Ordered online as I have done most weeks. Pizzas arrived barely warm as driver said he couldn't find our address. Order was incorrect and when I phoned to see if the incorrect pizza could be replaced I was told they had done nothing wrong. Terrible customer service when the manager came to the phone. Will not be ordering again.

The first time here,based on a solid recommendation from a friend ,my welcome was perfectly executed,fresh pizza for collection still cooking(excellent) My food was Boxed and handed to me ,literally out of the oven ,quality ingredients,tasty ,piping hot ,a couple of extra garlic sauces sent me home with a pleasant feeling ,still piping hot when I got home too . Will be back ,I like the open plan approach to this pizza shop, too ,watching food being prepared is very assuring. Thanks for a great pizza 🍕

Used to love this place but it's gone down hill, prices up quality down. £20 for a stuffed crust that had no filling in the crust, the oil off the pizza was dripping down my hands and arms it was everywhere. Never known a pizza drip like that and definitely not a sign of quality. Will not be returning.

Knock on the door, and I was greeted with a driver smoking his cigarette while waiting..he then proceeded to stub it out on my wall! My son opened his pizza….no steam as there usually is..it was barely warm! He could only manage 2 slices before wanting to put it in the microwave, which for a child with Autism is a complete no go! I called prontos immediately, whom ever I spoke to was extremely apologetic, and said they’d get a fresh pizza out! Within minutes I got a call from “The Manager” his attitude was disgusting! Apparently couldn’t understand WHY a pizza we always get, and arrives piping hot….got cold in the TWENTY FIVE MINUTES it was with the driver!! He reluctantly sent a new pizza out, but I needed to give the 1st pizza back!! Delivery driver arrived…..I’ve never felt so intimidated! Questioning me WHY 2 slices had been eaten, asking WHY I’m being awkward….it was only when I said to him “would you eat cold pizza?” He gave me the fresh pizza!! We use Prontos quite often, however they have now lost our custom!! Change the attitude of your customer service, instead of being intimidating, argumentative and rude!!

Can’t believe I’ve wasted so much money and frustration on Domino’s when there is this place. Lovely pizza, great service, good price, fast ordering…what more can you want from a takeout pizza. Will defo order from here again.

When they mess up your order they lie about it and do nothing about it, every time i order they get something wrong. Do not order

We used Pronto' s before and found them to be reasonable (well not bad) ordered last night 16/06/21 well what can I say, we ordered 2 x 13" Pizza and we ate 2 slices of one and 1 1/2 of the other all rest went in the bin. I telephoned to say how bad the food was, tasteless, greasy total lacklustre. I had no response from them just a grumpy OK. never again.

We have had prontos pizzas for years and enjoyed them as a takeaway treat. But the last few times although still tasty they have been only Luke warm on delivery and not of a good standard. Soggy onion rings, burnt popcorn chicken but most of all after the last delivery both myself and my husband were up all night being sick and running to the toilet. I checked on the 5 rating hygiene standard but they haven’t been checked since 2018. I will be finding somewhere else for our takeaway treat

Once ordered chicken basil & threw up after it & now ordered meat feast and paying the price for it as I haven’t left the toilet all day with diarrhoea would not recommend anymore

Pytałem o pizze z wątróbką i nie mieli. Pizzeria nie spełniła moich oczekiwań. Obsługa ok ale gdyby nie ten sympatyczny młody Polak to byśmy się nie dogadali bo reszta nie była komunikatywna w języku Polskim. Przyjedziemy tam jeszcze ale dopiero za 8 lat i 3 miesiące bo muszę odnaleźć sens istnienia.

Zamówiłem pizzę na grubym cieście . Dodatkowo £3 plus pieczarki. Okradli mnie. Dostałem pizzę zwykła do tego bardzo ostrą. Złodzieje. Nie polecam.

i placed my order from pronto’s, 50 minutes ago. After 50 minutes i received my pizza and was absolutely gutted. the pizza was as cold as ever and had the wrong toppings on. In order to sort this out, i rang pronto’s and let them know about this issue. They argued and denied it was their fault and was completely ignorant towards the situation. It’s safe to say i won’t be a customer again, waste of my money and time!

Ordered online due to family members saying decent pizza oh how wrong we were! Food arrived and was cold, onion rings soggy as were curly fries plus I ordered double chicken pineapple And sweetcorn on my pizza However in total on whole pizza 10 tiny pieces of chicken and no sweetcorn. the food was extremely greasy I phoned prontos and very unhelpful just said I ordered extra cheese - I have online receipt which does not say that. Anyway we were unable to eat this rubbish and therefore went in bin definitely would never order from here again especially when cost £23 ! Please stay away

The pizzas are always lovely but curly fries soggy and barely cooked. Last night we got a box with wedges,curly fries, onion rings, chicken strip, mozzarella dippers etc and unfortunately all was soggy and barely ate.. cook the stuff for longer please!!!

Ordered and collected yesterday a ham pineapple and mushroom pizza which was £8. My only criticism was that for the money it was short on the toppings. Otherwise I have to say it was delicious.👍🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Honestly genuinely impressed with these guys. I was given the wrong pizza and simply rang prompts pizzas and they had another one to us within 20 minutes. Genuinely excellent service there guys.

