Domino's Pizza in Antrim

I have been a frequent customer of your establishment, having placed numerous orders for pizza in the past. However, I regret to inform you that the quality of your service has recently declined. On one occasion, I received a burnt pizza, and on another, I ordered a vegetarian pizza but instead received a pizza with meatballs. While I am not a vegetarian, I prefer meat-free dishes and was disappointed by this error. These two incidents have unfortunately led me to the decision that I will no longer be ordering from your establishment.

Despite being busy got my order out and Compensated for the delay.

Get better delivery drivers paying £3 for me to come outside!! Sick of "we can't come in" conversation should actually refund my £3

I love pizzas from dominos but for my last order, we ordered chicken wings but received chicken strips instead. When enquired we were told that they ran out of chicken wings and that’s why we got chicken strips but no one informed or checked with us if we are ok with that.

Charge £3 for delivery, but don’t deliver to the door have to come outside of house and get it get better delivery drivers!!

It's a good takeaway, the mobile can be a little awkward at times but by and large it's no drama and you're in and out in a few mins if you order online and collect

Customer service is atrocious. I ordered using the app stating 25minutes for the order to be ready. It took 40 minutes for the order to display as “ready to collect”. Once inside the staff made an obvious effort to ignore me probably thinking I was in to order at the counter and wishing I would leave to not impact their 23:30 leaving time that all 3 staff would not stop talking about for the 20 minutes they had me standing there with the pizza continuing to stew inside the box, whilst every so often glancing at me in the hope I had left. Once I was finally properly acknowledged I express my discontent at being ignored, was handed the pizza and met with an apology of “cheers”. I got home, pizza was soggy immediately binned and compliant lodged. I got a reply asking if photos were available which obviously they weren’t as it was went directly into the bin, how did they want me to exhibit soggy cold bread in a photo????? So I obviously said no as I wasn’t going to fish it out of the bin for some silly photo. I then received a reply from a local store representative ‘Grace’ who was as helpful as her colleague that handed me my order stating Hi, Thank you for providing this information, unfortunately as no images have been provided, we are unable to provide any sort of compensation. However, we can assure you that this will be looked into to prevent this from happening again. Your concern will now be considered closed. Kind Regards, Grace As you can see this is an easy way to sweep under the carpet their own issue by making it my fault for not taking photos of absolutely everything and the ridiculous exclusion of the staffs poor attitude towards customers leading to this issue. I have been unable to speak with an unbiased customer service operative as I just keep getting passed to the store who will not accept that the problem is theirs and their product was faulty. Bear in mind that previously they have given a refund without photos for botching the order with the toppings being a pick and mix instead of reading the order details. I am very much open to a resolution.

Efficient service - food always on time and hot

Food was lovely and delivery very quick and efficient. Portion sizes though were poor. 13.5 inch pizza was exactly 12 inch and the portion of wedges for £5 was pathetic.

Dort kann man essen bestellen, aber nicht dort essen. Kleiner Raum. Vegane Pizza sehr sehr lecker. Aber teuer.

Worst experience ever from Domino's. We've had numerous pizza's previously which were excellent and enjoyed by all but this time it's been absolutely awful. Topping was wrong and veg almost raw on pizza. Such a disappointment. They did offer to send another pizza but really couldn't face it. Don't think we'll ever be back.

Better quality since the franchise was recently taken over. You no longer have a pizza box soaked in oil!

Pizzas can be hit or miss for whomever throws it together. But you know what you're getting with dominos.

Every time I think we will order a pizza I hope that they won’t mess up the order. I stayed away from the Antrim store for ages but with new management I tried again...I ordered by phone after everything opened up after lockdown ..I was on the phone for 30 minutes at least while I gave my order because the staff member couldn’t work their computer ..despite repeating the order over and over again..it was wrong. Pizzas not even close. Used the app today...Same thing...random toppings not even close. Just call it Roulette Pizza and cut out the false advertising..you don’t get to choose. Plus don’t try and phone to complain ..they don’t pick up.

