Been ordering from here for years. Never had a problem. Ordered tonight at 10.17. 6 sides. Order accepted, tracker says ready at 10.30, then nothing.... No "on the way" . You waited until 11 o clock to cancel my order without telling me and clearly closing up shop because I rang like the tracker told me but no answer. So now I'm down the money and I've got no food. I wouldn't mind if you cancelled and told me and I could go and order more food but like cowards you waited until yourself and the rest of the other places were closed and then cancelled without even notifying me. So yeah thanks a bunch. Gutted coz we love papa's but you didn't even have the decency to tell me you couldn't be bothered to send me my order.

Permanently CLOSED. Despite still advertised as open on Google (for now) and has the website still online. Weird. Also there are alot of suspicious 5 star reviews too from when it was open.... 😂🤦

Driver Basically threw the food at my girlfriend.which then turned out to be wrong.had one bite of burger which was just a lump of gristle.when my girlfriend phoned up to speak to them was just met with abuse.what a waste of £15.would even feed this to my dogs

Went to pizza boy last night for a take away and after a long wait finally arrived. It was the worst piece of tasteless cardboard I have ever had I threw it away and even the seagulls had trouble eating it !! Awful ! !!

Pizza cold, chips hot but under cooked. Need compedent staff who will deliver GOOD FOOD !!! Also why do I have to have 100 chareters . ???????,?????maybe im at that now ?????,,,,,,,,,

Both pizzas overcooked and burnt the fries were like rubber like they had been left for ages to go stale safe to say I won’t be ordering again

Half and Half pizza. Excellent Pizza cooked in proper Pizza oven. Quality ingredients, proper Italian base, great service ready when they said it would be, straight out of the oven, in the box and collected. . Perfect.

Is this the worst takeaway in the UK? Awful, awful takeaway. The meat is so undercooked I'm surprised the chicken didn't fly off! A bit like Kane's shot at goal, The chips taste more like cardboard and the price isn't even that cheap. Food didn't look like the pictures, Poor service, Rude Owner and overpriced food in that it costs money! There is a reason its always empty, avoid at any cost!!

Undercooked pizza and they rip you off when you ask for extra chips and can. They add a meal deal on to your bill and charge you extra. When you complain they don't care. Avoid. FSA should take a look

Sorry, maybe we caught them on an off night , barely any cheese on pizza, dry as sticks, and feels like a waste of £30. It would be helpful to list ingredients of certain things, such as bolognese having mushrooms/onions. It wasn’t eaten.

awful tasting food, poor quality ingredients, delivered cold. Definitely not worth the price, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Food was cold, extremely expensive for what I got. Garlic bread was 4.99 for a 3pieced slice of bread!! Donner wrap was very disappointing and did not have a good taste at all this, this was left and wasted. Also asked for garlic mayo on this donner wrap yet I only got lettuce - very dry!

Ordered a lasagne. It was absolutely vile. Never seen a lasagne. Thick gloopy pasta with a teaspoon of tasteless cold non descript meat. Horrible cheddar cheese (in a lasagne!!!) No clue how to cook food. Prob cost a quid from Iceland. Atrocious.,
