Pizza hut in Sutton

I ordered a half magerita and vegetable supreme but when I came home to eat I got half pepperoni and magerita. I didnt order this give me a headache.

Took money from the website and wouldn't answer the phone.

Used to come in here once a week with my family for pizza.i sadly Learnt that they fired one of the girls that used to work ever so hard. one the reason i went in there was becuase she made me feel so at ease and i would only go in there if she was working ,i would not set foot in there otherwise .i had a bad experience previously in that shop itself with predatory men that take ur order and make u feel uncomfortable “oh you two are nice and young was the words he used “ predictor men don't go if your a female by yourself .I've sent my husband to get the pizza since as i am not going to prison for putting predators in there place …but it has gone down hill since and we wont be returning after the pizza was undercooked.

After placing an order online and realising I had ordered the wrong pizza, I phoned the store and spoke to Mia. Mia answered almost immediately and was nothing but pleasant and helped me amend my order. The pizza arrived fresh and very tasty. Mia is an asset to the business and has restored my faith in Pizza Hut after previously having a bad experience!

We use this place every few weeks...always amazing pizzas and friendly service. We always order and go and collect because the deal is so good ! I never have pizzas delivered , they go soft in the box and get thrown about on the back of a bike so collection for us is always the best way to order pizza. 🍕🍕🍕

After ordering, it took 1 and half hour to get delivered that means if you order it for lunch you’ll get it for dinner. The staff was rude on call.

Service at the lowest level. Problems with communication. Delivery below any scale. From the entire order I received half, the rest was apparently destroyed. I recommend any other place.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Wrong food delivered, staff couldn’t care less, zero apology and I was told if id like a refund I need to write to customer services and ask them as they don’t do refunds. AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS

They serve the best pizza in the town! Mr.Ahmad was so generous towards our bunch! Much visit restaurant where you can get cheesy deliciousness pizza with best ambiance❤️💃🏻

What a joke this place is....!! The guy on the phone found it difficult to understand an order for two pizzas and one garlic bread, I was told 20mins for the order to arrive, 47mins later it did. At the door the pepperoni pizza was dripping in oil all over me and my door step. I called Pizza hut and explained what happened the guy didn't quite understand so he got someone else on the phone who was reluctant in doing anything about it. He agreed to send out another pizza but couldn't tell me when it would arrive so I drove down there with the oily pizza to exchange it, he tried blaming the delivery riders because they move around in their box that why they are swimming in oil.......really !! I couldn't be bothered to have a confrontation with him I just would never go back.....

Ordered online deep pan,got something like you would get from the supermarket saver isle was cold hard and over cooked to be fair the supermarket one would probably be better, the ladie or shall I say school girl working the till needs to learn customer service as was very rude will never be going here again and have been a customer before covid and when they reopened after

Driver and store colleague on the phone need to learn some manners. Made a large order to St Helier hospital. The building name was clearly noted on the delivery order. Driver was late, poor attitude as well. Phoned the branch to relay the feedback, tried to make out the problem was mine. Utter morons

I ordered a pizza with chicken wings waited 45 minutes for my pizza not to be delivered at all what a waste of time

Got the ONLINE order wrong. If you can't understand English, simply don't work there. Ordered a vegetable supreme to only be given pepperoni and chicken on the pizza!? How dumb can you be? Went in-store to return the pizza and wanted a refund instead of another replacement, but they don't give refunds. How stupid is there if its their mistake. No wonder Pizza Hut is going downhill, and other franchises are leading instead. Will never buy again.

There's barely any pepperoni on the pepperoni feast (-_-)

Ordered twice, twice the order was wrong.

Bloody terrible. Save yourself the time and money and never order from pizza hut. Especially this one. Our order was late and cold. It said my pizza was delivered so I assume the pizza delivery guy was just waiting at the wrong address. Didn't bother to contact me. They resent the order and still the delivery driver couldn't find us.... How about use the number and call???

I have worked here and I suffered racism and bullying. I eventually got sacked for complaining that the manager was leaving food on the floor. The hygiene in this store is terrible and the area manager was defending the manager who was leaving food on the floor. I received a call from HR and she insinuated that I wrong to complain about the racism I received and was very rude to me on the phone. She just believed her managers and tried to pressure me and make me seem like the bad person for reporting racism.

Awful. Delivery was almost an hour late. Called them, no answer. Called again, they answered, they disappeared, then they hung up on me! Called again, and finally got told my pizzas were out for delivery. Still took another 15 minutes to arrive, though. No more ordering from Pizza Hut for delivery if I can only order from the Carshalton branch!

