not value for money and you’d expect decent quality fish when in fife.

Absolutely terrible. Long wait for service and food, cutlery we has to ask for, food came out cold and when we returned it no one came to check when it came out a second time. I could not eat the burger, I took one bite as it was so chewy and blood on the bun. When we went to the counter to show her the food and get a refund the lady said nothing and walked off and it then took 7 people in totally to sort out the refund without them speaking to me. No manger came out,the staff just spoke amongst themselves and said the manager told them to sort the refund Only one waitress apologised but the rest made no effort at all.

Clean modern cafe with a dog friendly section and a covered outside seated area. Friendly cheerful staff. Eat in food available at certain times of the day and a small selection of takeaway food available. Restricted operating hours outside of high season. Reasonable prices for well cooked food and drinks

Was at this cafe last night for tea, burger bun was hard in parts and tasteless, chips were cold. 2 had cheese burgers, 1 macaroni and cheese, 1 small fish supper, batter was soggy, chips cold, we got sauce sachets that tasted nothing like tomato or brown sauce. Will not visit this place again extremely disappointed.

We visited the Mirador and had a selection of things from full breakfasts to coffee and cake. They didn't offer any milk alternatives unfortunately (rare these days) so I settled for a black americano. The coffee was very nice, much better than expected. But the Millionaires slice was the beat I've had yet. Lovely and clean building. Would highly recommend a visit before/after a visit to the play park across the road.

Lovely cafe with a modern decor. It was very clean and staff are lovely. We ordered adult and kids meals which we all enjoyed. The price of the meals on the menu seemed quite cheap but once we ordered it was about £15 dearer than I expected. I wasn't given a receipt and dealing with a sickly tired child I didn't have a chance to question it. I can only assume the cans of coke were approx £3.50 each since the price of drinks wasn't on the menu or advertised anywhere. I will return but I'll be asking for a receipt in future. I do think 3.50 is really steep for a regular can of juice.

Had lunch here after just arriving. We sat outside at first but the wasps got the better of us so came inside and the staff helped us move inside and put tables together for us. The staff were friendly. We ordered burgers and chips from the light bites menu and a kids sausage chips and beans. The food was really good and definitely offered value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We entered the Mirador cafe today and felt as if we had intruded - no welcome or even a friendly smile. The cafe is really nice inside, the food is good but quite expensive. There is no Wi-fi available for customers to use which was a shame as none of us could get internet on our phones and we were trying to arrange an alternative activity to the outdoor activity we had planned as the weather was bad.

Good tasty lunches offered by very pleasant helpful staff, they didn't mind us requesting boiling water each time we visited for the babies bottle even though they are probably used to this they always brought it over to us with a smile. The banana muffins are delicious try one next time you visit.

I liked the fittings, furniture and food! Mirador offer a take-away breakfast for a fiver, which looked like very good value, but I'd already had mine! Excellent coffee and a pleasant young waitress. This, and the more up-market (next door)restaurant do the popular caravan park proud. It's a winding road down to it, but very welcoming!

1 x 12 inch pizza, 1 x portion of chips and cheese, 1 cheeseburger on its own, 2 small tubs of sauce. £25. Incredible. Food was average at best, and pizza super greasy. Won’t be back.

Bit pricey since I was last here...so for a 1/4 pounder with chips and cheese...2 cans of cola and a portion of chicken pakora that was cut in half pakoras inedible hockey pucks....£17.50.... pretty unbelievable. I was shocked when he told me the price i genuinely thought he'd made a mistake. Won't be back.
