Wanted to write this to shoutout the lovely members of staff. I especially want to thank the girl with ginger hair and one with hair buns as they were very kind and friendly. Thank you for your good service!

We went to pizza hut yesterday and the lady serving us, (she said her name was Favor) made our day. She was so lovely and my little boy (with additional needs) had put ice cream all over the table and i was panicking, but she calmed me down by saying "dont worry, I'll sort it. Your son is happy". She was such a sweet girl and i want to give her the recognition she deserves. We will all beck again soon. Service and food was outstanding. Thank you Pizza Hut and Favor x

Staff are very good indeed. Happy to go the extra mile for you. Very responsive. One young female member of staff ran after me in the rain because I’d left my glasses on the table.

Seated straight away but the place was quiet so as expected Had to move tables as the first was freezing. Second was only mildly better Salad bar and pizza was lovely, and price was also acceptable The restaurant in general needs a refurb. The toilets are diabolical. Took me straight back to the 90’s as it looks like thats when they were last touched. Staff friendly

walked in with another couple in front of use. awaited 5 mins for them to be seated. we then waited a further 10 mins to be seated while the one member of staff who was available (other serving at the take away desk) walked cups from tables one at a time to the take away room and chatting to the girl in the take away room. while awaiting witnesses a customer complaining to him that her order was wrong to be responded with i wouldnt know what you ordered, and telling her what she ordered didnt exisit. when we were seen to the girl ask how many of use, 2 looked around the restaurant, which had only three taken tables paused and said this will do and stuck us next to the door. said scan the bar code and order on there. site was very slow, and by the time it loaded what we wanted worked out over 60 quid. table next to us complaining how long they had waited for their drinks to come and stated they order 15 minutes ago. looked on google, booked a table at the beef eater at the mariner, burger and chicken dinner two starter less than the cost of two pizzas, in and out in just over an hour. so disappointed really like pizza hut but couldnt risk the time with a baby sitter at home.

Excellent services provided by Waqas great food and a lovely person to be honest. Pizza Hut always serves the best kinda food 😘

Came out with my partner and friends, was served by the lovely Louie couldn’t fault a thing at all! Also Richard the manager was very hands on, was welcomed as soon as we walked through the door and looked after so well throughout our meal! We will definitely be coming back! Well done to Louie you are definitely an asset to the Pizza Hut family!

Going to this Pizza Hut was a good experience, although it wasn’t as lively as other pizza huts we have been to, it was still alright. Many different pizza options on the buffet which was nice. Salad and nachos on the buffet was also pretty good. Richard who I think is a manager had great customer service! He seemed genuinely happy, he was very polite and attentive especially to customers who walked through the door or looked like they needed help. I appreciate good customer service so this was great to see!

Food was decent, as I’d expect from Pizza Hut…that’s where the good stuff ends… …turn the heating on-it was freezing. Then, the awful music, way too loud. And the general state of the place-it’s not had any new furniture for years, no atmosphere, and the lights are way too bright. I love Pizza Hut, but this was a really poor experience and I won’t be coming back I’m afraid

We had pizzas delivered from Pizza Hut for a family gathering. The pizzas were tasty and the delivery quick. There was a good selection of vegetarian options, and the stuffed crust and goats cheese options were especially nice. The chilis were abundant on the hot version and they had just the right balance of bite. All in all a good pizza night.

As with a previous review, I agree they have not adapted well to COVID restrictions, very unwelcoming and not a pleasant experience . Understand the change to using an app to order, but is it really necessary, how much more risk is there to our waitress standing taking our order compared to serving our food? Cocktail ordered was canned, which was ok, but the fact it was over 6 months out of date was awful, we was offered a replacement of glass of wine and a refund for the cocktail but as we had already paid via the app it’s going to take 5 days to be refunded, another reason why the app is rubbish. Finally our waitress came over to our table to ask how our meal was before all the meals had been served and show of ‘couldn’t care less’ service. We will not be returning.

