Your staff are the most rudest unhelpful people I have ever met. I have ordered from your store for many years and this was the final straw. You have too many young kids working there aswell as people that don’t know how to talk over the telephone when interacting with your customers.

Lazy and don't prioritise customers

Order arrived quickly which was great, The food was a joke, the 2 large pizzas 1 was large the other clearly medium as it was tiny in the box, the sides were a joke the chips with cheese and bacon were soggy the pizza twirls with ham were raw inside (not edible) the chicken box looked really sad when you opened it, considering it cost £10 for that alone we got 3 tiny chicken strips, 4 half covered chicken kickers, the bbq wings were rancid, and the garlic strips or dippers looked nothing like the photo was a pizza bread that you had to rip apart yourself. Ordering over £50 worth of food and only getting 2 sauces is a joke aswell

Make order wait 30 minits to get a call they dont accept cash when on just eat it lets you pay cash

Extremely bad customer service from ANA she clearly doesn't like anyone other than people from her own country i was told to wait for more than 15 minutes whilst age was on her phone she walked away and told me to wait and another 5 minutes later i was finally served . I frequently order from this store and receive super fast and reliable service but the one time I go in person I left the shop feeling extremely low and worthless. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and its normally a rare occasion that I even leave the house. This lady is unfit for purpose and she was reluctant to even give me her name. I will be informing the area coach and also the dominos franchise.

I ordered pizza from Dominoes sutton South however there's was an issue with the order ,staff on the day was unable to rectify the problem The manager was not around the very next day, Robert the manager contacted me stating he was just made Aware of the situation, apologised snd gave me my options, This was sorted out so effectively. Robert is so efficient and a credit to the store

Best pizza around by far. Great service and great food.

I remember the days when a simple small meal for one cost £14.99. This included: *small 9.5” pizza *garlic bread with cheese *fizzy 500ml drink It would be delivered and include a free garlic & herb dip. Now I have to pay for the dip of £2, and delivery costs are £2. The price of something like this is now £20+. Worse yet, you don’t even get to claim reward points like most food chain stores nowadays. My question is does it really cost near £15 for a simple meal like what I order that you think it’s justifiable to charge what you do? This is pushing the boundaries of extortion to a whole new definition. I give two stars rather than one because the turnaround time is pretty quick. And even if you have an answer for the reward system, the prices are still inflated. I feel for hardworking families that perhaps want a night off cooking, but can’t afford to because they’re priced out by money making companies like this! My rant for the year!

I order by phone when I'm on my lunch break. My pizza is always perfect how I like it. Very polite and helpful staff. Can only pay by card which is disappointing

Highly unprofessional staff. I placed an otc order and none of them bothered to take name, rather they simply put a random initial AJ for the order. Despite of waiting in an empty resturant before their eyes for 30 mins they didn't acknowledged their error, neither shared a feedback form rather gave me a cold pizza which was waiting for a non existing AJ and told me instead that why didn't you told us your name...come on man if your cashier in an empty hour not asking for it, how Would I know that u need it.... Seriously pathetic experience with their staff....

Got a fantastic caller named Shannon, he was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with excellent customer service. What an asset to the team

Where to start: 1.women on phone cldnt understand me I had to repeat myself and she is probably Asian. 2. Delivery driver couldn't find my place and I live only less than 10 mins buy car and 3. Manager only offered a new pizza not a complimentary bottle of Pepsi or ice cream. Terrible service. Delivery highly not recommended. 4. Delivery took 45 minutes just to add chicken wings to the order

They should increase the menu and bring more variety of options, like more chicken and beef toppings....

Used to be very good, unfortunately had a few bad experience of the driver not being able to find our address, so the food was cold even rhou we are 2 roads away, then ordering over the phone and being told to collect the food. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to come.

Excellent quality of service from the Manager on Friday night. He was very helpful and professional with me on the phone, as I was a little confused. The pizza was also very good. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Omg … don’t order from this place. Staff totally incompetent and messed up my simple order. Im at work nearby to the shop and place an order for a large pizza for collection. I gave them over 45 mins to prepare and then they turn up at my house! I tell them it was an order for collection and I’m asked if the staff member had an accent. Had to ask for the refund and there was no offer of complimentary replacement or voucher. Shoddy, out of touch and a shambles. Only hell knows what the pizzas are like! Go elsewhere if your hungry.

Very inconsistent service! Could take 5 minutes or 1 hour to get your pizza. Also good luck if there is an issue with your order and them answering your call.

If you've never had Domino's pizza you should definately try it at least once!

Ordered 2 x pizzas here Friday evening. Only one arrived. I was advised by driver and over the phone that the missing pizza would be delivered. Over an hour later nothing arrived so I decided to drive to the store itself. Upon arrival I found the store closing and thus they had no intention of delivering the missing paid for pizza. Made my thoughts aware to the staff closing the store. Following this the missing pizza was handed over. Very poor service.

