The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

I've been a customer of flames for a long time I've seen 2-3 different owners but never had any issues, I've had a flames tonight and honestly can't believe it, got home and sat down to eat to find that within five-10 minutes my food has gone cold and I don't mean mildly warm I mean cold to even touch, normally it stays hot for a good 15-20 minutes then warm for a further 10. I don't know if there is a new owner as the regular chap wasn't there tonight but I'm honestly so annoyed as this is the first ever issue I've had here.

My family and I celebrated my brother in law’s, and his partner’s, birthdays following a day of chilling in the beach. We went back a couple of times. The staff are extremely friendly and worked hard to look after our big group. The food was great, big pizzas / lovely fish n chips and great selection of ice creams. Vanessa and her team really did look after us. We had a lovely time and grateful for welcoming us.

On Friday the 29th of November at around 1:15PM we came into the cafe for lunch and where greeted by a very rude and unpleasant older man who didn’t seem to care about his attitude towards myself or the rest of the que. I don’t believe he should be working in front of house if he “cant be arsed” also threatening customers as they walk out the door in a cafe full of people is absolutely appalling especially for a man his age.

Love Pizza Hut I find it difficult to decide whether to have deep pan or thin and crispy. I needn’t worry as they are both excellent choices.

Order a pizza and they got it wrong I called up as I was on my way to work to get a busy by the foreign owner! It’s a dump of a place and staff are horrible I was told to F off by a member of staff when I rang the bell in store just avoid this place it’s terrible

It's Domino's - decent pizza, though I like their thin crust lot more. The team at Radlett are really amazing - they go above and beyond. Handle complaints really well if there is a genuine issue - but also know how to deal with pranksters. Pick up from there generally means half price.

Our experience at Pizza Hut was far from impressive. The food, including the pizza, was extremely oily, making it feel heavy and unhealthy. The drink options were just as disappointing, with no healthier alternatives. Surprisingly, even McDonald's would have been a better choice in terms of quality. The seating arrangement was also frustrating. There were no two-person tables at the back of the restaurant, so we were forced to sit right next to the window, where people in the queue stared at us while we ate. It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. I'm honestly puzzled by the queue outside, considering the poor quality of the food. This was our first and definitely last visit to Pizza Hut—or any similar place, for that matter. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Order has been delivered late ordered at 18.29pm didnt arrive till 19.40pm

Bonito pequeño lugar de la calle principal de Clapham con bandas regulares y música, era 241 en cócteles cuando llegamos, barman era agradable y amable al igual que el caballero en el piso que nos trajo una porción de pizza de cortesía cada uno también, que era inesperado pero sabroso. Ambos trajeron bebidas a nuestra mesa y volveremos para probar más cócteles y pizza pronto!

Food order never arrived. Called store and they couldn't care.

On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.

Absolutamente encantador personal y increíble bueno, las 2 chicas detrás del mostrador Emily y Amy eran increíbles cuando se trataba de lo exigente que es mi familia. Tuvimos que servir una mesa, aunque el restaurante no estaba particularmente ocupado, el personal parecía poco capacitado y fuera de su profundidad. Buffet era una broma, no hay gran opción en pizza y tuvo que esperar, Manager trató de poner la excusa de no suficiente personal debido a la enfermedad.

Large portion barely served 1 person. Chips stale and overcooked. McCane are much nicer and way way better value. 4 meals ordered... Had to cook extra...so much for a cheap night off....could have had a meal deal for 4 with wine x 2.

Tasted of nothing and came late. There just isn't enough to say to fill out the minimum number of characters required to post.