Ordered via an app (another couple walked out they got so frustrated) Salad bar closed Self serve drinks closed Waitress wore a mask, making no extra effort to be friendly so came across as pretty disinterested Food average So what is left, none of the family novelty eating out experience just a mediocre meal Sorry that’s it from us, even the kids said let’s not come back.

This is our go-to place to come if just want a laid back atmosphere and comfort food. Plus I love a good salad bar! This time I was doing veganuary and so had the pepperphoni pizza. My friend is not vegan, so it was nice of the staff to point out to me that the cheese on hers was not vegan in case I wanted to try hers. I never made it to dessert but they look good so will need to try to one day!

I’ve been here for a quite s few years now. It has always been fab with all the pizza varieties here. I have to say, to the end of this decade I believe this place needs a sort out. Firstly, Sunday night a week ago, me and my friend visited for a night out. It wasn’t busy though! When we ordered, (I did notice that they only do the buffet on weekdays?? How Silly! It’s usually the busiest on weekends? Not just weekdays, very disappointing and surprising, why?? ) I decided to go for s philly cheese steak pizza, the waitress informed us that they don’t do cheesy chips? Something that I did want, why would you not have that? Disappointing, I went for onion rings instead. Secondly, it came to salad part, I think the salad bar needs a sort out, as at first, the bowls are miniature, enough there for a five year olds breakfast! Also I believe the food needs labelling, as sone of the sauces weren’t particularly clear on what was what!! Service was fine, staff were friendly and fairly organised. Service little slow and but quick. I don’t think I will be returning for s while, as this place needs a good update and everything else was fine.

Not been here for some time. Went on a Monday so not crowded. Pleasant staff and served quickly. Had the chicken spicy pizza and free salad. Very filling and all freshly cooked. Place was clean. Definetly will go back again,

I was hungry so decided to head over to Pizza Hut on Aspects Leisure Park for lunch. It was not very busy and I received a friendly greeting from the staff on duty. The food was excellent, especially the salad bar which was well stocked and very clean. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and I had an enjoyable time. The staff were very good and not intrusive but professional. Highly recommended.

When I say very good, I mean very good if you’re going for the buffet lunch. Pizza is good, pasta is good, salad is good & refillable drinks are good. Nice cheap lunch if you’re feeling hungry. I wouldn’t pay full price for the pizza though - only go for the buffet!

The lady was very frendly and the salad bar was amazing and was very fresh and the food didn’t take long to come out and it was packed will be back

Greater by a friendly waitress. who to our order. As we weren't drinking my Friends had unlimited Pepsi and Appleade. As I don't like this I asked for a cranberry and soda, sorry she said: " no cranberry" oh ok I have a Lime a soda "sorry we don't have that either" oh ok I just have a soda with a slice of lemon. "Sorry, we don't have soda" so a bottle of sparkling water it is then. We ordered the Sharer - Large pizza two sides plus unlimited salad and dessert. The salad bar looked as if it could have done with a thoroughly good clean. As well as the salad bowls and the Jugs of dressing. Stuff all dripped down the sides. Our meal arrived so we began to eat. We were talking and enjoying ourselves when my friend noticed that there were hairs in one of the sides (cheesy bites). We pointed this out to the waitress who agreed to take it off our bill. After our meal, I went to the ladies which were disgusting. No soap, the dryer was noisier then actually drying your hand. Tissue paper all over the floor, dirty toilets, toilet roll all over the floors in the cubicles. When I left I noticed the cleaning check chart on the wall which had not been filled in all day. There is really no excuse for this as there was a lot of staff on this evening most of which were standing around the kitchen area chatting. Our bill took ages to come as it took us some time to attract the attention of the staff members as they were too busy talking. We will not be returning. Very disappointing

Pizza Hut pizzas are OK, but they are very long way from Napoli. We made the fundamental error of inviting our son's new Italian girlfriend to join us for tea. Fortunately, she is a well-brought-up Roman lady.

