Love Pizza Hut I find it difficult to decide whether to have deep pan or thin and crispy. I needn’t worry as they are both excellent choices.

Just stopped here as a family with a dog. There was no outside steering but they brought us out a table and chairs!! We must look hilarious sitting here, but it was perfect. We did the buffet deal and it was excellent value for money with everything fresh and hot. Excellent friendly staff. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Great visit. It’s still annoying that you have to order via an app, but hopefully it won’t be a permanent solution. Great GF / Vegan options to choose from. Their Vegan pizza is actually pretty decent. Please can you add sweet potato fries to the menu? 😁 Great staff who were very attentive.

Great service. Called after placing my order online to explain that I had put the Wrong Collection time as we were travelling back staff were friendly and helpful changing the order time for us so it was still fresh. Cookies are out of this world and the fries were amazing! Pizzas were fresh and wings were brilliant cannot fault the place!

I've had the best customer service today from Emily at cannock pizza hut. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I made a mistake when I ordered online for collection and Emily sorted it out for me straight away with no hesitation. Thank you Pizza Hut for employing such a great member of staff.

We visited Pizza Hut Cannock for a family birthday meal, all I can say from the moment we arrived is that we felt abandoned! We were told to order through the website by the waitress at the table, which took us 30 minutes and then because I had a voucher the waitress had to take the order the old fashioned way with paper and pen!!!! This then took another another 10 minutes. The food delivered wasn’t a very good standard , the salad sides tasted cheap processed food! Overall this was a very expensive meal for poor quality food! I would definitely not return! I appreciate COVID restrictions and adhered to these but the fact that the refillable drinks and unlimited salad bar wasn’t available wasn’t reflected in a lower price on the menu!

Went for lunch (had to book) and the set up was different due to covid-19 so no buffet service. Very well organised and the Staff were welcoming and friendly. Food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Will be going again soon.

Initial attention was very good and felt hey had done a good job in relation to Covid-19 safety precautions- but- waitress was poor and food was only average. Used to love going to PizzaHut but I think it will be a long time before I go again.

Called in on spec with family. Did not have to wait long to be seated. Ordered quickly and food arrived quickly and was lovely.. Will be back.

First off, they do the COVID safe things well, Antibacterial liquid on entering, tables well spaces, pick up your own menu and knife and fork. You order by going to a special website, (what happens if you don't have a smart phone?). Waitress was excellent. Order the food and a drink on the website and the drink appeared almost immediately. Food arrived about 10 mins later and wasn't bad. I thought the peperroni could have done with a bot more time. Pizza was alright. I feel Pizza Hut have lost their way a bit and standards of food has gone down

No words....terrible service & food...Usually go to Papa John's but was closed would rather not eat at all

Well it would have been if we had been served. Sat there for 15 minutes no one even offered us a drink! Sat a family down and left them, still no offer of service. Chased them up to take our order and they apologised be right there they said. They were indeed right there, at the table that came in 15 minutes later.... We left. Do not bother visiting waste of time. The whole restaurant only had 5 tables with people on them.

I’ve been to a few pizza huts all over and the food is always piping hot and tasty but I have to say the service here is some of the best service I’ve received out of all of the establishments I’ve visited the waitress was very friendly, smiley and could not do enough for us we were in a rush and she took that into consideration bringing boxes to pack the food and the kids dessert all boxed and prompt, she never once sighed or moaned which is shocking as we are very needy customers, even the manager was friendly and chirpy even though it was quite busy. I didn’t catch the waitresses name but the name on the bill was Amy not sure if that was the manager or the waitress as we had a meerkat 2 for 1 voucher and to add it’s good value for money, food is stunning and portion sizes generous, the staff here are an asset to the company, as a waitress myself I know how difficult the job can be and these staff here are doing an exceptional job.

If you decide to go to this pizza establishment please be aware that you cannot use your Meerkat reward 2 4 1 on Sunday as advertised .We sat down and were offered the £14.99 per person buffet which we accepted. When asked for the bill and presented meerkat rewards card to be told we could not use it .VERY DISSAPOINTED. As I feel that £30 for a bit of pizza and salad to be very expensive.I would not recommend this outlet.

