Won't bother ordering again, never bring the dips and sent me Wedges covered in cheese when I ordered the fries. They were awful.

There was barely any cheese or garlic on the garlic bread was also VERY doughy. The pizza was lukewarm if all at very unhappy will not be ordering again from here

Dan made me a banging pizza not burnt or anything and was cut with autistic precision and evenly distributed toppings. I ate a piece before writing this review but you get the idea.

Best made domino's I've had anywhere. Delicious hot fresh food Spot on 👍 will come again soon

Sometimes get a few pizzas here for work lunch treat and nice and hot delivery hit n miss but otherwise very good.flavoursome and plenty of choice and good deals

Pizza had onion on and it was a pepperoni passion, The reason i order them is they are plain just pepperoni, Phoned up at time was told tell them on next order will get a discount even though order i paid for was in edible was reg customer keep an eye on your food especially if you have and allergy

No stars, but that isn't an option. Basically I paid for 2 delivery pizzas ASAP and after 90 minutes called to politely ask when they would be arriving. I was rudely told that I didn't answer the door (I was in and checked the doorbell was working) and therefore wasn't eligible for a refund. I'll never use Chester-le-Street Dominos again, or Dominos again for that matter, given the customer service I didn't recieve.

I've ordered a delivery on many occasions and the best person I've spoken to is Tommy, he's very polite and makes sure you get the best deal for your money, i had the wrong pizza delivered but rang back and had the correct pizza delivered with cookies 🍪 to make up for the mistake thanks

Ordered pitsa in-store, informed ready in 10 to 15 mins. left & returned 9 mins later. when questioned 5 to 6 mins later assistant lied saying ready shortly. Pitsa not prepared, not in oven. THIRD time in two months. Meatball thrown at assistant preparing my pitsa (15 mins after ordered) by staff member Meatball picked up off floor and thrown backwards and forwards by staff. told staff forget the pitsa & asked for refund. forced to give personal details to gain refund... Reported this to dominoes UK who refunded money paid, apologised on behalf of their franchise staff, stating staff will be given further training. Lunatics will end up giving someone food poisoning. Will never use C/L Street Dominoes again... EVER. I STRONGLY advise others to stay away from ordering pitsa at this store.

Just went on to order a pizza etc from the shop at chester le st, went for delivery as norm , I live a mile away from shop and I now see they have put a delivery charge on of £1.99 , another charge as if around 17 quid for a pizza is not enough . My order is normally around 30 quid , well no more domino's for me until they remove the greedy delivery charge . You loss domino's.

Ordered half and half pizza from chester le street. Was very disappointed in the pizza when it arrived. Several attempts had been made to cut the pizza in half,which resulted in the toppings sliding and 2 pieces did not have toppings at all. The pizza had to go in the microwave as it was not hot enough. I was also disgusted at the number of potato wedges in the box.only paid £2.99 but would be vexed if I'd paid full price. A £12.00 pizza in the deal cost us £17..00 with wedges and delivery.wont be ordering again. A waste of money.did not satisfy 2 hungry customers.

Took half an hour for the pizza to come then sat on the shelf. Very lazy workers and very disapointed with the result

Ordered 23rd Feb 2022 Made a new order after it being a while since last bad experience thinking this time would be better - took the option of the large pizza deal chose the Burger pizza when delivered no meat on it around 3 gherkins only no burger sauce the pizza just tasted like pizza base topping not a good experience The below review was left a couple year ago Ordered food today only for it to be a late and explanation I got from delivery driver was the usual 10am start didn't turn in so he was called in which is fair enough but at least I could of been sent a fresh delivery rather then a stone cold order that had been sitting for the last hour in the shop. Very bad for the money you pay for what is supposed to be a efficient quick fresh. None of which was received as a paying customer.

Very poor Domino's outlet! Too many bad experiences with this store. Food quality is good but for preparation can be terrible, combined with shocking customer service with regards to complaints handling taking over a month and still counting to resolve the last complaint. I have decided to delete the app and will never use a Domino's again, local pizza shops are so much better, for quality, customer service and and cost. This business actually deserves to fail due to ripping people off and having not one care for the most important aspect : the customer!

First time at this branch, was absolutely lush 5* great presentation, very friendly staff and very clean working area and customer area would definitely recommend, only issue was parking found some free parking at rear of property.

Just had a couple of pizzas delivered, meant to be a bit of a treat. Both thin and crispy, one turned up bordering on burnt, the other wet and soggy. When i phoned up, all you could hear was people laughing and joking, didnt take it seriously at all. They get by on their branding, if it was a small independent company they would go under quickly with this attitude and bad food. So many nice places doing pizza these days, why pay more for less with dominos??? Might as well go elsewhere. Used to be good as well, shame!!!

Wanted a late night takeaway from my local Dominos and checked online for their opening hours. Said it was open till 1sm and does deliveries after 11pm. In fact the store closes at 11pm and diverts all it’s orders and deliveries to the Houghton Le Spring branch, half an hour away. I placed my order using the App, which again said Chester le Street. It was only when in the App the delivery was going to take 36 travelling minutes to be delivered that I found out where it was coming from. Needless to say, the food was cold and partly inedible. Have a look at their quality After Eight cookies, what a treat! When I spoke to the manager of the Chester le Street branch, she informed me that it had nothing to do with her. She didn’t seem concerned in the slightest that customers ordering from her branch are being misled. If you want a slow, cold, inedible takeaway order from them after 11pm. My advice is to avoid them and order from another LOCAL Chester le Street takeaway. You’ll get a warm meal at the fraction of the cost. Franchised chains are not bothered about your custom or your satisfaction.

Appalling! Swapped out some toppings on my pizza to find on arrival these had been ignored. I rang the branch and told that I could have a new pizza but it would be a 40 minute wait. Surely being their mistake the new pizza should be fast tracked. When I questioned what to do with the wrong pizza I was told that it would need to be returned. Joke.

