Terrible, no mention of chilli sauce on dish in the description, smothered in chilli sauce, inedible due to the heat of the sauce, waste of money

№1. The amount of meat is not reasonable for the price. №2. The paper becomes saturated with oils and ends up with food that cannot be separated. №3. Spicy seasonings are good, but not all people like spices.

Pizza was fine, wrong base type but it happens and not really an issue. Chips were really soggy. But shop forgot to send juice with driver. Wouldn’t normally even write a review but hats off to driver for going back to shop & bringing it back when he could’ve just said - take it up with Just Eat. We’d finished food but was nice of him. Thought they’d maybe have chucked an extra tin in or something for the inconvenience but, they didn’t. Anyways, high five for the driver. He’s a ged egg.

Instant review - Updating my last couple of reviews. Caspian used to be amazing like proper amazing. Not anymore and I highly recommend you don't order from Caspian. Something, or someone has changed. Place an app order and you *must* phone them to make sure they've actually received the order otherwise you run the risk of never receiving your food because, for reasons unknown, they don't always receive the order on their end. The food is always missing something, drivers are always having to come back with someone. Tonight it was the Waffle, rang them he knew right away I said are you going to send a fresh one, yes a fresh one. Guess what arrived ? A stone cold waffle. Other food was cold too, so enough is enough we've given them more then enough chances to sort themselves out they've lost a loyal customer who frequently spends a lot of money with them. They've also recently increased their prices immensely. Cold foot, missing food, misleading delivery time's and orders placed but not received. It's a no from us. From a 10/10 to a Zero out of 10

My full order was saturated in garlic butter all over everything and I paid 3 pound for a flavour of juice I don't like because i got sent the melon instead of pineapple. My full house stinks of garlic butter and I've had to wash my covers because when I've opened my order watery garlic butters went everywhere. I am 3/4 mins up the road. Spoke to a polite lady who said she can’t do nothing apart from give me a discount for the next order ( no thanks) or wait another hour plus as they are busy.

I have to say that Caspian have definitely upped the ante, used them a year ago & was very disappointed, but recently we used them again & couldn’t fault the food at all, it was excellent.

The delivery was late. I had to phone to find out where my food was. Restaurant not helpful at all. When the food arrived it was stone cold. Also, food was wet and saugy

Food wasn’t ready in time but still tasted good even though there was just a tiny bit of spiced onions and no fried mushrooms at all in calzone … would have have less stars for no mushrooms or lack of spiced onions … but cos I ordered extra cheese on it that made it yummy … next time I will be checking for these and returning if not inside calzone as it does make the calzone

very small portion considering it was meant to be a large kebab , very dry and chewy , cattle grade at best,won't order again !!

Specified no fresh tomatoes however pizza was sent with fresh tomatoes on it, so not eaten. What’s the point in having a box to write stuff in if it’s not read or ignored.

Order was early. I got the munchy box was warm and the chips vastly outweighed anything else in the box. There was 1 samosa and not much donor meat. The box was filled with chips. I wont be going back here for this at all. Also ordered a specific calypso juice and they sent the wrong one. All in all a disappointment

Received a call to say my order could not be filled as restaurant did not have ingredients. Changed my order to a different chicken dish ....has chicken and banana. Unfortunately upon beginning to eat it I found lots of banana and no chicken ! Line engaged when I called.

Ordered Deep Pan pizza but got a thin and crispy one instead. Delivery driver was rude and totally impatient in the space of 30sec that it took for a wheelchair user to get to the door he battered my door repeatedly and went and got in his car,he was rude and abrupt upon speaking with him. Appalling the delivery drivers I have had repeatedly have always been really nice,helpful and respectful. This guy was none of those things,not a good look for the place drivers behaving like that. Delivered early

I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were perfect but I ordered a thin and crispy margarita but the base was too thick and it wasn't cooked properly, I had to put it in my oven. I order from here a lot but I've never had this before.

Had asked as always for no fresh tomatoes and it came with fresh tomatoes on top of pizza.

There’s no way that my pizza was freshly made,it looked and tasted like a pizza that had perhaps been cooked and kept warm or re warmed, wasn’t nice at all chucked a waste of money. Don’t get me wrong I like a quick delivery but for me it was to quick which also made me think it wasn’t freshly made, I’d rather my delivery took a bit of time and I got it freshly made.

Ok I normally don’t have any issues with this takeaway. However. The quantity of food against what it cost was very poor. I ordered a chicken kebab and it cost £9 in total. The quantity was very disappointing considering this cost. To that end it is unlikely I will return despite the food being relatively tasty

Donner Kebab was like a burrito / mushed nappy, very soggy no freshness, little taste, little sauce and salad consisted of 2 bits not even slices of tomatoes and cucumber. Seekh kebab tasty but pitta extremely chewy. Not value for money will never order again.

Just picked up, food looks good but missing an order of pakora as ordered 2 but only received 1. This place used to be great but this is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered from them and I've had something missing from the order. Last time ordering here for me.
