Did make an error and forgot the dips but was quick to correct it and in a great time too! But I must say dominos wow! Hands down the best dominos I've tried! I've had numerous dominos in various locations i.e Yorkshire, Devon and London and this has been the best one we've had. We highly recommended here! Dough was cooked to perfection didn't skimp on the base sauce, cheese or toppings! Bravo! Definitely our pizza place ❤️ would love to see a garlic based cheese steak and pepper pizza in the future x

Domino's Pizza in Ripon seems to get quite a hard time on reviews but we've tried them 4 times now in the few years we've been in Ripon & and we've honestly never had a bad order! The menu isn't great, but that's Domino's in general - personally I'd like more fried chicken but it's a pizza shop, not a chicken shop! 😆 We've tried various meaty pizzas & the Meatfielder is the one we go back to. Always loads of toppings, not overly greasy & planty cheesy. We tend to order online via FoodHub & collect in person. Never had much of a wait - between 8 and 15 minutes. Food always hot, staff friendly & helpful. On one day we dropped in in passing to pick up dinner on the whim, got there & they apologised & said they'd be a bit slower than usual as they were working through an order of 50 pizzas! (Spoke to the guy collecting & he was having a party! 😄) Still was ordered & out of the door in 15 mins with excellent pizza. Never forget the dips either like others in Ripon do! On the surface it looks more expensive but in the grand scheme of things, what's a couple more quid for a better, more enjoyable meal & good pizza. We'll definitely be back 🙂

Why advertise that you take orders and deliver! Every time I go on your app to place an order it says we're on excepting orders???

Ordered some pizza and wings for the Super Bowl. Quality of pizza was really good Domino’s and so were the wings. Definitely one of the better dominos around. Service was quick and well organised.

Always turning delivery on and and off to boroughbridge - either do it or don’t, not just when it’s convenient for you.

Absolute rubbish service always late and orders mixed up.. often no delivery available … most drivers seem that they can turn their cars round on my grass instead of reversing out…. Won’t be using ever again

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! we had guest with kids over for weekend, ordered 4 large pizzas with sides for a specific time when we would be home, they sent it over 30 mins early so no one home, left the pizzas that were obviously cold, plus they had even sent the sides. Immediately called them, spoke to an obnoxious store manager called "Brogan" (Ripon Branch, North Yorkshire) , she refused to replace or refund the order and said "she had low staff so it better we got it at all than not" , went via customer services who have been as equally useless, and has taken week to try get any refund , (Still havent) they are the worst !!!

Super lazy with the sauce not even remotely even

Ordered food my my family And guests for a time when we due to be home , pizzas arrived 30 mins early , and were cold , they also failed to send the sides and dips we had ordered. After calling them , spoke the store manager “Brodie or brogue” , completely uninterested, unhelpful and basically said she could t do anything , and Blaimed it in staff issues. Said she process a refund for the items we didn’t get , she didn’t ! Refused to swop or refund the cold pizzas !! Truly awful , Ripon dominoes is terrible from start to finish.

Placed an order online with a voucher for buy a large pizza get a large free. Turned up for collection and they had given us a large pizza accompanied with a small pizza. When asked why they weren't both large the staff said because it was ordered online there was nothing she could do and it wasn't something she could sort. She said she could see the voucher that we used but tough. She did nothing to help or try to rectify or explain what had happened. Very poor attitude from her. We certainly won't be coming back to this branch again.

There was next to no sauce on the pizzas I ordered, there was next to no cheese, the wraps I got were very disappointing, some of the wrap was burnt and some of the cheese inside was hard with next to no pepperoni In.

Without doubt the worst Domino’s I’ve used. Come on Domino’s, you are an international brand - why are you making it so hard. You’re slogan is “we’ve got this” - if “this” is terrible customer service then, well done, missioned accomplished! The estimated order was up to 40 minutes. At the 60 minute point they called to say they were short of drivers, and needed to re-cook my order so it was warm, but they would add some additional sides as an apology. At the 90 minute point they delivered a cold pizza with no extra sides. I called the store who offered a refund… 5 days later, no refund. I contact Domino’s customer service, who offered first a repeat order, then a single pizza of a lower value than my order… but no refund.

Quick service. Friendly staff when you go in to collect. It's a dominos. What more do you expect?

