Pizza Hut in Milton Keynes

The buffet was excellent for the kids as it meant no waiting and they loved the independence of choosing their own and getting it themselves.

I took the melt and the melt was good but the fries were awful, undercooked! My daughter took the pizza buffet and she said the pizza was good but the pasta dishes were not very good. My granddaughter took the kids spaghetti meal, she was happy! The salad bar is ok.

Lovely food shame about the customer service. Since they've changed to you ordering from a machine its not so friendly and welcoming in there any more. Soent five minutes waiting to be served but then didnt know about ordering from a machine and I got confused and upset.

I arrived here after shopping about two minutes to three and I was told that the buffet had finished at 3pm. Ok, a little bit annoying, but I understand. I was sat down on a sticky table, the waiter explained that all ordering was digital and I was handed a greasy menu, where I could see other people’s fingerprints and splodges of grease in the light. Looking through the pizza size options, you’re given individual or sharing. The thing that annoyed me the most is, what is an “individual”? How big is it? It doesn’t say. All I know is that I’m paying ‘£x’ for something and I have to hope it’s enough to fill me up. I then tried to scan the barcode on the table and the website would not open. There was an error message. Frustrated with the menu, I decided to give up and got up to walk out. Annoyingly, on the way out, the buffet table was full of pizza, and only one out of the 10/12 pizzas on there had a slice taken out of it. There were two small families in the restaurant. Presumably, when they left, ten good pizzas were probably fuc’d straight in the bin. Seems a terrible waste in a cost of living crisis and with so many homeless on our streets. Last time I visit a Pizza Hut for a long time!!

This is the second time we’ve been for the lunch time buffet now. All the pizza and pasta we had was hot, fresh and tasty. There’s always a good selection of pizza in the buffet and the salad was lovely and fresh. Friendly service too. We’ll be back!

Service was good, however, the food was slow as there were not enough pizzas ready for all the customers. Also the ladies toilets were rank, the smell, they were dirty and there were stains everywhere. I felt rather dirty when leaving the toilets. Come in Pizza Hit, please look after your toilets.

We went on a busy Saturday evening and it was fab! We didn’t wait at all even considering how busy it was, the food came quick & was lovely and the service was great even though they were under pressure. The manager even had to deal with a horrible customer shouting at him across the restaurant but he was so professional in dealing with the situation and moved the gentleman on quickly before it ruined anyone’s else’s experience. Well done Manager! Also Hannah was great when we were being the complicated ones with a voucher, she sorted it all out for us stress free! Thanks Pizza Hut for a lovely meal on a busy Saturday right before Christmas. Don’t be a d*ck especially at this time of year, be nice to your servers!

Went on a very busy Saturday, but were seated after a short wait in the queue. Staff were helpful and kind. We went for the buffet option on the menu and I have to say the pizzas did keep coming out and were hot. I agree with one of the other comments there could be someone around to keep the ice cream and salad bar clean and not look like so much carnage around the place. You do get caught though, you either go for the full on expensive option of endless drinks, pizza, salad and ice cream, none our our party really wanted the ice cream but if you opted for the lesser expensive buffet, you only got pizza, salad unlimited. You would have had to buy your drinks. Which is a bit of benefit to Pizza Hut but as you will end up going for the more expensive option. Other than that the food was good and staff were helpful even though it was extremely busy.

Visited with husband and Guide Dog, the manager treated us like outcasts sat us is the coldest part of the restaurant, away from everybody else because one customer some time ago, didn't like a dog. Then he said the dog was a Health and Safety hazard, whilst letting pushchairs and buggies to be "parked" in the aisles between the seats. If our server hadn't been really nice we'd have left. The Pizza was alright, the wine was good. Never again. I have complained to the company by email which was signed off with the phrase "hope to see you at Pizza Hut again soon"!! I don't think so.

