Sophie was our waitresss for the night and she was fantastic, really looked after us and we wanted for nothing. She was incredible. Pizza was phenomenal, Antonio is a master chef and we will definitely be coming back for sure. The atmosphere was lovely too. Special mention to Lowri who is a great sport 😉 Big love guys 💚🤍❤️

A nice and quiet pizzeria located in a vibrant area full of cafes and restaurants. The pizza is the typical Napoletana, fluffy and with the high border. The ingredients are very good and tasty.

This is a great little find in Wandsworth Old Town. The welcome and perfect service thoughout the evening from Connor, was great. As for the cooking, we had the Caprese Salad, Burrata and Aubergines, along with a delicious Nduja topped Pizza. The food was tatsy and honest and twice I complemented them on the food. I'll be heading back there without question.

Connor is the best! Had a great night celebrating a friends birthday. Despite it being super busy we got fantastic service from Connor.

This was the third time I enjoyed a pizza at Zia Lucia in Wandsworth (just before Christmas) and I have not been disappointed. Actually, great pizza (thank you chef Antonio!), great service (thank you Kasha) and really nice venue. Highly recommended.

Connor was an incredible host, made us laugh and feel welcome, he was the reason my Friday was so fabulous as Zia Lucia!

Having just returned from lunch at the Wandsworth branch I’m really surprised to see all of the negative reviews about the customer service. We were served by Connor who was attentive, incredibly friendly and we were served quickly. Maybe they’ve upped their game since the previous reviews. Pizza was also delicious!

Ordered a pizza, paid on the screen outside un wembley box park. Was told pizza is not available, I asked for a refund, they said they cant refund here, I have to contact their site. I tried on sunday , not available tried Monday , still not available. Please do not go there unless you want to lose money, terrible customer service, I have to run to get my money back, site does not have a customer service, how isthis allowed.. Scam

I went for dinner here a month ago, when I left I realised a personal item of mine was missing so I returned to the restaurant to which the staff were very unhelpful and didn't assist me at all. The restaurant was very quite so I automatically was very suspicious. Later that week I was in contact with the Managing Director (Colin) who requested I remove my 1 star review and that he would promise to check the cameras to ensure it wasn't stolen by a member of staff, I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I understood it wasn't him personally responsible and didn't want to damage the reputation of the restaurant. I returned to the same Zia Lucia this week and while there I noticed my personal item with a member of the staff so I decided to ask him if it was his to which he initially suggested it was another member of staffs and when I mentioned that I had that exact item go missing in the restaurant 1 month prior he told me "Okay you can have it back". I have since tried to contact the MD again to which he has not responded, not even an acknowledgement that the email was received.

Me and my friends just had a very bad experience at the Zia Lucia in Wandsworth. We’ve always been customers and very happy about the quality of pizza and service. However, I’m afraid it was not the case this time because of a very unrespectful and rude waiter. He seemed he couldn’t be bothered to offer a very basic customer service. He claimed we asked for takeaway where we asked for a table outside instead. He didn’t event say Hi and was very rude in his manners not just with us, but with other customers as well. It was very disappointing and sad to say you’ve just lost 5 loyal customers.

Hello ! I just wanted to pass on some feedback on our recent visit. We are local and come fairly regularly. We waited over 20 minutes without being offered a drink or anything. With only 7 or so tables of guests and two guys working who glued to their their phones listening to music. We just got up and left and ordered from Deliveroo. Such a shame to have a great place but appalling staff !

Terrible service. I think the staff were pissed because of more customers. The restaurant was fairly empty and all staff were on their phones pissing about. No one came to talk to us for 20 minutes so we ended up ordering from deliveroo instead.

Service went downhill since the last time I visited. I wanted to stop for a quick dinner the other day and walked in, I was received by a very bored waiter who looked even annoyed to have customers on a Saturday night. I asked if they had a free table and I was told “we’re fully booked” even though there were plenty of empty tables. I left the restaurant and quickly checked their website to see if they were really fully booked or the waiter didn’t want to have anymore people in the restaurant and… you guess. Tables available to book every 15 minutes and one available in just 3 minutes. I booked and went back to the restaurant. Same waiter there. I told him I had had just booked a table on their website so they were truly not fully booked and he didn’t even blink. No apology, nothing. At that point I was curious and asked “do you not accept walk ins anymore? Do we have to book next time we want to come here?”, he didn’t even e look at me and just said “if the booking is there, it’s fine” and walked away. Now I’m not sure what their policy is since I asked and he couldn’t be bother replying, but I know many other people walked in without a booking and he said the exact same thing to them “fully booked” even though they weren’t and tables were still available on their website. Just a heads up for anyone who wants to eat a pizza at Zia Lucia in Wandsworth.. book on their website or they will tell you they’re fully booked even though they’re not. You can literally book at the door as I did…

It use to be much better when it did open about 4 years ago. Personnel is changed, chef is new. The service was bad, the pizza was cold and it took (on a Monday eve) 1 hour and 15 minutes to get served . Shame because we use to love the place, however is already the 3th time that it goes pear shape. Once they even gave us a bottle of wine because they overcharge our credit card and could not give any cash back or make a refund .

This evening I ordered and processed my one order in an area un known to me had poor reception. The app processed the order then went to a screen showing a explanation mark saying something along the lines of the order hasn’t been processed correctly and unresponsive to the bank connection. I then reordered the one original order and it has charged me twice. When entering the Wimbledon branch I explained clearly what had happened to the associate behind the counter who said that it’s no problem if I check in with second order he could cancel it via the app or get the duty manager to refund or suspend the transaction. Once checking in I handed the open app to the associate who then quite clearly had no knowledge on how to refund me. The duty manger came over and was very stand off ish both with me and the associate saying there’s nothing she can do and threw her hands up saying anything regarding the app we can’t help with and just contact customer service and someone might be able to help you. It’s extremely frustrating to go in with a reasonable and easy to fix situation but the lack of knowledge in using the app and just basic communication between associate and duty manager, saying he could do one thing and then rules out any possible help. If it came down to I’m really not sure, don’t check in and contact customer service I could have done that and followed any customer service. But now I’m frustrated and out of pocket. Please let me know the process in getting a refund, I’m sure there’s camera footage of me only taking one order, thanks for your time. Chris