The new jackfruit pizza is amazing!!! So is the vegan margharita . I hope they do not leave the menu after January, they are perfect. The restaurant was clean, service was prompt and professional. We got our food in no time. Everything about our visit was exceptional. Thank you.

Been here lots of times in the past and never had any issues. I always have the thin vegetarian pizza and it’s always really nice and thin and tasty. The one I got on Friday was nothing like what I usually get (wish I’d took a pic now) it looked so underwhelming and it was like eating cardboard. I think they must be on rations with the toppings because it just lacked so badly. If it wasn’t but one get one free I would have refused to pay for mine. I can honestly say I’ve had better pizza from a supermarket! It would have been 1 star but the waiting staff were good I have to say.

We visited here for the first time today. We live local but don’t usually have pizza.We were there for 12, the food was lovely and restaurant spotless. The young ladies serving were very pleasant and couldn’t help enough. One even offered to turn down the music for our autistic son when she knew the flashing light was bothering him. I am very surprised to read the negative reviews!!

We regularly go to our local Pizza Hut in Durham which is unfailingly excellent and they always make a fuss over our little boy making him feel welcome. We dropped into the Cannock hut while on holiday as it somewhere we know he can get gluten free food. It was a distinctly average visit, the waitress appeared totally uninterested and hardly spoke, I had to remind her for our salad bowls which hadnt materialised and the salad bar was understocked with items missing, where was the beetroot for example??The place was quiet and appeared unloved with cleaning equipment in clear view. The food did come quickly and was typical pizza hut fare, the rocket was a bit over the top on the vegetarian pizza though with half a bag dumped on top.Overall poor.

Went out to Pizza Hut last Tuesday all 7 of us for our Sons birthday to celebrate, my partner and I ordered a sharer pizza deal with pudding and side orders, little did we know them that by Wednesday morning we would both be sharing the toilet! Both had the same thing, both had a bad stomach, kids ok fortunately but even after having been here a few times over the years we will never go there again. Look around the restaurant at the dirt in the corners, sauce splashed on the furniture etc, our food wasn’t even very nice, we had a £1 cheeseburger pizza from Iceland yesterday that was far nicer and we could have had nearly £74 of them for what we spent in Pizza Hut, so never again!!

Staff were moody and it seems one of the new manager seems to speak to the girls like there dirt on his shoes

went to order a vegan pizza online but couldn't pay with cash, card only on collection so I called up asked for the same pizza with the same toppings and jumped from £13 to £23. I didn't realise until I got home that the rocket was missing that I asked for which cost £1.85! I have no idea how they justify that kind of price for a 8 slices of skinny pizza which they didn't even have to deliver.

Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in a very long time, but this was as expected. Busy night but our waitress was on the ball with our large party. Salad bar was tidy and full. I discovered the flatbread pizza, which I much prefer. Overall, we were happy with our meals and as expected, the children loved the ice cream factory, although that seems to have become a little pricey.

Food is ok and just what you would expect so no problems there and on food alone quite enjoyed my meal...... the problem really was the moody and unresponsive waitress. Had to call her over to remind her of our drinks and also for pudding, when I asked for my drink to be in pop glass as didn’t what such a heavy glass she told me to get it myself and pointed..... but the real finesse came as she put the pizza we hadn’t ate in a box by tipping it in from a bit of a height!!!! Bit faulty towers but a laugh watching the waitresses annoyance with having to serve us

First time at pizza hut, liked the salad bar, vegetarian pizza very tasty. Pasta and sauce good would have liked to have been told what the sauces were and also the pizzas, not always a member of staff around to ask. perhaps some sort of sign to let us know what was what.

My husband, myself and our grandson stopped in for dinner. First thing I noticed was that the salad bar was a mess! Salad fixings were all over the area and on the floor. The dressings were spilled over their containers and some had dry crusty covering. Not inviting at all! We ordered the appetiser. Wow. You get 4 small slices of cheesy garlic bread 5 small chicken wings and a bowl of crisps with some kind of milky cheese sauce on top. Those 3 little things cost almost 12 quid! My husband and I ordered the philly cheesesteak pizza. Dripping with grease and the 'steak' was thin sliced, burnt pieces that did not look or taste like steak. Grandson had the Hawaiian which you can't go wrong with ham and pineapple. Appetiser and 2 pizza's were 40 quid. What a rip off! Needless to say, we will NEVER be back to that place again. Utterly disgusted.

