Ordered veggie and American hot pizza for delivery to Premier Inn, Pickering. Food was delicious. Will order again when next in Pickering.

Just ordered Chicken fillet burger with chips, the burger itself was lovely....but the fries were absolutely terrible as they were too hard to actually eat. They looked completely over cooked.

Rubbish food,order wrong and only ordered 3 things. Not eaten here for few years as had a bad experience last time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Great service, super good, been using them for years and never had a problem! Food can take some time in bust periods as it is all cooked fresh. Staff ate polite and respectful

Best pizza shop between Scarborough and thirsk by a mile . I drive past daily and my so. Usually gets a kebab n chips and he 2 lives the food. The food is always fresh and I’ve never had a soggy. Chip (always crispy ) the staff in their very friendly and always smiling 🤩

Terrible service. Ordered a takeaway kebab and it arrived deconstructed and cold. It was like buying from a supermarket. Bits were missing, spent ages calling and they said they would send straight away. Waited 1hr10 and gave up. Binned the lot. Don’t waste your money.

We regularly get food from pizzaland (every month and a half or so) and always fantastic from start to finish. Food piping hot (we always ask for delivery) and very tasty. Again ordered tonight and food was brilliant as always. We dont need to order anywhere else, as we know we will get brilliant service.

We waited over a hr for food to be delivered and it was not only cold but missing parts of the order. I phoned to find out where my salad was for my kebab and was told its being sent now , well I waited over 90 minutes for it to arrive . My food was unappealing and rock hard by the time salad had arrived and I threw it away which is a waste . The lady on the phone was really nice but I didn't want a free bottle of pop on my next order because I won't ever be ordering again. To waits long for a box of salad is just ridiculous. The rest of the food wasn't great , it was quite possibly the worst takeaway we have ever had

I ve tried this place a few times now and it’s always burnt the chips are hard just never have a enjoyable meal from here won’t be using again

Never again if I live to a hundred or a hundred and ten, will I ever order from this so-called eatery again. The food was colder than my fridge and the chips were so hard and rubbery you would need an angle grinder to even attempt to eat them. How can anyone in this day and age get off serving food of this low quality, is beyond me.

Scrummy food, delivered when promised. Polite and friendly staff. I had Lasagne; it was really nice and came with an equally big portion of chips and lots of salad. My husband enjoyed the 14" hot and spicy pizza, Just what was needed after a 3 hour bike ride in Dalby Forest.

Fantastic food, friendly staff,great prices. Came here 4 years ago and it was fantastic. Came back last night and great to see standards have not slipped. Will be back again on our next holiday.

Absolutely terrible takeaway. We placed an order online as we were camping at a local camp site but it never arrived. We rang 3 times and were told each time 'its on its way' but it never arrived. Contacted the just eat site to ask for a partial refund only to get a text saying the order has been cancelled even though we never asked for it to be. 3 hours and no food not even a decent explanation.... would not recommend

We waited an hour and 50 minutes for our food to arrive, however when it did it was barely edible it was cold and greasy the chips (fres) were rubbery and cold not sure if this vas changed hands but not a patch on earlier in the year

Awful. Just awful. Rude staff, slow service, wrong order. Greasy food. Stock up on toilet roll first.

When everyone in the world are helping eachother out, these guys are taking the opportunity to cash in. Not giving the free stuff they promise with an order. Horrible selfish and don't deserve customers when people are struggling. Hope the business takes a five with these hard times as you don't deserve loyal customers that spend alot of money

Ordered a hot shot parmo. Chicken was dry and over cooked, base was burnt. Bechemal sauce was non existent. Very very poor. If this had been served up in Teesside they would have been ran out of town. Chips were OK and saved by “York” chip seasoning which is delicious. Salad was rubbish. Two stars is possibly generous.....

Ordered on justeat.com as it said they delivered. 10 minutes after ordering they called us and said they can’t deliver to us as we are too far away. They said they deliver to Kirkbymoorside as it is only 7miles but apparently we are 30 miles away. According to the map we are 9 miles away so your geography is a little off.

Ordered a chicken kebab and had to feed it to my cat as it was under cooked and very rubbery. There was also no taste to the chicken. Cat thought it was ok ish..

I love the chicken kebabs and they always deliver on time and efficiently! Pizzas are lovely and fresh and the garlic bread offer is great.

We've been visiting Thornton-le-Dale for several years now but until this trip have overlooked this outlet. Our loss.But after a lot of walking during the day and something we didn't want to miss on television in the evening we took the plunge - and we were glad we did.I'm not a great lover of takeaways which claim to turn their hand to almost anything so we stuck with what we hoped they did best (there's a clue with their name).I have a soft spot for calzone (the folded over pizza which looks like a Cornish pasty) but they can be very hit and miss. Thankfully this "meat feast" variety was on the hit side - plenty of pepperoni, salami, ham and garlic sausage - and lashings of cheese.My wife went for an eleven inch Sergeant Pepperoni (I think it was the name which attracted her!) - with its pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and olives in ample supply.Service was friendly and efficient - and at just over £14 for the two pizzas it was great value . Why did we leave it so long to try them?

Not so great really. Dry chicken, everything overcooked. Only had the wraps but wouldn't return on the basis of that experience.

Last minute decision to grab a kebab for tea - just the one as her indoors not a fan of such fare. Shop was busy, usually a good sign, ordered a medium kebab and did not have too long a wait. Very nicely presented - a container of donner kebab meat, a separate container of salad, and two pots of sauce, one chilli and one garlic. This meant I could build the perfect kebab for me with just the right of salad, meat and dressings to suit my taste. There was plenty to go at and I had to concede defeat but it was great.

We have the veggie pizza with extra olives and chilli. Amazing. Never overcooked. Superb and the guys who work there are great.

Ordered a pizza and would recommend. Prefer thin crust and simple topping - delivered on both counts. Menu extensive with something for everyone.

I ordered the special kebab, wings and a margarita. The kebab was huge! It could easily serve two people, standard kebab in flavour so nothing to complain about.

My second time ordering from here. The first was excellent and delivery was fast, the second was equally as good food wise but I went to collect the food this time and despite checking several times what our order was, they still managed to forget one of our kebabs! Not the end of the world though and they sent a driver out with the missing kebab and the owner was very apologetic. Bit stingy with the tomatoes in the salad though!

If you're looking for an alternative to fish and chips as I was, don't make the same mistake I did and opt for a pizza at this place. Thornton deserves better than the soggy bottomed rip off fayre served up here by cheerless staff who largely ignore you. You've been warned

Went here and bought a mixed special kebab to take away, what a bargain.