When we arrived at Pizza Hut no one was around to seat us, I could understand this if it was busy however, it was not. We were sent out side like naughty school children to wait for one of 3 managers to come and sit us down. Once sitting down at a visibly dirty table being told “I will be right back to sort this”, we waited and after 5 minutes we decided to roll up our sleeves and pretend to be pizza hut employees, cleaning our own table, ready for some pizza. The main event arrived 20 mins and £50 later, receiving our bread and cheese, it was evident the disappointment would not end at the table. We bought some of the new peri peri cheesy bites which had the unusual taste that matched the smell of sweaty armpits, this unorthodox item did not bring justice to Italian or Portuguese cuisine, they where awful. The pizza, well it was just pizza however, for the price I would have expected more. The levels of confusion was clear and pronounced during our visit to Pizza Hut Milton Keynes, I have seen more organised school plays, how disappointing. Once we had finished our pizza and at least as much as we could stomach of our body odour flavour cheese balls, we waited for our cookies. After everything we had experienced we remained optimistic and this was quickly misplaced, as we spent 30 minutes waiting for what appeared to be squares of liquid mess (cookie dough). I would rather have had a packet of Maryland cookies chucked in the microwave, I was then presented a small tub of ice cream which had an unusual sticky blue substance frozen to the bottom. The ice cream spent its last moments on the table despite reassurance from the management that this substance unknown to science was simply ice. I was asked by the kind waitress if my meal was ok and this is the kicker considering this review, I said “Yes, thank you”. Oh the ferocity I felt in every fibre of my being, however this could have been down to our waitress being very kind and noticing they did not want to be there either and after having this meal I could understand why, with the thought in my head being “and I’m the one paying to be here”. After consuming two glasses of our bottomless drinks we required the restroom facilities, disclaimer: strap your selves in. We navigated past the sea of small children running to the ice cream machine finally reaching the restroom. I am not religious but these toilets required Jesus. Urine on the floor and no locks on the doors, it felt like I had stepped into a bus station toilet, employees must be acquainted to this experience as that can be the only reasonable justification as to why no one had cleaned the toilets since Pizza Hut was first founded in 1958. In all seriousness however, the health hazard that was presented was dire and despite the wet floor sign being placed carefully above the golden puddle, I would have not had been pleased if I had slipped or stood in it. I wanted to complain direct to Pizza Hut however due to not being presented a physical receipt I could not do so as I required a long receipt number. If you would like my advice, don’t go to this Pizza Hut you will be poor and disappointed the service was subpar with clueless “managers” running around eating in the kitchen, using their phones and proceeding to touch the food on the buffet without washing their hands (they sat us in front of the kitchen door which has a huge window). Trip adviser has been kind and only allowed me to give this visit a 1 star rating, however if I could there would be a 0 star rating, this is frankly insulting to 1 star rated restaurants. I say once again, I feel ridiculous for telling our sweet waitress we enjoyed our “meal”. Pizza Hut, I am not angry with you I am just very disappointed.

Pizza was good but the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. The ice cream factory was filthy, mess all over the side, lots of the toppings were empty and the pots they were in looked like they'd never been cleaned. The antibacterial gel on the wall, we wanted to put on our hands after touching anything was so diluted it felt like it wouldn't have made any difference if we used it or not. And the toilets were vile, toilet paper on the floor, empty toilet rolls laying around, doors that didn't lock, soap dispensers hanging down and a pungent smell lingering. This place says it has a 4 star hygiene rating, if they'd of had an unannounced visit today, it wouldn't have surprised me if they'd have shut them down. It was a Monday evening and not busy but the staff couldn't even be bothered to take our plates away before my children helped themselves to the ice cream which had lumps of ice in it. I should have known it wasn't going to be good when the waiter talked me through the menu which was covered in a sticky sauce right at the very beginning. Very disappointing indeed. Doesn't even deserve 0 stars!!

Called in here on my Birthday, wished we hadn't bothered. Shown to a table and told to order via the app, I pointed out that not everyone wants the Pizza Hut app installed on their phone, I for one have had my data lost by one too many incompetent companies. Anyway we sat there for 25 minutes until the a waitress appeared to take our order. We ordered a thin crust margarita, a beer and 2 bottles of Pepsi. Two minutes later the waitress appeared asking for payment of £33 before we had even eaten, which we thought was a bit weird, but we soon realised why. The pizza arrived and it was disgusting, cold, very little cheese or tomato and the base was so hard you would have broken a tooth if you had eaten the outside of it. The chips were so hot I took the roof off my mouth and there were many rotten ones amongst the soggy mess. I will never go to this restaurant again and it will be a while before I give any Pizza Hut another try. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere in MK there are plenty of other places.

No pepperoni, but don’t let that stop you. They replaced this with better meats. 5 vegetarian pizzas made daughter number 1 happy and the ice cream factory made son 2 very happy with more than one visit.

