Supreme Takeaway in County Durham

Had a donner kebab from here last night and it was honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. Meat was cooked to perfection, salad was great, chips were spot on.

left the gate open and dogs got out and the chips barely had any cheese on

Amazing pizzas and dips, however chips was a small portion of stale recooked frozen chips.

Food was great and delivery was super fast!

pizza was lovely, as usual, but think you forgot the pineapple!🍍 😅

Ordered this for years second time in a row has been a disappointment. Wrong sources delivered used to get salad as part of the meal I’m guessing you don’t now? And the chips tasted like they have been re heated quite a few times. Used to be a regular treat however probably won’t order again sadly

Supreme is got to be one of the best takeaways in Consett. There is not a thing I could fault with their food, delivery time, the delivery driver is friendly & the people in the shop also! They’ve never made a mistake with the food. It’s always fresh, hot, on time. Amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. There munchie boxes are also insane and packed full with plenty to share!! Go to Supreme!!

Food disgusting cold not good at all

Not as good as usual I'm afraid. The two toppings requested on the pizza were completely missing and the chips and kebab were stone cold, I've had to heat them in the air fryer when I got home.

delivery time was 23.40 I didn't receive order until 1.30 am I was asleep therefore didn't eat food absolutely disgusting service

The cans were in the same bag as the fries, nice food, very delicious :) ❤️

they forgot the garlic and replaced it with curry in a wrap totally disgraceful won't be ordering from them again and they will be on my twitch.tv channel and YouTube as useless in consett and ruined my meals

Over an hour late but food was nice

Nearly 2 hours late and I still haven’t received my order after calling the restaurant 20 minutes ago. I order from here all of the time and unfortunately won’t be returning. I would also like my money back as opposed to the generous £3 the restaurant gave me in credit!

Was warn waited over the delivery time was warn even though I was told it was hot. Not happy

waited an hour for food to be told it wouldnt arrive and to contact just eat for a refund , avoid this shop

Driver was so polite and really lovely. Food was great and fantastic value for money especially the kids meals. Will definitely be ordering again.

Food was absolutely delicious, changed soo much from the past. Ordered the kebab calzone and added extra jalapeños which was lovely! Arrived hot and on time, my mozzarella sticks seemed like they just came out the fryer that’s how hot they were. Not only that but i got a free cheesy garlic bread! Coming back definitely and i 100% recommend this! Loved it!

Don't bother! Ordered via app for delivery , nothing arrived apart from a text to say it was coming. Rang the shop, to be told they didn't have order, so no food and £25 out of pocket. Will have to do a chargeback, shame as they used to be good, but will never use them again.

Ordered and waited over an hour and a half rang back to see where it was they said it would be the next one out then waited a further half an hour I rang back and he told me down the phone he was cancelling my order and then hung up joke!!

Went to order online price was £17,45 The Internet played up so rang them, price was £24.00, how? What a hike, will not be going back.

Usually good but today was delivered over an hour early

Got my son a garlic bread and he ended up finding what looks like a plastic bristle off a sweeping brush in it. And got a brownie with double cream and the cream was very bitter and smelled funny.. total put off now. 😔

Magic flame kebab doesn't contain shish now yet the just eat menu says it does. You get extra kofta but that's rubbish cheap meat compared to the shish.

Ordered food came a hour and 20mins late. Phoned a few times to be told it will be 15mins this is the 2nd time in a week we have waited over 2hours for food. Food turned up which was cold and the pizza's were cold and not even cooked properly we now have unhappy kids. This will be the last time we use this joke of a company.

I received my order and there was kofta missing so I rang to ask for the kofta to be sent out only to have the manger speak to me in a very vile manner and to hang up on me , rang back again and they sent it out but it was the wrong thing so I rang back again to tell them it still wasn't kofta for the manager to then say they were sending the police down because of me ringing them, all I asked for was for a refund or for my order to be right I am absolutely fuming of being spoken to in the vile and disgusting manner isn't there a thing the customer is always right well not in this case haha, let the police come because I really don't care .

Extremely disappointed that after placing our order, a colleague from next door Golden pizza, brought their dog into the waiting area of Supreme to the delight of all the staff . To which supreme pizza shortly brought another dog through the kitchen and waiting area. I'm pretty disgusted that there was a dog in the kitchen but to add to the fact all the staff where in and out of the kitchen going to the dogs and back to our food, shamelessly infront of us. Zero thought for hygiene at all.

Never had a problem with this place

Starting to become our favourite takeaway! Never any faults and the food always arrives on time and hot! Manager is lovley and the past 2 delivery drivers we've had have been great too.

Love the food from here but both the website and the app lists Lanchester as a delivery area but when I put in my postcode it says you don't deliver here. Sort the app out guys

Always ordered a 12" chicken pizza and they are great, staff are really helpful and friendly, prices are average but could be cheaper for a few items.

It's good but sometimes they give me a normal coffee than a toffee coffee

My lamb kebab was most definitely beef. I'm pretty sure this is illegal! If it isn't then it is blatant false advertising.

Unhelpful when I phoned I overheard girl in background saying its them again, used supreme lots of times but unfortunately will not be using them again, unfriendly

This WASH our regular pizza shop in Consett, but after tonight never again. The owner has family who own next doors golden pizza shop. Tried to order in the shop with my wife and there was a young girl waiting for her order. Approached the counter to order when a male from next door came to the front of the counter and started shouting with the lad making the pizzas. He was moving up and down the counter which prevented me getting to the girl to take my order. Whilst giving the order all hell broke out with the 2 men with only the counter stopping a brawl. The yong girl waiting for her order left the shop fearing her own safety. All staff just shouting at male from next door. Eventually Alex the owner got the male outside. He came back in Helling his head off and started kicking the counter and hatch through to the shop. The staff again got him out before calm was brought to the shop. The young girl had left the shop again during the second encounter and was clearly shaken. The staff had to ask us what our order was due to the chaos. Eventually our pizzas were made and the staff tried to amend things between us with a bottle of foreign Coca Cola. Told him to stick his pop and that I will never come back.

I'm reviewing on what I get every time and that is chicken pizza with garlic, it is divine! Cannot fault it. All your delivery drivers are canny too! I won't order from anywhere else.

Informed 45 mins to delivery which is acceptable on a bank holiday but 1 1/2 hours later and two phone calls and finally delivered 2 Luke warm pizzas, never again!

On a street full of kebab and pizza joints, this is consistantly the best. Chicken kebab means a 5min wait but it's well worth it. Fair price, honest grub. Does the job, and I will keep coming back for more!

Lovely food and great service. Would definitely recommend as the best take away in Consett. We have been eating at Supreme for years and have not had one bad experience.
