Simply Food in Denbighshire

This was my 1st visit and order over website and it was very good, the food portion sizes are amazing and it was all delicious, the staff were very friendly and checked over the order before handing it to me so I was very happy to know I had everything (knowing this seems to be issues in the reviews) the food was hot, fresh and I will be ordering again...thanks for a lovely meal...see you again soon.

Had a lovely chicken burger from here it was absolutely delicious! The bubble ninjas are also exceptional too!! 🥷 would highly recommend strawberry syrup strawberry boba 🧋

My Nana's just got chips curry and sausage and the chips were as stale as a crisp and every chip was dried and hard and my Nana's 60 and she's tasted way better chips than that they were the worst I recommend not going there ever again it's horrible

We just had our fish and chips for the first time. Wow these chips no greasy finally found a good spot. And that fish tastes fresh and crispy. We will be back for more. What a great spot. 5 stars from us 😊

Had fish and chips from there Friday night and they were excellent on Saturday night called there on my way home for a bag of chips and gravy at about 7.30 what a difference they ended up in the bin I do not know how long they had been sat in the hot tray but they were hard as nails the frier said fresh chips would be 5 mins but the server said they were OK which they weren't if this is what they are serving I will not be going back

Had a Bubble Tea and food, it was amazing!

Extremely disappointed! Had a delivery 2 nights ago and all the food was cold, chips were awful and extremely dry so neither of us could eat them! I really do not understand how the food could be so cold as I literally live a 2 minute walk from the place!

We've just had fish, chips & pizza from here. Only one word can sum it up, WOW. It was the crispiest, tastist fish not greasy and a great size. Chips were tasty & not many bits of chip in the portion. Now, the pizza, outstanding. Worth every penny. Thank you guys we will be using you guys again very soon

Awful delivery service tonight , order for over £33 , ordered at 545pm and didn’t arrive till 735pm , food was cold !! Rang twice and was told they were busy and the driver had left at 7pm with our order , when he arrived he said he’d only been sent 5 minutes before so stories don’t add up . No apologies awful service. Bring back the previous owner ! Plenty of other fast food places in Rhyl that deliver and offer much better service. Don’t waste your money

Ordered 2 chicken cheese burgers but received 2 beef burgers that were lukewarm. Also fish and chips that were also lukewarm and tasteless. Didn't eat it all. Cost £24.05. Called back in so they could rectify my complaint the day after, but was given attitude by the manager and given 2 lukewarm chicken burgers! Please avoid this place there are far better takeaways in the area with hot food and good customer service! My complaint was Not rectified.

The picture of the fish and chips at Simple Rhyl in the Daily Post looks as though the fish and chips are undercooked, as bad as the ones in Denbigh. Ugh.

Chips were bland and the puddings a dry as hell but the curry was lovely

Only had 2 fish first time I have been fish were very nice staff very pleasant

Very good over 60's deals for my grandparents for the odd meal and very friendly.

Lovely cod chips and mushy peas, and no skin on the cod (I know it's important to some)
