Mix up with order but quickly resolved

Have ordered from here a lot of times. On occasions the food isn’t up to par, but mostly has been, hence the 4 stars. Service had been good every time I’ve rung and they will sort issues out if you ring and explain :)

It’s James beardwell here. My dominoes was really nice. I ordered some nice pizza and it was good. However I didn’t get all the cookies that I wanted. I ordered 3 portions of 4 but only got 2. I didn’t get the extra boost as a result. The food was good but this was deeply upsetting. The delivery driver was nice, he liked my hat. James beardwell

Always a good experience at this Domino's - hot, tasty, fresh pizza to your door in minutes! I just wish delivery was a little cheaper as it's so close to where I live, and also that the prices overall were a bit cheaper. Can't fault the food though, and the driver even delivered today in the snow. Thanks!

First order ever from a Dominos. I was shocked at the price compared to our local. One pizza the same price as a full family order from our independent. It was an easy order via the app and 50% off and the food was... Adequate nothing to write home about and certainly not at that cost (even taking the discount into consideration) the selection of dips were all but vile and inedible, these went in the bin and I went back to my standard levi roots reggae reggae dip. This isn't a reflection on this particular restaurant, just the brand as a whole. No idea how they justify the price it's ridiculous. All I can say is stick to a local takeout save yourself some money. It's just pizza.

Parked in their turning space by mistake. Did get blocked in by managers car but once I apologised because no signage she did let out quickly and fairly politely .

Order a lot from here. Always arrives quickly and red hot. Always get what I’ve ordered. Never had any complaints. Very tasty !

Every time we order the quality is phenomenal! You can tell the difference between when they are busy and quiet. Pizza came extremely quick and everything was perfect. No where else adds this much cheese and it’s lovely! Our friends now also know that the Dronfield Dominoes is the best.

We continue to use this branch as it is local and my children love the pizza but staff appear disinterested-children bought a pizza which was advertised on the in store promo posters- staff said that the offer had ended 2 years ago- so they ended up paying full price. Went back to store a few days later and the promo was still on display. Altogether the pizzas get cooked and they are fine but the staff attitude is poor and they seem to do the bare minimum. There’s no interaction, interest or desire to help. The children always enjoy the pizza though- plenty of toppings, fresh and arrives or is ready when it states it will be.

I placed an order online and both pizzas I customised took have them stuffed crust. When I received the email confirmation I realised it didn’t say stuffed crust so I rang the Dronfield store immediately to be told I can’t change the order and that it’s too late the pizzas would go to waste! My money has gone to waste because my kids won’t eat the pizza without stuffed crust so I had to make them fish fingers which now ruined our pizza movie night ! Obviously they don’t value customers orders and what customers want!

The staff is polite and professional. Clean and tidy place.

Have one nearly every week and it is always delicious. Drivers always courteous too and punctual. 👌

Good but always go for the deals

Really good pizza. One star less because they not deliver to hotel ( Hilton) which is 1.5 mile from them.

Delivery delayed so pizza cold and dry

I ordered Pizza the other day and not been the same since. To this very second typing this message I am beyond poorly! I don’t know what’s gone wrong but I’m sure that it’s food poisoning. I ate it and within hours had bad stomach cramps since then I have been dizzy light headed Diarrhea nausea I’ve been off from work for being so poorly! Been 7 days now since I’ve been in this terrible position! Everyones talking about it now especially with COVID happening this isent looking good for this store. It’s not what you expect when you make a simple order to a local store. You would expect them to look after there locals not try to poison them! You should take care in the food you prepare! Honestly if your reading this and thinking to order from them please take this as advice and a lesson to either stick with homemade food or go elsewhere cos honestly it’s not worth it I’m still in a mess it’s very upsetting and very painful please don’t let it be you! Wouldn’t wish this on anyone!

Ordered twice from here in lockdown - both times were bad. Ordered from the menu (no substitutes / additional toppings / special requests) but there were mistakes in both (ordered 2 different pizzas the first time and we got two of the same pizza, second time we ordered a chicken feast which arrived with beef on it?!). To pay so much for the Domino’s name for lukewarm sides and the wrong pizzas isn’t worth it - save your money and go to your local pizza place!

I rarely ever order from the Dronfield location, as I usually order from Chesterfield because it’s closer and I can collect. If I want to order delivery I can only order from Dronfield. Every single time I have ordered delivery, they have always been late at least 30 minutes! Then the food shows up cold. Last time I ordered it was more than 1 hour late.I ordered tonight at 17:25 for 18:45, so the order was placed an hour and 20 minutes in advance... yet my tracker at 18:40 says “Baking”. My house is at least 15-20 minutes from the Dronfield shop. (Just bare in mind, their lateness has been consistent even before Covid-19 so they can’t exactly blame it on people not being able to collect at the moment.)It is now 18:51 and it says it’s on the way... last time I checked, you order for when the pizza is supposed to arrive at your house... not when the pizza sets off from the shop? Not worth the hassle, call Chesterfield and collect oro during this pandemic, just order from your local Pizza place, definitely worth the effort of leaving the house than ordering from Dronfield location.

