This branch has always been out delivery shop, however I will no longer order from them. Daughter bit into a cookie and found blue plastic. Still waiting for customer services to get beck to me 😡😡. Have now switched to another pizza delivery

I have visited this branch multiple times in recent months and it's always a pleasure to be served by either Marian or Aiyesha (I believe that's thier names. I did ask but can't be certain. Both of what appear to be of brown Asian complexion wearing grey management tops). They are always jovial, friendly and approachable, engaging with both colleagues and customers in a way that naturally elicits smiles and rapport. We live in a time where people can be quick to criticise others and show minimal appreciation/concern for our fellow man or woman. It is absolutely right to acknowledge and commend when one (or two in this case) demonstrate the beautiful basics of humanity over a consistent period. There is also a slim lady of which I believe to be Eastern European origin who is diligent in her preparation of the pizzas. It may sound like nothing but I have observed her multiple times ensuring that the pizza base is evenly spread with sauce, cheese and toppings. As much as this maybe a basis aspect of her role, it is good to see her take pride in her job. Please do pass on my appreciations because people like this is what makes the world a better place. They ALL deserve a promotion and/or pay rise.

I recently tried domino’s Sutton North and it was fantastic! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly and attentive especially Maryam the manager, making the experience even better. The cozy atmosphere made it a great spot for a casual meal. With reasonable prices and excellent pizza, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been to many domino’s but customer services from this store is next level super friendly and great smile on the face from Ayesha, definitely come back again.

I recently moved London and I went to get pizza was bit confused. I was ordering 2 small peporani pizza 2 small vegi Supreme, the Lady Ayesha helped me in ordering and told me if I buy large pizzas for both orders it comes same slices but it will cost me less. I asked Staff who was preparing my pizza Maryam to show me the difference of size, also she told me how many slices will be cut in one pizza. They both were very help full to me. When I got my pizza I was satisfied with my order. This was my first time in Domino's pizza.

Absolutely APPALLED by the customer service from this dominos. I have previously worked for the chain as i told the woman on the phone when i rang to complain as my chicken strippers were spicy. i am aware they are not usually spicy but this woman (who HUNG UP when i asked for her name) refused to believe me, my young child is now screaming her head off because her mouth feels like it’s on fire and nothing was done about this!!! I would understand if she at least tried to be nice on the phone but she was RUDE and condescending. I usually order from dominos a lot but this has made me question my loyalty. i am disgusted this woman even has a job in customer service, after being told to ‘just come in tomorrow when a manager is in’ i just asked for her name to discuss and she hung up !!!! Very disappointed

A lot of work is required at this store in training its staff. Problem after problem! Prices are so expensive it’s unbelievable. I’m going elsewhere for my weekend treats.

Staff do not know how discounts work or are not trained enough by management especially when offers are from other companies and you can prove that the discounts are valid but they still don't want to know

I came to order a pizza because I used to order all the time when the 2017-2019 team was there, I liked the team I liked the pizza. Now however the customer service here is awful. Go to Papa Johns. I chose to have no pizza iver ordering from here. Don't waste your time time or money.

Domino”s .. the name normally gives you a confidence of getting wonderful feeling of having a nice pizza.. unfortunately, this dominos is spoiling the good name.. i use to regularly buy from central london.. it used to be so tasty and yummy.. the one in sutton presents a pizza which is burned and too salty.. i have ordered through just eat app.. which is offcourse a mistake.. you should always through the apps owned by the brands which you are ordering.. always use dominos app.. my weekend craving of having something good food was spoiled by their expensive.. salty.. and burned pizza.. try to avoid buying from this store.. try something from Central london..

Extortionate pricing but great food

We purchased a pizza for the work guys today, chicken wings for 4 , and wedges for 4, there were 8 wedges for each of the guys, which cost 10£ very very bad value for money...so won't be doing it again..

I ordered last weekend. I made a request for the delivery person not to knock on the door but to call me instead as it was late evening and the children were asleep. The delivery man knocked on the door very hard and he had forgotten one of the items I had ordered. I assumed that I was going to get refunded for it but he ended up coming back a few minutes later knocking on the door again. He brought me a sauce I had initially ordered but as he was waiting at the door, he accidentally dropped the sauce on the floor. Half of the sauce fell on the floor. When I opened the door, he gave me the pot with the sauce which was half empty (and collected from the floor) saying that this is what I ordered. I was shocked. I asked him to take it back. I called the manager of the store and complained. I asked for a refund of the item that was not delivered but I have not received it yet. Very rude delivery man!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered pizza for me and my partner at about 6pm last night, I woke at 5.30am this morning in excruciating pain, I've had sickness and d all day & a temperature. After calling 111 me and my partner have food poisoning from here. I can't explain how poorly and run down I feel. My tummy is in excruciating pain + I cannot function properly. I will never eat dominos again.

