The worst pizza I've ever eaten , I had hair and plastic stuff on my chicken wings . Discussed!

Over priced salted / sugared too !! .Still if you've the money 💰 🤑 💸 it's OK

I have visited this store on 3 separate occasions on a Saturday over the last 6 months. The same rude woman with no customer service skills was working. Description: large, glasses and some tattoos. Her attitude stinks and we could hear her swearing her head off and bossing people around. I can see others have commented about her online, if you binned her off your reviews on Google, Facebook and this platform would be better.

Very disappointed with the domino's in tenby. Ordered takeaway, I had no issues with the delivery, however the pizza was cold and missing most of the cheese as can seen from picture, the fries where cold. Had second pizza cheese was better but it was cold. I have tried to call but unable to get through so I've emailed and reviewed and have not head anything back. I won't be order from it again.

Lovely staff but lacking on the pepperoni.. hopefully that 5 quid a year saved will buy a nice bottle of lambrini for the Xmas party.

This company came to our rescue, we had been in a concert until 9.30pm. All places to eat had finished taking orders by 9pm. My brother had come in from Vancouver to see us and the concert so we were so disappointed. This left us hungry and frustrated. Dominoes although closed to sit in customers agreed for us to sit in and eat. You were fabulous and it repaired our faith in customer service. You had a heart. Thank you so much.

Eat in customers had to wait 30 minutes just to place an order, according to the staff they were very busy preparing for online delivery. Why have you made eat in restaurant for? Nobody is there to take an order at your restaurant counter!!! I won't visit this branch ever.

Got my food eventually, but staff refused to talk to customers at the desk.

Ordered gluten free pizza. It arrived as requested in a timely manner.

Staff took order however when I collected the drink was missing. When I queried this I was flatly told this had not been ordered. I made it clear it had and asked to speak to the person who had taken the order. This request was denied and I was told that no drink would be provided.

Just had x2 large thin base pizzas delivered from Tenby store x1 pepperoni x1 ham and cheese both burnt!!! Paid £31.82 for the privilege!!!! Phoned them asking to speak with the Manager to complain that they were burnt.Beth, the manageress, said that she could cook and send some more out but they would been exactly the same because of the nature of the base and the speed they are cooked/go through the oven!!!! Really Domino’s, all the money/profits you make and you can’t afford to get an oven/grill that turns out thin based pizza without burning them!!! I will be making a formal complaint to head office 100 percent

Food good, service good, just expensive for what it is

Surprised at the low rating for this restaurant/takeaway. We ordered on line for collection, staff were friendly and pizza was ready when we arrived. The pizza was really delicious and we loved the authentic Italian base. Great value when ordered via the app., would definitely return.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Order was left sitting in the store as they had no driver to deliver it. Refused to make me a fresh order and then delivered it an hour later stone cold and rock hard! I phoned them to let them know and they slammed the phone down on me. Shocking! Don’t bother ordering from here!!

Good food, but restaurant was dirty, majority of tables empty and uncleared for the 15 minutes we waited.

Visited here mid week for takeaway pizzas. In the store it looked ok and clean. The one man with small beard making pizzas had a chin net to stop stray hairs falling, but, didn't put it over his actual beard hair. When we got home the pizzas were still hot/warm and when we opened the boxes 2 out the 4 pizzas where overly cooked. I get there can be some charcoal effects but the pepperoni pizza and BBQ meat feat pizza was just burnt on the crust and the toppings where over cooked. I expected more from Domino's. In fairness my pizza was ok and another pizza was mostly ok but the two over cooked pizzas were placed in those boxes knowing they could of been cooked better. We were visitors to Tenby on holiday and I feel they do this knowing that mistvtheir custom is from one off purchases.

Had a takeaway from here to collect for my Birthday to have next to the sea, I ordered the Vegi Supreme however it tasted off, we have domino's quite a lot but this one just tasted strange for some reason. (Everything on the trip tasted fine so it wasn't covid related) We went back to the branch to dispose of our boxes and I used the toilets which were not in a good way at all. Very disappointed really

Went to Dominos on Thursday evening for a take away, asked how long the wait was and a very abrupt female member of staff told me we were bottom of the queue and it was a 40 minute wait. The situation worsened when she turned back to me and in a loud voice said ‘and you can take your dog out too!!!!’ No ‘please’ or ‘Sorry we don’t allow dogs’, (despite Tenby allowing dogs in many food outlets). Shocking attitude to customers, clearly not customer focused!!! Dominos- is this the attitude you wish to employ? Disgusted!