Couple of visits on and we quite like it here, find it a little pricey but feeds the whole family and keeps them all happy with there big choices and free salad bar.

Had dinner at Pizza Hut. Not many customers in as it was a Monday evening. Staff were very polite. Salad bar was quite fresh and pizza was very nice. Only down side was the gents toilets was slightly smelly.

Not as big as I thought it would be. Nice place seated quickly. Served quick enough. Not overly impressed with the kids meals. But our pizza was lovely. Great food definitely although expensive in my opinion. Nice as a treat very occasionally.

We arrived at 4pm weekday. It was empty we had pick of our seats and no delay in service it was brilliant.The staff were great friendly and offered advice/suggestions on the menu.

We went in and a staff member greeted us and showed me and my family to the table I asked her name she said it was Lynsey what a present lady she was she was really good with the children wished all the Pizza Hut had nice staff come across staff before with no smiles on there faces at all

We went as it opened at 11:30, obviously very quiet and practically empty. Staff were pleasant, table we sat at was clean and cutlery was clean. We all had buffet meal and refillable drinks was £40 for 4 of us. We had to wait for pizza's to be cooked but that was not an issue. We also asked for veggie option to be cooked as one of group is vegetarian which they did. When ready good variety bought out and we also filled up on salad bar which looked fresh and clean. We have been numerous times before at different times but prefer to go as it opens as we have found we prefer it when everything is freshly cooked. Would recommend going as it opens.

The interior of most Pizza Hut restaurants are starting to look tired and I think the chain would benefit from re branding. Regardless, lovely, helpful staff at Cannock, efficient service and standard PIzza Hut fayre..no complaints.

Never again manager started to clear food away before we had finish eating will never go there again

Visited with grandchildren for birthday treat. Very busy and it was obvious as staff were spending time chatting and not serving. We were seated quite quickly but then left for a good while before order was taken . We started with hot cheesy crisps which came quickly and were in fact very delicious although younger grandchildren didn't like them. The 12 year old did and ate most of them. It took quite some time before we got out pizzas but they were very tasty and of course we ate too much and took the rest with us. Staff were friendly but it would have looked better had they seemed more interested in the customer than each other. We waited a long time for the bill having to try and catch the waitress' attention. Food was brilliant though, couldn't fault it. Excellent value

We called in last week for a quick tea. Service was fast and friendly, the young girl who served us really was very nice.We ordered the vegetarian sharing platter which was perhaps a mistake as we struggled to eat our pizza!We ordered half&half with different toppings on each half, when it came out it was the same all over.To be fair, despite us saying it was unnecessary they later bought us another with the other set of toppings!Enjoyable all the same.

Took my 11 years old daughter and her friend. They love the freedom of serving themselves from the full salad bar and desserts. Pizzas were very tasty and apparently onion rings were the best so didn't get a chance to taste them as quickly dissappeared! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We decided to go out for a meal and chose to come to Pizza Hut. The salad bar was empty andLooked dried up and It was near enough empty and staff took ages to take our order, however once we ordered the food didn't take that long and was lovely.

I stopped by at this place this afternoon after some stressful bank holiday shopping. Yes, it's a chain and yes it's only pizza, but I have togive compliments when they are due. We were met and greeted by a very enthusiastic waitress who always smiled and was very helpful! The pizza we had was perfect and extremely tasty and we really enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. The compliments are fully deserved!

We have yet another lovely meal. The salad is lovely and fresh and the pizza is always cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend this pizza hut. The staff are very friendly and great with the kids.

The pizza is average the service was average nothing special but nothing wrong either it is somewhere to take the family if your not in a rush and fancy pizza

Nothing really unusually special about this pizza Hut to the others we've eaten in. Staff were friendly, buffet was well replenished despite having only a few tables in and food was the normal great quality!