A good selection of pizzas available, salad was really good, drinks were a bit pricey & some staff members weren't very accommodating. Felt like it was a chore to ask for what we had ordered to some of the staff members but most of them were lovely! Hopefully we will visit again. 9/10 from us

Ordered a medium cheese and tomato pizza for £15 it got delivered. It came nice and warm but the pizza didn't really taste and had an off-putting smell to it. There was also grease coming out the base which did not look appetising. Its definitely not worth £15 and I will not be ordering again. One positive is that the food was delivered with 20 minutes which was good

As the restaurant is doing take away only ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides. I literally could not eat the pizza or garlic bread. No resemblance to Pizza Hut. Disgusting flavoured sauce, almost no cheese. Garlic bread was oily and had a terrible flavour also!!...

Such a warm welcome by a member of the management team on arrival tonight “you can’t use that door” oh the door that is illuminated and open???? After being told it is a fire exit we walked through to the other end of the restaurant. As we arrived at the other door we were greeted by a member of team DEBBIE shouting at us from her section about why we can’t use the door we came through. As a paying customer I do not expect to be embarrassed and sworn at by a team member as she became more aggressive to me and my children we were then accused of ganging up on her which took us completely by surprise I was then accused of being aggressive towards her. I am not sure what just happens to me and my children but I would simply say avoid at all costs. We all hear in the news about the difficulties in the restaurant sector well if that is the way Pizza Hut employees treat there customers then no wonder

We waited to be seated for over ten minutes. Staff were walking past eyeing us up but said nothing. Eventually someone came and said oh can you please wait at the other door. Now if this was the case then why don’t you put a sign on the door we came through and say please wait at the other end of the restaurant! Or something similar!

We met friends here and all had the Christmas special. It was great and the waitress was incredibly friendly, service was prompt and food was really good.

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut in Milton Keynes for service. From our first ever visit I remember walking out as they took our order and nearly 1hr later our food had still not arrived. I would never judge a place because of one bad experience but I’ve been there twice more and still the service is very poor. When you do ask where your food is you get attitude bad from the staff or if you ask for something extra it’s like they have to go massively out of their way to do it. 3 times I have tried this Pizza Hut and that was 3 times to many. I would rather drive out of my way and go to another.

Pan crust meat feast pizza with a drizzle of BBQ sauce, free salad, refillable drinks. This establishment doesn’t only offer excellent quality mouth watering food, it offers a delicious night out at an affordable price.

We waited over an hour for our food, the waitress clearly forgot to put our order through, we were about to get up and leave because we had a film to go see but it finally did come and it wasnt the best quality either. We hoped she would at least take our drinks off the bill as she was so apologetic but nope, was a waste of money and time.

Visited early evening and was served quickly. Waitress friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately when the pizza came it was a bit undercooked and 'sloppy'. The Manager had brought our order over so when we drew his attention to it, he immediately apologised and went to the kitchen to request a replacement. He then returned and explained how it had happened (..new staff member). The new pizza came really quickly and the side orders and kids pizza, that had already been eaten, were also replaced. We had a really enjoyable meal with excellent customer service.

Well, the place is DIRTY. They have changed the menu so their are only TWO sizes of pizza to choose from, which mean you pay 12 pounds for a SMALL individual pizza. To top it off they have STOPPED dong pasta at the salad bar as well.

had the buffet lunch eat as much as you dare! reasonable pizza, a bit sparse on toppings, the salad bar left a bit to be desired with people (other customers) throwing the tongs back to contaminate the salads with the handles and whatever they had been scratching/touching before they took their food! (what is wrong with some people?) don't know what Pizza hut can do about that apart from constantly changing the utensils perhaps (have that tip on me!)

We arrived and waited at the desk but we were ignored for about 5 minutes before even having our existence acknowledged and still had to wait longer to be seated. The restaurant wasn’t busy so we were a little surprised at this. Ordering food was a little slow as well. On going to get a drink all of the glasses were filthy with hand or lip marks. On a positive note the food was pretty good with nothing worth moaning about. But im still astounded how expensive pizza is compared to more sophisticated alternative restaurants in the complex.

We visited in February half-term for the weekday buffet and it was really good plenty of staff and the buffet was generous.That made us come back for my Mum’s birthday treat last night.However it was a different atmosphere, the salad bar was not well filled up and there was only one waiter on the floor I didn’t see how many was in the kitchen I am assuming two but there were a few tables with customers I feel bad for the staff, it felt like I was in a different country where employers don’t value staff. Bless him our waiter was really knackered although he kept up with our demands apart from the bill he had to amend a bit I guess he was too busy. Anyways well done to the waiter the food was great still the same kind of food service no doubt.

