Pizza Hut in Stevenage

We ordered a take away from here. If you’re gluten free please avoid. The pizza was rock hard, i struggled to cut it with a pizza cutter. Worried I was going to loose a tooth! So if your GF, I’d advise going elsewhere.

When receiving food from the door, driver made sleezy remarks towards the minor collecting the food ("dinner is served", while looking up and down while licking lips and flicking eyebrows). The food was cold when received, most of it was undercooked with one item being over cooked, tried to ring twice but got hung up on before could speak to anyone. After five minutes tried again, to which the person on the other side was rude and dismissive saying that my food couldn't possibly be cold because it was dispatched straight away despite the fact that my food was not received in an insulated bag as previously deliveries have been and was received within a minute of the last expected delivery time. I was rudely informed the only option to resolve this was to credit my account with ten pound and hung up on yet again. I do not feel that my enquiry has been adequately resolved, my spicy veggie pizza was cold, my cookie was inedible because it was so greasy and burnt, my halloumi fries were undercooked and cold, and my ice cream was liquid, and despite having called within minutes of getting the food but not being able to reach anyone, the person dealing with my call questioned why it had taken 10 minutes to call. I received very poor customer service at every point of this process. Furthermore, as I do not have an account and placed my order online, I'm not entirely sure how I am meant to access this ten pound and before I could enquire this I was rudely hung up on

so sad it has been replaced! food was great and the salad bar was delicious! pizza was perfect and I wish it was still there

Came to dine with my friends back in November, found a long blonde hair in my pizza. (Me and my party all have dark hair) The manager was so rude about it and became very defensive and adamant that the chefs had their hair tied up. Due to the poor hygiene and the utter rudeness of the manager this has completely put me off dining with Pizza Hut ever again, complained on Twitter and also got ignored! Pizza Hut will never ever ever have my custom thanks to the rudeness of the manager and the poor hygiene!

Ordered pizza and sides on phone, came out the saddest looking salad prepared by Pizza Hut as the salad bar is currently closed. Pizza was really nice as well as our sides. Hand sanitizer on arrival and helped ourself to a menu and cutlery, but staff are not wearing any masks/visers and serving food.

It was not busy but the staff could not cope. Waited to be offered drinks and no one came so in the end walked out without being served

It seems that too many pizzas on the pizza hut buffet are drizzled in barbeque sauce. It has ruined the buffet. Staff at this pizza hut are fantastic

We had our grandsons for the day and after a great outing at AirSpace they chose to go to this place. Filthy table so had to ask for it to be cleaned after being seated and handed menus. Exceptionally poor service, disgusting cutlery left on the table and the salad bar left much to be desired. We decided to leave before ordering. Absolutely awful.

I visit this pizza hut every Saturday with my 4 grandsons. The kids love it and the staff are fabulous with them. The restaurant is always clean and staff are always happy to help. Just a couple of things really that i feel pizza hut could improve our visit. Preferably offer online Saturday bookings and serve more thin crust pizzas as last weekend there was more thick crust pizzas on buffet. I do find if my grandsons bulk out on think crusts they don’t tend to eat more of the healthy salad foods. However apart from that our visits are great each week.

My mum and I went for lunch here and it was one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. For starters the food was inadequate. There were young unsupervised children putting there fingers in the food and sauces at the salad bar. You have to wait to get seated and when you do, you have to queue up again to order and pay before you have eaten. The service was okay, but not brilliant. We were in there 15 minutes and it cost us £25. What a shocking experience.

used to be my fav, now i prefer a bloody dominos. proper gone down hill, was dirty and pizza wasnt even great

I went in to book a table for later in the day as I remembered how busy Saturday late afternoons get. I stood at the seating point and waited. And waited. And waited. Waitresses walked past and avoided eye contact. After about 10 minutes I asked whether anyone was going to serve me to a passing waitress. She said she would get the manager (though why I needed a manager was unclear). 4 minutes later someone came over (I'm guessing not a manager) and greeted me with an abrupt "Yes?". I asked if I could booked a table. "We don't do bookings" was the informative answer. I said every Pizza Hut I've ever been to does bookings. "Well we don't - you just turn up". I asked whether I would even get a table with a large group of kids for a birthday mail and whether we would wait for ages and was told it was likely to be really busy. Apparently too busy to want my business - so they didn't get it.

