Had a takeaway tonight, not used before, and encountered a long hair in salad, all got thrown in bin, wont be using again

They put prices up again and don't have any menus so u can see prices so no good when u want delivery

I've had the hot and spicy pizza from here and it's nice but the delivery took over 2 hours.

This is the second time we have ordered a delivery & the second time we have kept getting fobbed off. First say one hour wait, yep no problem. Give them a call, it will be with you in 20 minutes, still no show, ring again, it shall be another 20minutes, you receive a text saying it’s out for delivery, 20 minutes, still no show. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Never ordering from here again unfortunately.

Same as other reviews. Can't deliver anywhere near the time. And that's giving it a 70 minute delivery slot. Cancelled in the end. Should have tried somewhere else.

Getting worse for delivery times and the food tonight wasn’t the best, Garlic bread tasted strange and was about as thick as a £1 coin and only 50% of the chips were edible due to them being hard and hollow! This was one of the best places locally but quality and delivery is slipping!

Ordered at 6pm, got told 40mins for delivery but didn’t come until 7:45pm, food was cold, ordered 2 mixed kebabs and they came wrong with the wrong sauce etc, meat is tough and chewy. For £27 on 2 kebabs and a bottle of coke is not worth it at all. Don’t recommend

When ordered, app said I'd have to wait 40 minutes... after 2 phone calls and 1 angry phone call, I received my food after nearly 2 and a half hours. Taste wise it was average.. for the price it wasn't good and wasn't bad....

The food is nice but the delivery service is shocking.

Sat and had a coffee and a cob whilst having my car washed. Staff very friendly and cob was lovely, salad all nice and fresh nice ham, would pass by again if in the area 😊

Waited over 2 hours for food. We rang up 4 times and was told 3 times it would only be 20 minutes. 4th time we called to just cancel the order and get a refund and we were told the driver had left 5 minutes ago. The place is only a few minutes drive away but still had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. And when it arrived, there were items missing! Rang up once more to just ask for the missing items refunded and that was another whole separate palava. The food was alright, but at the point of eating it was just too greasy and settled in my stomach wrong.at least it was still warm.

Took an hour and a half to deliver and the pizza tasted really bad. Shame because the last pizza I had from here was nice. Hope they improve in the future.

First time ordered through JustEat . Food was early and hot and tasty. Very impressed will definitely order again.

1st experience - pizza arrived with onions on it that we didn't order, we phoned them and was told they will make us a new one but we have to fetch it. Delivery is £2, it wasn't our fault the order was wrong. 2nd experience - was told food would be delivered in 1hr but after 1hr 20 mins, we phoned and was told they were about to start cooking it and we'll have it in 20 minutes. We waited 1hr 50 minutes for our food. Food was bland and couldn't taste chicken at all. We will not be ordering from here again and you shouldn't either.

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger sent a chicken burger but would not send me right order out after i phoned and the chicken burger was horrible avoid this place

Absolutely shocking, ordered through just eat , order incorrect sent a replacement burger that was dripping in that much oil the bun was soggy never ordering from here again second time this has happened!!

This place used to be great but has gone downhill drastically. We ordered £40 worth of lamb shish kebab last night and the quality of meat wasnt fit for a stray dog. It was like gristle. Not only one kebab but all 3 of them. All the meat was like that. Poor quality. And we'd gone to collect it because if you order delivery you'll be waiting about 2 hours. Best avoided I'm afraid.

Phone service is terrible guy needs too learn how too speak too customers with respect.&as for the food asked for chips cheese garlic mayo and salad yet wouldn't put salad on it made us order separate not the fact of not being able to do it its just so they can charge more wont ever go there again. Not the fact of salad just because you speak to people like dirt on your shoe.

We got given the wrong pizza, their mistake, when returned they picked the wrong item off, re cooked it and gave it us back....do not use! Also wasn’t wearing a mask whilst serving.

Ended up waiting over 2hours for food. Ordered at 6.05 finally arrived at 8.40. meant I had 2 kids screaming because they was hungry. And at 2 year old my littles ones don't understand! Ended up feeding them something in so the meals I ordered then was wasted. Food it's self was nice just an awful service!

after waiting to over 30mins past the estimated time i rang only to be told it would be a further 30mins taking the total wait time to over 2.5 hours and over 1 hour after i was told it would arrive. needless to say i cancelled the order and wont be ordering from there again

Two and a half hour wait for food Delivery

Absolutely awful service - took 1 1/2 hours to deliver to the next village - bland brake brothers scampi (frozen certainly not fresh and tasty) so over priced and the chips were rubbish. Skegvegas quality - would never use them again !!! Won’t allow me to post without a star so take it as no stars ....