Called in here for the first time in forever! Hubby seemed very pleased with the lunchtime buffet. Plenty of pizzas to choose from and quite a good salad selection. I had the flatbread option which was tasty along with the salad. Only critisim is there didn't seem to be any indication as to what the salad dressings were. I took one that I thought was mayo, but when I took a mouthful with my salad back at my table it was definitely wasn't! Service was good and quick.

What you see is what you get!! This is a typical brand restaurant. Same old pizza offered- close your eyes and you could be anywhere . Same old meals.

Awful service, drinks took too long, pizza took too long to come out and then one meal came out 10 minutes before the rest. The pizza was just like lots of cheese melted on to bread and has made me feel so sick. The buffet was awful with all the bowls spilling over into the next. It's a run down place, everything dirty and sticky. And it's not cheap either!! I will NOT be going again.

Popped in for a cheesy bits pepperoni pizza with my daughter while out shopping. Pizza was big enough for 3 and delicious.

We haven't been to Pizza Hut for a while and this was disappointing. We arrived at 2 pm so in time still for the £7.50 buffet. The greeter was not very welcoming rather talked to the people behind us - who she clearly knew rather than show us attention. She showed us to a table without conversation. Our waitress came over quickly - too quick as we hadn't had time to open menu. We chose the buffet as it seemed the quickest option. Having been before - albeit awhile ago - I feel I can comment on the quality. It was poor, the salad choice was ok but very bland. The buffet pizzas were few and dry. Not happy. We waited a bit for fresher pizza to arrive but so was everyone else - like people haven't seen pizza before! Really unhappy with quality and quantity. Would not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone. The irony was as we were leaving the buffet table was now full of fresh, varied pizzas even though it was now 2.55pm and the buffet finished at 3pm!!!

Came here on a Saturday lunchtime so we had to wait about 5 mins to be seated. Once seated the service was speedy despite it being so busy. We went for the big sharer meal where you get a choice of 2 starters/sides 1 sharing pizza and a desert. This we found was very good value for money. Its a shame not all Pizza Huts offer this. I like the fact you can top up your drinks via the drinks machine, it has so may flavours to choose from.

Lovely salad bar I would liked to have seen olives on it though, good selection of pizzas quite busy but they seemed to keep the pizzas flowing, friendly staff. Value for money I think 😊

Although it's been refurbished which is OK. The salad bar is not nice at all. Uninspiring, the potatoes are chops up very small pieces and covered in a load of mayonnaise. The whole bar lacks imagination. I remember liking the salad in particular. The selection of pizzas are good and tasty. The pasta has changed to adding the sauce yourself. This looks bland and unappetising. I didn't try as the sauces looked and felt really runny.

We arrived and ordered our pizzas I had the deep pan seafood one. It had four tasteless prawns on it and wasn't cooked so was very doughy. If I shut my eyes I wouldn't have known what I was eating it didn't taste of anything. Needless to say I left it. I never normally complain but this time I did. The staff were quick to take the pizza off our bill but I wasn't offered an alternative so left very hungry. This used to be a good place for pizza but I certainly won't return now.

We visited last minute as a quick stop off on our way up the M1. Pizza Hut was the first restaurant we saw when we reached the shopping centre. We got a seat quickly enough and the waitress came over promptly to take our order. But.......

In the family we decided to have a meal in the newly renovated restaurant, seated quickly in the centre of the restaurant, we made our order quickly and without trouble, even though we've waited around 50 minutes for our food we haven't complained due to the amount of free time we had, the waitress even though we've not complained apologised sincerely offering us discount and extra sides to our meals which is not often found. Our food was good and the service was really kind i definitely recommend a visit.

Pizzas were constantly being replenished with lots of choice, delicious. Pasta a bit hit and miss, no sauce available for ages and only one choice. Salad bar has improved, more choice and fresher ingredints

Considering this place has just had a full refurb there were a lot of things wrong!! I must have picked up 11 glasses before I found a cleanish one to use. Plates and bowels were also dirty and old looking. Pizza was kept hot on the lunchtime buffet but the garlic bread sticks you get had no garlic on them at all! Overall a disappointing experience where I shall not be returning.