£37 for 1 pizzza 2 salads a bowl of chips, few pieces of garlic bread and 3 cokes. When I asked if this was all the food you get, I was given a desert menu. Tables where dirty, food all over the floors. Never again

Nice fresh baked pizza with unlimited soft drink and a salad buffet for very good price!! Good atmosphere and friendly service, not much you can ask for. We will came back when we around Stevanege again.

A complete toilet of a place. This 'establishment' decides (frequently) to open when and IF they want. The excuse from the management (a rather rude and stuck up American lady) was that she was running late opening up, once again. Not down to the obvious lack of staff (2 to be exact) during school summer holidays, on one of the busiest lunch hours of the week. Table and chairs/cutlery covered in dribble infested crust from the salad bar. Sticky floors and staff that can hardly be bothered. It's as if THEY, are doing US, the customer, a favour by their mere presence. When I tried to reply to each of the numerous excuses from said management, she just lifted her trout and walked away... as did I. Do youself a favour and go ANYWHERE else.

This was a last minute decision for us with a young family after bowling and arcade decided for to go for a quick pizza for a change. Haven't been here for years. When we arrived maybe 3 tables in the restaurant we were just left sat for 15minutes. No crayons for the kids which we saw on another table. Had to ask to get out order taken and when did we ordered the 28.99 meal for a family. Had meal drinks pizza turned up then the sides. When we wanted to order deserts we asked a waitress. When we went to order cookie dough- got told sorry i forgot to say we ran out and cinnamon bites. So we said okay we don't eat the only 3 options that really weren't out first choice, we asked if we could have milkshake instead as it cheaper option. Waitress said manager said no not part of the deal. Manager explained it was subject to availability says it on the menu, when i looked at the menu in tiny small print ay the back of the menu so not clear. Told us it be mOre expensive if we have separate. I work in hospitality and in higher premium brand and feel like the manger didn't want to make us want to come back or do it as a one off as I feel you should told us it ran out. And would been good customer service to offer us a alternative as milkshake is only ice-cream.. i would never proberly come back as all your staff looked grumpy and as a waitress smiles and prompt service really helps. Especially when quite..

Went on a sunday evening and was hoping we would be in and out in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours however it was over 2 hours as service was terribly slow. We had to chase them to order, then long wait for main and got pizza before starters. Again wait for table to be cleared and to order desserts. Would now not recommend for a birthday party with children, did not work.

I would like to tell people about one of the worst restaurants I have been too

Wanted to treat the family for a meal after the cinema. Waited over ten minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was only around 30% full.

Hubby and I went for a quick lunch. We checked out the salad as being vegan, a lot of cross contamination goes on with the general public, and spatulas. Salad was fresh, and seemed to be kept clean. Servers were very pleasant and friendly. Vegan pizza came out, hot, beautifully presented and was very tasty. It seems this branch, and their manager really care about their customers. Happily recommend.

Me and my mother went to try the new Vegan BBQ Jackfruit burger and were not disappointed! Lovely staff and chilled atmosphere

I went for dinner with my boyfriend and we were genuinely apauled by the customer service at Pizza Hut ( Roaring Meg Stevenage). The chips were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle and the pizza was alright ( you can’t really mess up pre made ingredients). We were shown our table with no eye contact or even a hello. She said “ here’s your menu and you order at the bar”. When the food came, the young boy didn’t even greet us was incredibly rude and left before I had a chance to ask for a sauce that wasn’t available on the side. The floors and overall higine of the restaurant was terrible and I can honestly say I’m never going back there again.

