Like to say you get what you order but waiting over an hour to ring up and be told they don’t have any order for you but took cash online and confirmation email won’t be ordering from here again that’s for sure and judging by reviews as well would recommend going elsewhere

By far the best pizzas in the area. Have never had a bad food or experiences (takeaway/delivery). Popped in for our takeout this eve and even given a complimentary drink as I didn’t have cash on me and decided not to use my card again. I didn’t even know it had been put into the package until I discovered it when we got home as I thought it was just sauce pots. Such a lovely thing to do and shows such good customer care as they didn’t have to do that at all, the small things really do matter. Thank you, whoever did that and sorry for not thanking you at the time (as I hadn’t realised). I really don’t understand why this takeaway doesn’t have a higher score review wise!

Up with family on holiday in the area, second time we have used these guys, food and service excellent, will definitely be having one more takeaway from them before the weekend as such amazing deals.

Omg DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE , had the the worst 2 pizzas ever in my life from this place , ordered Hawaiian pizza and a pepperoni pizza both were disgusting to the taste after one slice No flavour whatsoever and looked awful when opened the box Do yourselves a favour and order from domino’s instead or Frydayz of shildon much much better food !

The pizza arrived cold and damaged, literally nearly every topping was stuck to the roof of the cardboard, like someone had sat on the pizza. Obviously I called for a replacement pizza but when the driver arrived he was abusive and demanded another £2.50 delivery charge, which I had already paid, in disgust I said no way, so he threw the pizza in the car and wheel spun off shouting abuse, honestly absolutely disgusting service food and attitude,

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience here. They delivered a pizza that was so squashed that all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I called the shop and they sounded annoyed but said they would send another one. They sent a driver to pick up the squashed pizza (fair enough) so we waited in anticipation and hunger for the new one. When the next driver arrived, he demanded £2.50 delivery. We had already paid £3.50 delivery (and £0.50 service charge whatever that is) so questioned the new charge seen as the last driver had not asked and we had already paid online. The driver was angry and drove off with our pizza! I am confused and hungry. Would not recommend this place.

Pizza sticking to the lid it was disgusting and so was the kebab looking at the reviews it's shocking.

I've had a pizza from there before over a year ago was lovely.tonight I got chips and curry sauce disgusting curry sauce was so watery and I chips gave me intergestion which I never get .

ordered tonight for my children and this is what my oldest received as his Parmesan meal. Baring in mind it like like rubber. Phone the shop several times no answer then spoke to actual owner who replied an hour later saying thank you! disgusting customer service when pulled up on it said he would send another order but children ate else where and where now in bed!

This meal was so good that my toenails flew off like roof tiles on a windy day.

Amazing food and the kebab wasn’t greasy

Purchased 14 inch for bargain £10 and 🧀 chips total bill touch under £14 so all good on cost. Unfortunately the pizza had fake cheese mix, reformed ham which was low grade and cheap 🍕 base. As for chips, soggy style not good, will not revisit next time I'm in the area.

Food freezing cold, Meat like a rubber tyre and the gravy had more lumps than old school custard. Meant to have a naan sent but ended up with a tortilla. Very disappointed. Won't use again

When you order a parmesan to then discover that there's no bechamel sauce...call up to be told they had ran out!!! Well in my book that's not a parmesan!!

Just don't get delivery!! £5 to Staindrop ....only wanted a wrap, ended up having to order a banquet plus delivery charge....horrific. £17 for 1 meal really!! Not good.

Very cheap pizza base, didnt taste of anything and it was like chewing on cardboard. Definitely gone backwards since it was taken over.

Ordered the Southern Fried Chicken which was either too over cooked, the oil was too hot or was cooked in old oil and after one bite i was left with a foul taste in my mouth. Oh and the chips were cold and tasteless too. The only saving grace to this takeaway experience was that my wife ordered a Doner Kebab with garlic sauce with again cold tasteless chips. The positives from the kebab was that there was plenty of meat and came with 2 pitta bread but then again how do you spoil a kebab? My son had Pizza which looked ok however he’s a teenager so he would eat anything.

Pizza tasted great and the delivery was spot on, I would recommend pizza napoli to anyone.

The kebab meat was as cold as it could be, pitta bread was stale and at the very early stages of moulding, don't know whether the sauce was chilli sauce or not but it didn't taste or look like it. The salad looked like it had been sat in its tub for a good few years, it had some funky looking chilli sat over the salad, was very far from fresh and again the most disgusting salad i've ever seen or tasted. Will never order from this shop ever again, was so bad that my dog wouldn't even touch it and my dog loves kebab. Environmental health should pay them a visit cos i'm not so sure that a food service so poorly made and absolute disgustingly cold should even be allowed to be open. I wouldn't let the desperate and homeless eat something so bad. Not what i expected from a kebab shop. Customer service and general mannerism is as disgusting as the food. Not worth a 1 star rating i had to give. This is the kind of food shop that is a serious risk to anyone who dare to try it

I Ordered a pizza which they confirmed is on the way but never arrived. I had to call several times.The Manager were hiding never called me back.Finally got my money back from Just Eat as I ordered through to this company. They should not be in the business and manager should be a kitchen porter!

After years of using napoli for my takeaway, i have now the last three times been totally disappointed, food very poor , delivered late , stone cold ,getting more expensive . Will not be using this takeaway again.

Had a donner parmo and chips, not bad for the price although they forgot the chilli sauce. Portion size maybe a touch on the small side for a pizza shop.