I ordered an margarita and it came under done, the cheese on the top was raw and cold and the base was still raw dough with a vegan dip? It's the 2nd times it's happened, got all the way back home before noticing and could be bothered to go all the way back, I'll not use them again for the price you pay.

Either great or disgusting. Honestly this place is a flip of a coin depending on who is on the ovens. I've had the rawest and most vile pizza and cookie dough from here. However I've also had some of the best nachos and BBQ base pizza. If you're not bothered about eating decent food, it's always a good shout.

Nachos with jalapeños inedible, all you could taste is vinegar Pizza supposed to be Italian crust, had a good 30mm all round of bare crust. Barbecue sauce not spread out but in clumps and quite frankly almost made me vomit so that followed swiftly in the bin as well

Delivered ovet an hour late delivery driver no covid rules followed food cold chips soggy chicken kebab thrown in bin after one bite luke warm watery very disappointed whats the crack lads will never order again

After a long week of coronavirus groundhog days I couldn’t make another meal. Domino’s to the rescue. I ordered through the app for contactless delivery, it was really easy. I ordered three Italian crust pizzas and a portion of cookies for the children as a sweet treat. The food arrived really promptly and was piping hot. We all tucked into a tasty dinner. I was also impressed that Domino’s have innovated and designed a new plinth to place the pizzas on, it keeps them off the floor for cleanliness and temperature. And is much better using loads less cardboard than an empty pizza box which is what was originally used after lockdown was first released.

Friday night and after a long week of coronavirus groundhog days we needed a kitchen break. Domino’s was the children’s choice, we ordered three Italian crust pizzas through the app for contactless delivery. It was easy to order and the door arrived really quick. We all tucked into a nice tasty dinner and the children were happy to have a portion of cookies for desert.

Went to order pizza, I sat on the seat my son went to counter 2staff making pizzas talking to each other, one taking pizza out of the oven, No one serving at front of shop stud about 5 mins my little boy said we’ll go. he opened the door, buzzer went off, I’m standing at the counter to get served by this time, the staff member from the oven came looked at us & walked away!! I have no idea how they still open if this is how the service is, my son said again come on Mam let’s go.

Forgot why I stopped going to this place but was soon reminded, Chicken strips like old leather boots, mushy bread crumb on the outside, half cooked wedges, a complete waste of money, look out for the Rats outside also playing in the rubbish bins behind, they are probably coming from Brendas café further along, now that the river is opened up again I guess its more rat droppings for everyone, enjoy................

great service at dominos in Washington got order wrong but came straight through with the right one and put extra cookies and wedges

Dominos has become my granddaughters favourite takeaway she even has the app downloaded on her phone so she can track it she loves the cookies chicken strips and potatoe wedges always a cheap easy treat and one happy granddaughter

Food is Great , majority of staff lovely and willing to help as much as possible and give you the best deal they can

never order from the menu, get the specials, always much cheaper, and dominos pizzas are never greasy

The pizza's from Domino's have become quite boring and there seems to be a problem with getting them delivered on time as we had several long waits recently and therefore decided to stop ordering from here.Pizza Figaro is far better in my opinion

ordered a stuffed crust pizza with bacon and mushrooms.usually i get extra toppings of bacon and mushrooms but this time decided to not to buy any.deal also came with potato wedges and 4 cookies. pizza arrived hot and i didn,t have long to wait for delivery.order wasright no tomato sauce but pizza toppings were meagre about 6 bits of bacon and hardly any mushrooms on a large pizza thatcost 18 pounds also the potato wedges had no foil in the box which they used to do and hardly any wedges.recently ordered from another well known pizza chain slightly more expensive but not by much and far better value for money

Dips for a £1 was good Good App however delivered when it said it was 8 minutes away, not great because i like to sort the dogs out so its not bedlam Nice pizza though, however i prefer sorrento and caspian a bit more stodgy and enjoyable?

Haven’t got a clue what there own deals are after you have spent 15 mins sorting that then you get it Home and it’s wrong pizza absolute joke prices are ridiculous far better and cheaper in chester won’t go back again

Called from the car on our way home from football and put our order in. Half margarita and half pepperoni to share. With salad this large pizza fed all four of us. Great value lunch collection deal, large pizza was only £5.99 or £4.99 (can’t remember which!!).

Always great pizza, Domino's use real cheese, not that analogue stuff. Take advantage of their deals to get better value (BOGOF if you collect, for example)

If you catch a deal then its good value such as two for Tuesday, otherwise a bit pricey but still the best quality in Chester

Pizzas and delivery time is spot on. Only order here when there is an offer on as otherwise it's too expensive. UPDATED: 06/01/18 Ordered last night and it would seem there is a lack of quality control. Would appear that the person who made it doesn't know what a half and half pizza is. Picture attached.

Ordered a large Vegetarian Supreme at 12:30am Sunday. Had to pay by debit card due to the lateness of the order.

Sadly I have to keep going back as it's the only dominos nearby. Food quality is fine when it's actually cooked. Tend to miss alot from your order extra toppings, sides etc. without refund Stop paying full price voucher code big50 has been working for over a year now

Ordered food at 12 didn't come so i rang up and the woman on the phone said its on the way and that was at half one in the morning and we didnt get any food at all still waiting for the food.

Im not that much of a fan of dominos as they generally served thin based pizzas. The chester-le-street store always has great deals which make them great value for money.

I regularly order and pay for my pizzas online meaning I just have to pop in to the shop to pick them up. The pizzas are always delicious, hot, made exactly how I like them (I always make one or two changes to pizza topping) and the staff are pleasant.

Domino's cookies are amazing! Great service too :)