We frequently visit here for a quick meal. Never really any need to book. Service is generally good and fast too. Generally find the restaurant is clean but in busy periods the cleanliness slips slightly especially around the salad bar and ice cream factory. Never had bad tasting food though and we have always enjoyed eating here.

Nine of us went as it was my uncle's birthday and he goes for tea there every Saturday night. The staff were very polite even when I wasn't explaining myself very well! Food was quick and hot. As a recommendation I would advise not to have the beefaroni pizza not because of the store or staff but because it's nothing more than a pepperoni pizza bigged up! Restaurant was clean and decent

Second visit now and second visit we left after sending the pizza back three times 1st was undercooked 2nd was still undercooked 3rd they Forgot the tomato sauce on the base! Wasted 1 hour sitting there and came home had pot noodle

I have visited a few times before and it was quite good, however I was quite disappointed when I visited the other week. The food wasn't very good, tasted like it had been warmed up from frozen and took a long time to arrive as well. On the positive side the staff were quite friendly. I wont be going again.

We had been out Christmas shopping and decided to call in for tea. We where shown to a table and given a menu and offers where pointed out we decided to have a starter main and a drink as per the offer my husband decided to upgrade to a stuffed crust pizza for an extra £2.99. The food arrived quickly and was fine the waitress came over to ask if we wanted a desert we said no just the bill. When the bill arrived it was over £40 to which we where both amazed as the offer was £12.99 per person when I queried the cost with the waitress she pointed out we had a portion of garlic bread which was not on the offer even so the bill was still wrong I had to point out the offer and what we had was the offer excluding the garlic bread a stuffed crust she then said it was her mistake and amended the bill accordingly. It just makes me wonder how many people don't query the bill and just pay as the member of staff was certainly not going to realise the mistake. The food was good service ok but also I think in November the air conditioning needs turning off.

Visited with friends at lunch for the buffet....the salad looked like it had been left out since the day before and the three times we went up for pizza...there wasn't any! ( just some very old looking garlic bread) we had to wait around for some time whilst they cooked it....its a buffet! It wasn't even busy! No apologies even after there was a queue of us who had been waiting over ten minutes.

Went there earlier this month to celebrate my husband's birthday and will probably be there next month for my son's 14th birthday as it is one of his favourite places to go for his birthday each year. We like the casual feel of the place and my son loves the unlimited flavoured drinks. I love the salad bar and my husband loves their milkshakes which are lovely and thick.

Me and my partner fancied a quick pizza and delicious cookie doe so Pizza Hut it was. What a let down, everything has changed and not for the better. Don't even both trying the salad bar as every thing was empty!! We asked for wedges and apparently Pizza Hut no longer have those on the menu, therefore resulted in ordering boneless chicken more like glorified chicken nuggets ! For just under £7. I had a moment of madness break in my diet, I lived to tell the tale! I really enjoyed the variety of pizza and the staff kept refreshing the supply, if one had been standing a while it would be replaced, a while since I've done a Pizza Hut and I enjoyed it.

Last night went to the lovely Pizza Hut after work to wait ten minutes or a drink order... Felt sorry for the girl that was serving she was trying her best... Then starters came out just about warm as it was getting we decided not to moan. When the mains came stone cold. Then had to wait for fresh food... Witch 20 minutes

A friend and I went to the Pizza Hut at Longford Island. When we got there we were told that the normal Monday to Friday offer of £6.99 had been suspended so we had to pay full price. As we are both pensioners this came as a bit of a shock as there was no notice on the door saying that all offers had been removed and we would have to pay full price.In view of the time and the fact that we were now hungry we had no choice but to stay.The waitress seated us gave us a men then left us for quite a long time to decide what we wanted to order. We ordered a deep pan Hawaiian to share with salad bar and coffeesOne we had ordered we had a long wait for the meals to arrive. However given it was Bank Holiday Monday I feel that it was not an unreasonable wait.The food was good but the restaurant had a large amount of spilled food on the floor both around the salad bar area and the tables.We were asked if everything was satisfactory with the food which it was. We paid and let.I genuinely feel that this was a rip-off. Why is a Bank Holiday an excuse to screw more money out of customers. Surely by selling more at £6.99 to more people the economies of scale would kick in as the operating costs for a Bank Holiday would be exactly the same as any normal day as the staff work a shift system with Monday, Bank Holiday or not, being part of that shift pattern. I very much I doubt whether I will be using Pizza Hut again.

