lovely and hot and very quick delivery. tasted great as usual

Still had 1 bad chicken in my wife's meal and I could taste 1 going bad. Hopefully third times the charm

Food ordered for 0030. Food delivered at 0000 when I wasn’t at home. Spoke with the delivery driver who refused to help and just abandoned the food on my door step in the rain. Restaurant failed to answer the phone. Driver claimed they close at 0000 despite being available on just eat to order post 0000. Food completely inedible, cold, dry & clearly left overs at the end of the evening. If I could give minus starts I would. My advice would be to save your money & go elsewhere

I havent ordered from downtown in over 5yrs and now I know why. I have had hotter salads than the burgers I recieved. The pattie was very flavoursome but it really didn't need the bath in mayonnaise. My only reason for ordering from here is that the usual place I order from wasn't open. This was more expensive and less enjoyable. Note to self if I fancy a burger and can't get it from my normal place, wait till they reopen!!

I had a nice size lamb kebab & it taste very nice compared to other places I've been. I was full up . I ordered a fanta & got a orange tango. The kebab was nice & I will order here again the chips was cold. when I ordered them the time before they was very hot . If they was hot this time it would of been a better review. I'm not sure I'm 100% happy with the service. There is always something wrong the size of the pizza Wrong drink & cold chips I might give this place a break. I will come here again & try something from the menu. So far so good. Pizza, doner kebab, chips. The best is the kebab Pizza was hot maybe the next size up Chips hot then cold. Wrong drink Get the orders right in the future & I will continue to buy something.

The driver was over half hour late, the longest I've ever waited for a delivery. The pizza was a thin 4 slices which was nice I wouldn't pay £7 for it . Was hot - warm The chips was hot & very nice. I would get chips again. I would try the menu again. I'm not sure on the small pizzas size abit too expensive. The delivery was for 4:55 pm it was half 5 & still hadn't arrived. The delivery is the worst.

App said food had been delivered then called the shop they said he would be there in a minute 20 minutes later still not arrived called again got told they would make new food eventually arrived only warm no apology and driver was very rude waited an hour longer than what was said on the app

My first try at the Downtown Pizza. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Piping hot lamb shish, chicken shish and kofta kebab Perfectly fresh salad. Large pitta, Delicious. Great size portion for me. Will definitely order again.

Food ordered at 17.50. Delivered 20.23 freezing cold. Kept getting told 15 minutes... would not want to get paid off there watch!

Not great to be honest food was late. The person on the phone wasn’t that helpful and we had to warm the food up once it turned up eventually. The App said it was delivered on time but obviously the food wasn’t here. Sort the app out please

Shocking…. I use to have a good service with these guys ordered food at 6.15pm kept calling they kept saying 10 mins it’s now 7:56 no food and my family is hungry Awful… never use them again

Driver could not find address even though post code was provided and address appears on any mapping system . Which then made food cold ish the food was of good quality and portions where great chilli sauce was banging

Salad very disappointing. Ordered red cabbage, cucumber and onion. 2 bits of cucumber and a spoonful of red cabbage plus onion was in large slices. Salad didn’t even cover one quarter of the box (ordered salad separately) Only order from here as limited places offer red cabbage. If I find somewhere else will definitely change

Actually the best kebab I've had in a long time !! Meat was hot, thick slices of donner meat, salad was washed,crisp and cabbage oiled nicely. Pita bread also hot and fluffy ! What more could you want ! Would definitely recommend

Waited over a hour for delivery, ordered showed as out for delivery for 30 mins. Called asking for an update was told he just left. Food arrived cold an the sauces had burst over the pizzas

Take better care in ordering your chicken. That's all I'll say as you guys mostly deliver superbly flavoured meals

Paid extra for toppings and never received them, third time it’s happened, no chance of resolution, food quality always good but order always wrong

Food took over 2 hours from ordering. Called when went past time to be told soon. Then called back 20 mins later to be told 5 mins then called to get told 5 mins ago again . Eventually turned up and food was cold but also tasted disgusting soggy chips and left most of them. Cold pizza. Everything was vile. Have plenty of pics to show. Spent nearly £90 and wasn't worth 9 pence. I want a full refund

Really shocked that the kebabs were stone cold, never have any issues from here but this time the meat was stone cold!! Only a few min drive away too.