Good I go here regularly for our monthly pizza cheat days! Love it

I expected a longer wait being NYE but arriving stone cold 1hr 40mins late is not acceptable! No answer from the Phoneline as just cuts off so couldnt even ask if order was coming or if we could just cancel and order elsewhere

They didn't deliver my food, called to either get it re delivered or refund but everytime the manager is apparently not in. Terrible place. Scammers

The staff are friendly and the service is good but the pizzas are not to my taste … to be honest the base is thick and stodgy and not enough toppings ..

Got a large with garlic cheese bites crust and its like it been reheated, it is the most chewy pizza I've eaten. Wouldn't order from here again

I ordered here few years ago.. twice hoping each time that it will be better and it was awful. Pizza so doughy and zero flavour. Have had much nicer Pizza Hut deliveries in the other areas which taste much nice than this. Thought I would order again on an off chance to see if any improvements… taste just as bad as I remember. Doughy once again, flavourless and I ordered garlic dust but there was barely anything on. Do not order from this branch, quality of the Pizza is poor.

Pizza Hut app says 30-40min delivery, 1h30+ after ordering still no food to be seen! Called them several times while waiting just to be told by the manager each time “driver 5min away”! He clearly lied to us each time! Ended up asking for a refund to be told they can’t refund we need to contact Pizza Hut CS online! Taking people’s money is an easy process, refunding while being 200% at fault is a very different story! Manager is rude and 0 respect for customers paying his salary! Avoid this place, plenty of nice and reliable places to order pizza from in the area.

Horrible take away service. They keep giving wrong delivery times in their app, waited almost 2 hours for my pizzas and in the end driver returned because didn’t find the address! Whilst waiting I have called 3 times where the manager always lied and said driver is 5 m away! Driver couldn’t find our address and left back to the restaurant! The manager said the driver tried to call the mobile number 5 x when we only had one missed call that we have returned! Manager then said driver is new: not our fault! Kids waiting for their dinner for almost 2 hours and disappointment of no take away received. Terrible service and very rude manager! Should have offered to bring Pizzas anyway even if we rejected! Avoid Pizza Hutt Carshalton at all times! No care about the customer at all! Avoid!

Had to go in to get are food after delivery been toll could not get money back in the place rubbish all over and very dirty did not eat in the end as was so put off

Pizza ordered at 6:30 p.m. 2 hours of waiting for a pizza until 9:30 p.m. which didn't arrive, the app shows that it's been baking for 30 minutes, they don't answer the phone, they don't give a damn about customers, the hungry child fell asleep because of this waiting I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

did an online order, waited over an hour when ETA was 30-40 minutes, also said between 9:10-9:20. Been trying to call the store for about 25 minutes no answer absolutely disgusting

I order the pizza delivery from here very often coz the pizzas are so fresh, moist, crisp edges and delicious 🤤 just absolutely love it. It’s something special about their dough or the person who ever makes them it’s very different and tasty.

ordered 3 items, arrived 50 minutes later (as told) but all items were cold. I complained and was told they will replace the order. Second order arrived in maybe 20 minutes or so. I was going to tell him that I don't want to replace my order, because my child is already very hungry and will not be able to wait any longer, so we ate the food anyway. But I thought, since the food was not up to standard, it would be a compensation for me to receive another order for free. My bad. When the driver came, he asked for the old order and I told him that we have eaten most of it. Then he started to make a fuss about it on my doorstep, embarrassing me in front of our neighbors, that if the food was cold then why did we eat it? And that the food wasn't cold anyway because he delivered it 5 minutes after it was made. So basically telling me that I was lying. Terrible terrible experience. Too expensive anyway. Never again.

Ordered 10 pizzas for collection, was told 20 mins. Got them to the front desk in 19 mins. Piping hot. Excellent service. Would definitely be going back.

Trying to order here is a myth. Can order online or place any orders. What’s the point. Calling their number is also a myth I’ve been trying for the past 1weeks. No one’s answer . What kind of service is this. Been closed for almost 2yrs and still nothing why bother opening

Terrible service, there was a black hair in my pizza how revolting. If you want a deep pan pizza don’t bother as they never have it which is the main reason you’d go there for the deep pan, also the tomato sauce they are using now is vile nothing like the one before. This is meant to be a new Pizza Hut as the old one closed but the old one was a lot better with better ingredients and better pizzas. If you want a decent hygienic meal I wouldn’t go here as they just have no care. Awful

When I received my delivery it was cold and oily. Tried to phone but no one picked up and when I walked in to the shop I could here screaming coming from the inside and shouting, was horrible atmosphere and when I got my pizza back it had the wrong toppings on. Won’t be going back

Pizza took twice as long to be delivered than initially quoted. No one answered calls when enquiring about time of delivery. When we ate the nachos they were stale so we threw them away. The pizza was hideously undercooked and claggy. We felt sick after eating a few bites and threw the rest away. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered this evening and the driver was very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service.