Had a meal with the family tonight , the pizza was amazing. I don't usually like pizza but gave it a go. The staff were very helpful, having to make a table up for 8 , without booking. Great food, loved the freshness of the salad bar also. Definitely would recommend to anyone

We went out for a family dinner after swimming and liked the thought of an afternoon buffet, but no 4 pm is not afternoon, pizza hut's afternoons are 12-3 so we ordered a large pepperoni and pineapple with that posh twisty crust (pic to follow ) a few slices in I thought this pizza doesn't have much flavour and noticed it was distinctly lacking both pepperoni or pineapple now I'm not saying there was no pepperoni but there wasn't much and about two slices had 5 pieces of extra small pineapple on. So moving on to pudding we ordered two unlimited ice cream and we got a bowl and a half before the machine was empty. The toilets where dirty and two of the stalls had poo in as the toilets didn't flush very well the gents where much the same but at least it wasn't our waitress that went in to clean them ! That with wonky tables that where not the same hight we won't be going back or to Pizza Hut again .

Went to Pizza Hut for a family meal, like the atmosphere at the one in Cannock and the staff are always very pleasant and helpfuly. The food is fresh and hot. will use again, it just works well.

Avoid the Virtuous Veggie - It's a lower calorie meal just because it's only quarter of a pizza - at the same price! Go for the full pizza and take the rest home. Large pizzas cost a fortune.Food okay, service smiley, prices high!

Visited here Wednesday with my children for the 6.99 buffet, well il keep it short, shown to table , no cutlery , visited the pizza buffet - the food was stone cold and no real choice of pizza, no pasta had to ask then came out to be stone cold, don't usually complain but it had to be said to the manager paid 20.00 for sub standard food and had to feed the kids at another place , dissapointed to say the least.

Took family and two of the children's friends out for a meal having not booked in advance. Tables were immediately moved to accommodate us. Meal very much as expected. Pizzas and free salad bar and unlimited fizzy drinks, not forgetting ice cream factory for the children. Got a good service from the waitresses. All in all 7 people eating for £52 - what more could you expect on a Friday night. Great job Pizza Hut.

This is a very good restaurant but is a bit over priced for what it is. The food was lovely and with every meal you have free refills on salad and drink plus if you choose to have ice cream it's unlimited.

Been here a couple of times but always belive in giving things another go if there not great the first time round but got to say each time I've been disappointed! Service was poor and pizza was cold and wating time long and also I just think it's over priced for what it is and frankly I'm done with the chances no so wount b returning unfortunately guys! Sorry

We have visited this Pizza Hut many times in the past and it has always been busy and the service good.We visited on a Sunday evening and were surprised at how quiet it was, only 4 or 5 tables taken at 7.30pm. This really should have been our clue to leave.We waited a long time to be even greeted at the check in desk. We were shown to two tables pushed together even though there were ample 4 seater tables available. The waitress came over eventually, took the order, but didn't take the drinks order until we called her back.Prices have increased considerably since we were last there £16.95 for a large pizza!Salad bowls were placed on the table, with the comment "They're a bit warm". They had obviously just come out of the dishwasher and were red hot. Once they had cooled we looked at the salad bar. it all looked very tired, nothing had been topped up and there were flies buzzing about. We gave it a miss.The food was tasty and hot - just about the only positive of the entire experience.We ordered garlic bread bruschetta - let me tell you, garlic bread with some rocket and half a sliced cherry tomato is not bruschetta.We had some boxed and asked for the cap for the bottle of wine. The manager came over and said, "We don't have an off licence so you will have to leave that here." No restaurant I have ever been to has refused to allow us to take over half a bottle of wine home EVER. I wasn't going to sit there and drink it in one go so I poured it away. I'm not going to let them sell wine twice.

