Disappointed!! I always enjoyed a chicken kebab/pitta but unfortunately there's a big change in quality and quantity. Very little sauce and salad wasn't great either. Sadly it will be my last!!

Well at Pizza o’clock this was the place to go!! Made up my own pizza which makes it hard to get wrong. But the pizza quality was really good. Not too large and a very good price. I also had a aero milkshake which was maybe the best milkshake I’ve ever had!! Go here don’t go to dominos!!!

Have been placing an order at the same time every Saturday for the last few years (4.30pm to be collected at 6pm). Never a problem until this evening, was informed that the order would be ready in 20mins for collection and it couldn't be ready for 6pm as they were short staffed. Disappointed there was no flexibility from the staff due to the weekly orders I place normally are in excess of £35.00. Have shown loyalty to this establishment despite the recent significant price increases, unfortunately it appears that customer loyalty isn't a priority.

Registered on line went into app and ordered. No order came. I rang and was told oh we are having problems with the on line app and hung up. She didn't even ask me did I want to order with her . Will not use them again

I always love pizza time but tonight was very much a disappointment! When I ordered at 6:30 it said 60 minute delivery time. Order was only delivered around 8:30, no salad with kebab, forgot the sauce, kebab was shrivelled up, dry and cold, pizza was cold and the delivered guy wouldn’t even lift his eyes off his phone to acknowledge us. Won’t be baxk

If I could give them zero stars I would but I can't. Don't order from them at all. Can't get orders right. Blame you for something that is their fault. And won't fix it for you. Even offered to pay money to get it fixed but no. Now I have a disappointed child on their birthday. And a pathetic excuse for a company

In the culinary wasteland that is Antrim, it takes some real effort to stand out as particularly bad. Pizza Time absolutely crushed it. Literally the most disgusting chicken kebab I've ever had. What seemed like plain pieces of chicken breast, slathered in a greasy vinegary chilli sauce and served in what appeared to be a plain, untoasted pitta. Wow it was was disgusting. Food is nice but undoubtedly the WORST service of any take away in Antrim. It takes a minimum of 150 phone calls to get your order through as the staff regularly lift the phone off the receiver, leave it lying for several minutes before hanging up without speaking a word to you. This is all despite the fact there is a minimum of 6 staff members on at any given time (as far as I’ve seen) and when you go to order in person, at least half are walking around doing nothing. The staff also don’t update numbering system outside the front of the shop, last time I waited 40 minutes outside the shop (middle of winter) as my number didn’t appear (I had already waited 30 minutes to come down to the shop as I had been told to). When I went in to check why it was taking so long, the order had been sitting ready for ages but no one bothered to go out with it. Think the staff could do with a lot more training as they are running this business’ reputation into the ground.

Try to ring to order pizza/kebab, no chance can't get through. Obviously leave phone off the hook. People always don't want to order online or go down.

Pizza time is by far the best in the town for pizzas. Garlic bread supreme is also great. Shop is always busy and staff inside are never rude, never had any problems with delivery either.

Can’t beat the taste of a fresh pizza out of here, staff always friendly, and helpful. Highly Recommended

Pizza Very cheap for a reason. The entire pizza’s mozzarella was burned and the dough rubbery and tasteless . Waited an over an hour for a very underwhelming pizza. Recommend an oven pizza for a 1/5 of the price with the taste being equivalent.

Best pizza about town. Anytime I'm up this way visiting friends I insist on going here. Sometimes I get two and take one home lol. Online delivery ordering is so simple and food always piping hot and on time. Keel up the good work guys

I ordered online for collection & was updated by email on my order's progression. It was almost ready when I called in for it. It was very tasty and with plenty of toppings and nothing over cooked even the potato wedges.

Great Pizzas and Kebabs not expensive and very clean

When I got home to eat my food I noticed there were only a few pieces of meat in my kebab, nearly a full tomato and about 2 onions worth of diced onions and a drip of sauce in the corner of the kebab. When addressing the staff about this I was spoken to very rudely and told I would be barred. Would not recommend and will not be back again.

First time getting out of this place and I have to say I will not be getting out of it again. Food arrived cold, half of the order was missing and the chicken in the kebab looked like sandwich chicken pieces while the donar kebab looked like slop. Low quality of food do not reccomend!

Really disappointed, 1:20 min for Delivery so was cold and soggy, forgot dip as well Had wrong address on box. Needs a new name Pizza back in time

Brilliant weekday deal with 2 large pizzas for £13. Nowhere in Antrim matches that price. On top of that the quality is great. They also do a tasty kebab chip if that's your thing.

First timer and pizza was very tasty so will be back. Good to have a decent pizza place in the town.

I eat here regularly & can categorically say I haven’t tasted better pizza anywhere on the planet 🌍. The pizza bases are packed with flavour & the fresh ingredients make it a taste extravaganza. If you taste better pizza anywhere else I wouldn’t believe it! Great value for money too!

Gone way down hill, would never order a pizza again they've let me down too many times delivering raw uncooked pizza consistently for the past few months. even when I ask them too cook it more it usually ends up worse somehow?? They use to make nice Pizzas now they barley even cook it. Kebabs are terrible, garlic bread is often stale and a few days old and the burgers aren't nice either

I've eaten pizza all over Europe & Pizza Time still make the best pizza compared to anywhere else! Favourite pizza is the Large Roma - always cooked to perfection & they do a great offer for 2 pizzas during the week! Try it & I guarantee you'll be disappointed when you eat pizza anywhere else! 10 outa 10.

This is a great pizza shop. Good value, especially the weekly offer of large pizza with 3 toppings for £7. You can see your pizza being cooked and all ingredients appear fresh. Staff helpful and friendly.

Simply the best pizza I have ever eaten! Was in Paris last year & ate in supposedly the best pizzerias in Europe! It was baked in a traditional wood burning pizza oven - lovely but not as good as the Pizza Time pizzas! Pizza Time, Antrim - 10 outa 10!!!!

Called here for 1st time and have to say well impressed by service and quality Was a lovely pizza and kids thought it best pizza ever and can't wait to go back for another also it was very clean where food is prepped and cooked

By far this is the best pizza in the town!!! This is our number one place to eat, kebabs, pizza, burgers, wedges all delicious!!!! Wasn't keen in pulled pork, bit fatty! Only one thing for improvement, staff need to pay better attention on orders, we have had a few incorrect! Management always keen to sort issues! Thanks pizza time :)

Just stopped in on my way down the town, I had only ever been once before, years ago, when they began testing the pulled pork bap, I remember the guy in there let me try a bit free! How nice. I opted for a chicken kebab, I didn't wait too long, and it was pretty good, but they put the chicken in first, I don't understand this, my first bite was a mouthful of lettuce! put the salad at the bottom please :) The pizza seems very reasonably priced, which is more than I can say for the chicken kebab, if it didn't cost so much I'd be getting it more often. Once again the the woman on the till was very pleasant, which leaves me looking forward to my next visit. (I'll be in for a pizza next time.. I've heard there tasty!) overall the place was clean, staff were nice, service was pretty quick and my food was tasty.