Needs some manger change or training. Pizza not up to scratch and really doesn’t reflect the brand. May I suggest you focus on making ‘good’ pizza than arguing with your customers on their feedback.

A wonderful and delicious branch of Domino's. Staff are always so very polite and courteous, whether you ring to place an Order or, or go and collect one. The food is always piping hot and so tasty. What I also liked was that I drove past the branch last Saturday morning at about 11am and the staff were cleaning the inside and outside of the shop windows. That, to me, show that they also take pride in their shop looking clean and inviting, as well as serving really nice food. I am a Fan!

Dominos in Sutton is the best branch in my whole area I have been ordering here many years now the standards are allways kept high and the quality is allways on point thanks agian well done yet agian 🙂

We went to order our food and requested them to handle our pizza with gloves or to wash their hands as we cannot have meat due to us being vegetarian/halal we requested this because we have had this issue before and have had peices of meat in our food. The staff completely refused to wear gloves or to wash their hands. If they refused to wear gloves or not wash their hands then this is not hygienic at all and not fair for people who have dietary requirements. If you are vegetarian or have certain dietary requirements then please be careful when you order your food from dominos.

First time I’ve Eva had dominoes pizza and it was absolutely delicious the staff were nice and friendly will be ordering from here again

Always tasty, well packaged and quick delivery! Amazing customer service as well! Once, I received the BBQ dip despite ordering the Garlic and Herb. I called them to explain the issue and the Garlic and Herb dip was delivered to me in the next 15 minutes.

Terrible tasting Dominos , please do not waste you'd time here, salty , too much tomato puree etc. If you want a QUALITY , pretty perfect tasting Dominos then take s 5 minute trip or order from Carshaltom Dominos and tou wont regret the difference and eztra 5 minutes. 1 too many times I said I wont go back to North Sutton but my wife was so hungry even she regretted no taking the time to fo to Carshaton Dominos. Never again . Infact I think they have lost the lost for making Pizza and should get trained by Carshaltom staff - GOD BLESS CARSHALTON DIMINOS :)

Great tasty pizza, staff was rough

Ordered two medium pizzas for some serious midweek comfort eating. I was happy with the quality of the pizzas and sufficiency of the toppings. Maybe the sticker on one of boxes stating 'New Customer' was the prompt to ensure everything was tickety-boo. Nevertheless, I would be tempted to order again when my mood needs lifting.

I ordered via their app, it was ready for collection very quickly. The chocolate orange cookies are to die for. 😋

Ordered potato wedges with 2 pizzas and needed an electron microscope to see contents, more potato in a cheap bag of crisps what a rip off. Should report this to trading standards/weights and measures. Do not use these rip off merchants, appauling value for money. Pizzas not exactly value for money with scarse toppings. Will NEVER use again ... be warned

Pizza was prepared and delivered wrong

Ordered takeaway detail above.........this is probably thew worst Domino's in the country!! Exceptionally poor service, pizza meal arrived nearly 1.30 hours or 90 mins after ordering, meal arrived having gone to the wrong address and the wrong mobile contact number for me was written down. After paying £25 (£24.99) meal deal , we opened up the pizzas to find them luke warm at best almost cold. We were so hungry and angry we ate them, but never again. PLEASE SIMPLY STAY AWAY THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!

This particular dominos is a joke, I've had multiple issues with them, from two orders at one house that they've chose not to deliver, to absolutely diabolical wait times, so bad that last week I chose to go pick the pizza up after ordering on a deliver deal, but tonight tops it all, I've ordered an American hot minus onions add jalapeño. I've added picture for proof, beyond belief now, this manager has been a travesty for a while, about time she's held accountable.

They got one of our two pizzas wrong and I phoned to ask for the right one. I couldn’t eat the one they sent. They offered a refund. I asked for the correct pizza and it arrived 30 minutes later.

Received meat in vegetarian order Ordered the vegetarian cheese Twisted Dough Ball, but it had slices of pepperoni in it. When phoned the place, the manager said he will send replacement next time I order. Not impressed !!

They burnt my pizza and told me they will put a free pizza in this number and they have not I have called and they told me they can't give it to me because it's not there.

Past 3 orders have been absolute shocking, taken well over an hour to get my food tonight...