Bad experience pepperoni passion piza got home no pepperoni no cheese very bland and boring and cost me £19 not imprest

I was a permanent customer but won't buy any pizzas from this branch anymore. Yesterday was my last purchase, and it was awful. Cheapest Aldi pizza does a lot more ingredients on it. In my last 3 orders was the same. I rang and had a chat with the manager, and unfortunately, he didn't even apologise for that. Do not order from this branch... 👎👎👎

Dominos is domino’s guys and as far as pizza goes you know what you’re getting pretty much nationally, bit more expensive than your local takeaway but 50% less likely to make you ill. HOWEVER, you do not get delivery drivers like this guy. Been ordering from here for a few years now and this guy never fails to brighten my day. Always positive, always asks how you are and is the definition of just doing what you do well regardless of what that is. Credit where it’s due you sir are brilliant. Till next time boss. Yo51 9..

We ordered 2 pizzas, one was correct the other one said the correct pizza on the box but it had a different pizza inside. I rang up to explain and they agreed to send the correct pizza out which was good, however the pizza arrived 40 mins later and the driver wanted to collect the other pizza to take back with him. We'd put it next to the bin untouched as we didn't like the toppings anyway but as this was clearly a mix when boxing 2 orders, and presumably whomever got my pizza also rang to let them know, i found it very disconcerting, because Domino's have messed up my pizza a few times over the years, wrong or missing toppings etc but this is the first time i've had someone else's pizza / order and it's the first time they've ever asked for the pizza to take back with them..

Must be one of the worst dominoes in the UK, after a long day's work waiting 2 hours for a delivery is disgusting. Plenty of other takeaways to give your money.

Yet again this store fails to get an order right, misses 4 toppings, doesn't include paid for sauces and the pizzas are a mess. Customer service does nothing. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere that values your custom.

Placed an order online last weekend for delivery. Was contacted about 20 mins later to say they couldn’t deliver because of the roads being closed due to a parade (if this is the case why accept orders for delivery in the first place). Was told I’d get an email confirming my refund (still haven’t received, despite calling them back again). Was told refund would be between 3-5 business days (again a lie as it has not yet been received) I have been a regular customer since the branch opened, but after such lacklustre service I won’t be using them again.

Keep on giving this dominoes ago and they've not once got an order right, time and time again they disappoint. Most recent was a half and half absolute banger and ultimate spicy sausage with Nduja. We ended up with a 50/50 ultimate banger and vegi supreme which unfortunately was the most boring pizza I've every had, I really do feel for vegetarians. I've not even called back for a replacement because that would be the third time I've had to. Done with it.

Did order for delivery only to be told an hour after to pick it up! Came to pick it and waited for another 30 mins with them looking for my orders lol ! What a joke

Worst Domino's in the UK. Ordered online, thought a treat after a hard day at work would be nice. After an hour no sign of it turning up. Tracking still says 'prep'. I called up, the poor chap informed me he is the only one in the kitchen, when there should be a team. Never using this dominos again it's gone really bad.

So just placed an order then via the app, waited 30 mins and the order status was still on “prep” so I called the store to find out more, to then be told by a very careless sounding young man that due to how busy they were they advise I cancel my order, to which I asked if my order was already in the process of being made, to which I got “I dunno”. So I asked if they could check as if started there wouldn’t be much point cancelling, luckily they hadn’t started it so I cancelled my order to then be told I wouldn’t get my refund for 3-5 working days?! So now left with no order, and -£16! beans on toast it is! 😂 won’t be going to Dominos again!

Terrible service. Delivered wrong pizzas and other items. Called to tell them issue; they replied “our system says it was correct.” Umm that’s why we called? So we were very much overcharged for what was delivered.

Just tried to order with the multi national Dominos (that promotes nationally they deliver) and they refused because it's 10pm on a Sunday and they wont deliver to 5miles outisde of Ripon (despite this taking less than 10mins to accomplish). ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, In reality this is a set of individuals that dont want to work past 10pm on a Sunday - is this the vision that either the franchisee or Dominos had mind when they advertise that they dont close until 11pm.