Have had before and enjoyed pizza but tasted unpleasant tonight .won't have again .

Just had a large Texas bbq pizza,best product yet!

Delivered 5min early but apart from that the service was excellent. I always think that dominoes is expensive but you do get good quality food.

Let put the overly complicated menu and unnecessarily convoluted deals to one side, because once you've decided to go for the bogoff Tuesday, collection-only (if dressed as a Pepperoni) deal, then if you like Domino's Pizza which I do, this local store is a good one. The staff are fast and friendly, deliveries turn up hot and on time.Ordering app works well They do Half-n-half which is a great ideaDon't understand why they don't do a standard Ham and Mushroom - Prosciutto e Funghi is the authentic classic if you ask me!

Very unhappy with the service from this location!! They were later with my order on Sunday then I received a text message from their location on the following Monday, apologizing for the late delivery and that I had a 50% code off my next order is over £20! Thought I'd take advantage of the code and tried to order tonight only to be messed about, hung up on and told I couldn't order things even though they were on the menu! Staff are rude, unhelpful and lack professionalism! Constantly put on hold, staff talking amongst each other while on the line and very argumentative towards me, insisting that I had to order online and the code was nothing to do with them. Very very unhappy customer! will not be ordering from there again! No stars from me, however I have to put one so I can post my review.

So every Friday without fail my bestfriend and I get a dominos we have 2 pizzas and of corse cookies, everything is always amazing and perfectly delivered the service when they drop off the food is great today we actually had some food and a man named Csaba delivered to us he was great and we even got a selfie with him at the end thankyou so much dominos what would we do without you!?!?!

This was the second time we've ordered off them as took up on there offers 23.99 deal.First order we ordered meatballs in the deal (3.99 price)and never came so rang them up a lady said you be able to have them free if we order again next time so we ordered again the following week.so ordered the 23.99 deal and rang them to say we was owing meatballs this lady said she would add the free ones so had 2 lots of meatballs but had to pay FULL price.so waited 2 hours for it to arrived was cold and no double meatballs as promised as rang again told me they send free out next time and said was cos they busy and due to the weather they forgot.not impressed never ordering again :(

Even with pre ordering my food. A. Good hour before they still manage to be nearly 2 hours to even start cooking it.

Had the hollyoaks special was filling, delicious and plenty enough for two! Quick delivery and the delivery driver was nice enough :) would defo order again as this is the first time we have order from this particular dominos!

I admit domino's is expensive, but the pizza's are really nice! I don't use the delivery service so I can't comment on that as I live close by, no faults with them so far and they have always got my order right every time!

Personally, I love Dominos pizza. Seems to be a love or hate with people I know, and the high prices being a large factor.

1 hour 30 minute wait then shouted at when I called to see where my pizza was.

Ok when there are offers but otherwise overpriced

Ordered a pizza a couple of days ago and it was delivered by a lovely young man. Today couldn't have been any different - really rude to the extent that I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Just ordered a Verona pizza, it was supposed to be chicken, prosciutto ham and rocket......... There was not a single leaf on it!!!! No green whatsoever!!!! You'd have thought they'd have at least advised us that they were out of one of the ingredients but no and no offer of a refund!!! Not impressed!! :-(

best chinese food ive evr tasted. the tandoori chicken is incredible and makes my tongue feel like its dancing in the oriental sunshine. their fish and chips could be better tho. overall its a wonderful taste experience

Esperamos a menos de 2 horas por la pizza que se entregan. Teléfono varias veces después de una hora usando el número de teléfono que habían dado cuando pedir ninguna respuesta. El marido intentado desde su teléfono y me contestó enseguida. Me dijeron que la nuestra estaba al lado de ser en el horno pero aún sería unos 45 minutos. No nos ofrecieron disculpa hasta que nos preguntamos qué es lo que íbamos a hacer y me dijeron que £20 crédito se habían añadido al teléfono que pedimos de manera que podamos usar este al lado de nuestra orden. Cuando llegó la comida, no estaba preparado base de masa y pizza era todavía una pizza parecía como si alguien ya había tomado un mordisco. al dominó puedes mantener tu £20 crédito porque nunca más me voy a pedir. La comida era asquerosa y desagradable de veredicto servicio!

This is the first time i have ordered pizza on line. It was a very easy experience and it was a massive discount which was great. The pizza was lovely. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because it arrived 15 minutes late. I ordered it well in advance so it should have bedn here on time. Plus the option for "extra cheese" was not available on line either. But on the whole a well deserved 4 stars.

My son absolutely loves your pizza, we rang last night to be told we don't deliver to new whittington, even though you have delivered to us before. I rang chesterfield to be told they don't either, can i walk or jog. Absolutely disgusted :-(

ordered a large piza last week. it was buy 1 get 1 free. pizas arrived and awfull just awfull. thin and cripy bases really over cooked and barely any toppings. SEVENTEEN POUNDS. went in bin. never again. go to sainsburys piza counter. four pounds for a large pizza and 100 times better.