Ordered a Special Offer Meal Deal last night, #4 - 10" Garlic Bread, Parmo chips and salad, Donner Meat, 2 drinks and a dip for £12. Garlic Bread OK, Parmo not really my thing but had to try a local dish and there was nowt wrong with it, Donner meat good. I have given this review 4 stars however as the staff were extremely friendly, the service was good and the value for money is great.

Saturday night my daugher had a garlic chicken kebab usually they are nice but there standards have slipped some of the chicken was raw did not ring because staff argue on the phone will not be going again! Please be careful as chicken is dangerous if not cooked properly

Two slices into my margarita and started chocking on a piece of string/cotton. Rang the shop to be offered 2.40 as a refund. Woman one the phone was a rude, cocky cow . Do not eat here.

Rang up for a delivery then they put the phone to the side ehilw they took orders from people walking in the shop left us hanging for nearly 10 minutes

First and last time user. 45 mins delivery quite acceptable but in fact took 1 hour 50 minutes. Food cold had to reheat everything. Threw most of it out. Should have stuck to my saturday night chinese.

We ordered pizza Napoli in much anticipation, we waited over an hour and the white Anthony Joshua opens the door, charge us 50p more when she was banging in on the door screaming through the letter box. It woke up our pet fox who got extermely distressed. The deep bouncing voice boomed throughout the house all the small children and the dog barney did a poo on the floor which one of our friends ate which tasted much more nutritious than the pizza. Now he has been rushed off to the hospital with piercing pains (liver cancer incoming).

Last time I ordered these forgot my chips now just had a order deliverd with no can of pop! Not happy

Ordered chicken wraps with salad and garlic. The salad was a tiny bit of soggy lettuce and a few bits of onion . Nothing else . The garlic sauce was none existent hence the wrap was very bland . I would not recommend

Arguably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had, and the only one in comepetion with it is the one I had previously from this place. The donner meat did not taste proper and the wrap was soggy. Borderline unedible. What is in the donner meat?? And most importantly what is wrong with the cheesy chips, they were horrendous. There was maybe 3 chips I could enjoy. Absolutely terrible

Vegetarian +Pepperoni pizza.. pepperoni under the cheese so was raw meat. No green veg used.. bits of tomato was all tops and bottoms Greasy too much cheese. Not even cut. Awful

Bought quite a few takeaways from here over the last year or so but there always seems to be something wrong with it. If it’s not cold there’s something missing or it takes almost two hours to get delivered. Don’t expect first class customer service, either in the shop or over the phone as you won’t receive it !

We enjoyed our parmesan very much but we ordered one with sweetcorn and it must have been forgotten as we didn't get any sweetcorn.

Ordered a pizza Just Eat. I got a text message from them to say our pizza was on the way. Over 1 hour later it hadn't arrived so called back Just Eat. They assured us that it was 3-4 mins away, 50 mins later no pizzas. My Friend finally got the number for Pizza Napoli and spoke to a member of staff. They were rude as were the drivers that finally delivered 5 mins later. We asked if the pizzas were hot and the foreign driver was rude and said yes obviously. They sped off and in checking they were stone cold and one was chicken. We called the shop again and a young girl said she'd been there 2 days and didn't have the authority to offer new pizzas or a refund. She kept saying that we hadnt put our number in correctly but Just Eat had called us so that was a blazing lie.She then put the phone down in us. They were rude, the food had been obviously on top of the hot counter as one was burned on one side. Pizza Napoli is the worst pizza shop we have ever been to. Visit and order at your own peril. If our friend is ill from her chicken pizza then environmental health will be notified. We will name and shame to all friends etc.

Vile and rude staff. They lied about not having my telephone number and when over 2 hours later they finally delivered our food it was the food that was cooked over 2 hours earlier and had been sat on the hot counter. One pizza had a whole side burnt and dark brown. Totally vile place and it's no wonder it gets dire reviews on TripAdvisor. Order at your risk as you have been warned. As for Just Eat, why the he'll you have them on your books is beyond me and I won't order through you again.

As we’ve had lovely kebabs from you guys before we will certainly order again. However tonight’s pizzas were disappointing. My husband ordered a pepperoni and only got 3 slices of pepperoni on the entire pizza. I ordered chicken and mushroom with extra onions and sweet corn and half of the pizza was completely plain as the bag had clearly been tipped up and the topping had slid entirely into one side and into the box. Such a shame. As I say, we love your kebabs!

Very poor customer service food turned up on time but the pizza was burnt to a crisp rang the takeaway they said they would bring another in 20 mins after waiting a hour I rang them just to get a busy line for the next half hour just eat got in touch with the owner for him to say they have turned the phones off as to busy and my pizza will be 45 mins so by the time it does get here it's near 2 and half hours since they dropped the first order.

tried this again after disappointment at Christmas was 100% better you defiantly have a returning customer best takeaway food I've had in a while especially the chicken kebab. nom nom

Ordered on line for collection arrived to find only half of order correct had been given someone else's was told this would be rectified in 5 minutes 35 minutes later still no sign of food by this time correct half was stone cold no explanation given as where order was don't even think it had been started now over 45 minutes from my collection time still waiting demanded a full order refund and they have now lost my business

The food we got was ok but I ordered fish fingers for my daughter, they sent sausages. I also ordered a bbq sauce for the free sauce as I had spent over £15 with a pizza but that didn't arrive.