Wanted to try the new Vegan cheese available on pizzas & wasn't disappointed it was really lovely & generous toppings too. Salad bar was well stocked but as already mentioned by others vegan options of mayo would have been great (as well as for dairy intolerant people)...also a version of garlic bread & pasta would be nice ...lack of a dessert option is disappointing because most people like to finish off with one so my daughter had hers while I watched!! next time taking my own lol..( I did know beforehand though & should have taken something even a pot of yogurt)..However can't fault the service very friendly & helpful despite being busy..would go again but as there are many allergy sufferers & a growing vegan market Pizza Hut could really improve their revenue if they offer more choices

Just your standard fast food establishment, with little character and little to recommend. We went as a leaving meal for work and this is where they wanted to go...

We hadn’t finished our starters and the mains were brought out. We were then left with the starter dishes and empty salad bowls throughout our entire time there. No one came and took the empty plates. They were still there when we got the bill. All the staff want to do is chat to each other. They’re not interested in giving good service.

Terrible service, no air con , no ice , tepid water and drinks from the dispensers . I ordered a large pizza and got a small one. All the staff wanted to do I chat to each other .

Went and tried the amazing Vegan Pizza they now do at this restaurant with Violife Vegan Cheese. It was totally amazing highly recommend this Vegan Pizza option.

Now before I begin, I know this is Pizza Hut so I was not expecting the world. The things I would expect is to be seated within 5 minutes of arrival and to get the food we ordered. We stood at the door for so long I thought I gained a new superpower of being invisable! When we did get a table the young lady took the order fairly quickly but when the food arrived most half of it was missing!

We planned a family night out with friends as well to cinema and Pizza Hut as next door. We went in to reserve a table and was ready within 15 minutes the pizza was amazing and filled me up a treat I could not manage anything else I had the soft drink refill as well which was worth it. My boys had the children’s menu and that was plenty for them as well filling them up nicely before the film. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food turned up quickly hot and tasted great will be visiting again soon

Me and my family visited this restaurant at the weekend and every single person said how impressed we were. The service was fast, the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This is a run-of-the-mill pizzeria, but the staff were friendly and helpful, the choice of pizzas was excellent and the salad bar provided plenty of choice of fresh salad items including several flavours of dressing, jalopena peppers and so on. It's help-yourself at lunchtime, and for a mere £6.99 I had slices of four different pizzas (I could have had more) and a full delicious salad bowl (I could have filled it again at no extra cost). That's very good value for money.

A Pizza Hut next to a cinema in a leisure park. It has a bit dated feel to it and with more competition coming from many other chains, this is helped by being where it is.

11 of went to pizza Hut, 4 small children the rest of adults service was very good staff defiantly child friendly, not too far to go from the bowling club in dunstable beds, the food all came together and it was added by salad bar, kids loved helping themselves

Tener una alergia grave a ajo he evitado restaurantes de pizza durante años. Me KaiF aseguró en la puerta que me podía proporcionar comida de ajo gratis. Él hizo todo lo posible para que mi hermana y yo bienvenida. La comida era excelente y fue capaz de suministrar una lista de ingredientes para cada plato. Finalmente adaptados una pizza especialmente para mí!

Visitado por el cumpleaños de mi pareja con nuestra hija de tres años. Como era la hora de comer decidimos tomar el bufé y oferta de niños para nuestra hija. Nos sentamos por un chico joven que parecía estar a cargo. Él fue lo suficientemente educado pero completamente gormless. No explicar nada sobre el buffet o ensalada y estuvimos charlando con otro personal y callejeando por cuando nos habían preparado para las edades.

Ordered a delivery at 7:30, was told it will arrive at 8:30. But till 9:00, still Nothing arrived, called them they couldn't even track the order, so disappointed, such a rubbish place.

The pizza was of a Pizza Hut standard. Not great but it never will be. The service however was a total joke. Waiting for 15mins to be seated while only a 1/3 of the table were occupied. Watching 3 groups who hadn't pre-booked beat us to tables to be seated. Watching an obviously disabled couple just forgotten about. Staff just standing around. They have no idea and should all be retrained. A total joke.

