The older guy I’m guessing could be the owner or manager is rude . The food was crap I didn’t even eat it . Waste of money and won’t be going back more because of how rude he is .

The food is okay, but nothing extreme. The main issue is it's too expensive. They need some major competition to improve quality and reduce costs. Also, the delivery driver parks on the roundabout outside, just stupid. Most times the chips are cold or like soggy slugs. Just pick up, it's better.

I recently moved to this area and don’t know any takeaways nearby. I never order anything apart from mixed kebabs. I gave this place a try and used their website ordering a special mixed kebab. Food came on time and it was hot. Chilli and garlic sauce tasted good. Kebab was fresh as well. It was a piece of lamb chop as well. All were tasty and I could definitely say there were freshly made. It’s Sunday and they could been marinated over the weekend but they were Fresh. Definitely I am going to order from this place again. Price and delivery charge were not high so considering the quality and the price this place is a good takeaway to order regularly. Update: Pizza was absolutely delicious.

We order regularly from Fat Sam's. Excellent. Great service, great food. Pizza's are hot and tasty. I'm informed by one of the lovely delivery drivers that everything is made and prepared fresh every day and in my opinion you can tell by the quality of the food.

Just had leaflet through door, products not to bad,food came only just warm, soggy chips, forgot to put cheese and tomato on the garlic bread, wouldn't order again,did come on time

I have been using fat Sam’s for 15 years, can’t believe how bad manners the delivery person was. My husband questioned about the cost and asked that seems at lot more than last time, we probably have a takeaway one a month. The delivery person was abrupt and said the fuels bills have gone up, hasn’t yours !!!. So rude

Literally the worst kebab I've ever had in my life. It was either frozen, or old. Couldn't finish it after a few bites, it smelt very strange. Chilli sauce was pretty much tomato paste. Chips tasted like raw potato.

Regular I order at, been close to 3 hours waiting, rang 2 hours in for them to say it will be 10 minutes, 40 mins later the line was dead, tried 10 mins later got through to be called a liar that I hadn’t ordered, even though I have proof on the app. To then be told I’ll get it half price and I had to wait another 30 minutes. Disgusting

Without a doubt the best takeaway in the uk. Chicken kebab and chips and cheese sauce is food of the gods! Great food, great prices and excellent service! And the speed of the delivery is like they deliver in a bugatti veyron! If I could give 100 stars I would!

Ordered a takeaway tonight. Ordered one pizza too many and rang up to see if I could get a refund, no problem. Rang up again to check something on my order, no problem. Horrendous service from here! The delivery service is absolutely horrendous. We ordered and my little sister hasn't eaten. Go collect it instead even though we paid a delivery charge. Two hours late! We explained about dietary with no olives (email confirmation and phoned) yet collected one with them. Sod this joke of a place. Don't promise ETA 45min via email and explain driver gave our order to another customer, then said it was going to be another 10min, then phoning again saying it was going to be 5min, then phoning again saying another 10min. We got there and order wasn't ready. If you want delivery, order elsewhere. If you go in and complain about it being hours later, they refuse you a refund!

İ dont agree with the person that wrote that review , i think people need to think before they commit something and they shouldnt give false information. İ am highly impressed by the staff,service and the delicious food , id advice anyone to go there and im süre theyll want to go again

As a treat we ordered from Fat Sams tonight. Their website stated 45 min for delivery which instantly changed to 60 mins when they ‘accepted the order’. It is not almost TWO HOURS since we ordered and despite a call to them and they saying it’d be with us in 10 mins it still isn’t here! Tired kids now who will be in bad moods tomorrow as it’s past bed time. Thanks Fat Sams for a wonderful evening!

After reading the reviews, I was surprised to see such bad comments for such a good takeaway, that has been in the town, I believe, for somewhere near 40 years. We do not go to Sams very often, but it has always been good for us. Today we collected our food, as we are in the throes of a kitchen refit, and needed our food when we had finished tidying up. We have never had to wait very long for delivery in the past, and the drivers have always been pleasant.

Fat Sam’s is the best place for a takeaway. Amazing food and the delivery drivers were so fast arriving, best service!

Rude staff and food average!!! 2 pizza places in dronfield been to both. But some of the staff are very rude. The food is expensive and average. I prefer pizza experts.

Didn’t give us everything we ordered then told me I had to go back to collect what they had forgotten on our order....expected me to leave the food I’d ordered and paid for?! Then I told him the garlic bread was stone cold which he replied ‘it’s free so take it or leave it’ Staff are rude....this is the second similar bad experience with them now. Don’t bother, just order from somewhere else.

Delicious pizza from here, the garlic bread with cheese is nice and garlicy it is real nice.

We ordered meal 2 for 4 people, the meal includes kebab, fries x2, pizza (of your choice) and a cheeseburger. Great meal for the price. It's always delivered within 30 minutes and staff are always friendly.

Don't buy from this placs, ordered Mix Kebab and there was kebabs missing and they didn't do anything about it when I rang them up! Not the best quality either

Had a mixed kebab from here. The price was £8.50 for a meal for one person. Chicken was nice but the other meats were quite fatty and the usual Donna meat. Normally for that price you get chips but not here. Better places to go in dronfield.

I ordered a takeaway in a Friday night after a week away on business. Food was ok but!!! - 1. Delivery guy refused to give me the receipt and signalled I could take a photo - no good for reclaiming my expenses; 2. ‘Receipt’ was not actually a receipt, I phoned for one but was met with a load of abuse from a girl who refused to let me speak, accused me of being rude and racist - all I wanted was a receipt! I will not be returning, I do not expect to be spoken to like s**t over a takeaway!!!

You always get a good takeaway from Fat Sams. The pizzas are good quality and the burgas are nice and meaty. Good quality kebabs that are not greasy and if you order a delivery they are packed very well so you don't get soggy pitta and salad. We have used this takeaway for nearly 20 years and it has never let us down.

Before you go in, have a look round the back! We have seen raw chicken left on the ground on summer days, the smell of stale old fat is disgusting & it's filthy. Also, the person who found toe nails in their pizza wasn't happy!
