Quite pricey for what you get, drinks also have a big hike up on the price. Bottomless pizza is supposedly per person, but I still didn’t fully understand the rules after they explained. Staff however were lovely.

Lovely setting was really quiet so waitress Laura said that she could do full pizzas instead of slices which was amazing. We tried lots of different pizzas and had bottomless ice cream for pudding. Lovely vibe and service was great Laura was kind and attentive she really made the meal. Would definitely return!

Went for the bottomless pizza very disappointing!! Oardered a margarita to start then the woman came over about 20 minuets after I had finished my first pizza saying owe were not doing single pizzas anymore you can only have slices seems I have paid for bottomless pizza and watching the restaurant on beard vs food on YouTube where they braught whole pizzas out this is the main reason for our visit which did not meet my or my wife's expectations really ruined our experience and we will not be returning in the future GORDON SORT YOUR S##T OUT

Terrible - it was our first time dining here and will most definitely be our last! Had to wait 30 mins for a table and then when we got to our table the upstairs was completely dead, so we couldn’t understand why we had to wait 30 minutes in the first place. My partner was told he would have to order a whole Pizza due to the restaurant being quiet and they weren’t offering the bottomless pizza at that time!? Sorry… but if the restaurant is quiet, why do we, as the customer have to sacrifice not being able to have what we want due to the restaurant not being busy! How is that our issue? Anyway we didn’t go for the pizza in the end and I’m glad we didn’t as the reviews on the pizza on here are diabolical! The burgers weren’t much better either. We are now £75 down for a slightly glorified McDonald’s at best! Honestly waste of money and how this restaurant is still going is beyond me 😣

Firstly the restaurant itself was very pleasent our waiter josh was very friendly and his service was fantastic unfortunately pizza was only served by the slice when I was expecting full pizzas another thing which was disappointing was the lack of variety in pizzas

This is an awful idea and the pizza is awful. The strap line says words to the effect of ‘pizza without rules’. Well, when I went in I asked to order a pizza and was told ‘it doesn’t work like that’. So, pizza without the rules is a misnomer. Now let’s focus on the way it works. Pizza is brought around in trays and offered by the slice. No choice, just whatever comes around next. There’s about 5 pizza types on the menu so variety is definitely not the spice of life here. A daft concept and organisational approach can be forgiven if the food is good. Alas that was not meant to be. The pizza base, though nice tasting, was thin. I mean, really thin. As in, it could be mistaken for a piece of paper. Gossamer looks like linen in comparison. A bridal veil might be a reasonable comparison. The toppings were abysmal. Scant cheese, cheap ham, cheap pepperoni, dark meat chicken. Honestly, everything about it tasted cheap and nasty. Apart from one particular pizza, the green one in my images which was the best of the lot. I’ve had better supermarket pizza for a couple of quid. Service was very good. That is a common theme in these reviews and I would agree there. However, I’m a bit confused with the billing system. You scan a barcode and it pops up. All fine there, but then you have a 15% service charge added automatically that can’t be taken off at the payment screen. On top of that is a donation to Great Ormond Street. Peter Pan? Well it definitely wasn’t deep pan pizza. So, who wants to be the first a-hole to ask to remove a service charge (is this a tip, more later) and a donation to the kiddies? Nobody, I presume. Once all of this is done the next screen asked if I wanted to tip the waitress! I thought I already had done. Could the donation to the charity not be to Alder Hey? Anyway, back to the pizza. Awful, awful, awful. Possibly the worst I’ve ever had. Why did Gordon Ramsay put his name to this rubbish? I guarantee, it won’t last long. Shame on it.

Ate here with my daughter. Ordered smash burger & pizza with sides. Our server was a young lady who was outstanding, so friendly & very attentive. Pizza was beautifully cooked & taste was top notch. Burger was edible, but lacked in season & taste. Honestly, it was bland, no flavour in American cheese, onions or patties. For £14 really disappointed as a first time diner here. Chips were tasty though. Ordered wine with Gordon's name beside it, overpriced & it was not good, don't recommend this wine.

Staff fine (polite, cheerful, attentive), but the pizzas….absolutely AWFUL, the cheapest, blandest, most boring and basic toppings imaginable, a frozen supermarket one would have tasted better. Utter rip-off and a huge, expensive, disappointment.

