Holiday takeaway, fish n chips slightly small portion for the price, kebab was lovely but 2nd visit the pizza was fabulous 👌 and chips. Easy food no stress. Guys very helpful. Place was packed on Friday

Scampi and chips just ok, chips with curry sauce@ £4 50, had to search for sauce, feel I gave been done. Poor show

The hamburger was very greasy & didn't look appetizing at all. I managed a bite but that was all. The steak pie wasn't much better & only managed a few bites. My partner said his fish was ok.

Edit..... It's now June 2024. We enjoyed our fish and chips but the mushy peas were pretty much soup. Watery and bland, absolutely disgusting 🤢. Really disappointed. Covid safe ordering at the door. Food was prepared quickly and was piping hot. Can definitely recommend the fish and chips 😁

asked for no chips but got chips. asked for red sauce no red sauce what is going on🤣

Food awful. They don't take bank cards and refuse to give receipts... If you see the staff running the place then all will be clear why . Inland Revenue - hint, it is time to pay them a visit..

The food is good. But I had to pick it up. No delivery, which was a problem.

The reason for only 4 stars is that I was overcharged by £6.00 and had to bring to the attention on the seller, which I got back.

Maybe I was hungry? The fish chips were crunch and tasty! one order came with two big pieces of fish. Perfect to make a fish salad.

Phoned the order in, was told 15 minutes. Entered shop and was told order was ready, it wasn't. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Food was ok. Best avoided.

Great service and great food! Ordered for 18 people. Phoned & went to collect. Good team of staff working well together to get it ready and were all really kind. Unfortunately they had missed one pizza and one of the staff very kindly delivered it. Will definitely be back

Very friendly local takeaway off Tom Morris Drive in south side of St Andrews. Wide selection of items all freshly prepared to order and very friendly staff. Calzone recommended. Cash only. Worth a visit although they do offer delivery.

Dino's is a few blocks from our house, and was the first place we bought food from when we moved in. We are slowly making our way through the menu. The Fish&Chips are really good and the pizzas are also worth getting. They only take cash in the shop but their online ordering system takes cards for both delivery or pickup. I have never managed to get the online system to accept any of my cards (maybe because I am an "international man of mystery" and my cards have unusual, mostly non-UK billing addresses?) but Dino's does have an ATM just a few metres away, so that has not been a real problem. We just order online for cash pickup, then get cash at the ATM if needed. The staff and everyone waiting in line have always been friendly, and the place has a real neighbourhood feel with lots of regular customers.

Good valued the food seems to have gotten much better recently.

Shocking service. Ordered delivery arrived cold and missing a burger that helps been ordered. Phoned staff was giving multiple excuses why it had not arrived and promised it was on its way. 40 mins later still not arrived phoned back and when asked where food was staff hung phone up. Discounted as have used them before but never again shocking way to treat customers

🌟🌟🌟🌟✨4.7 (based on 1.Freshness, 2.Freedom of Creation, 3.Taste, 4.Quality/Price, 5.Looks) had a burger at Dino's in St.Andrews, great, made to my instructions, choice of different toppings and definitely Flame grilled, I had a Half pounder (double Whopper at Burgerking, visited the new shop in Cupar/Fife, safe your money there👎) coated in Chilli Sauce while grilling, topped with Mozzarella Cheese, Onions, Burger Sauce + a little bit of Garlic Sauce, Salad and Tomatoes. All in all very filling on it's own no chips need and NO HeartBurns. You wanna nice Juicy Burger 🍔 go to Dino's in the town of Golf ⛳

This establishment offers a delivery service, we ordered two Doner Kebabs, after repeated phone calls or order arrived after 2 hours, food was luke warm portions of sauce were very small ( large kebab same size sauce as small kebab), Food was quite tasty after we had reheated it, but delivery so slo, we will never use again

Was regular customer until tonight but won't be back. Made an order online and even though I was there for the 10 minutes stated to pick up, thought I would go to the shop and get juice first. On going into dinos was asked if I had already placed my order, to which I replied I had online. Told my order would be ready in a few minutes. After waiting a further 10 minutes by my Collection time was then asked what I had ordered and they were putting in now. I replied no that wasn't acceptable I was already waiting double expected time and wasn't willing to wait longer. I was then told just because I was told 15 minutes doesn't mean it had to be ready in 15 minutes, I replied it was 10 minutes actually and if I get told a time I expect in that time. Was then told the donner meat wasn't ready and that was the reason for my wait and other people waiting in shop had ordered before me despite me ordering 10 minutes before going to the shop. Demanded my money back and cancelled the order. Thanks but no thanks won't be back and far preferred my jahangir in it's place!!

My favourite takeaway in St. Andrews. Great value for money compared to other takeaways in town, generous portions and a wide range of food to chose from. Staff are also very friendly even when busy. The chicken kebabs are particularly tasty.

No que so was better than waiting nearly an hour in the centre

2nd time I have used them, the first being last year. last year the missed several items from my online order and I had to drive back. This time I placed another online order and double checked it in the car just in case . All seemed well until I made it up the road and they had missed the sauce and salad on our shish kebabs. so for £7 I had one dry pitta bread and 6 chunks of dry chicken. The fact the have made errors on both visit even when the 2nd one they were not that busy shows you how chaotic this place is. Having read the other reviews it seems this is definitely a place to avoid and I won't bother a third time as I really don't trust them to get a large order right again!