After a tiring day at Alton Towers we were staying at Oak Farm hotel which is a mile away and decided to have dinner at Pizza hut thinking its a good chain and pizza will be fun. But to my nightmare we ordered our main and when we went to take salad there were big flies all over the salad which was not even covered. On calling the manager to let her know that they should cover the counter or close it as it is very unhygenic to have flies hovering on my food she said she cannot do anything about it. She went ahead to say anyway salad is free with mains where I was gobsmacked. Free salad does not mean you can cover it with flies and expect people to eat it!! No Sorry nothing. On arguing a bit she gave a 10% discount which is fine but does not justify having flies on our food and her rude behaviour towards the guest. She did not even close the counter after seeing the flies or our complaint nor did she cover it..I really felt horrible having paid even £50 for the pizzas alone to have dealt with such a rude manager who could not even apologise for flies in food and infact say that its free food so eat the flies!!!.

Went on lunchtime to take advantage of buffet! All the pizza's were cold and unappetising. Went i told the waitress she wasn't particulary bothered! Been here lots of times and this was the worst! Miserable manager on duty and although waiting staff were pleasant where are your smiles??? :-))

As a rule, never had a problem with Pizza Hut. However, today we went for lunch time buffet. We were promptly seated and our waitress did nothing wrong except for lacking enthusiasm. She did what she was supposed to but could do with some people skills. Coke machine was flat, reported and eventually given bottled coke instead. No bowls given for salad so used a plate, plates ran out, reported and the waitress got new plates. But disgustingly, afew were dirty, which she flicked the dirt off in front of me, quite literally, and even though there was obvious debris stuck to some plates she continued to collect them and put them ready for people to collect. It appear she was the only waitress, maybe no improvement is needed, simply more staff to improve morale. Despite this, flicking food off a dirty plate and piling up dirty plates blatantly is unacceptable. Despite this, we would still return as the buffet menu is a cheap and cheerful lunch option.

Really good value meal. My friend and I shared a large pizza; which was more than enough for the two of us, we also both had a drink and a free salad bowl so we were impressed that it only came to £21 something!! Great food too!!

Visited pizza hut and had a lovely pepperoni pizza which was divine was served by an extremely competent staff member who I believe was called katie, could not complain one bit would definatley use again

Went for the lunchtime buffet which was ok but nothing special. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Pizzas didn't have much topping and we had to wait for them to be replaced salad choices were nice but left feeling disappointed. Stick with a frozen pizza or make your own you won't be missing much.

We went for the lunchtime buffet, best time to go in my opinion as the food is slighlty overpriced and u get good VFM with the lunchtime buffet. The service was good, pleasant waitresses, food was delicious and plentiful, and the place was very clean. Few noisy kids and crying babies but that's out of pizza hut's control. All in all I was happy.

There isn't really anything special its just a Pizza Hut which is a god place to meet up, the salad has defiantly gone down hill and the prices have gone up, not my first choice of a restaurant but is ok for the buffet lunch with friends

Overpriced pizza thats nothing special, mainly just seems the perfect restaurant for if you have children since every time I go theres screaming kids or children running around. Not good for couples at all, expecially if you're looking for somewhere a quiet to eat. Go here if you have to, but you wont get blown away by anything.

We have been coming here for a few years now and there has only been one occasion were we were not satisfied but the staff were very apologetic and we got the food knocked off our bill and vouchers for the next time we came. The food is always excellent and never usually takes that long to come out. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help.

Very good food, brilliant value and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend! Fantastic that you get to take what you don't eat home as well... Super idea!

We had a lovely meal on a Monday night with our family for daughters birthday. Salad bar was lovely with good choice. Pizzas came out fairly quickly and were very tasty. The help yourself unlimited drinks was great and the children loved the ice cream factory at the end. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Visited with a friend. ...we had the new cheese burger crust pizza...our topping was bbq meat feast, the pizza was epic and very delicious, with free unlimited salad and bottomless soft drinks it cost only £23 for the two of us, was well worth it...mmmm.

Ordered two pizzas which looked nothing like the photographs on the menus. They were dried up, flat and lacked topping. in fact a better description would have been dried tomato sauce on toast !!! Also "REGULAR" is the new word for tiny !! The cardboard box they were presented in, actually looked more appealing. I won't be using them again..... Not at this price, time to try another pizza place.

