The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

It's a shame I couldn't get the new base but still great pizza. Would of liked to see a dip in my side.

Our experience at Pizza Hut was far from impressive. The food, including the pizza, was extremely oily, making it feel heavy and unhealthy. The drink options were just as disappointing, with no healthier alternatives. Surprisingly, even McDonald's would have been a better choice in terms of quality. The seating arrangement was also frustrating. There were no two-person tables at the back of the restaurant, so we were forced to sit right next to the window, where people in the queue stared at us while we ate. It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. I'm honestly puzzled by the queue outside, considering the poor quality of the food. This was our first and definitely last visit to Pizza Hut—or any similar place, for that matter. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Order has been delivered late ordered at 18.29pm didnt arrive till 19.40pm

Food order never arrived. Called store and they couldn't care.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of, if not the worst eating establishments I have ever been to.I usually love a Pizza Hut buffet, but not this one. The waitress warned us that the ‘pasta machine’ (her words) was out of order as was the plate warmer. We decided to leave but having paid in advance were told our refund would take several days. The staff were hopeless and out of their depth. A MUST TO AVOID!

Tuvimos que servir una mesa, aunque el restaurante no estaba particularmente ocupado, el personal parecía poco capacitado y fuera de su profundidad. Buffet era una broma, no hay gran opción en pizza y tuvo que esperar, Manager trató de poner la excusa de no suficiente personal debido a la enfermedad.

Large portion barely served 1 person. Chips stale and overcooked. McCane are much nicer and way way better value. 4 meals ordered... Had to cook extra...so much for a cheap night off....could have had a meal deal for 4 with wine x 2.

Tasted of nothing and came late. There just isn't enough to say to fill out the minimum number of characters required to post.

Opening hours seem to be to satisfy the staff. Lots of table numbers, order at bar and if you need anything it’s over there…. Big debate about wanting an extra coffee shot…. One piece of cold toast with an average breakfast, packet butter from a catering co. Given the setting and close proximity to the Welsh Food Centre this place could be substantially better. Staff nice enough …

Excellent food and service as always, we visit a couple of times a year when we visit south end and Luigi’s never disappoint, tasty fish and chips today, so fresh with a lovely light a crispy batter. Price is very responsible too. Great for families,. welcoming friendly and helpful staff, thank you.

Ordered the pizza deal…x 2 pizzas, large fries and a bottle of drink. Only the pizzas arrived. When I called the restaurant they said it’s too expensive to do this deal now but they were happy to take my order and take my money…false advertising! I appreciate costs are rising but either withdraw the deal, increase your costs or communicate to your customer that you can’t honour it! Don’t just take the money and then only deliver half the order because it suits you. Rude and aggressive staff doesn’t help either

The melts are awful absolutely. The porting is probably the size of one slice of pizza. No sauce in the melt cheese and bread rock hard like a pitta that’s been in the toaster for three hours. Two slices of pepperoni and covered in salt that’s all I could taste. Nothing about this is a melt

You all thought this would be a good review of a fun time at Pizza Hut, well it’s not. Don’t get me started on the staff, the table service was terrible, the “waiters” only relied on the website not knowing or informing me of the basics like: refill cups, buffets, deserts. Today the workers were hiding behind the till, reluctant to serve us being lazy and unqualified. I’m not one to write a review but you have forced me to create an account. Pizza Hut please fix your employment standards.

Terrible pizza, wouldn’t give to my dog. Dry and tasteless and barely warm. Delivered within 40 minutes but a waste of money. Used to be a great company until they franchised it out. Only as good as your last pizza. I’m please don’t waste your money