We’ve been to other Pizza Huts and always enjoyed our food. Unlike others, you have to order your food at the till (not at your table). Also glasses not available to get your drinks- they are given to you when you order. Ice cream dishes were also on ordering counter rather than next to ice cream factory. However, food was nice. Some of salad was limited but I think it was just a timing thing. Happy to return.

Popped in with the family for some food. Restaurant was fairly quiet so didn't have to wait to long to be seated or served. Food arrived quickly and was very nice and hot. Would recommend and return.

manager was very angry all the time and was incredibly grumpy and rude. food was nice and the rest of the staff were fairly alright but that manager needs to get his act together

I particularly like the salad bar her. Played some gold first and came here with family for lunch. Took a box away with us as the pizzas were very large.

Had the buffet Thursday lunchtime. The restaurant was no more than a third full. Good selection of pizzas & salad. Food was as expected.

Aggressive manager, wants to have a street style fight over a shared salad bowl by two kids, I took some video recording of his attitude which obviously reduced his aggression, date and time of this incident was 15th nov around 20:00, 20:30, may be the area manager or the senior management should investigate to avoid similar incidents, a simple apology would have diffused the whole situation and that is what managers are trained to do.

Visited this Pizza Hut in the leisure park surprised it was 3pm Sunday it was pretty empty not a great sign!

Enjoy visiting for the lunch buffet and great value for money. Pizzas continually topped up and buffet salad section clean and filled as well.

I like the new decor and payment method, where you pay the start at the counter. The lunch time offer is great, eat as much as you want. Food was as expected and nice and hot. Pasta dishes are uninspiring, tasteless and dull, salads same as they have always been, pizzas same as they've been for years, not complaining but they haven't changed toppings for lunch buffet pizzas for as long as I can remember. Over all ok. I think Pizza Hut need to up their game as there is simply too much choice out there restaurant wise.

Terrible service, cold pizza and poor value for money. Did the lunch buffet with children and friends, poor service, rubbish choice, drinks machine not working. Clearly will not go back! Would not recommend!

Went for family meal. Seated fairly quickly but waited quite a while for waitress to take the order even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. Main course was fine but then waited a long time for anyone to ask if we wanted deserts. We ordered deserts and as they started to arrive we still had the dirty plates from our main course on the table. We had to ask for them to be taken away. One of the deserts didn't arrive and after a while we had to walk over to let them know we were still waiting for a desert. It finally arrived and the last of the main course dirty plates were finally removed. During all of this time we seen staff at the kitchen pass standing around chatting and joking. No one came over at any point to ask if everything was ok with the meal. Staff didn't look organised and didn't seem as though they were being managed. Won't be rushing to go back.

I often come to Pizza Hut to meet a group of friend and really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of the place the graciousness of the staff and the reliable quality of the food.

Stopped off for buffet lunch with my daughter. Good selection of salad and pizza. Salad bar seemed to be well looked after.

Been to Pizza Hut in Stevenage a lot and always excellent service and food is always tasty. I like the fact as well that this Pizza Hut does sweet potato fries whereas Bedford doesn’t as I love sweet potato fries. Had a milkshake, unlimited salad, pizza and sweet potato fries and all food was cooked to perfection. The waitress Abby who served us explained all the offers on the menu and was really friendly. Would definitely go back again

Had to wait a short time as there was a lot of us, food was good, staff where friendly and service was good. The only thing was we were cold due to air conditioning.

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday while out and about, haven't been to Pizza Hut in years. I was really glad we did, the wife and I shared a Sharer Deal, which was a Pizza, 2 sides and a sharing dessert. We went for the a meat feast pizza which was great, had chicken bites and onion rings on the side and then shared a big cookie dough for dessert.

Visited the Pizza Hut for the first time in 15 years and was surprised how the offer and environment has changed.

My pizza completely lacked in any flavour. Really sorry Pizza Hut, but on this occasion my pizza was terrible. Yes I should have complained, but like many others I just payed the bill but won't return.