I arrived at the pizza hut in Cannock with my mum and dad on Monday 12th August while staying away for a few days. We were given a table very quickly and ordered the drinks, main course and sides straight away. The waitress was very polite. The drinks arrived and then we waited for the main course. The main course arrived reasonably quickly and was hot. The pizza was nice and was exactly what I had ordered. The cutlery was a bit marked. We ate the pizza and this is when the service turned sour. The person who EVENTUALLY collected are plates seemed oblivious to the fact that we had finished and she took at least 20 minutes in coming over and collecting our plates. During this time she cleaned some other tables which was really unnecessary as including ourselves there were only 10 people in the pizza hut. She even walked right past our table without saying a word. When she collected our plates she didn't ask if we wanted pudding or say anything about settling the bill. We then waited a while and because no one appeared we asked another waitress to give us the bill. I thought the food was a bit pricey as at an other restaurant we ate at, I had a main course and pudding, my dad had a main course, pudding and two sides, and my mum just had a main course. This came to about 43 pounds. However here none of us had puddings and my dad only had 1 side and the bill came to 40 pounds. The atmosphere wasn't marvellous as it was very quiet and one child kept crying and screaming. I think it would be poor for families with children because the service for pudding seems to take a while which young children may find a boring and unpleasant experience.

This is from a child's point of view as I'm only 11. I went here with my friends for one of my friends' birthday meal, we got served very quickly, and the restaurant was not busy. We chose 2 medium pizzas to share between the 7 of us, more than enough. It came quickly, and we all had drinks, that were fairly filled as a value for money. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The ham on one of the pizzas was crispy and I could eat a bowl of it. The cheese on the other pizza wasn't too strong and overall the whole experience was outstanding. We have also been for family meals, and haven't been served as quickly. It was still delicious though, and for children's small pizza's its only £1 !! The ice cream is all you can eat for £1 and the salad bar is free. I've been here lots and would definitely go again. I highly recommend Pizza Hut to families with children.

Although it wasn't that busy we seemed to wait ages to be taken to a table. The food was ok, nothing special, and I thought overpriced for what was provided, Staff seemed distant and not that bothered, the obligatory 'everything ok with your meals' was delivered as though she had said it 50 times that day (which she probably had) and she didn't even bother looking at us when she spoke, first visit, last visit.....

We go nearly every Sunday, we know what we like so we order very quick! Food is great and the coffee is lovely. Service is fast and efficient! We also get the 2 for one vouchers which help!

When I went some of the staff were very happy and I couldn't fault a few of them however one or two were rude. The salad bar is good but needs to be restocked more and same with the buffet. I think on the buffet there should be one or two more veggie options but that's just me. I wouldn't never go there again but it wouldn't always be my first choice either

I have taken my son here on three occassions as he enjoys the food. I cannot say the food is bad but then I could not say it was superb either, bearing in mind the there is not much you can achieve with pitza, pasta & salad but it is edible. The cold drinks are actually tasty & the ice cream that you can help yourself to is also brill.My only real complaint is that on all the occassions that I have gone none of the staff seem to notice us, usually you are greeted and seated, drinks poured & orders taken. My experiance is that I am not greeted, find our own seats then having waited for a waiter/ess to come & take my order after 15 mins I have to get up and approach them......this when they admit not noticing me !!!!not the best service....dont think i will be going again

Visited a few times, the food is great, the staff is very efficient and it`s not very expensive. Service is very quick as well so one of my favourite places to eat in Cannock :)

I went for the happy hour (Pizza/ pasta.. A side.. Unlimited salad and unlimited soft drink for £6!) excellent value for money. There was only one other table in so the service was excellent.. In all the places I have ate out in lately this has been the fastest and friendliest service. Food delish.. And served fast. Waitresses and waiter were on form.. Always there if we needed them. However.. we waited 1hr 10mins to pay our bill. As a former waitress I understand how hard it is to keep on top of tables when you suddenly get busy and that food and ordering prioritises paying.. but 1hr 10mins was a bit much. We wasn't angry or impatient at this but it resulted in us not leaving a tip :(. For 2 salad bowls.. 5 drinks.. 2 mains.. 2 sides and a desert to share our bill came to £8 each! Excellent
