I received my pizza on time, and the staff was respectful and polite

Really thin pizza with barely any cheese. Really rude and dishonest staff, offered a "free pizza" on my next visit yet I was charged for the free pizza?! I usually love domino's pizzas because they are consistent all over the UK and you know what you are getting but WHAT ON EARTH is going on in prestatyn.

Pizza dripping in tomato sauce. Rang up my order.asked for plenty of cheese as last pizza was so dry, so they decide to coat this dripping in tomato sauce!, and still can't put cheese over pizza. And told me if i asked next time they would try again.so they wouldn't resolve issue so this review going on!Everyone should know how bad customer service is with this store

Ordered 2 cheeseburger pizzas, only 1 had the burger sauce on! Better quality control needed! Also first time trying the new fries, not impressed to be honest found them pretty tasteless and as usual with dominos sides are on the small side.

Watched the staff make pizzas handling the toppings with no gloves on. Absolute zero food hygiene.

Really enjoyed our pizzas. Great experience, love the app to order. It means you can order before you leave home and it will be ready when you get to the store.

Disgusting. Arrived cold. Looked like it had been thrown together. Was offered free pizza next time... wish I hadn't re-ordered just as bad!!! Avoid.

Ordered my pizza 2 hours ago, still not here. Explained to the driver where we are 3 times, offered to collect it from where he was, still no pizza. Order currently being made again. They have delivered to me numerous times, won’t be using again. Try and support local businesses but draw the line at this shoddy service

Stupidly expensive £25 for a larger pizza are you having a laugh. I got 2 kebabs 1 large and 1 small 2 chips and a pizza for £17 from the kebab house across the road. Won't be going back there again

We were looking for a pizza around 12 in Prestatyn and Domino's was in walking distance. We were served by a brilliant guy who helped us choose a great veggie option. Great pizza and super quick service. Can't fault them.

Why would anyone order from here ? Over 20 quid for a large pizza that's not even 14 inch. Absolute rip off and not even good quality ingredients.

First time I've used it I'm not a 🍕 fan thought we would try it as at the moment were havin a kitchen fitted, wasn't disappointed crust was lovely nice and hot.will use again

Ordered 3 large pizzas for collection because I live 25 minutes away so out of area for delivery got home to discover every pizza was over cooked and bone dry , totally inedible. So spent £47 on 3 pizzas that we couldn’t eat. I complained and got offered one pizza in return !! Because 1 pizza between 5 people apparently is enough not to mention the cost of the previous awful 3 pizzas I’d paid for ! Still awaiting a response on my answer to the rubbish offer ! Waste of time and giving dominos a very bad name. Go somewhere else the management is terrible and the food is worse

I ordered a 2x pizza and spend had half a night with Diarrhea so my husband. It's a second time from this domons !!!

Ok so I gave it a chance for the third time and unfortunately for some reason I can't eat food from there.... I've had Domino's in the past and I can eat other fast food as well without any problems but then I had Domino's yesterday I had again a bad stomach pain.... Never again..... God knows how old it is or what's inside...

Asked for a medium pizza dinner time special and got a large BONUS 😋

Rubbish. Waited 25 mins when not busy only to find out they'd got our order completely wrong.

Worst Dominos outlet I have ever been to. I’ve preferred twice from here and both times the pizzas have been little more than overpriced dry cooked dough. Hardly any tomato sauce and what can be only described as a pinch of cheese on both pizzas. The manager was useless in dealing with the complaint saying that these were standard portions. I have been to Dominos outlets up and down the country and they actually put cheese on the pizza. This Prestatyn branch is putting pure profit before it’s customers. I’m surprised any of the locals return to this place.

Absolutely disgusted in the attitude of the manager and not only to find at least 10 hairs on my food and didn’t even get a apology from the store manager I asked for a refund and got told he would email the area manager And I would find out by tomorrow and not even guaranteed that I would get a refund. You can clearly see the hairs in the photos without the ones I most likely ingested if I could give it a 0 star I would, feel physically sick .

Just experienced incredible service from Domino's Prestatyn: my son and his gf ordered 2 large pizzas tonight paying extra for some additional toppings, one of which was missed off their order. A lovely driver has just arrived at our house with a whole new pizza for them!! Being teens they're not gonna remember to leave a thank you review, let's be honest, so I'm doing it for them while they eat - well done Dominos, mistakes happen but it's how you deal with them that counts and this counts as 5 star problem-solving in our book 👍🏻🙏🏻🍕 (Oh, and the pizza is DEEEEEELICIOUS 😆😋!!)

I am usually satisfied with the pizzas from Dominoes but tonight it has been terrible. The pizza was as thin as a cracker and also very overdone and crunchy. hardly any cheese or toppings and covered with dry tomato sauce instead. I usually am not a fussy easter at all and consider myself a bit of a dust bin but this pizza was not enjoyable. Considering the cost of this pizza (£20) I would expect it to be of a much higher standard

Just had a delivery by far the best quickest most polite service I've had in a long time .

We were in the area due to family illness, and need to get a quick bite to eat. Staff a little slow in coming to the counter, but was friendly when he got there. Ordered a special offer of a medium single topped pepperoni pizza with potato wedges side for £7.98, which was a good deal, not available in our area. Food was hot and fresh, and service was pleasant too. They were adhering fully to Welsh Covid guidelines, which was pleasing to see.

I have just had a conversation with Paul at your prestatyn branch, and his customer service is nothing short of perfect. I called in as I had made a mistake on my order, and this was dealt with in an extremely nice manner, despite my mess up. 5 star!

Called here to try them out, the staff were very friendly and nice listened to what we wanted followed covid-19 restrictions very well clean place came home with a great deal deffently going to be using again

Domino's Pizza tastes like cheap Tesco's Pizza if I'm honest, but that's down to the franchise and not the staff. Staff are friendly and quick to help, Prices are a little high for the quality of food though.

Prestatyn dominos was very good with their service also the food was fast to make. GREAT PLACE must go !!!

Had delivery from here last month and it was lovely ! Hot food, exactly what we ordered bad the delivery guy was mega friendly !!!

Best Goat cheese/spinach pizza ever.

I went last night and got the family pizzas I had a veggie supreme which was very nice but could of had a few more veggies on it, we also got an ham pineapple and mushroom pizza there were plenty of of filling on that one and because we went to the shop ourselves we got the buy one get one free. The shop is very clean and tidy the staff are very friendly you can get in with a wheelchair there is enough space. Very nice pizzas the wedges and chicken strips are good to, if you go online you can get some good offers but go yourself and get the bogof.

Placing the order was simple and quick, as stated, it was read in around 10 minutes but, when I got home, we paid for extra toppings which of, chicken was one, extremely disappointed to get only 2 pieces of chicken and the pizza tasted overly salty, not what I expected from Domino's !!

Ordered a delivery from the store tonight like I do every week never had a problem with them only tonight they had a major issue delivering to my door!! I said to the driver just send it back then and I’ll get a refund. I called the store for the manager to tell me whether I received the food or not I would not get a refund!! He was completely rude and patronising and I cannot understand how someone like him has a managers position! He did nothing to help on top of this when I eventually received my food there were items missing and the pizza wasn’t even cut! The managers apology was we will sort it next time!!! Unbelievable! Shocking customer service and rude staff will never order again!!! For the money you pay you would expect great customer service! Real let down for the company!!!

Great tasting food, easy online ordering, alway ready on time when collecting. Keep an eye out for the discounts.
