Almost 2 hours for food to arrive and stone cold!! What a waste of money!

I order from here a lot an never have anything bad to say but to night the chicken wings still had loads of hair from the chicken on them was so disappointed as I got the 14 box an put it in the bin

Standard Domino's pizza, same as every other Domino's in terms of taste etc. Never really had to wait too long, usually just order at home and by the time I go to collect, it's ready. Domino's will never get 5 stars though, purely due to the price point. We do like their pizzas, but restrict ourselves to only once every few months as a treat.

Food took considerably longer than staded

Ordered online for pickup for half price pizza, we had ordered, collected and we're back home within 20 minutes. Food straight out of there oven so was still perfectly hot when we got home.

Food was cold payed 1.80 for extra jalapeño and only had 4 on the hole pizza waste of money

Good deals on pizza🍕 buy one get one free when collecting. Tried the after eight cookies 🍪 and they were lovely very sticky and chocolately wouldn't eat them all the time but as a treat was well worth the £1.99 for 4, were warm and fresh. Have had pizza from here a couple of times and so far have been impressed. Dough is very fresh and toppings are consistent and have been cooked perfectly the twice we have used them.

Very disappointing overpriced pizza with minimal toppings and cheese. I got in touch with the issue but they were so unhelpful. Unlikely to order again.

Wraps were the worst and over cooked. Garlic pizza bread is usually unreal, was over cooked and very dry.

I've had the same pizza a couple of time's and I'm happy with it can't complain. I was quiet happy the other night ordered online from home and came very quickly too. I couldn't believe it when the door bell went. Was nice n hot and I know people saying too much sauce but I've had the same pizza from Dominos elsewhere in the country and it's exactly the same. And if you have a hunt around on Google you can get voucher code's 😉 ££££££ saving you 💰

how can you call that a pizza , sauce taste like tin tomato pure , and way to much of it .

The review would have been 5 because the quality of the pizzas are very good generally. However I have a very serious onion allergy and twice now I have ordered and a couple of pieces of stray red onion have appeared. Had to throw out 2 x pizzas. Phone to ensure they know of any allergies otherwise they could make the pizza with none clean gloves and utensils and cross contamination could occur.

I complained to The manager not bothered that my order arrived cold and Squashed. Driver got lost I could see on Google that she was trying to Deliver all over Arrived late. Will Never have Domino's Again

It's dominos, decent food and a higher than average price

Went here with my family must say been to a lot of dominos and this one was the best i have visited. Staff were very good didnt have to wait long for my food to come. They send texts with offers so worth registering on the app to receive these. Would definatley recommended going here but can get very busy on a weekend. Ive used the delivery service aswell and was very quick delivered within the hour. To sum up great food at a reasonable price.

Turned around at the door before even going in. 1 lad lying on the chair with his feet on the table, 2 lads rolling about the chairs trying to choke each other. Couple more at the counter laughing with the staff.

The manager Adam (assistant manager I think his shirt label said, bloke in a black shirt) was brilliant, found us the best price. We only wanted a medium hawaiian which used to set us back about 14 quid (many moons) ish but told us a big ham and pineapple, apparently you guys want to keep the mushys so it's not Hawaiian now, and a bottle of lilt for less cash was mint, plus took him a while to explain an old pizza was a gonner. Bring back the sizzler guys, was the best pizza going.

Great pizza! I recently ordered a pizza for collection, it was ready to collect within 15 minutes. The store was clean, and though there was only one staff member in at the time, he was quick and friendly. The pizza was delicious, and with the collection deal, reasonably priced.

Went to this store a few days ago over the weekend to order me and my friends food. I am a regular costumer at this store and the pizza quality has in fact improved massively! I feel as though you actually get your money’s worth now. Although the pizzas and sides i got were great and the young lady with dark hair who served provided excellent customer service, gave me the best deal for my order and saved me a lot of money. While I was sat waiting for my food I could not help but notice, someone I assume that was the manager as he had a black shirt on, was very pushy and kept telling the other staff off. From what I could hear they were getting told off for putting too many toppings on the pizza, which i didn’t understand because every pizza I could see that came out the oven looked fine from a customers point of view and I couldn’t see any pizzas that had too many toppings on? So i don’t understand why the manager was telling them off for this. Barring in mind I was only in the shop for about 15 minutes, just like I was told that would be how long my food would take, I just don’t feel the staff were treated right by the manager which is outrageous! It has been over a few times when i’ve been in i've heard the manager complaining about staff or “slagging” them off as they call it. I don’t think this is professional at all. However, like i said the food is great and has massively improved the last few months I just don’t think the manager is professional or nice to his staff which lets this store down. I would recommend this store, just need some improvements with the managers attitude and the way he is with his staff.

I have been to this store many times for lunch, most of the staff are welcoming some of the new ones could do with a touch up on customer service skills. Overall the food was as great as ever and the cleanliness to a high standard.

Much better than it used to be. Was literally awful when it started out. Go there quite regularly throughout the year and is usually good.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Fast delivery. Excellent food. Phoned up too ask how much needs too be spent on delivery as I ordered a pizza I didn’t like (not dominos fault and I did state that too the person on the phone) he asked me what pizza I would like instead and he gave me it free of charge. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend ordering from there. Not once has my order been wrong. Definitely 10/10.

Attempted to order from here. Waited over an hour and a half before ringing. Was told it would be another 45 minutes. Cancelled the order as they'd clearly just forgot about it. Disgraceful and incompetent.

Really didn't rate Dominos at first but you gotta find the right pizza for you. Mines any one with bbq base.

Takeaway only. Not as cheap as other pizzerias on the town. Sweaty John’s is better for price but Dominios give you more options.

Premium pizza at premium prices, you certainly get what you pay for. Tracker is always spot on and never had any problems

On 3 separate occasions the toppings ordered have been extremely sparse, with some slices having no toppings on them at all. I think we'll give this branch of Dominos a miss in future. In fact, this could be the nudge we need to start eating something more healthy on Saturday evenings!

We have had several great tasting pizzas from here - enough variation to suit all 3 fussy grandchildren! Also great to see they support Newton Aycliffe Cricket Club by way of advertising - local support for local people - thank you

Aycliffe domino's is very hit and miss atm. Orders constantly wrong, burnt and missing items. Then when you phone up to complain they forget to send out the replacements. Couldnt make it up lol.
