I don’t know what it is, but this particular Dominos tastes so fake and does not taste authentic whatsoever. And If you want a dry pizza then you’ve come to the right place. Enjoy

The works pizza without olives and onions with added sweetcorn was amazing! Loved every bite. The warm cookie pizza was nice and had the right amount of cinnamon on it or whatever sweetener they use 😅 Buffalo hot wings were scrumptious too

Bloody joke!! Not only did we get the wrong order, when I phoned the up to state we got the wrong order, the manager was rude to me, the driver realised he made a mistake and come back with our order told him to speak to he's boss to state it wasn't my fault the order got messed up and the manager was still so rude, never again will order from this place!!!

Whenever I have issues with this branch it has always been through the app. Whenever I had called up they have been more than helpful this time being the same, I love papa John because of the special garlic dip and I wasn't able to order it on the app so I added to the delivery notes that I would like some if they had it in stock, I would pay for the added fee of the disp, and they delivered. Really shows the great costumer service, glad they are my local service.

Why you open the door when you are not serving pizza? I walked all the way I came I. Said we are not own for another hour Well lock the door then

Great food and fast service but chips missing from order, didn't realise until we got home. we have read a few people had chips missing, doesn't seem a big deal but to be honest when you have ordered them and paid for them you expect them...will avoid this in future which is a big shame as food was spot on....can't comment about the chips haha

My girlfriend ordered some food from here as a little surprise for me at around 7 at night, it was supposed to arrive at 10:15 it is now 11:40 and the store has been closed for 40 minutes. The delivery man told my girlfriend on a call that he couldn’t find my house although she gave him the exact address and I also stood outside waiting. It isn’t even hard to find at all btw… Now they aren’t answering any calls and I am here waiting wondering where the driver is and presuming that he has probably gone home with my food. She was VERY clear on where my house was and even asked him to knock on my door when delivering so it would be a nice surprise and they have seriously taken the mick now she is upset because she has spent basically £40 (which is a rip off) and I haven’t even received anything so they have basically stolen £40 I am very annoyed with this situation and am expecting her to get a full refund. If we do not get a full refund I will be forced to escalate this further because this is a joke.

Food was late, had abuse off one of the workers on the phone. Now have been band from eaten there. If you can't take criticism your in the wrong job

I've had several positive experiences with Domino's, so I was disappointed with my recent Saturday order. After contacting prestatyn store, I was met with a dismissive attitude and that my order discrepancy was impossible due to "the process." This was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Fortunately, I was able to escalate the issue to a manager and received a prompt resolution. However, the delivery driver's lack of basic courtesy upon arrival was an additional negative. I believe Domino's would benefit from a review of customer service training for both in-store and delivery staff.