Srevice was grt and speedy from the guys..

Ordered twice, first time with italian crust dough and i was dissapointed with the low amount of cheese, second time i got the default dough and had to add extra cheese.

It's a pizza place, staff are helpful, depending on who is on at the time, price for the same pizza varies week to week medium pizza,1 topping and cookies can be £9.99, one week then £14.99 week after, phoning through the order can then be £17.99. Always double check price when ordering

Ordered a large thin base pizza... they weren't wrong on the thin bit, it was like a sheet of paper, and the excuse for toppings... most of the slices didnt have anything on it. Stevie Wonder could have made a better pizza. Never in my days with i get a pizza here again as you can get much better close by for other shops.

Domino's is so handy, especially the app.

Pizza is fine, place is clean and staff is usually friendly.

Food is ok, but the app tell u the food is ready before its really done, not very handy if go pick it up yourself

I got the lunch deal at dominos for a quick lunch,it took about 10 minutes to make which am my perspective I could only see to staff members working and it tasted lovely and the staff or kind and very understanding.

Always consistently well made pizzas. Out of the shop and with delivery it is always piping hot. Delivery is very fast and offers the Google maps tracking feature. Bit on the pricey side but always makes a good night in

The best pizza place around. Offers a wide range of toppings. Domino's also offer dough balls which are like pizza balls. They offer potato wedges and lots of sauces and dips. Love this place. You can order take out as well.

i created my own pizza with the perfect toppings and it was lovely the kids wanted to create there own as they are fussy eaters they had the joy and had fun in doing it i never saw the kids so exited in creating there own pizza before will be back again

I love the pizzas in dominos the do very very good deals.........when we were wait for food there was a playpark for kids.......they found that very fun would definitely go again

38 ring tones later still no answer. Took business else where. Very immature people working here and found them mocking me in the past do they forget there on loud speaker . Worst pizza in Antrim

Hi We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza last night from here. We are regular customers both delivering and at the counter. We had a first occasion to have issue with the pizza and so needed to seek the customer service side to this takeaway. I'm so pleased to say that I spoke on the phone to a girl on the shift today not so long ago and am delighted to state that we are reimbursed for our trouble. Hopefully as this should be our only time to seek your assistance in this area, needless to say Im sure it won't happen again. Thanks Hanna and the team in Antrim store. We will be back again soon!

Tried this outlet in the forlorn hope that maybe I would have a better experience. However the same undercooked pizza with the runny tarty red sauce and cheese that is not mozzarella.

Ordered pizzas online from Antrim Store it took over an hour to be delivered - it usually takes about 20 mins - they were a disgrace it was as if they had squeezed a large pizza into a small box husband sent it back for a replacement - he was told "Dough had expanded after it was taken from the oven"- "drivers had called in sick". They told us it'd be another 45 mins for a replacement it was already about 1.30am we we're falling asleep - the Store Manager was totally useless & extremely rude, she contradicted herself & more or less called him a liar. The picture below is of another one that we didn't notice until after driver had gone as this box hadn't burst open unlike the other we sent back.. I won't be going here again...

Nunca había tenido una experiencia donde ha sido buena - excelente. He dejado aquí a las 2 de la madrugada ish después del trabajo (ya que es el único lugar abierto tarde en la ciudad). Los últimos dos veces este mes, pizza ha sido un desastre. Ni siquiera en un buen estado para servir a un perro. De vergüenza. Más de salsa pizza en Pizza que debería ser, apenas un queso y aderezos. Cuñas sin cocer. No volveremos nunca. Cuando dice que el personal, se negó a ayudar. Sólo me miraban como si yo estaba en el lado equivocado. Las necesidades se ordenan.

Nothing special but very fast service. Looked clean and it was good food. If looking for a cheap night in this is a go to.