Had a 13.5" pizza from here that cost twice as much as another Ripon pizza place. The pizza I got was as thick as the cardboard the pizza came in and half as tasty. It arrived quickly but I may as well as have eaten the box the pizza came in. It would have been tastier! I had used another pizza place in Ripon before [I gave Dominoes a try because they were open] but Dominoes are just not worth it. More expensive and less tasty. [Go to Zorro's]

Ordered our food online at 20.08 on a Friday evening, still waiting and it’s 21.50 Disgusting, if I wanted food tomorrow I’d of ordered it, if you can’t get it right then don’t take peoples money and expect them to wait stupid amount of time for a friggin pizza

So slow, ordered for collection which stated 10-15 minutes when I turned up after 15 minutes they hadn’t even started to make it! Ended up waiting for 40 minutes

Waiting over an hour and a half for lukewarm pizzas to arrive is just ridiculous. May I add it was midweek so usually pretty quiet! To add insult to injury contacting 'customer service' about this was an absolutely waste of time as they will do no more than "look into the issue" Just a forewarning to other disgruntled customers, if you have a problem, make sure you ring the store as customer service don't want to hear your complaint unless you've already spoke to the store directly! Sincerely, A ripped off, annoyed local who will never order from Dominos in Ripon again.

Shockingly couldn’t care less. Ordered a small pepperoni pizza on Tuesday 5th January at 18.17. Was quoted 24-36 minutes for delivery but after 2 hours it was claimed online to still being quality assured! When I rang to enquire I was informed that delivery was between 3 to 4 hours due to a lack of drivers and basically tough! I find it unlikely anyone is willing to wait 3-4 hours from ordering for a pizza to be delivered...but as a critically extremely vulnerable individual I can’t just pop out to collect it. It was therefore a trusty can of beans and toast....and £20 lighter as a refund can take anything up to 10 days reputedly!

Waited in a queue for half of an hour, I had already ordered so I was only looking to collect, the guy on the till is hands down the most incompetent mouth breather I've ever come across. 10 minutes he took to serve one customer. I walked out the store in the end without the pizza, there is a chippy just over the road that is excellent and couldn't recommend more!

Ordered on line which said ready in 15 mins, yet arrived only to be told it wouldn't be ready for another 15 mins. Food good nevertheless.

Got my order and they gave me the wrong side so I rang up to ask if they could do anything about it and left me waiting for ages on the phone. Came back and said they couldn’t do anything because that’s what came through on their system but on my confirmation email it isn’t what I ordered. Heard them rudely speaking about me when they went to speak to the ‘manager’ and then came back and tried to blame me for the incorrect order. Very bad customer service

So we stopped using this dominos a few months ago due to them messing our order up then us having to wait over an hour for the order to then be cooked but tonight we thought we would give it another try. First of all no card payment, they then forgot the dips and drinks and we had to remind them they then tried to give the wrong drink, after all that the pizzas them selves had very little or next to no sauce on. Very disappointing and won't be returning.

Bought a meal here for me and my brother. Got back he which is just a couple of minutes away and we find out our foods cold. This has happened several times from here. contacted customer support and they offered a £5 voucher for a £20 meal ruined which is disgusting. Will not be using again.

Food is great but the staff aren't the most friendly

Ordered via website. Said will take 16mins. Turn up to be told its still in the oven. After about 25 mins still told this. After another 25mins they finally start to make it and I see it going into the oven. Would have been fine if they had been honest with me in the first place

Final straw tonight. Another incorrect order delivered with items missing. Driver doesn’t care as not his problem. Whenever I’ve called the Ripon store to ask for a refund they’ve promised to process it and then not done so. Basically failed to provide what I’ve paid for and don’t care. Apparently the RIPON store is ‘under new management’ but the same poor service and shady practices seem to persist. I strongly recommend against using this store. Very questionable approach to business in my opinion based on their behaviour. Ordering isn’t a fun experience so really just don’t put yourself through it.

Terrible delivery service. Waited outside caravan park gates waiting for delivery. 40 minutes after due time rang them to be told they were short of drivers (didn't tell us that when we'd ordered) and the driver wasn't even back to the takeaway. Took 3 days to get a refund

DO NOT USE. Ordered a pizza at 6.30pm for 7.45pm. Pizza didn't arrive so called at 8pm. I was told the pizza was 10 mins away. Waited another 25mins and called back after 5 mins someone picked up. He told me they had missed the order and would be another 30 minutes. Cancelled ordered and requested refund. Please double check your order has been recieved and don't be surprised if it doesn't arrive.