Where do I start..first waitress was very polite when taking our order. Starters came and all seemed ok. Then they tried to bring out our pizzas, table hadn't been cleared from our starters so the waitress just stood there looking at us, and then just marched off and slammed the pizza on the side and got another waitress to clear the table and bring the pizza... then when we asked for the bill it was slammed down in front of us.. no name badge.rude service and won't be going again.

Food was typical pizza hut buffet food - something for everyone, fresh, tasty, etc.Staff were nice people - but just not on the ball. Had to walk around the restaurant to flag various people for when we wanted more drinks, for when we wanted dessert, and for when we wanted to pay. Felt a bit awkward doing this.

Visit this restaurant regularly. Pizza is always good. Service is generally fast. Salad bar could do with updating is the only criticism. Enjoyable evening.

I asked for a salad as a main course £5.95 and was given a small bowl to help myself to the salad bar. I asked for a plate and was told that the bowl was for salads but you can have a plate if you want one. The salad was tasteless, I should have ordered a pizza which would have been cheaper and I could have had as much salad as I wanted and taken the pizza home. I did try my wife's pizza and I make better ones myself, I won't be going again.

I have been to pizza hut a lot of times but this time was the nicest. I like to thank the staff HollieM for serving me and my friend. She was very kind and friendly. All the staff that severed us was very kind. We thank you HollieM, as we had a lovely time and didn't feel like we had to rush out as soon as we finished eating. Thanks! :) X

Was unimpressed when we walked through the door. Was very cafeteria style and appeared to need a bit of make over. Went to the toilet before we were seated and the toilet seat wasn't actually attached to the loo so nearly broke a bone as it slipped as I sat down. Service was terribly slow to order drinks, you couldn't get a waitresses attention as they were too busy chatting in a Corner. Waited ages to order then bizarrely the food came within 10 minutes of ordering and was undercooked. Kids fries were hard and the pizza was still doey under the toppings! The floor under the table was filthy, and the table was a bit sticky! I personally blame the management not the front line staff! We wound bit visit again!

Been here lots of times as always great value. Visited on 19th May and I just wanted to say how great the food was and how lovely the staff are. Great to see some happy, friendly staff.... love the cheesy bites pizza, the salad bar and the refill soft drinks.... only disappointing factor is the ice cream factory not working but at least an alternative is offered and hopefully the ice cream factory will be back up and running soon!

after using these guys to deliver to me on numerous occasions I was told they have never delivered to my area. I was made to feel they would 'do me a favour' when the guy mentioned they would go ahead 'just this once'. I asked repeatedly if they didn't want to deliver to me and the response was the same.. 'we can do it this once'. This despite the fact that they have delivered to me for a few months now. (although I must say they have gotten orders wrong, taken food back as it was for a different address and similar). In the end I just cancelled the order. A disgrace. I hope the franchisee reads this.. and that pizza hut uk cancel his franchise. not the way to run a business.

Quick and efficient staff, good variety of hot food with delicious ice cream machine, reasonably priced and good atmosphere.

It was meant to be a treat for my seven year old on our visit to Bedford however it took an age before anyone took our order and another 35 minutes before we were told there had been a mistake and our food would be ready shortly, as if that wasn't bad enough my daughter got fed up with even more waiting and went in search of a waitress to order her dessert! The food was okay nothing great and I very much doubt we will be returning or recommending.

Came here for, well, a pizza! Friendly staff greeted us with a warm welcome and whilst waiting for the pizza we hit the salad bar. There's a good selection of items to help yourself to and quite a lot of dips and sauces etc. The kids enjoyed the refillable drink option due to the different flavours available such as cherry and lemon that you can add to your Pepsi or lemonade. When the pizzas promptly arrived at the table, we were pleasantly surprised - they were really tasty and we really enjoyed them. We weren't really sure what to expect as not long back we ordered a Pizza Hut delivery take away and it was very expensive and very rubbish! So that was a bonus. So no complaints about the food at all. The one thing that I feel lets the place down is the actual restaurant. Hard to put into words really, it is just somehow lacking in atmosphere/ ambience. It's very much light a school dining hall in there, brightly lit, noisy and just needs to be 'softened' in there - probably most suitable at the moment for families with little ones. So if you are after a romantic evening by candlelight, don't go here for sure! Overall, though, it is what it is, nice enough food (despite being very pricey for essentially pizza and salad!) and fine as a treat for the family I guess.