Had to wait to be seated. Got in restaurant at 3pm exactly to see 4 empty tables and be told we could not now have buffet. I spoke to the manager as it was obvious we were left to wait so we had to order from full menu. He amended our bill to the buffet price.

Friendly staff and good service. Pizza was hot and tasty and the salad bar had plenty of choice. We used a voucher so made it a great cheap dinner

Staff pleasant enough, table had been cleaned but was very sticky, pizza was fine, salad bar was quite messy, could have done with a good clean, my biggest complaint is it was so cold we had to leave our coats on, did ask if the air con could be turned off, was told “yeh I will do it” It never got any warmer.

Particularly annoyed as i drove quite a way to get here for a Vegan cheese pizza only to be told it was a balls up by Pizza Hut who had only trialled it in five restaurants in Kent....however, staff were very helpful and looked after me well....not their fault to be fair....unfortunately this chain haven’t changed much since the last time I ate with my kids - fairly tasteless crap ‘food’ with little nutritional value.....don’t think I’ll ever go back again.....

Menú infantil por 7 libras. 49 fue una buena relación calidad-precio. Aparte de mesa y sillas, siendo un poco pegajosa £60 por 7 personas parecía buen precio para una buena comida. El personal era educado y servicial.

we came in yesterday for our meal. we had an amazing experience. food was perfect. salad bar could have been refreshed but other than that it was all good. our waitress sophia, the one with the shaved hair was bubbly, polite, smiley. that's how good customer service is done! thank you guys ✌️

Visited on a Friday evening to order a large takeaway. Very prompt to be served by a very friendly young man. Was informed of all takeaway deals and was very patient while I decided what to order. Order was totally correct and fast - can't fault the place. Would highly recommend.

We called here for lunch before a meeting as pizza hut is generally good value for money. There was hardly anything out on the salad bar and the pizzas were cold and not nice at all. Compared with other pizza huts this was nowhere near the usual standard. Even the staff looked as though they couldn't care less.

We arrived during an extremely busy Saturday lunchtime, but there was half hour wait, so we went off and came back in the hope there would be a table free - thee was. We were quickly taken to a table and had a waiter (Jamal) come up to us almost immediately to take our drinks order. He was very good, helping us when we were undecided and extremely patient. The on duty manager (a lady with blond hair) was also extremely attentive, making us feel welcome right from the moment we walked through the door to when we left. Overall it was top class customer service, where nothing was an issue - plus the pizza was lovely. We had 2 x half and half pizzas between the 3 of us, and were offered to take the leftovers home, which we did. I wouldn't normally write a review for this type of 'fast food' type restaurant, but felt I had to due to the service received.

We visited at early lunch time. The restaurant quickly became busy, however the staff and our waitress remained calmed and efficient. The Buffett was kept topped up as was the salad bar and it all looked fresh. Tables were quickly wiped clean.

Ordered a half & half pizza (half pepperoni, half meat feast). Ate our pizza and noticed that under the last slices there were several very over cooked pieces of sweetcorn... No sweetcorn on the pizza we had ordered so this leads me to question if they bother cleaning the pizza pans!!! Informed the waitress, she understood straight away and was apologetic. Offered us free deserts but we were very full already. Did not offer a discount. Toilets and salad bar also disgustingly unclean. Food everywhere on the salad bar. Toilets smelt so bad and we're filthy.Pretty grim overall.

We visited here on new years day before going to the cinema. We were seated straight away and made to feel very welcome. Our drinks order was taken promptly and were told of the different selections we could try, i had the vanilla lemonade, and it was really lovely. Our food order was taken and we helped ourselves to the salad bar while we waited.Our food came out nice and hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere. The customer service was excellent, we were served by Paul, who made our visit delightful.We will definitely return in the future.

Haven't been to Pizza Hut for ages, so decided to pop in before seeing a film at Cineworld. Brilliant, great service, food was very good and tasty and price even better. Pizza Hut have lifted their game since I last went in there some 5 years ago.