Normally downtown is really nice but today the chicken kebab was very fatty I felt I was eatting more fat then meat and the onion rings where not cooked properly

I really liked the fast delivery and reasonable price for mixed cheese pizza and mixed kebab.

Kebab was swimming in oil and not particularly hot. Not normally the case from here but this was awful. Most of it went in the bin!!!!..

Kebab was amazing. I moved from Midlands 3 years ago and have been waiting to finally kind a decent kebab.thank you guys. Even sent me cooked onions separately that I have requested in delivery Instructions as a long shot. THANK YOU!!!

Only update I got was that my order was submitted and being prepared, no ' been collected 'or 'its on its way 'or anything only knew it came when they called me when they were outside

Chicken was absolutely awful wasn’t even cooked in some places. Chips were soggy and the pizza was dry really shocked as we’re always getting food from here. Big shame am sorry to say

The food was swimming in oil? Asked for the biggest size they had and it seemed to come as a large not the Xtra large option that I chose?

Ordered kebabs 🍢 food was late and cold, sent the food back. Nearly two hours for a just eat delivery!! When I called the restaurant, Ruby was rude, and kept hanging up on my call! Will never order from there or from just eat ever again......... be careful who you order food from........ food was around 40quid, and all just eat offered was 14 pound credit!!! Shocking service from both parties that is all..............

The delivery drivers are always friendly, the food is always outstanding and it is always delivered on time

A little hiccup with my order, was missing a drink. Driver was very helpful and reassuring and went back to restaurant to get my drink. Very quick too. Excellent service and great portion sizes. Would order again!

Missing the drinks, couldn't update the order on just eat as the order was saying 'pout for delivery' 45 minutes after it was ordered. Shame usually pretty good.

We order from here quite a lot Every time the order arrives there is no salad even though its requested with the order . I know it's only salad but a just meat kebab and nothing else is not what we ask for . Won't order again from here

My driver couldn’t find my house so I ended up eating cold food and had to go out to find him and the lady in the passenger seat that now knows where I live without my given permission and without being made aware someone else was in the car by the driver when he was asking for my address multiple times i feel the service has really made me doubt the reliability of downtown pizza and would like some sort of compensation

Meat was great, salad was crisp and fresh, and if you're thinking the milkshakes are a bit pricey they are a good size and absolutely lovely. Will certainly be ordering from downtown pizza I the future.

I ordered the belly buster, and for price wasnt alot of meat, cheese and chips were a bit on the cold side and flat bread wasn't soft as it usually was a little disappointed 😞

Went in and ordered food. Only got half the order as the person taking the order got it wrong. Not the first time orders have been wrong. Staff ok

Food was good but let down by the late delivery and customer service. Waiting to feed the kids and getting towards bed time.The first phone call to see where it was I abruptly told it will get there when it gets there. On the second phone call to them by my partner was a different man explaining that it's a hot day and they are stressed. I understand that it was hot but not great customer service. The food then arrived and was told by the driver to complain and get our money back. After submitting a complaint about time through just eat and got offered £3 into my just eat account. I don't think this compensates for the customer service.

Excellent food, I’ve used them a few times now and not been disappointed, if you don’t want to wait for your food to be cooked you can always order by phone and pick the food up when it’s cooked. .

Minor detail I paid for the cheese to be on the burger and it wasn’t added also the drink that was meant to come with the kids meal

Ordered from them and after 90 minutes without our food we called them and they said it was out for delivery however the food never arrived.

Love downtown usually have kebabs but tonight decided on the combo 2 it was delicious much preferred it as could share it out and had right amount each person very nice and will order that again

Worst fried chicken I've ever eaten , ordered at lunchtime and the chicken was gard and dry do you know it was from last night ,,,, thats probably why it arrived early it was cooked last night.

Great service… Fast delivery late at night after a long day at work was appreciated. Nothing wrong with the food either. Would recommend.