Came in for a pizza before the cinema. Got seated quickly and served quickly. Waitress was attentive and friendly and all staff appeared to be working hard. Food was tasty and hot.

Although not a pizza/pasta fan i was fairly peckish after a cinema visit and opted for the stuff as much as you can option......the food soon fills you up and i was quietly impressed......the restaurant however can get extremely busy especially after the flicks......would not rush back but did enjoy my several pizza slices.

Lunchtime help-yourself (as often as you like) to a choice of half a dozen different pizzas and a pasta dish, and a wide range of fresh salad items with dressings and toppings including jalapeno peppers, all for £8.99. Fantastic value!

My family has been visiting this branch of Pizza Hut for many years, it used to be a pretty reliable place for a good night out. After tonight's visit, I doubt we will be going again. I called ahead to reserve a table, apparently this is not possible. When we arrived, we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes despite there being a number of empty tables. After half an hour waiting, we had to go and find a member of staff to check that we hadn't been forgotten about. We were shown to our table and the waitress disappeared... for ages. We had three small children with us and were trying to keep them entertained. Finally she reappeared and took our food order and we had to point out that we had no drinks (this is usually the first thing the staff take your order for). We waited for what seemed like an eternity, thank goodness for the salad bar as the children were running out of patience. The starters arrived and were nice, although we had to ask for plates! The pizzas then arrived pretty quickly and were also nice, but that's the only thing you go to Pizza Hut for. Another long wait before our desert order was taken, we actually decided to take the children over to the ice cream factory as there was no sign of a waitress and they were getting fractious. This was a mess, sweets all over the floor. One of our deserts arrived a good 15 minutes before the rest of them and by the time the last few (over microwaved and quite disappointing) deserts came out, our toddlers were way past their bedtime and getting grumpy and we had to rush to finish them. The waitress then told us that there would be a delay getting the bill as there was a problem with the till. We had now been in the restaurant for 3 hours. They were clearly understaffed and although our waitress was polite, none of the staff seemed to have any sense of urgency, no apologies for the wait and they all seemed far too laid back. The waitressing team appeared to be poorly managed and the staff did not seem to know a great deal about good customer service. To add to that, the toilets were dirty and the toilet seat was actually on the floor in one of the ladies cubicles. A very disappointing visit, we did not feel valued as customers and the only good thing was the pizza.

Pizza Hut are the only known restaurant who give Vegans the option to have a Pizza with no cheese brilliant. Went here with my wonderful Fiancee and had a Cheese free Pizza which is great for something different for a change as limited food at restaurant's for Vegans. Great Company, Great Meal, Well worth the money. Also do Take Away option as well. Highly Recommend for other fellow Vegans.

I went to Pizza Hut with my nephew. The food we ordered was good but the service was appauling. With the pizzas I ordered 1 portion of chips. I never received my order. I asked the lady twice she kept saying it will come but it never did. I was so disappointed. I had to keep finding her to ask about my order, not once did they make the effort to even ask how my food was. I won't be going back again.

Restaurant clean and tidy. As visited at half term was full of feral kids, which was not an enjoyable experience. Buffet food was the standard Pizza Hut standard, not replenished quickly enough. Salad bar was ok. Staff required jollying up for the side orders. Better Pizza Hut's within my local area.