Had the Christmas meal deal, with a drink, started and pizza for £13.95 and looooved it! Will deffo be going back soon (on cheat day obviously)

The waiter forgot my order and brought me something else instead. I was too tired to wait so compromised. Had to keep reminding the waiter what my order was and where the rest of it was. Poor fellow was probably too tired. Will give the restaurant a second chance some other time

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was with one other adult and four children aged 11, 7, 6 and 5, We had to wait for the table for 25 minutes but this was fine as we were made aware of this when arriving (as we didn't book) and to be fair it was exactly 25 minutes until we were sat down. However, we were given menus to read whilst in the waiting area so we could order straight away when sitting down but we discovered that once sat down staff were too busy to take our order.There were lots of staff and all seemed to be busy, when we did order the server was polite and helpful and pointed out a special offer that saved us some money which was much appreciated. There was then a long wait for food but the children's portions of Mozzarella Sticks were missing so we started without them whilst they were cooked, our server then came to check a bit later if we had got the Mozzarella Sticks which we hadn't! He did then get them but they were less than hot.All the food was nice and as expected so on another day, perhaps a quieter one this restaurant may well be worth a visit. I was originally going to rate as average but my children's input to this review is that they want to go somewhere else next time so I have rated a two.

One thing you should always be aware when you visit Pizza Hut is that it will have lots of children there. That's not a bad thing but if you were planning a quiet meal perhaps go elsewhere.Anyway, we had a great visit to Pizza hut. We shared a pizza that came with sides and dessert which came to just under £30 plus drinks.A big positive for the restaurant is the salad bar which you can help yourself to as much as you want. We left with full bellies!Our waitress was really pleasant. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she had a Scottish accent and was very helpful.

Though £9 ish for an individual pizza may not seem like a lot, you can do far better going to a proper pizzeria or Italian around hertfordshire. Letchworth alone has 4 different Italians. The food was standard. Service wasnt very clear, but the lady was friendly. Table wobbled, lights went out entirely to sing someone happy birthday. I know it isnt a real restuarant, but thats my main problem with it. There are so many independant buisness' around, why do these pop up fast food placed keep sticking around when good food is only around the corner. Also, why advertise anything if your branch doesnt have it in stock.. EVER. Straight up thats false advertising and its annoying for the customer to hear and for you to have to explain everytime. You cant just roll out a menu for every branch if they dont all stock the same stuff. Staff could do with more training, to no fault of their own.Food needs to be fresher, pre made doughs and stuff for a place called pizza hut is just silly, just because youre a big brand name doesnt mean you can serve naff preserved food. Make that food fresh, people love fresh and dont mind paying for fresh. Over all, sod the chain places, eat local, eat fresh and support local buisness'Also they have a cute waitress, short blonde, black glasses. So thats worth a visit on its own

Just had a pleasant enough lunch at Pizza Hut but no thanks to the staff. When we arrived it was fairly quiet but it still took a while to get our order taken. As it got steadily busier the staff kept resolutely to their snail pace. Food fine but took far to long to pay and get table cleared.

Visited for lunch and had the buffet. Food was good and value for money was great. Unlimited drinks refills which is also good value. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive and noticed when we needed our drinks refilled. Will visit again.

The people make this place. It's a Pizza Hut at the end of the day. We quite often go here. The staff are friendly and always have a smile. Not bad when you consider that 80% of their time is taken up by parties of demanding screaming kids. Good work people ... keep smiling

When we go to the cinema Pizza Hut is top choice of place to eat. The food is good and the salad bar is great with all parts containing lots of whatever is there and the lettuce looks fresh. The staff are young, quite 'with it' and friendly and helpful. Service is usually quick.The two for one cocktails are a great idea. My husband and I both opted for Virgin Coladas again but this time without ice. Although three ice cubes went in, it was a much nicer drink for not being so cold.The place is usually busy with all sorts of people, families, couples, friends, and has a nice buzz. Great value all round.