Would not go back to this place. Was really ill with what I had. Went to the doctors and was told it was what I had took a week to get over it. NEVER AGAIN 😡

Really disappointed after our takeaway last wait. Used regularly on previous visits to St Andrews. Were encouraged by the great reviews and previous experience. Portions very small compared to usual, obviously bought in frozen onion rings, no batter on smoked sausage as requested. No contact less payment. All staff displaying a variety of mask wearing - round the arm whilst leaning over food creating someone's order, under the chin, none at all. Appreciate it is hot work, but with no perspex screen and a number of people working close together it is concerning.

Doner Kebab-£6.30 for small kebab,dearest I've had. Staff added COLD Chilli sauce and some other COLD sauce from chiller cabinet?. Have never seen this before,any Kebab I've bought had HOT Chilli sauce (temperature wise) added. By the time I got home kebab was cold and meat looked dried up,not the best experience I've had,you live and learn eh? All sauces were added directly to Kebab and were NOT served seperately,cold sauces?? Ive never had this before,so cold sauces plus salad from chiller=cold kebab,end of.

Was really looking forward to this after great reviews and a warm welcome by the owner. Had a hoagie and there was barely any chips and Donner meat was like leather. Really disappointed.

Had to drop someone off on st andrews and was starving when I got there so I suggested this place as it was round the corner. Was a but skeptical for a custom kebab for £10 and was like oh it's just st andrews pricing compared to what I am used to in dundee. I got a chicken shish and donnor kebab wrap. My god it was like a foot long and was the best tasting kebab I had. Well worth the price. I will 100% be back

Yet again my partner went here without thinking, my scampi was smothered in salt though we didn’t ask for salt and burnt, went in the bin and the kebab was that good we left most of it! Waste of money!

Always something missing when you pick it up or get it delivered, check quickly!

After being a regular customer I won't be back. Picked up an order and the steak pie was one stage off of being black and took a steak knife to hack through it. Possibly a left over from lunch time which should have been binned several hours ago. Phoned to complain and was offered a replacement meal which I was happy with. Fast forward 15 minutes to the delivery driver calling to tell me I would have to pick it up as he wasn't delivering (probably due to the fact I wouldn't be paying delivery) Abysmal service from somewhere we normally enjoy eating. Shall not be back.

Awesome Pizza. Has to be one of the best and most fresh pizzas I have ever had. Super tasty! The staff were excellent, chatty and welcoming. Got to be the best take away in Fife!

Just ok. Positives are freshly cooked and large portion size for the price. White pudding very stoggy and fish very thin so at some places more batter than fish. Pleasant staff. Would not go out of my way to go back here. Not a patch on others I have reviewed on this site such as the Stonehaven chip shop.

Brilliant takeaway! The staff are very friendly and helpful (they gave me a free drink because of a long wait) If you want a cheeky kebab at a good price, they beat the competition by miles on customer service alone; food is amazing to boot!

Absolutely fabulous take away place, everything is cooked fresh and you can see them cooking your meal. Sauces to die for well worth ordering your food from dino's you will not regret it its definitely a taste sensation.

At the caravan park in St. Andrews and called here for delivery after waiting well over an hour I called and was told it would be 15 minutes, We had to walk to main reception to pick it up as they were too busy to come along with it! When we received food delivery driver said he was too busy for deliveries 🤷🏻‍♂️... donnor meat cold chips cold won’t be back 👎

Just visited Dino's for the first time. Fabulous super friendly service. The gentleman behind the counter asked if it was our first time there. When we said yes he offered us some doner and chicken kebab to taste. Food was super fresh and really tasty. We will be back and throughly recommend visiting.

This is my local takeaway and every time I've been there the food's always been awesome. I always return home to consume it frantically like a werewolf that hasn't eaten in a week. I can only really speak for the quarter pounder (everything on it, extra salad, burger relish) and the chips (extra cheese on the chips please), although I always have five or eight minutes of waiting to cast my eye on the other great dishes these guys are preparing..........everything looks good. Pizzas, kebabs, fish and chips, a variety of burgers.......the usual. I know this is neither especially specific or articulate but hey. Prices fair, portion sizes more than fair. Service efficient, straightforward and polite. Nice warm environment in which to wait, comfy leatherette seat liners hugging the wall. Never a shortage of places to take the weight off. What else can I say....? Just a straight up awesome takeaway place. In my humble opinion. I'll personally be back soon as I possibly can (without risking excessive weight gain). :)

You HAVE to try their chicken kebab! Succulent chicken sliced and served with quality chilli or garlic sauce. Very tasty! The lamb kebab is juicy with a nice char from the grill. Freshly made pizza...Just the right amount of topping so it's not soggy and cooked the way I like it...cheese just starting to crisp. Perfect!

17 of us were staying at Cairnsmill Caravan site so decided to order from here for collection as it wasn’t far away. The food was ready on time, everyone enjoyed what they had & it was good value for money
