"Mixed chicken and meat donner" had only a mouthful of chicken on a pile of cold very unmeaty donner meat, with a sliver of sauce. Such a shame. The kebabs here used to be amazing. Prior to today, the last time I ate here was a couple of years ago and it was so bad that I returned it and vowed never again. Thought I'd try again today, but it was even worse. I really hope some day it returns to how it used to be. Until then, I won't be eating here again.

An amazing place. I really don't understand how this place has not won an award. The best kebab you will get this side of Istanbul. You won't find friendlier service anywhere, the staff always make you feel welcome.

I ordered some food for a special treat. We spent over 30 pounds. The driver was half an hour late (that’s after the hour we already waited). He was very rude when I questioned why it was so late and cold. The food was cold, greasy and inedible. The chicken kebab meat was full of fat. We couldn’t eat it and all the staff were very rude on the phone and wouldn’t give us a refund. We will NEVER order again, they need an attitude readjustment and to improve the food quality, too. I never complain as have worked in the food industry for years, I know the struggle but I was appalled by their attitude. They ruined my evening!

Waited over a hour for the food. Food delivered cold. Mozzarella sticks like rubber sticks. Delivery driver rude, smiled and laughed then said "what do you expect me to do about it". Phone 'phati' who is supposedly meant to be the manager, said he would phone me back in 5 minutes and refund my order. He didn't phone so I phoned back, he then said he's text another 'boss' who will deal with it. Their policy suddenly changed and said they will not refund. Absolutely disgusting service to a customer who now used to order regularly!

Waited for over an hour for food, which we ordered for a family get together. To which it arrived cold, the delivery man was rude and laughed when we pointed out food is cold. Rang the shop to speak with manager to be told full refund would be given, and would ring back in 5 minutes.Food put in the bin as inedible. Waited for 25 minutes no call back, gave them the benefit of the doubt, to be told get food out and put in bag it was delivered in as these are the new rules for refund. We will not be ordering or recommending to order food from there again

You can't go wrong with this place. Good value for money and decent portions. Whatever you fancy whether it's kebab, pizza or burger, you won't be dissapointed.

I live local and after hav9ng pizzas delivered from all over Bath, including Domino's this is definately the best pizza takeaway/delivery in Bath! Been having these pizza's for 12 years and not found better anywhere. Went to Naples recently and have to say Adels are better! Top class.

Local pizza and kebab shop. Best place to go to in Bath for a kebab. Staff friendly, food cooked fresh. Great independant take-away serving the local community

Order an extra-large kebab from here and I must say it was lovely! Fresh salad trimmings, the meat was generously piled on the grilled bread and the service was well mannered! A very nice evening feast!

Came in today, ordered a small lamb donner. The kebab was not made as such, but the ingredients provided separately. I was served quickly, the price was low, and I was provided with enough food to feed a family for several days. Oh -and it was tasty as well, not too greasy which is the first time I've been able to say thought about such an establishment.

I had the £5 10" pizza, chips and drink deal and it was incredible value for money. There was enough food for two people, let alone me by myself! Very good quality food, up there with some of the best pizzas I've ever had. I collected the food and the staff were very friendly and the food was made within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

1hr and 15m for delivery!! Called to check after 45m and was told it’s with the driver and will be 5m. Waited 15m and called again only to be told “We are really busy and your food is being sent now” total rubbish. I’d advise you to use masala kitchen instead.

Not impressed with the very slow delivery. Half an hour late and all the toppings had dropped off the pizza as if it had been stored on its side. We called to send it back and we were offered a refund and two new pizzas. That too was forty five minutes late. They had forgotten one of the toppings and not properly cut tomatoes. Not satisfied at all with anything. I really don't recommend Adels at all!

Adels Takeaway is brilliantly located in Oldfield Park and is particularly fantastic for midnight snacks on your way home from a night out. We got a hawaiian pizza for £4 to share between two, and for an extra £1 we could have gotten chips and a drink as well! This take-out is very affordable and with friendly staff is certainly worth stopping by!