Cheap and cheerful with the takeaway offers . Always packed in the restaurant with little kids parties . it's not a night out wouldn't recommend a cosy meal for two . Great for families after a cinema visit or child's birthday ... I just had take out where I was fairly happy with the service

Pizza Hut is great, can't knock it. Always love it. However we called up to book a table for 15 on Saturday for my sisters 21st. Told that we can't book at the weekends, reassured us that they would get us in and push tables together, however we have got here and it's not an hour wait with 15 people in the waiting room. No where we can get a drink. It's ridiculous. I know you he food will be great, but the whole not being able to book is just ridiculous. Just a tip for large groups.

We took our two children for a treat here and we had an enjoyable meal. Kids loved their pizzas and enjoyed the salad bar and ice cream factory!Our pizza was lovely, hot and made to how we asked.Will be a returning customer.

Worst experience ive ever had ordering pizza- 2 hour wait, unable to give me a refund and to top it off, they gave me full sugar pepsi when I ordered pepsimax. Trying to complain was just as painful- the contact form would not submit even though all the fields were filled in. It kept bouncing back asking that a long list of 'required' points be included, but there was nowhere on the form to click to add them?!! Stick to dominos people. So angry with pizza hut. If they had made any attempt at customer service I could understand things dont always go smoothly but the whole experience was just infuriating.

While the food is nice (albeit clearly fattening!!!), the salad bar is not too great. Sometimes you'll see bits of sweetcorn hanging around in the salad cream.

Waited 2 hours, pizza garlic bread potatoe wedges nachos all cold....oh wait a minute the Pepsi was warm at least!, I really don't normally complain and I am certainly do bot get rude, come on you guys! £15 for cold pizza!...really...i would have been better off with cheese on toast, at least that would have been tastier, I wouldn't mind a refund, not another pizza, I dread to think what you guys do to customers pizzas who complain...thanks for a real rubbish meal pizza hut, I will DEFINITELY not order again! Newly refurbished and it looks fantastic! Food is great, great value for money and the staff are always lovely.

Good food with reasonably priced buffet at lunch time option from 11.30. Can get very busy so go early. Comfortable seating but can get noisey with small children present as it caters extensively for families and self service of drinks and ice cream.

We have visited this branch of Pizza Hut on numerous occasions after the cinema and have to say that it is the staff that make it a 5* visit. The service at the door is always prompt and the at the table all staff are always pleasant and attentive, without being over bearing. Food always comes quickly as well. The food itself is always good for where you are. They are always happy to change something to your liking and on our last visit, the waitress happily got out what must have been an allergy information file for the table next to us. There is no comparison between this branch and that on The Roaring Meg!

I loved it here and it's fab that they have a gluten free menu! Pizza Hut used to be so good, pizzas aren't as good as in the old days but still great!!!

Went in for a meal on a Saturday with my family and it was very busy. Very slow to serve, food was ok but my youngest found a hair in her pizza, all they said was i will see who's it is and have a desert for free. The young man serving us never came back and we waited ages to get desert and pay. Pizza Hut need to sort themselves out as not the only restaurant I've found to be very poor.

Well I came here with just me and my two girls, 6yrs old and 14 yrs old. I have a voucher for 2 4 1 , and the service was great first as we come in-Very clean even the floor. Tables were not sticky-and cutlery clean, The waitress was polite and explained everything. The drinks were re-fills help your for £2.55, which was good price, The kids meal was good value £4,99 and even got dessert ice cream help yourself-she even had two bowls. The salad bar was very clean and topped up. For two pizza;s and kids meal with drinks aswell, came to £20.74. for three of us. We will be going to this PIZZA HUT again , Such lovely service and great pizza,with lots of toppings. Worth a trip here.

last time I had been in here was before it was refurb'd and I must say it gives it a much more fresher modern look. The staff were very friendly and we were seated quickly. Food came out very hot and my two kids were very impressed with their food and ice cream factory

Thanks pizza hut Stevenage 2 girls busy chatting what they have done on the weekend just the dark smiley boy running around, need to be waving to get a drink, wait more 20 minutes to my mains to be clean seriously can shorted your staff on Monday every week I dinne whit you this is embarrassing. 2 girls sorting out the salads and guest I really don't give a dawn. 25 minutes know I want to order dessert so?????!!! To busy chatting girls yee??!!! 5 tables in restaurant 3 servers don't look good at all.

