Express Pizza in Oxford

This is basically how I felt about the food. I had a biryani, chicken tikka and a pizza. I like the biriyanis served with good spices and well cooked. The chicken biriyani served with half cooked rice socked in a bland hot sauce, i suggest the chef should watch any of the million biriyani recipe videos on internet and it’s not rocket science. And the tikka was nothing but bland. Pizza base was attached to the box for extra safety. It’s high time for the restaurant to remove the desi reference.

As a regular customer, I always ordered chicken bryani and lamb briyani. Test was not like before anymore. Disappointed

Pizza is cold and it and also not crispy and also i am not like it and also not order next time. Waste of money. And domino is good quality and also delivery bag is also good.

Food didn't taste fresh, specifically the meat. I have had to throw it away

Sadly the pizza wasn't as lovely as usual as tuna was put on top of cheese and it was dry and quite cold so sadly not great at all.

There were not enough pepperoni and pizza was too thick. Sadly not the usual great experience I normally have plus it came in a smaller box than usual.

Food was cold and dry, fish tikka was missing and the restaurant didn’t bother telling us if it was not available- won’t be ordering again

Regularly order from here, food quality is consistently very good, only criticism is delivery times. Always arrives late, today wasn’t too bad only 10 mins or so but sometimes over 45 mins late.

Today's pizza was a bit disappointing as it lacked the usual freshness and was slightly burned. Typically, it is served hot, fresh, and delicious, but unfortunately, today's experience was not as pleasant

When the driver delivered my order, there were no drinks. I ordered a bottle of water and a can of rubicon mango. This is the second time where my drinks have not been delivered. This is not acceptable since there was no explanation of why my drinks didn’t arrive with the order. From now on, I will limit my orders with Exprizza and thus I will only order as a last resort.

Disgusted with the service the chips where cold There was no salad it was just red onions chopped I phoned the shop as soon as it was delivered and told them which I was asked to send pictures and they would rectify it or give me my money back the next day I sent photos of all the food I told them to come back and collect which they didn’t do it went in the bin after hearing nothing back I contacted them today to which they said there is nothing there willing to do disgusting

I ordered a 1.5l Coca Cola drink with my meal. There was no bottle or replacement beverage when the driver delivered or any explanation of why. This is not good enough!

I had the vegetable briryani,it was just rice and peppers. So spicy it should come with a warning.no vegetable.

Food was luke warm. Driver was lost and could not find my house. Fish in naan tasted disgusting, total disaster. I was so hungry but was left very disappointed. No one liked the buffalo wings ethier. The chaat was delicious though.

Delivery was late called the restaurant and they put the phone down on me when I asked where my food was when delivery driver find me arrived. Asked what took so long to deliver and just walked away. also food is freezing cold to the point where I can’t even eat it not happy at all I would never order from here again place. It’s just an absolute joke

It reached the latest time that it would come and said it had been delivered, I then had to call twice and wait a further 25 minutes for my food to come which evidently was warm at best.

I ordered thin and crispy. This pizza is not thin and crispy, it’s cold soggy and thick. Very unhappy with this including the wait time of 1h 25m after it states 25-45. Would like something done about this please

For 2am delivery it was banging really tasty it was hot chicken kebab was big chips was nice would recommend 100%

Driver was rude and wanted me to look for him which I did and could not see him, he was refusing to follow directions to the house and instead wanted me to walk up the street to find him, drivers name is Hassan and is very argumentative and rude

It’s was so late and the food was so cold im not gonna use it again im so upset

I ordered a mild biriyani. It was so spicy I couldn't even eat a mouthful, so I called them and asked them to send a mild one and they refused. The whole thing went in the bin. Never again.

The order was 45 minutes late, did not contain my desired drink and I had to call the restaurant multiple times to get an update. The food was very oily, not warm enough when it arrived, and generally bland.

The pizza was poorly made and did not meet my expectations. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the pizza that I received. Firstly, the crust was overcooked and burnt, making it difficult to chew. Additionally, the toppings were not evenly distributed and some slices had barely any toppings at all. The cheese was also not melted properly and was clumped together in some areas. I’m not sure if the manager was around as I know she has high standards. Who quality controlled the pizza that was delivered to me as it should not have been delivered.

Burger was not good at all. Did not taste well. Hope they improve. I didn't enjoy the burger, I was so hungry, I had no alternative but to eat it. Kindly work on the quality.

What happened, food quality as gone down hill, worst meat somosa I’ve had from here, been using you on regular and this is not normal. Hope you can bring back the quality and service back

Chicken shik kebab was horrible In every bite to much of whole coriander seeds do not like the food....

Delivery was very quick and on time, and considerate. Rang me, rather than ringing the bell, so didn’t disturb anyone else. Food itself was good, chips were crispy and cooked to perfection. Only room for improvement would be for them to put masala fish in a separate container, as that permeated the meal, though it was a mixed grill, it wasn’t great to have the fish in the same box.

Extremely impressed with tonight’s delivery. Food was delivered hot and everything was complete. Box of chips, box of salad, 2 different types of chutneys/sauces and good quality lamb chops. Well done 👏🏼

My order is the wrong item I couldn't eat the food the restaurant give me a other order but it is just like the last order £21.98 for a meal I still can't eat it they will not give me some of the money back

I ordered simple two items which arrived too late. I ordered a biryani and coke. I was charged for the order but did not receive the coke. The order also came terribly late.

The kebab on naan was horrible

I use them a lot and food quality has been good or at least exceptional but last order was very disappointing, burnt and lacking of taste.

Cold, thin crust when I ordered deep pan, shame, usually no problem, maybe an off day

Driver tried to claim he was waiting q0 min as he saw me wakk out of hotel where I was watching from entry window in the warm. He said do you worry I will give you your change as though he shouldn't and held mu ,£5 change moaning again about 5 x same thing and finally tutting ad he gave me change and asked if my dips were in order said yep driving off not even looking at me and low and behold no dips.

Unfortunately this wasn’t for us ☹️ The meat was overly done with hot spices , couldn’t tell what the meat was by looking at it , or tasting it, we both had a very small piece off the end and couldn’t continue. Removed all the contents off the bread and ate the bread only, which was really nice .

Ordered 4 x 1.5 litre bottles of coke. Gave us 4 x 330ml cans. Still charged the price of the bottles.

As I ordered my food, I called the restaurant and explained my last experience. I not only received apologies but was promised my food will be early and it was.

awful delivery time! called multiple of times. they wouldnt pick up and even if they did- they gave wrong time

Not too good, they didn't deliver the drinks and didn't bother to call me as they knew. When I called them, they said they knew but the driver had gone . So they waited till I phoned them to ask for my drinks and they said they knew and were sorry.

I ordered lamb briyani they delivered us chicken briyani they didn’t even inform us, my friend won’t eat chicken when we try to contact them no proper response. Very bad experience please don’t order from here

I went in asked for "DESI MIXED GRILL" took home but impossible to eat as there were for too much chillies. Waist of £18.99. I will NEVER use this place again. Might as weel go next door in Turkish .

Chicken biryani and chicken wings are outstanding! To note, chicken biryani is spicy, but I love it.

Your chicken massala curry was just some boiled water with green chilli and pieces of chicken in it (with no salt). Thanks for the worst chicken curry I’hv ever tasted. You justlost a regular customer

Pizza was delivered hot, well done! My only slight gripe is that you’ve reduced the size of your garlic pizza bread whilst increasing the price.
