I only popped in for a coffee this evening, but while I was there the staff were nothing short of welcoming, polite and friendly, and I get the same service every single time. Pizza Express has pretty much become my local coffee spot haha! (Though I do pop in for food too, it's delicious) Thank you for being awesome and keep on doing so, you're all doing an amazing job! ^^ Edit: 5/4/2025 all I can really do is edit the review 😂 but had met Dimitar today, lovely gentleman, so patient with me and my littlun, wonderful service and always a pleasure eating in restaurant. Also tried the Pollo Italiano special today, I'm going to have to order that again.... Thank you guys for continuing to be awesome 😎

My whole family were having pizzas and I wanted to have a subway sub. Some customers complained to the manager regarding this and I got told to eat up quickly as I was upsetting customers by having my sub. Felt marginalised and humiliated. As someone who worked in the service industry for more than 10 year this was a truly horrifying experience.

Update your opening hours twice I've taken dinner break at work and you've been shut leaving me with nothing to eat. Should say online if you are closed. What a joke!

Went in for a kebab, paid £12 and by the time I got back to my hotel, 150m round the corner, only to find that all the meat was cold, barely warm.. meat was low quality and tasted like crap. Even if it was hot, I still dont think it was worth it. Complete waste of money...

Ordered at 22:56pm, took over 38 minutes to prepare. One extra large pizza and not even cooked properly also staff was very rude, not worth ordering would avoid completely.

Well after waiting 40 mins after the proposed delivery time and many calls to find out what was the hold up I decided to drive to the restaurant seen as they weren’t taking calls I was laughed at basically, horrible place won’t be ordering again and delivery is always 30-40 mins later than states. Delivery driver did eventually turn up whist I was at the restaurant and he’d been given the order 5 mins before delivery. Laugh all you want I hope people see what a disgusting place you are and attitude towards customers 😡

This is now my favourite pizza place. Their pizzas are delicious. Recommended.

No good chips and chicken only pizza is kind of edible.

The food is delicious with a good range of things to get! Service was lovely and fast- my favourite takeaway spot.

Didn't end up get food from there as it was cash only and didn't have much on me. Was told to order off the app and then collect but to much of a faff so went elsewhere.

Chicken kebab came with no salad despite ordering. Tasteless and cold. Chips soggy and cold. Garlic bread cold with very little garlic taste and doner kebab pizza very bland. First time ordering and will be our last

our 2nd order from Tops Pizza and once again really excellent pizzas ... plenty of toppings and very tasty. great delivery service. thank you

Well what can I say the place is amazing, Short little story me and my wife had our first date here for some food and cinema at Everyman and a years down the line we will constantly do it, Thank you for being a part of our dates and our journey many thanks M&M