Visited on a Monday evening at 7.15. My wife myself and our 13 year old. Lady upstairs was very nice however that was the only plus point. After ordering 3'expensive drinks we were told the restaurant had no whipped cream for my daughter's milk shake. Really? On trying to order sides we were told there were no onion rings. Again, really? We ordered sweet potato fries and Kauffman fries ( these were very reminiscent of Aldi chips). We then noted the napkins were stained. Plates were also chipped. Pizza is brought to you a slice at a time. You are given no choices. We were at no point offered any sauces/ dips. The pizza was ok, ok being average. On visiting the gents all the urinals were out of order. Our bill for 3 drinks and 9 ish slices of pizza was pennies over £100. Service charge being automatically added. All in all far from satisfactory. Trading on the name. Won't be going back.

We visited here while visiting Liverpool for the night (Saturday). There are what seems to be 2 levels of the restaurant, upstairs is a burger/pizza place and ground floor is the restaurant. Although the restaurant had 2/3 empty tables we were advised we could be seated at the bar until a table became avail upstairs. At this point we had no idea in the difference in food choice between upstairs and down. We had a very expensive drink at the bar (draught only avail downstairs for some reason?) then after half a hour offered a table upstairs, which was fine. We ordered burgers and a side of chips as sides are extra. I was expecting a juicy, gourmet burger but we all received a McDonald’s sized burger! I thought the burger tasted quite cheap. Overall I was expecting a gourmet experience with it being Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant but unfortunately we were all underwhelmed. We wouldn’t go back.

I visited Street Pizza last week and left very dissatisfied. We arrived on time for our booking and when greeted at the front door, told to go upstairs and find a table to sit at. It was 10 minutes before a member of staff came over to give us menus. The staff where absolutely lovely and friendly, however the wait times between slices was ridiculous at one point waiting 30 minuets for a slice of pizza. We are a bit confused and the pizza was brought over in slices and we never actually had a pizza to ourselves even though it is advertised as whole pizzas on the website. The service was incredibly slow, even though the staff where lovely the pizzas where cold and mediocre. There was 4 other tables (all tables of 2) during the time we were there. All together we were offered 6 slices of pizza each over 2 hours (which is equivalent to a whole pizza) we both had 3 drinks each and the bill came to just over £70!!! £70 for 6 slices of terrible pizza and 3 drinks with a service charge added too!!! Will definitely not recommend and you should avoid as it’s clearly a money trap with false advertising and poor food. Will not be returning

This place has so much potential, great location, nice decor, and the pizzas themselves were very tasty. But here’s where it went wrong, we arrived 30 mins early, we asked if they could fit us in but were told it was not possible, but we could sit at the bar for half an hour…we decided to go for a walk and come back. When we got back, I gave my booking and they told us to go upstairs, we got up there and the place was dead, possibly 2 tables seated, very much doubt in that half an hour all those tables were vacated. We stood for about 5 minutes waiting for someone as we didn’t know if we were meant to be seated or just find a table ourselves, I had to go up and ask the pizza chef who didn’t seem to know and said just sit anywhere. We waited another 5 minutes before anyone approached us with menus but they were very friendly and explained the special well. What really seemed odd at the time, was the menu only gives you the bottomless pizza price for all you can eat, there was no other price for the pizzas. It was over 40 minutes from when we sat down to when we received our pizzas, keeping in mind there were only a handful of tables seated, we knew a big part of this was the pizza chef, he seemed to be taking several minutes on each pizza, which seemed crazy having worked in pizza express as a pizzaiolo, it should never take that long. As we were getting close to finishing our first pizzas, we heard the wait staff tell a customer it would be about half an hour for pizzas, which completely defeated the point of a bottomless pizza sitting, we would have to have been there for about 2 hours just for 2 pizzas each. We mentioned this to the wait staff and they said it was due to so many walk ins, and that they would only charge per pizza and not the bottomless pizza price of £18, but not knowing the price of an individual pizza, we waited for the bill, to my annoyance, the pizza of the day was £18, making it slightly more frustrating. You really need to make this clear on the menu, and the pizza chef really needs to step up the pace, otherwise having a bottomless pizza menu is pointless…unless you have a few hours to spare.