Went to Domino's 5.30pm Tuesday (today) with my 2 young kids. On arrival we were told abruptly 'We're not taking orders' by a very rude lady behind the counter who walked off as she spoke to us. We have been to Tenby so many times over more than 20 years and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Domino's is a disgrace to this beautiful town and such a disappointment.

No will not go again had to wait a very long time,and when it came was like cardboard,staff not bothred no not for me.

Quickly prepared and hot meal and got a deal on the meal price. They don't do hot drinks... as we had just got drench in the rain it would have been a nice option. Quiet as no other customers during our meal. Probably ok for disabilities as easy access and facilities.

What a shame that the lovely delivery driver delivered a pizza that was more pizza dough than topping. Some of us live here and keep you going in the winter months. Must try harder 😔

Pizza was up to usual Dominos standards. However, I’d strongly recommend ordering online and not going into the restaurant to order or over the telephone. We were told there’d be a 20 minute wait when in the restraint. Not the best customer service I’ve ever experienced (actually some of the worst) including customer care or even human care. Lack of skills working with the public - if this hadn’t been a planned meal for a treat we would have gone elsewhere. No signal inside the restaurant so left, ordered online, went for a walk and 20-minutes later collected. Can’t fault the pizza though.

Staff were trying to be helpful but company politics prevented me from getting what they have but can’t serve: Try and order a meat feast pizza with vegan cheese (I have to avoid dairy) - you won’t get it served because Head Office doesn’t trust their staff avoiding cross contamination. As a consequence, I could not order what I wanted, and ended up with chicken bits which were disgusting not nice at all! Money wasted and disgusting food in the bin.Such a shame! If only I would’ve been allowed my meat feast pizza with vegan cheese… Get your act together, head office!

Was at the takeaway last night and witnessed the behaviour of the staff towards and elderly man and his son.The customers did absolutely nothing wrong and the staff were rude and abusive towards the customers it was only when the son started filming the way they were acting towards them did they change their attitude.Terrible behaviour and will not be returning

Been in store tonight was served by dominos staff who was rude and dismissive was buying 2 pizzas for my children. Original time was 8 mins 20 mins later when I questioned staff I was told I would not get my food because I had filmed the attitude of the staff. Then I was accused of filming a minor and I could not get my food that I had payed for unless I deleted my phone. I explained the food was for my 10 &12 year old children but was told I would not receive the food unless I deleted the footage. J in deleted the footage in front of the manager but was then forced to proved that it was deleted from my deleted folder I have never been treated In this way before. The original girl I ordered with also was making out she was on the phone to the police so j said that’s fine because they could then view the cctv I have never ever been treated in such a bad demoralising way in my life all for being a paying customer and this such not be taken lightly. This experience will haunt me for. Long time and I will never return to this store.

Twice now I have ordered food to be delivered from Dominoes, Tenby. On both occasions, the food has arrived cold, and has looked like it has been made by a kindergarten class. I won't be ordering anything else from there again.

I went here to get a takeway pizza around 6:30 on a Saturday evening. I stood at the counter (the place didn't look very busy and I was the only customer waiting to be served) and a girl walked up to me and said "We're not taking any more orders as we already have 16 to do!!!". No apology, no suggestion to return later, no nothing. Absolute crap customer service, a takeaway establishment that can't mange to provide a takeaway. Priceless!!!!! I went to the Arches burger and pizza shop and got served with a great pizza straight away.

Absolutely disgusting service I ordered for a delivery but when the delivery driver got near my location he rang me and said he is not allowed on a gypsy caravan site and I will have to meet him to collect totally racist I rang dominoes back and the guy on the phone was not bothered at all food was cold When I did drive and find the delivery driver terribles customer service not bothered won’t be ordering from dominoes tenby again when you pay for delivery you should not have to collect DOMINOES IS RACEIST

Staff were friendly and the pizza was delicious, freshly made and along with potato wedges and coleslaw perfect.