Clean, good service and excellent food. Pretty good value. Doesn't seem to get too busy. Good varied menu for a Pizza restaurant.

Great service and a very friendly Scottish waitress. Food quality is average at best and the kids pizzas although replaced where not good enough

Just sat in Pizza Hut for at least 10 mins and not acknowledged and yet other people were who came in after us were served. Disgraceful so we walked out. Only about 10 people in there including us.

Ugh, pizza is certainly not what it used to be or maybe I've just grown out of student food. Ordered a take away pizza and was told there was a 15 minute wait, half an hour later I was served up with what I would describe as akin to an Iceland frozen food section value pizza, ( detest cheap frozen food,) with raw peppers, chili and onion from the salad cart chucked on all over the top of it. Very dry,cold pizza and curled up like a piece of aging carpet and I imagine as chewy as an old car tyre but with less flavour, can I say anymore.... Definitely not worth the wait, never again, even in desperate times. Pizza Hut get your act together..... On a positive note, we used one of the very well done potato wedges to keep the back door open, so thank-you Pizza Hut, 10 out of 10 for your DIY solutions..

Pizza Hut used to be a phenomenal chain, and still is in most places. Unfortunately in the UK it doesn't tend to be good in general, but Stevenage was beyond recognition!Rude staff, very low profile customers (shouting at their kids and eating in an animalistic way) and no customer care at all!We asked for starters and drinks, and asked if we could order mains later but meanwhile bring the starter - no can't do! what?!The pizza was the soggiest thing I ever received! Certainly frosted and defrosted various times, possibly even cooked previously.We frequently eat out, particularly in the area due to having cinema next door; with this said, do not intend to ever come back again!

Popped in here by chance on Sunday with a pregnant friend who has cravings for Pizza Hut salad bar !! Not somewhere I would normally visit but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was good and friendly. Restaurant was clean and appealing. Everyone's food was good although we all pigged out on the salad bar a bit too much !! Will Defo be returning !

Great modern look. Salad bar nice (still can't beat Harvester though). Buffet Pizza kept reasonably well topped up. The flavoured drink station is a far cry from the Coca Cola version but nice to have option (prefer Pepsi anyway!). All in all a nice experience.Staff could be a little happier though.

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut restaurant in years. Went recently with Girlfriend and service was great from a young guy, didn't catch his name. Pizza was great and love the refillable soft drinks with a wide selection. Salad bar good too. Not too pricey either. Highly recommend.

About a month ago my partner and I decided to order food at pizza hut to take-away,but I must say we were slightly disappointed. Our food was not really what you would expect for the price: the slices were all different sizes, some barely cut at all, and I thought they must have been running out of cheese or something because there were gaps all over our pizzas of tomato and exposed base. Despite this, we ordered from them for delivery again, and well... unless there's a permanent cheese-shortage and none of the employees know how to cut even slices, then I'd say that the quality has gone downhill. I love the classic pizza hut taste but when they're charging above-average prices, you don't really expect below-average quality.

Ok you advertise a buffet and there for I expect a little choice, on a recent visit, the salad bar was half empty or has numerous tubs of the same thing, there was little choice of pizza, BBQ chicken or ham and pineapple, personally I don't do fruit and meat. Had a long wait to get a refil despite the waiting staff asking if everything was fine seconds after seating down, but it's cheap and usually ok maybe as it was a Monday they had not that their delivery in or at least I hope

Had a young waitress called Abi who was very sweet. She was funny and chatty but also prompt, it's lovely to see young people still working hard. The food was standard as usual but I really was chuffed with the service! Would have given a tip but I didn't have much cash as usually the service has been average. Would recommend on account of excellent service.