I was disgusted by the language and behaviour of staff in there The staff swore in front of my young boy and we're generally rude and the guy I presume to be manger in the black shift didn't do anything just stood around food was OK

If you enjoy good pizza and good service this is definitly NOT the place to go.Terrible terrible service coupled with overpriced product.Lets deal with the service first.I ordered a pizza for my daughter almost 1 hour later a "pizza" arrived at my door the driver was polite enough he was paid and I gave the pizza to my daughter.That however is where it went wrong instead of pepperami chicken and sweetcorn we git pepperoni peppers and onions.Now anyone can make a mistake ,a SMALL HINT FOLKS WHEN A CUSTOMER IS ON THE PHONE MAKING A COMPLAINT PUT HIM ON HOLD THAT WAY HE WONT HEAR WHAT YOU ARE SAYING ABOUT HIM.An absolute disgrace in terms of customer service abd as fir the so called manager.....(see the above hint).If you are looking a good pizza and good service then at all cists avoid Dominos in Antrim.

Ordered 2 pizzas online and kickers combo. Went and collected them and when got home 1st slice and straight into an under cooked pizza. 2nd pizza was grand and the wedges were undercooked also, was more concerned about my dinner. So a night in with a movie and pizza has resulted in 1 person sitting full and the other waiting on pizza being remade and delivered. When i phoned the store to make them aware that the Sicila pizza was under cooked on one side it seemed to be told couldn't be as oven cooked pizza evenly🙈 yes if crush made even. The slices that where under cooked youd been lucky to get 1 bite of it then into the crust(doe) in this case. Poor customer service. Poor pizza. Waste of money. Far better pizzas in town alot cheaper and better customer service skills.

Was passing Dominos and saw a sign for buy one get second pizza for £1 and though excellent bargain. Could not believe that a plain medium pizza is £10.99 before you even add any toppings. Bought one medium with chicken and sweetcorn and the second £1 pizza?? with just pepperoni came to nearly £16. Pizza was ok have had better but would not visit again as I feel it is far too expensive for what you get.

I have had several meals from Domino's and have never ever been disappointed. Lip licking good and they always have good deals on. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended for takeaway food.

Used to be a dedicated customer but where have the jalapeño dough-balls gone.......unforgivable! Recommend putting them back or I won't be.

Though it was raining heavily but quite late at night they delivered wonderful delicious hot pizza and chiken dippers at our hotel.Order was perfect and pizza was great.

Pizzas are just throwing together and have the toppings come off , not all the time but most of the time, some staff aren't that friendly .

The pizzas are nice but expensive would only get this when offers are on.for delivery short waiting time and hot when it comes.

I don't go for Dominoes as had terrible experience with them in Manchester but while in Antrim, ordered the food from Dominoes and it got delivered in about 20 minutes. Got 2 pizzas, garlic bread, fries, dough balls just for £16. lovely lovely brilliant and amazing food.

The one thing I love about dominoes is how easy it is to order online followed by a quick delivery. Not to mention the lovely food. Great selection on the menu and some good deals can be found.

I enjoy dominos, whilst not an avid pizza eater, dominos are consistently good, that garlic dip really hits the spot!!!Quite an extnsive menu, with chicken strips & wedges etc. Even some fabulous desserts!The staff always seem friendly whether it be in the store or when having pizza delivered. The place always seems clean, and well presented.I absolutely love their system which tells you on a monitor how long you have left to wait for your order, its exciting to see if it really is ready on time!The prices however are extremely steep for pizza, I'm not sure if I'd pay the standard prices all the time, but thanks to the 2 for Tuesday offer & numerous offers you always get a decent wee deal. Overall dominos is a great choice when it comes down to tasty pizza and sometimes great value depending when you order it!

quality of pizza compared to other domino's is not great. Its typical of nearly all other take outs and restaurants in antrim, slop served on a town wide bases for years that no one in antrim actually thinks there getting a bad feed because there use to eatting slop.Anyways, 3am deliveries a good thing, quality of pizza is not and horrifically expensive.

Great pizza and choices! Enjoyed the fact I had a money off voucher, otherwise it would have been hugely over priced, so watch out for this!Love the online ordering and countdown timer for when your food will be ready!!I shall return!!