Flat lifeless pizza stodgy and heavy. The lad serving ask me if I’d ordered a peperoni pizza without peperoni I said no he said ok we’ve put less on just in case. I asked him why anyone would order peperoni pizza without peperoni he just shrugged his shoulders. Poor service poor food bad experience won’t be going again

I am quite addicted to Prontos and order almost every week and if ever it disappeared I would be gutted. What I can say is that every time I order it is the same excellent quality pizza. Love it every time thank you, Lee

We love prontos pizza but sorry guys you let the team down big time with your grill. My food came: mixed kebab, and I can truly say utily disappointed, it wouldn't feed my 12 year old nether mind an adult, it had 8 shavings of kebab meat, 1 pitta, 2 chicken pieces and 2 steak pieces, for the price of £6.50, I can get a nan filled with God knows how many shavings of kebab, chicken tikka galore, shish and lamb for £4.50, we wanted to try them because with like the pizza, but will not be going to the grill again

I called to order a pizza for a family tea to be told I’m sorry we cannot deliver to you’re address ! When asking why !! they couldn’t give us a reason they said you must have ordered and not paid which is something we have never done couldn’t tell us when this was done or from which telephone number the order was made from ,we order from take always regularly without any problem then decided they would take our order but I was not being spoke to like this terrible customer service would never order again now .

Alaways use this takeawy when we fancy a pizza. Friendly door to door service. Not dined inside but would imagine much the same quality. Plenty choices

Food came late and also came cold won’t be ordering again so disappointed and this place has gone down hill

Absolutely love this place, we always get takeaway and it is always hot and tasty, we have never had any issues at all

Went down for a lunch pizza and waited around 15 minutes whilst listening to loud staff and their swearing.

Ordered from here a few times and every time it has been great. Staff are friendly and the delivery drivers are always polite. Great pizzas 👍👍

Whenever we want pizza, the choice is simple Prontos. The selection is great, prices are great, and it arrives quite promptly. I’d rather eat here than famous pizza restaurants. Their stuffed crust is just great. My tip, go for half and half.

Ordered tonight for the first time. Came quickly & piping hot. Both pizza's were excellent. Thin bases with lots of topping. Will definitely order again!

I cannot compare this puzza with any other because non comes close, takeaway wise anyway. Always consistently good and piping hot and very fresh.

Ordered from here before 10oclock. after waiting over an hour we rang to see when the food was coming to be told it was on its way. Waited up till half 12 at night the food never came.Phoned up the next day to see why they didn't show up to be told to ring back at 4 to speak to a manager, when we rang back the manager was never there. Palmed off by rude staff! Won't be ordering from here again!

Ordered 22 pizzas for a set time and they were all ready on time for a works get together. Really good pizza too and the staff were really helpful! Really recommended.

Ordered two 18" pizzas and they came 30 mins late and i specified NO SWEETCORN and both pizzas came covered in it

We got a take away from here and it's the best we've had in the area. Yummy! Prompt service. They don't do chips tho.

Had a change from the one I normally use, and boy am I glad I did. This is by far one of the best pizza's I've had in a long long time. Highly recommend this place

We have just eaten in this restaurant as a family of 5. Very good value, good service and the pizzas were excellent - nice clean surroundings. the kids lived their pizzas and it was nice for us adults to eat fast food with a glass of wine.

The 18inch pizzas here are very popular with all my friends! We have a tendency to order a couple of these if we get together for a lads night watching boxing! My fav is the pepperoni and I get extra jalapeños! You can make your own half and half pizza too! They are very greasy, lots of grease on the box too! But as a treat now and again I like them! Always good, never had a bad one

I have only ever tried the pizzas from here and they have all been delicious. The quality is very good, the service is quick and the price is extremely cheap...I would defiantly pay more. So much better than Pizza Hut and dominos.

I order from Pronto's regularly but I a, not going to order from them again. The past few times the pizzas have arrived they have been cold and haven't tasted as good. I shouldn't have to reheat my pizza when it is supposed to be hot when it arrives! They are also very late with the delivery too and not very apologetic when you contact them to say that it is till hasn't arrived. However, the delivery drivers are very friendly. It is such a shame that it isn't as good as what it once used to be.

We and my boyfriend get the 18" stuffed crust and we love it! Reasonable prizes and tried numerous toppings all tasty! Also lasagne and chicken wings all really good! Comes with yummy garlic sauce too. My only comment is the stuffed crust seems to be smaller in recent months than it used to be and we loved it when it was thicker with extra cheese. Would highly recommend!

I've now tried this pizza takeaway twice and on both occasions have received a brilliant pizza. Tried the large pizza and they are absolutely brilliant.Staff also friendly and helpful

So, im a big pizza fan and up until i discovered pronto's it was usually frozen pizza from super market or if i had a spare £20-40 it would be spent on domino's. Im going to be honest here with you and you have heard from me first, Pronto's make the best pizza I have ever had at a fraction of the price you will pay at domino's. Their 18" pizza you can get for under £15 and thats stuffed crust as well. you can also choose to have a tomato sauce or BBQ sauce for the base (I would recommend BBQ). Another great thing about pronto pizza is that they have recently opened a bar and restaurant upstairs, so you can now enjoy your pizza straight from the oven in their well decorated new space. They also have a great range drinks at the bar. My fiancee and i recently visited and had an 18" stuff crust pizza 3 drinks between us and a giant sharer platter for starters and the bill was around £36. Thats value that you just can't beat!

Delicious pizza every time, always hot and delivered quickly, would definitely recommend, looks and tastes homemade, a nice treat x

Having been a frequent user of Pronto Pizza in the past (when they were in Standish St) this was my first visit to their new premises. A refurbished multi level building has been kitted out to a high standard. Fortunately the pizzas are still first class, although some others in my group were a little disappointed to find that certain items were no longer available, certain salads for example.

Just had an 18" pizza. Collected the pizza at their shop, it's a lovely place. All open kitchen, the place is very clean. Quality and service of food: first class, top quality food. Well recommended, excellent value for money.
