burger was dry and on the cold side. pizza was burnt and crispy and felt like it had been on top of the pizza oven for a while before delivery.

Food dropped on the floor from soggy bag when it was delivered.

I picked up food yesterday. They put the Lettuce on top of the kebab by the time I got home it was all slimey and disgusting. The foods is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's lovely sometimes it's not very nice.

everything was soggy, chips, jumbo sausages and onion rings were all soggy and soaked in grease. not pleasant at all to eat. really disappointed as the last time we ordered it was lovely

As good as the delivery time and as delicious as the food was, the drivers female passenger threw an empty sandwich packet out the car and the driver kicked it under his car then drove off leaving it in the middle of the road. I had to put my food down and go and collect the litter. It doesn’t set a high standard that the drivers are happy to litter in the street without any thought and consideration for the area.

The Donner Meat in the Mixed Wrap was tasteless and the chicken felt mushy with very little texture. The size of the wrap and amount of meat was completely unnecessary. 3 people could have been fed from this amount easily. As it was priced similar to other places, this ended up being a classic case of quantity over quality. The next order will likely be from elsewhere

Not very nice at all when we ordered. Could of just been a bad night but the food was all cold, no taste and chicken kebab was basically just fat and gristle.

Well pizza came and had onion and mushrooms all over so wasn’t happy

Really good quality food, deffo allot better than i remember, Chips handmade and arrived piping hot, chicken fillet halfpounder burger tastes so good. drivers are friendly and decent, never takes long to get delivered.

vile food ,burger soggy ,fish bites cold ,chips like from 3 days ago totally rotten ,even the dog turned it nose up , worse food ever ,customer service was 🫣 also with no sympathy offered a new burger but standard of 1st one was a no ,no refund given stay clear send in the health officials

I wouldn't give this place a 1 star food is awful ,fish bites cold ,burger soggy offered to replace nah and the chips were like 3 days old worse £22 spent and not even an apology on phone just said no refund and can replace burger but no your food rotten never again god help the rest of yous

chicken fillet half pounder burger meal was really nice and the pizzas always are too the kiev pizza tasted great, food was hot on arrival friendly delivery staff as always.

I put the order in at 6pm for delivery to be at 8.30pm as I was going out at 9pm and had a taxi booked, I had to cancel the taxi and couldn't go out as the delivery did not come until after 9pm.

as with other comments, swimming in oil, i suggest someone learns how to fry fish and chips, get the oill hot and dont overload, well a real shame as the actual fish was very good except being too oily, chips were soft, left 70 percent, the onion rings, well the oil soaked through and covered our work top, soa very disapointed customer, so be aware

Fish was tasty but greasy and batter was soft. The chips were terrible. They were cooked ok but poor quality, loads with the eyes left in. Lots of gritty soil inside. Wasted at least half of the chips.

If I could put no stars would be good chips was greasy and horrible and and sausage under cook I bin them and got a sandwich from Tesco

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Food came 20 minutes late and we ordered a chicken burger which came squashed,wet and the chicken was pink meaning we were unable to eat. Next we ordered a bolognaise pizza which had a hair under the toppings which is very unhygienic and repulsing. We also ordered 2 chicken kebabs which was lifting and looked like dog meat. The chips which were ordered were wet and cold. The only good thing was the salad which wasn’t particularly the best. Do not recommend this place at all. stay away!!

Regularly order from Dhillions and generally really nice but very disappointed this time. Finish was very greasy and the chips were awful - none of us ate them. putting it down to it being Good Friday and must have been very busy but hoping next order is an improvement

Food very poor. Not jumbo chips as ordered. batter on sausage soggy and thick so completely off the sausage. Batter on the fish super thick and mushy. Unpleasant meal all around

Unfortunately I had to warm up food My food , it was almost stone cold just about luke warm . It wasnt very nice . I normally wouldn’t complain however it was totally not worth the money. I got a corned beef pattie, didn't have any taste just tasted like mush, chicken fillet burger was a quarter pounder and it was almost paper thin which isnt good when youre paying more money for a bigger size. The kids meal was greasy and had to be binned . Chips nearly all had black and green bits on, were scrappy. All horrible . I wont be recommending this place anymore unfortunately. The sausage was okay but still not that nice So upset that i wasted £23 and didn't go elsewhere . Honestly embarrassing .

The worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordered. Called up to be told it was 10 minutes without asking for the postcode or order details, called 20 mins later to be told driver is on my street, 5 minutes later i walked outside to look for him. All the food was lupe warm or cold. Chicken wrap was huge but disgusting pizza wasn’t bad but cold. Soggy battered sausage the dog wouldn’t even touch. Only good part was the bottle of coke. Then i see it has 2star food hygei

We have always enjoyed dhillons. Tonight it was 50 minutes late and the chicken on the pizza and parmo didn't taste nice at all. £30 of food wasted

We order from here every other month as a treat, I have no complaints about the service or the quality of the food itself as it is always hot when it does arrive or just slightly cooled which perfect when ordered for the children.

when it arrived the donner kebab was stone cold and asked for sauce separate and it was together. everything else was luck warm.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Ate the kebab meant (can’t really mess that up). Naan bread was more of a tortilla wrap - had one bite the pizza then binned it…. Delivery was here within 20mins though (read of others waiting well over time for there’s) but prob not busy , so delivery early. Think I tried here few year back and said then I wouldnt come back. Must of forgot then re ordered - Didn’t realise til I recognised delivery driver…. Ah well. Lesson learnt

Ordered food! We were at Finchle abbey caravan park, they left the whole order at the gate in the pouring rain, told me the rang me but they definitely did not. Went to the gate at 7.20 like that said and there was the food obviously been there for a long time soaking, freezing, soggy stinking, absolutely appalling the pizza fell out the bottom of the box the paper bag with the food in fell apart all food ruined and went straight in the bin! Rang them to be told to contact just eat to sort it out, shocking service would stay well clear of the place if I were you! Especially if your staying on the camp site! Disgraceful

Really disappointed with the food. Arrived 40 mins late so was cold, the pizza was not cooked meaning the dough was soggy. All ended up in the bin. Waste of money, never again.

27th Dec 23. Terrible, worse fish and chips we've ever had anywhere. We collected order and live 5 minutes from the shop. Barely warm, chips really dry, fish dry, stale and not white as it should be. Batter was like chewing through rubber. £35 down the drain never again.

Food was barely warm considering the order was picked up and live 5 minutes away from the shop. I had to get a steak knife to cut through the batter and literally was like chewing a rubber sole. Fish was like it had been caught in April and cooked last week. Definately the worst fish and chips we have ever had anywhere. That's us done with Dhillons in chester le st they're not bothered about dealing with complaints

We ordered a parmo, chips, large wrap and chips. Parmo tastes really good. The portion sizes are ridiculous e.g. huge. The large wrap is bigger than a 12 inch subway and the chicken was quite greasy the parmo xame in a massive pizza box with chips already, coleslaw, salad and 2 sauces. It was far too much for 2 people so i ended up throwing 2/3 of it away. no description of size on the menu which they should really add. The delivery guy was very nice.

The main food we had was lovely and portion sizes were huge, definitely value for money. Parmo and chicken kebab were lovely but the salad that comes with it let it down, looked old and some of it we couldn’t eat, cucumber was slimy!!

Worst fish and chips I've ever had by a mile! Even my cat and dog sniffed around it for a while before they ate some. Parmo...was edible...just. Chips were terrible, just little hard overcooked green chips that you had to rake around in to find one that was edible. Special wrap was OK but that's all. If you do decide to get food from here, I would say order it don't go to the shop. It looks like it's in a war zone. Very dimly lit area with gangs of kids roaming around eyeing you up for daring to go " inta da hood"

Ordered just after 6.30pm . Received a barley warm, greasy parmo after 8.30 after chasing it via phone call, no apology. Went in the bin after a few bites. Won't be ordering from this 2 hygiene rated chippy. Bitterly disappointed.

Kebabs are good, but don’t dare ask for sauce on the kebab, it never happens. Portion sizes are good too. Sent me an email giving 15% off, website didn’t work, called the shop to ask how I could get the 15% off and some bloke shouted telling me about 2 websites (why have 2 in the first place, just take one down) and then started talking to the people in the shop rather than me that was on the phone. Ended up going somewhere else If you want sauce on a kebab or a working discount code, go elsewhere. In terms of the food, kebabs are really tasty, portions of chips are extremely generous, and on the whole, it’s a good place. But a complete shambles if you go on their (1 of 2) website Use Just Eat rather than their website

First time ordering from this place , food was lovely , the portions were huge definitely get your moneys warm will be returning