I tried twice, pizza is really good but staff doesn't seem to be happy and not smiling at all. As its only takeaway if you are not welcoming it will affect the customer service.

Nothing special, might be a bit pricey but its what you expect

I dont like this Dominoes when the Pizza is made they ar a bit tight with tomatoe sauce. I prefer to drive down to Dominoes south. There cant be many towns in UK that can boast having 2 Dominoes, Always a firm favourite. Highly recommended .But go South not North

30 mins delivery time on a 10 minute journey. when questioned about time taken the delivery and i use that term loosely glared at me and gave me the fingure salute. pizza cold will contact there head office in due course. will not order from those idiots again.

We always love Dominos and this one is the best one.

Very nice Hawaiian pizza and chicken wings. Ordered it online and it arrived in good time. Nothing to fault and would order again.

Food is good but very very poor customer service. Was waiting for collection order and this homeless guy comes in, asked to warm up his food in microwave, guy behind counter rudely shooed him away. You can actually see they have microwave in staff room even from the counter.

This Domino's make very GOOD pizza

went here a month ago Hawian Pizza Nom Mushrooms.# The tomatoe base i think was put on then taken off again with a knife. There was only a smattering of chese /Ham and about 10 pieces of Pinapple. We have 2 Dominoes in Sutton I much prefer the one down the bottom of Sutton I normally order from there on the phone then drive down and pick it up. It is Hard to beleive its the same company yet the Pizza is si different

Ordered a pizza women on the line sounded like she just woke up. Very lazy voice asked her what offers were on sounded not bothered. Not going to order from here again. Seems to be a trend in sutton all the pizza places bad customer service.

Ordered pizza twice , and both times it doesn’t show up , wouldnt recommend, when I tried calling them the phone number didn’t work aswell

Very bad customer service. They know that they'll always be busy because of where they are, so aren't worried if you call to let them know your order is wrong or not satisfactory. A waste of money

Food was cold ...not on time and was late ...terrible service

I won't question the food as I have not ordered from this branch, but what I will say is the delivery drivers are reckless and rude to other road users. They don't care about other road users cut you up constantly we've in and out of traffic like no tommorow and put not only them selves at risk but other road users also it's a shame there helmets are not fitted with cameras as I don't think many would be in employment.

Ordered online and selected ASAP. After waiting for 30 minutes we called them and they said it would another 40 minute wait. We were on hold for 10 minutes to then be hung up on. When we called back they tried to put us on hold again. When we asked for some money off because we waiting for over an hour for a asap delivery we were laughed at and told we were waisting their time. This has happened to us a couple times now. We will not be coming back again.

I placed an order at 8pm and wanted to amend this so called immediately and was cut off, then was engaged and then left on hold for 15 mins. After 40 mins they answered saying why am I calling if ordered online was very rude and said their lines are too busy to take calls. Regardless to say cancelled the order and deleted the app.

Utterly ridiculous. Took more than an hour to get delivered, then the driver forgot the card reader when I had clearly stated on the phone I was paying by card. Had to drive down to pay in store, couldn't get hold of manager, lukewarm pizza at this point. Tbh, I knew there's a reason why I don't order from them. #notworthit

Shame we can't give this place a "ZERO" star. We ordered a large pizza that arrived cold and a bottle of coke that arrived warm.... the payment (by card) was meant to be taken when the pizza was delivered. However, the delivery guy didn't bring the machine with him, plus he couldn't be bothered to come up and deliver the pizza, instead called my husband to come downstairs to collect it with the excuse that the intercom wasn't working (bo**ks, it's working perfectly fine). Husband then came back upstairs and called them back to make the payment and when he mentioned (not complained) about the coke being warm "as if it had just come out straight from the shelves", he is then confronted by a very rude ( and miserable lady who clearly hates her job) that "they don't have shelves in their store" and slammed the phone down, obviously, because at this point the payment had already gone thorough.... to conclude, the pizza being cold and the coke warm wasn't that great deal, as we have had issues with our food before in other ocasions and always pointed it out and never, ever accepted any refunds or free stuff they offered but remained loyal customers. But this was the last time ever we have ordered from this place and it's due to the extremely poor customer services.

Service has always been good. They take on requests such a knocking quietly and actually listen. I've ordered quite a few times and the pizza always arrives as ordered and hot. Dominos is not the best tasting pizza around but well priced and the online app is easy to use. Good if you want a well priced 'ok' tasting pizza.

With Dominos you know what you are getting. A distinctly average pizza. There's nothing to make this place stand out, although there's nothing really wrong with it.

Very poor service. First order came and was minus a topping, after numerous phone calls a replacement came after over 2 hours from first order and looked like it had been thrown down a flight of stairs! Poor show.