I purchased the Half & Half large pizza 🍕 with the limited Tabasco and Cheese stuffed crust one side of Catalan Chicken & Chorizo the other Meatilicious, both Pizzas where so bland on taste and there was very little Chicken! Over all a very disappointing dining experience, I didn't even eat all the Pizza straight in the bin I also had the Wedges don't bother tasteless I've had Pizzas from the Ripon Store before and they never taste any better so it wasn't just a one off.

It's got delicous and varied pizzas and other things like sides, but it is quite expensive unless you get a good deal, but luckily there is always a amazing deal on like any pizza for 8 pounds

Delivery is so inconsistent it’s unbelievable. No phone call or anything to say it’s going to be late. I’ll be sticking to the local pizza shop from now on

How did u know I was at Domino's

Took forever to deliver, order was incomplete for the send time. The pizzas from here are terrible and not at all like other Dominos we have used. They scrimp on the toppings with loads of bare dough patches on the pizzas. Really poor standard and then they regularly get the order wrong! Avoid at all costs and use a local independent supplier! ☹️

The food is good, but nearly good enough to justify the price and they do have a nasty habit of getting orders wrong.

I've had a couple of orders from here, and visited the shop once - I've never had a problem here; food is cooked quickly, and is as expected from a Domino's pizza - I like it! Sides are also tasty, the chicken strips are recommended. The staff in the branch are friendly and efficient; the delivery drivers are friendly and efficient (the last delivery went a little astray, but was sorted out quickly so no concerns!) At the end of the day, it's exactly as you'd expect, and I like it. I'd give it 5 if it was a bit cheaper - the prices are a little more than I'd like. But to be fair, they do plenty of offers and deals. I wouldn't have gone here if I'd read these other reviews - I'm glad I didn't see them, because they are not my experience of this decent little shop. I'll be back!

Ordered pizza and sides. Sides never arrived. Called up. Manager said so sorry we’ll duplicate your order and you can have it for free next time as it would take 2 long to just send sides out. Family visited called up for the pizza. Wanted to add more to the order. Manager wasn’t available. Nobody knew what was going on. Eventually we were sent a pizza without consulting us and then had to order more pizzas For rest of family while that one went cold. Such a shambles. Never again

First time tried dominos pizza delivery service. It was very efficient and the pizza was hot. Wasn’t expecting it to be good but it was. Will order again

Look out for the 50 0/0off voucher code when you are going to be spending £50 or more and ask if there's any discount offers on when you phone as if you want to get something from the set menu it's usually cheaper to get the discount and order separately than to get the family meal deals also look online for a discount code If you are paying for the food with a card as it can be cheaper to order online it's usually cheaper to get the 50 0/0off and place a larger order than just get 1 pizza if you want to have the food delivered

Ordered a meal deal at 5.30 on sat eve should have been here between 6.30-6.45 didn't turn up till 7.30 cold and tasted awful cold!!

Good pizza, but the garlic bread was overdone and not very garlicy at all.

Asked for a pizza, mentioned the free pizza but it was dismissed (buy any size pizza get one free) Attitude was disgusting. We received our pizza and when asking once more about the free pizza... we received attitude and she didn't seem to care!! On top of that.. tables were dirty and we just felt unwelcome like the staff couldn't be bothered.Unhappy.

Last time we ordered, our extra tub of garlic sauce turned out to have opened in the bag and was empty (we got a new one, of course). This time we ordered the same and as a joke, I put in the delivery instructions "don't break the tub of garlic sauce again pls lol." When the delivery guy arrived, it turned out they'd put an extra tub of garlic sauce in AND they gave us free potato wedges! They've 100% redeemed themselves and I'll definitely be going to Dominos again if I want some pizza!

Stopped off at the Domino's in Ripon as we were staying in the area for a take out Pizza. Good choice on the menu and the service was good in this recently opened store.

I hated it. The pizza was very dry and there was only 7 peaces on chicken on the pizza. That was my first and last time going to domino's. I don't recommend it. 👎😡

Tasty pizzas. Would have been nice if they'd got the order right. Ate the pizzas because we were chuffing starving. Kept some back so that they could check we weren't "trying it on". Have been offered a single pizza as compo, even though they managed to get two out of three wrong! If we'd paid the full price (£40+ for three pizzas!!!) I'd have been livid. At these prices you'd expect them to at least get the basics right. Not a good start.