We were unusually in Bedford and fancied pizza. After an Internet search we found out where the Pizza Hut is and drove there with expectations of hot pizza.We arrived at 7pm. The Pizza Hut is next to a large car park at the 'Leisure Park' and does not look too inviting from the outside.We went inside and there was no queue. After a few moments a male member of staff came over and I said we needed a table for three. He said 'Well it will be about ten minutes'.At this point a large seating area on a raised platform was empty, so I pointed to this and asked if we could sit there.No, was the reply. He then said there are only three staff, and if I open that area people will be waiting a very long time for their pizza. He then said service will be slow anyway due to not having enough staff. There was no offer of a seat to wait, or a menu to browse, or anything else to appease us at all.We could see that this was not going well so we left. As an occasional user of Pizza Hut I have never seen anything like it.

having been to a few pizza huts I am happy that they offer a great range of pizzas and especially do well on the buffet deal where there is always a good turn around on pizzas.Can spend some time waiting for food more so than some other pizza providers especially when ordering to take away.

visited this restaurant while in the area on business.had to wait ten minutes for a table despite there being free tables it took ages for my order to be taken. not given a salad bowl and when i asked where it was i was pointed at a pile of plates. pizza arrived after what seemed like an age. all around were uncleared tables. i ate my food and asked for the bill then askrd again ten minutes later. couldnt wait to get out.

Visted last night as an early celebration for my daughters birthday. I have signed up for pizza hut vouchers and each week have been receiving a 33% off the bill voucher to use after 7.30 on a friday or saturday night. As a family of 5 dining this seems like to good an offer to miss out on. Unfortunately there seemed to be an error with the link to access the pizza hut code that was needed to claim the discount. As we arrived at our table we mentioned this to our waitress who in turn sent the manager over to us so we could explain. After telling us that the voucher was not for last night, ( to which the voucher clearly stated it was) he agreed to honour the discount after viewing my partners phone.The meal was excellent and our waitress was brilliant. Upon finishing our meal the bill was brought over to us. The 33% however had not been discounted. No problem we thought when the waitress took it back over the manager. She was then sent back to our table to tell us that unless we could access the online code needed they couldnt honour the discount. Luckily we managed to get the code in order to get the discount. Its extremely annoying that a manager doesnt know what promotions are being sent out to be used in the restaurant and on what dates and that before the meal he agreed to honour the discount, but once we had eaten he went back on his word but also couldnt come over to explain himself instead sending a member of his staff over.Very poor show from the manager.Waitress however brilliant!!!!!.

Ruined my date night. Which we don't get often due to children. So we decided to have a bite to eat and then cinema.We left plenty of time for the meal for the film started.Ordered our dinner. Mine came was wrong had cheese on it and was a completely different pizza I ordered. Told the lady she was like ok u will have to wait another 10 mins..Pizza come again was completely wrong. What were they playing at? Seriously come on? Once maybe but twice ? Basically about over half hour if not longer it finally come. But I didn't have time to eat so it was out straight into a take away box!! I was so hungry aswell which was the worse part. Has put me off returning!!

Not the warmest welcome even though i arrived an hour before closing. The staff appeared to be more interested in going home than taking my order.. When my order arrived it was wrong so a longer wait was required while they cooked the food i had ordered..Eventually i was presented with my pizza which to be fair was very nice especially as it was accompanied with my salad bowl..To sum up this particular visit.... Sloppy service from unenthuastic staff but good food

I've not been for several years to Pizza Hut, so when we arrived and the staff never mentioned a buffet option, nor did it appear on the menu, I assumed they no longer did it. Instead we were confronted by the offer they were pushing, which seemed good, but had lots of extras you needed to keep adding on if you wanted a nicer pizza etc. All in all I felt tricked when I realised later we could have had a cheaper option with the buffet (which does still exist but oddly seems to be a secret). We both compromised on the pizza we chose to fit in with the 'guided' offer and it wasnt very nice, and ended up being expensive. Service was slow despite them being quiet, and overall this seems a place that's been left behind in quality, price and service. All options should be clearly presented to customers by the staff, AND on the menu. A disappointing experience that means we wont be returning.

