Awful ,one of the worst pizzas ever.didnt know it only had 1 hygiene star never going back,and the chips where hard

good selection of pizzas served by pleasant staff. possible to pre order so cut down on waiting, parking can be crowded

After ordering food here a couple of weeks ago we cannot keep away the mixed kebab is always spot on and my fussy husband says the burgers are 10/10. The food is always piping hot on delivery and all the food is fresh, the salad is lovely from too. Hard to believe the other reviews!

Amazing customer service, ordered 6 pizzas and they gave a massive deal. Called me when the food was ready to collect which made life so much easier, especially when you’ve got a big event on. They even brought the food to my car with me; as there was lots of food. Massive thanks to pizza rapido and the team

Food was meh. Would advise against the streak kebab as its has very little steak and what is there, is mostly bits of fat or gristle.

Food was on time and fresh as well. Their management or owner might be changed and may be that’s why it improved and tastes better🤍

Awful food pitta bread is stale plans out of date chips greesy and over cooked chicken not cooked loads of sh**won’t be ordering ever again and it’s the first time ordering too never ever again

Absolutely terrible service, ordered food online for collection, paid for it then once payment went through they told me i couldnt collect until the next day! Food is always stale and hard and always finding hair im my food! Also always makes me and my family sick the next day! Definitely advise to STAY AWAY from this shop, dianas fish bar in wandsworth is much better!

We ordered from here at 4.30pm on a Friday for delivery. At 17.50 I called the takeaway and offered to collect. I was told it was out for delivery. At 18.30 I called back as I hadn't received it. I was told they would call back when they spoke to the driver. No call back. I called and cancelled my order as it would be too cold. I was told I would be refunded electronically. Over a week later and no refund. I Think I was just told I'd be refunded to stop me calling. Its not appropriate when people are spending their hard earned money.

We thought we’d give kebab world another try as we hadn’t used them for a long time. I now remember why we stopped. Ordered for delivery and once again there was food missing. Called and was told they would send the missing food but no show. Called back to get a refund for the missing items and was told they would bring the money back. Surprise another no show. Dreadful service.

I used to order from here all the time then got a few bad experiences so haven’t used for a long time. Last night thought we would try again I ordered a chicken kebab and left a message saying g I wanted it in pitta instead Of a nan bread. I couldn’t believe when it arrived thought it felt light the chicken or lack of chicken what was in it. That’s it with them NEVER AGAIN

Chips were under cooked and tasteless. The cod I couldn't even cut into and had to rip a piece off. Wish I hadn't bothered as it was like chewing cardboard. Ended up throwing it away - what a waste of hard earned money.
