Phoned and complained about few strands of doner meat in munchie box full of chips n told you only get a few strands in a £13 box. Never again

Great quality food, great service every time, been ordering for many years and will do so in the future.

Saying our order has been delivered but we haven’t received our order

We order from caspian quite a lot and it is always really good quality and arrives within the specified time. Today it was 35 minutes late and stone cold. Really disappointing as this is usually our favourite take away.

1st time having korma pizza it was spot on 👍

My wife ordered an omelette for £9.00 and was very small probably made with 2 eggs shocking price.

Customer service is a disgrace, food got dumped on my doorstep, and was told by an extremely unhelpful boy, with poor customer service that "delivery drivers dont have time to hang around n wait for you!" He needs to rethink his job role!

The food was cold & inedible, had to put it in the bin, I will never use this place again, disgusting.... The delivery driver was friendly, pay him more 😔

Incomplete not large by any means bought for sharing at £17 I expected more, called to make sure I had right order, had to speak to 3 different people before I was understood (? I'm from Scotland) offered to send items missing ? No good to me ..

Spicy chicken was closer to a soggy warm paste filled tortilla. No cheese as asked, no sauce and no salad.

Terrible experience with customer service and reliability. I ordered ice cream a few days back and I paid £1 for extra flake pieces (50p per flake) and I received just ice cream without the flake.They said order nexttime forflake Nextorder was worse

Terrible service ordered a waffle that comes with an additional max 3 ice creams, 1st one free and then pay per small tub. Phoned to let them know I’m missing the two tubs I’ve paid for it’s now 23.30 at night when I phoned at 22.30 to let them know.

Absolute horrible ordered a vindaloo pizza , more like spice chicken and hardly any on it , was burned too and one off slices they scraped it off to see if burned all way through don't go there

Placed an order, waited 2 and a half hours then phoned for the 2nd time to be told it’s been delivered? Drivers went to the wrong door and someone’s accepted the order through their Ring doorbell. Girl got a new order sent to us within 30 mins. Food was actually good as well, just the delivery was a carry on

Fantastic and delicious the delivery person was amazing.

Ordered 2 cans of Fanta and was sent vimto. Also did not get any cheese on the fries with the burger after I paid extra for cheese. Not great and will probably go elsewhere next time.

They forgot our juice that we paid for and also felt like the biggest box of chips ever had these many a times and always been good plenty in but there was hardly any doner meat and only 2 chicken pieces … this time very disappointing.. only time though mostly u would rate 5 star but from this delivery i would rate it 2 x

Everything was good but the bubble tea tasted horrible it had black bits in it as well and I got mango bubbles and strawberry juice in it

Wraps could of been toasted a bit more, just too soft, like they were microwaved. The Lamb Bhoona filling was tasty though, nice and spicy.

We're regulars to Caspian in Temple hall. What used to be a 10/10 takeaway is now a 0. Every order has an issue, are they deliberately sabotaging orders at this point! One of the items I ordered was 3 scoops of ice cream and not for the first time I received 2. Times before this I've received 1 scoop or no ice cream at all ! It's literally on the online order you cannot misunderstand the order. So what's going on at Caspian ? The annoying thing is the food is actually good but the awful customer service and the constant mistakes mean I don't recommend Caspian anymore.

Terrible, no mention of chilli sauce on dish in the description, smothered in chilli sauce, inedible due to the heat of the sauce, waste of money

Ordered the 16" jumbo munchy box to feed 3. Was horrible, box was literally filled with 75% chips, a wee corner of Donner, a few bits pakora, a handful of bhajis and a couple of tandoori wings which were not cooked right. The amount of chips compared to meat in this box is atrocious and for £21 I'd expect more. Called to complain but didn't seem interested so won't be ordering here again in a hurry.

I asked for no sauces on Burgers. chicken one was smothered in Mayo..Had to put in Bin. Both Buns were toasted black .

Had a Calzone and chicken pikora Calzone was well and truly under cooked and the Chicken Pakora was like rubber, used to be good but last few times never been that good. The staff swearing behind the counter luckily no kids in the shop at the time.

№1. The amount of meat is not reasonable for the price. №2. The paper becomes saturated with oils and ends up with food that cannot be separated. №3. Spicy seasonings are good, but not all people like spices.

Pizza was fine, wrong base type but it happens and not really an issue. Chips were really soggy. But shop forgot to send juice with driver. Wouldn’t normally even write a review but hats off to driver for going back to shop & bringing it back when he could’ve just said - take it up with Just Eat. We’d finished food but was nice of him. Thought they’d maybe have chucked an extra tin in or something for the inconvenience but, they didn’t. Anyways, high five for the driver. He’s a ged egg.

My full order was saturated in garlic butter all over everything and I paid 3 pound for a flavour of juice I don't like because i got sent the melon instead of pineapple. My full house stinks of garlic butter and I've had to wash my covers because when I've opened my order watery garlic butters went everywhere.