Visited after being up the hospital for a long time so wanted a decent lunch, thought pizza hut would be better than mc donalds. I had limited cash on me so before we ate I asked how old children had to be before they pay as previously my nearly 2 year old has been free and I wanted to ensure I had enough money. I was frostily told by the waitress if they eat they pay. She then went off to her manager and told him my question and proceeded to laugh. The restaurant was pretty empty and I could clearly hear. I feel 3.99 for a toddler who picked from my plate and had one bit of pizza a few cucumber slices and some apple and grapes was a bit excessive. From the frosty reception and attitude received I've been put off returning.

Usual value for money, kids loved the unlimited ice cream. Salad bar was a mess and needed replenishing. Fast service.

A fast food outlet which is value, but only for a limited section of the population!Family groups, with lots of kids, who like fizzy drinks, are quids in here ,as these are endless and included in the price! BUT..............at £3.80 for a 330 ml Peroni..........somebody is being subsidised, and it isn't me!The welcome was great; the staff were very friendly and helpful.........the pizzas were bland and became expensive with extra toppings............but the salad bar is included if you like salad!

We tried the lunch-time special offer - help yourself (as often as you like), with a choice of three different pizzas, two different pastas and an extensive selection of salad items, all freshly prepared. It was all delicious and we have determined to come again, probably two or three times a month. Our waitress was friendly, cheerful, helpful and smiling. Fast-food pizza places do not come any better.

I use this restaurant lots - handy parking - handy for pre cinema meal - however ! more often than not - especially over bank hols or weekends they run out of ingredients - this can range from peppers or mushrooms to pizza bases - the amount of times we have been told they have no deep pan/ thin bases. Oh the coffee machine is never working - on the otherhand salad is good and fresh, pizza (when you can get it ) is tasty - bit pricy but then same as any other pizza chain in terms of value. Staff always pleasant and helpful and any complaint handled well. Yes we still use it and usually have a wager on what will be not on the menu - but hey ho we rather like it

Off to the cinema, matinee performance - lets treat ourselves to lunch. Locally youngsters from nearby school dressed up to the nines were celebrating the end of term - delayed us getting a table for 10 mins but after that we were promptly seated and went for the buffet and endless drinks. Very good value for money.Pizza's tasted great. Salad dressings are rather bland though.

Visited with work friends on Friday evening. Staff were cheerful and helpful, especially Holly S,and pizzas were hot and tasty and salad extensive and fresh. Haven't been for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Will return.

Having already persuaded us into serving our own starters (salad bowls) and desserts (ice cream factory), these jokers now have the termerity to get us to serve our own drinks. When will they go the whole hog and get us to cook the bloody pizzas too? (Oh, I forgot - you can pay extra for a pizza-making party). Next time stay at home, eat in and charge yourself for the privilige.Oh, the pizza? Undercooked and bland.

My Partner and I went for lunch at Pizza Hut in December. The service was slow and when the waitress brought my drink over, it looked like she had drank some of it as it wasn't a full glass! We were half way through our starter when the waiter then brought our pizza over! The pizza was bland and didn't taste of anything! I had to cover it in chillies and pepper to eat it! I definitely will not be going again.

Dirtyn bowls and plates had to ask for new oneOrdered and 250ml house red, got given a 125ml and I mentiond it to the waiter and he was certain it was 250 and i know for a fact it was not, i asked again and he said i will top your glass up and won't tell the manageThe resturant was very hot and stuffy