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for years. However called in here and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Free salad, good selection of thin crust pizzas and flat bread. Service was also quick and efficient.

Its been a while since I have used Pizza hut for the menu. I only pop in for the buffet as you get reasonabley good value for money.

Pizza Hut - A trusted brand, simple, generic, and often well needed food to break-up a shopping trip. No fuss or bother, and value for money. I don't expect silver service, I don't expect the finest cuisine, but what I do expect is polite service...

Been here about five times never been disappointed,the food is good and refreshed regularly the service is good,unlike the westcroft pizza hut which is atrocious.

Popped in today for lunch, seated really quickly, was a bit put off by the sticky menu but carried on, noting that the table next to us hadn't received all their order. Waitress came over very polite took our order, bottle of still water and a refillable drink, American thin hot fiery pizza to share, we headed to the salad bar, a table of four were seated after us was given there drinks while we were still waiting for the bottled water to be brought over, waiting patiently after 45 minutes I asked the waitress where the water (after we'd just got water from the drinks station) was and the pizza, she went off to enquire came back it will be with us shortly as its in the oven, the table of four also asked, I gave her 5 minutes, the table of fours food was taken to their table, I called the waitress over and asked why they had their food and we hadn't, she bought the some one else over to our table and he said that he'd find out when he came back with our burnt pizza he offered 50% of our bill when I pointed out the pizza didn't look too great he offered the meal free, I by this time had had enough and told him to shove it and left.

Popped in to this Pizza Hut whilst shopping. We haven't eaten in a Pizza Hut restaurant in a long time as we always order delivery.

Arrived on a Monday evening with a friend arrived at around 7.15 the waitress gave us a few minutes for us to finish our conversation and ask for our orders there was only us in the restaurant .about 7.30 I asked a member of staff what time they closed and she replied 8pm at no point during our food at Pizza Hut no one shooed is out or made us feel rushed they took a profession approached asked us if we required any more drinks or a dessert top marks for making your customers feel comfortable and a good experience will come back again.

Went for a pizza today. Food was really good, salad bar was also serving fresh food and service was excellent. Food was served with 15mins. Tasted good.

So we arrived and sat down at our table we looked through the menu to see what we wanted, the waitress came and took our order she was very friendly and such good service everytime (didn't get her name but she wears glasses) please do tell her that she was really good! The only let down was the size of the pizza £9.99 for such a small plate! The unlimited drinks and salad is really good and the caramel cookie dough was to die for so yummy! I will definitely be coming back but this time we will order big pizza :) thank you again to the girl who served us!

my grand-daughter loves the pizza here lovely salad but the pasta takes a lot to be desired a little soggy for me. Easy place to sit and eat

Well ok for the salad bar, nearly unless you get the sauce mayo etc-with carrots in it or cucumbers? The pizza's are ok but seem warm if you have missed them coming out fresh. Also when you go up for more they seem to not be any and go sit down, then go back up and you miss them, as others have taken the slices. They need to do a buffet you order at table and they bring it out to you like the chinese or indians do for a set price? At least you know that other people have not coughed over them or even snezzed??? As I have seen someone do this and it put me right off for going up to get more? He probably knew this and wanted all pizza for himself. Oh this was not at this restaurant-it was the one in Bedford. Other by this staff seemed ok and seating can be a bit cramped.

Busy Saturday lunch time.... 10 minutes to be seated and then staff to busy to be interested.

I visited this branch of Pizza Hut with my family just before Xmas. It was around lunch time and it was very busy. We were very pleased with the efficient service and the quality of our pizzas, however our visit was marred by certain clients all of the same ethnicity who seemed to think it was appropriate to sample food from the salad bar by using the serving spoons and then placing them back in the containers. Believe me, I do not think that any sensible person wants to eat the food when the serving spoons have been in another persons mouth. I think that notices need to be placed near the salad bar advising customers to refrain from this horrible practice and the staff need to be more vigilant in this area. Saying this, it is the first time I have witnessed this unhygienic behaviour in a Pizza Hut and hope it is the last.

Two buffets, tango and apple juice were devoured and going back up to have seconds always makes you feel good. The salad bowls appear smaller but all you need to do is use cucumber slices round the edge to make it bigger and then cement your salad with the fantastic 1000 island dressing. It has become an art form. I was taught how to do it their Head Office in Wichita in the US. The quality of the food is very good and our server Rosemary was excellent. She found us a quieter spot away from all the mums and their sprogs that was cooler.