Store was extremely busy, but the staff dealt with it so well, they were friendly at all times and the good was amazing

On holiday car broke down so unable to drive to get a take away called Dominos to deliver at our camp site and they were morre than happy to do this excellent communication and very friendly. Def recommend this food service, food was tasty as ever of course! Really appreciated too couldn't ask for more when miles away from home with the children.

Doesn't allow in store orders/collection unless you book on line. They have a till, they have a collection area. What's the problem? I do not recommend this as the staff are very rude when they 'tell you' rather than explain. Absolutely ridiculous. I have a discount card which allows discount on in store pick up. However, their website doesn't allow for any discount. Highly discussed and annoyed, considering I was a tourist giving them a bit of custom. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE BEWARE.

Good service although short staffed they did well to make our large order in good time. The seating area is a big bonus too.

The pizza was very fresh when it arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Since we were such a big group we struggled to find somewhere to eat and the domino's was perfect after a long day of sight seeing!

They have a massive sign outside inviting you to come in to order, went to the front till to order and got told it's "online only". Doesn't say anywhere outside, completely misleading.

my experience here was terrible I ordered a pizza on the app as “create my own” I set it as no cheese as I’m lactose and intolerant, of course they gave me cheese. I rang up to see if they’d give me the pizza I ordered and was on hold for at least ten mins as they didn’t know what they was doing. I’m not happy with this service and they’ve lost my custom forever. What a disappointment.

Second delivery nearly cold, dominoes employee On phone had a ‘not interested’ type of attitude at approx 19.45 on the 4th nov, the problem with offering your free vouchers attached to the account every time, is that you still have to carry on spending for An order rather than a refund for the cold meal you received especially during this time when you’ve just returned from working at the hospital for the Nhs in the area

The food I did receive was freezing cold and unbelievably half of it burnt, I will assume this is down to cooking it for half an hour more than necessary as my order was half an hour late!! I will never order from here again I would rather guide my grandmother onto my grandfather!!

I'd rather guide my grandfather into my grandmother than order here again!! The tracker was on quality control for about 20minutes. The bottle of pop was warmer than the pizza. The wedges were stone cold. Order a cherry coke zero but had coke zero(not much of a problem) but when you have cold pizza and wedges it adds 2 hate!

Popped in last week with family served by staff member think his name was Joe. On completion of the order checked twice with him that he had placed an order for 2 large pizza, his reply was "think so". Surely the order would have been on the screen. As we watched our order progress on the monitor, we saw this same member of staff go over to ours in the quality check status. He pushed it to one side then went to another part of the kitchen area and started preparing food. Six mins after our food had disappeared off the monitor we asked another member of staff ( beard) where our food was, he fetched the order cower that he saw that was previously pushed aside. Guess what the pizza were not large as ordered hence the original member of staff not wanting to complete our order. In fairness the second member of staff did off to re do the 2 pizza but that would have meant the rest of the ordered food being on a hot tray for at least 15 mins in total Staff training defiantly needed into how to provide customer service and attitude

I can not fault the food or the prices (when there are offers on which is regular) however i am tempted not to buy from this company when the drivers drive around like they are in go karts on a track, if they have a time scale to deliver in then perhaps this need to be adjusted, as before long there will be an accident.

Amazing delicious and quick service

Some great offers on in Dominos most weeks. The restaurant is brand new and the staff are really keen. Delivery is quick but delivery not allowed in Haven Kiln Park presumably because they have a Papa John’s on the holiday site. Dominos will meet you at the security gate in Kiln Park or in the Salterns car park at the rear entrance so don’t be put off. It’s only a short walk from Kiln Park up the road so give it a try. Much cheaper than Papa Johns and better offers anyway.

Tenby Domino’s do fantastic food. They always have special offers on and their delivery is quick but if you are on holiday in Haven Kiln Park security wont let them in. Not sure that’s legal but you can still order delivery and meet them at the security gate or in Salterns car park. There is a Papa Johns in Kiln Park but it’s gone expensive so we switched over to Dominos and have never looked back.