My daughter got an excellent report at school and wanted Pizza as her treat. We chose Pizza Hut as both my children suffer from wheat intolerance and they do a gluten free base.The waitress (Sami) seated us and took our order. We ordered a regular gluten free pizza with 3 toppings, a large pan pizza half meat feat and half Best supreme and a side dip.What arrives with a different waitress was a large meat feast a tiny child’s sized pizza with 2 of the toppings missing, but a wheat pizza. I asked the waitress what had happened, in which she responded (a little lie), that this is what was ordered and that they had no more dough to make the larger gluten free pizza and they had no more of the best supreme, so could only do a meat feast, but we were getting a second pizza free to take with us. So I asked her to get our waitress as I can not serve 4 tiny pieces of pizza to my two children and I would not feed them wheat.She said she would be with us. The restaurant was not busy at all about 5 tables in total.So I got up and found a very reliable manager Jacquie, who came over at once and took the food away. Surprise …. out came a regular gluten free pizza, a half Best supreme and meat feast and our dip. So as soon as a manager gets involved then they suddenly find the right products. Such poor customer service. The first waitress had been sent home as she got all of her 3 table’s orders completely wrong. She wrote down each item, so not sure how wrong you can go!Jacquie, the only manager left had to take care of all the other tables. This poor girl was rushed off her feet and trying to keep that Pizza Hut afloat. She certainly deserves recognition, as she kept the Pizza Hut name in good order. Perhaps the staff hired need better training and simple skills like taking an order and following through. Setting customer expectation and not telling lies. You can not serve an allergy food to a customer who reacts to a product! That is a serious, serious mistake. One I would have certainly taken further if I had accidentally given my children that pizza base. I would have trusted that the pizza was gluten free, because that is what I ordered. My children would have gotten extremely ill. I will NEVER go back to that pizza hut again!

Good quality food - nice staff and very child friendly - you can now have free top ups on salad. The wine comes in little bottles, and the staff are friendly. A good all rounder.

I come here quite often cuz the food is really nice but the service is astonishing its so bad.... it takes ages to be seated in an empty restaurant and when u finally do sit down its because uv given up and sat yourself.... they constantly forget your order and never come and check your ok or clear empty plates the list is endless..... overall the experience was ok but the service will end up putting them out of business.

Not sure if this branch has had a change of manager but in the last year or so it has picked up its service massively. Now quite a good place to take the kids for a cheap, but not fast-food place

I took two children with me for lunch. We were told it would be a 20min wait so I popped ibto the toilet. When I came out they were ready to seat us! The bins had a pizza each from the children's menu and I had the buffet. The boys pizzas arrived quickly and I had plenty of pizza and salad to keep me going. No desserts this time but a quick, good value meal. Will go again as I enjoy their pizzas!

The choice of pizza bases and toppings are both excellent; the food quality is good; the price is reasonable; there is an excellent salad bar (help yourself to what you fancy). At busy times, there can be a half-hour wait, and even when the pizzeria is half empty there can be a ten-minute wait, since there are just too few members of staff to clear and clean the tables ready for new customers. The staff are always friendly and try to be helpful, but are overworked, and sometimes too busy to provide a quick service. The food does, however, arrive hot. Located just by the cinema and its big carpark, this is a convenient place to eat a pizza and is always my first choice.

We came to pizza hut for the buffet??? Which all of us said the sae it was taking too long to come out, just cheese and tomato coming out, yet others with (suppose to be toppings,) came out , but not at all that good in taste, going down hill pizza's. As talk about a buffet, help yourself but not many out and like I said the toppings needs to be more on them, as your not getting what you pay for. Unless that's why it's cheap. But seating was long in waiting? and staff not sure on if they knew what they were doing. Don't think that we will be going agian, unlesss they top up on toppings.

As we were visiting the cinema next door we decided to eat at the Pizza Hut.We were seated staight away and offered drinks.The staff were very attentive .We had a shared platter for starters, with chicken, wedges, and potato skins with mozzarello, which was delicious. We then decided on a large Hawaiian deep pan pizza to share, with added mushrooms.There wa plenty for two and again, great tasting foo. I also had a cappuchino (costa coffee) which was great.I really can't fault our experience on that day.

After waiting for 10 minutes, we seated ourselves. Then had to find a waitress to take our order (which she then got wrong) A half full restaurant should not have such appalling service, no standards, no cleaning standards, no customer service - simply dreadful.

Although I don't have a problem with the food as the pizza's ect have always tasted really good , I do have a problem with the service. I've lost count of the amount of times we have had to wait what seems like forever for our meals to arrive and I think this is down to an obvious shortage of staff and even if we book a table we are still left waiting for 15/20 mins for our table to be ready! The toilets are always blocked or dirty ..would I go again? Yes because the food is so good but the service needs improving .