We have placed an order for 2 pizza’s at the Carshalton branch at 7:15pm for 8pm delivery. There was no sign of our order till 8:15pm. We called the branch and were told that the order has been dispatched and hang-up on us. Nothing was delivered until 10:45pm and when we called the branch again they said sorry and told us that the order is the next one to leave. The staff is very rude and they don’t offer any compensation for a 2 hr 45 mins late delivery. Pizzas were cold, ingredients were not cooked properly and dips were missing. Will not recommend anyone to order from this branch and we are extremely dissatisfied with their service. Pizza Hut should cancel their franchise if they want to maintain their reputation in market.

Tried Pizza Hut for the 1st time and am very impressed. Food was piping hot and right order delivered on time. Very pleasant and cheerful driver. Will certainly order from them again

Had another great pizza deal , £20 for 2 large pan pizzas and 1 side. The delivery was less than 30 mins even on a busy Saturday night ! Very pleasent delivery driver and food tasted as amazing as it always does from here. Well done Pizza Hut Carshalton !!!!!

I have been a customer here for many years and have experienced many bad pizzas from this branch however in the past couple of months the pizza quality has been excellent and delicious. We have received amazing customer service from Ravi who is always so polite, friendly and willing to make the pizza to our requirements. We have enjoyed the pizzas very much from and Ravi has restored our faith in Pizza Hut, Carshalton.

Pedimos Pizza para llevar desde muchos puntos en el pasado y en los fines de semana nunca normalmente a la altura de los tiempos de entrega prometida. Con esto en mente, decidí tomar un baño mientras espera para la cena. Imagínate mi sorpresa cuando el timbre fui 25 minutos después de que me había puesto mi pedido y sigo a mi cuello con agua. Tenía que responder a la puerta usando solo una toalla que hizo un poco de malabarismo actuar al recibir mi comida. Gracias por la paciencia del conductor de la entrega! La comida estuvo a la altura de las expectativas. No tome un baño mientras espera la comida de este local a menos que sea un malabarista!

What an appalling place! We've ordered from them so many times and they always get the order wrong. The food is delivered cold. The staff are rude and obnoxious. Is this Pizza Hut some sort of joke?! Terrible

Arrived late and when I rang I was advised the driver was out with 3 deliveries.. obviously mine was last.... The garlic bread with cheese wasn't even cooked through and the pizza was tepid at best. Rang premises to be told by a very bored...

We ordered a deal that comes with pizzas sides a drink and dessert, and we only got the pizzas!! Appalling customer service!! We rang back and after hearing our complaint they promised to return with our missing food and did not show. We rang and rang and rang for 40 minutes and failed to get through, and when we finally got through they said they 'got lost' so didn't come!! Absolutely awful, we paid £45 for only half of our meal!! Never will return!

Have used them a couple of times, hoping they will improve. No chance. ALWAYS miss items off your order, hoping that you won't notice or won't bother, I'm guessing. When you phone to query, you get put on hold and never taken off hold until you hang up. Chicken wings delivered - cold - two and a half hours after the rest of the food and a refund refused as our order was fulfilled. Pizza Hut should be ashamed to be franchising out to this bunch of rude jokers.

Bad start from woman who answered and immediately put me on hold and 3 minutes later I was still holding so I rang again, another lady answered who had trouble understanding what I was trying to order, delivery arrived later than the time they gave me, pizza dough was undercooked and tasted awful, garlic bread was undercooked and tasted of nothing, I emailed their customer service with my complaint who replied with an apology and a promise of a £10 voucher which weeks later has still not arrived, will never use them again, there are plenty other companies to choose from, my advice next time you fancy a pizza try some one else, have since learned this particular hut has a 1 score for cleanliness, can't say I am suprised

Terrible, just terrible. Food wrong, cold, late. I've given this hut so many chances, it's just so awful I'm beginning to think it's a joke which I just don't get. I cannot stress how bad this Pizza Hut is. Go anywhere else, anywhere.

3.5 hours for 2 pizzas and 2 sides, rude in house staff, complete lack of communication. Finally offered a refund but would not give me details of head office to write a formal complaint!! Absolutely disgusted by all associates of this branch, DO NOT USE they should come with a risk to health warning.Also have recently found out this only had a hygiene rating of 1 star!! Safe to say will not be using this place again.

I have ordered from pizza Hut several times in the past few months and been desperately disappointed every time. Poor attitude from staff on the phone, long delivery times even on quiet nights, cold pizza, not enough cheese, not enough tomato sauce...if it could go wrong it probably will!! This pizza Hut is an example of how NOT to run a pizza delivery business.I shall be sticking to dominos from now on after being repeatedly let down. And to add insult to injury I was promised a free pizza to compensate the poor performance and they have even "forgotten" that!!Avoid at all costs!!