Pizzas are really quite nice (Deep Pan) my missus quite like her thin crust one as well. Kebabs are okay, chicken one was great, large portion. Turns out I'm just not a Kebab chap.

Ordered a chicken kebab, it was tasty but I'd prefer more heat on the meat so I'll be ordering some sauce on my next kebab. The nann was really tasty and fresh. A little surprised it was more expensive than in used to as moved from a city, but it's really competitive with local prices and I'll be back. I'll try the pizza next, now if you ace that I'll be s customer for life!

Ordered a family meal 3 on the 3/7/2020 and my 15" pizza arrived with the box caved in and 3/4 of the toppings stuck to the box. I phoned the fresh and tasty and they said I could have another pizza if I went in on another day been as they said the couldn't send another after my 1 hour and 45 minute wait. 0/10 I will never order again I would not recommend this "fast food" restaurant again.

Absolutely terrible service placed order in shop stood waiting 35 minutes whilst they just focussed on phone orders. Never go back with service like that completely forgot about me until I asked how long my food would be. No organisation chaos with the staff.

me and my friends come every week. yesterday it was 2 of us rather than 5. the younger man behind the counter started off by popping a balloon in my friends face. he demanded we ate all of the food even when we refused. we didn’t finish because after ordering cheesy chips, we found mould on the cheese. terrifying experience, we are 15 year old children and it was an uncomfortable experience that was supposed to be a laid back outing with friends.

Out of all the options in the village for pizza, this place is the better choice. Had more positive meals than meals I’d not enjoyed. Prices are reasonable too! Nothing negative to say

For years I've been eating from fresh and tasty today I was horrified by what I saw. While waiting for some cheesy chips I saw the Cook handle raw bacon and a raw burger.he then reached over and grabbed a handful of cheese for my chips,no gloves or utensils were used.im a vegetarian and so traumatized by this. Plus the cross contamination of uncooked meat.i will never ever go back.

Not kidding, I'm basically a connoisseur. Having worked years of police shifts in Nottingham City I know my takeaway and kebabs. And Fresh and Tasty is the best lamb and Chicken shish I know. Really good, reasonably priced, with long opening hours. My go-to for kebab in the area.

Have been an irregular visitor for many years, ifrts class breakfast baps and a wide range of sanwiches and pizza' s and other fast food- Food is prepared/ cooked to order so the name is 100% accurate

Never had my pizza delivered, we've always dropped in. The service is second to none. Very friendly staff and pizza is a 10-15minute wait...and it's well worth the wait. Fresh and tasty!

Just went in for some food and they were very rude, saying "We closed now!" With an open door, looking like they were still sti open, very unhappy with the sudden rudeness.

Extremely unhappy with the customer service placing the order over the phone, very rude, interrupting me as I was giving the order and delivery details. I got a call around 45 minutes after the order was placed asking to confirm address was advised my order had "just gone in the oven" which was really frustrating! After a further 30 minutes I got yet another call saying the driver was at my address to which the driver was at the bottom of a flight of stairs I assume he didn't fancy climbing to come to the door. After finally getting the food we weren't impressed with the quality of the food (mainly the awful cheese that's used which is almost like chewing rubber) all in all very bad experience and wouldn't eat here again unfortunately

Polite, friendly, quick service, good value for money

Food is ok ,kebas always cold.Pizza better. The problem is the service and wait time. Over 4 hours waiting for delivery. Waited in store for 1 hour on 3 kebabs. Got home found they had given us pitas instead of nan too. Said they would sort it out next time but im not going back with service like that.

Went to pick food up from the shop. Took an hour to cook, when we got it home it had the nan bread was missing.

In the past we used to buy from F&T but find it too greasy nowadays. Royal Pizza in Blidworth will deliver to Rainworth and even though it's travelling further the product is better. If it's a Wednesday then get a pizza from the Zanzerros van at the town hall. You will not regret that choice!

Absolutely shocking and disgusting food made me and my wife both extremely unwell, the quality of the food was of very low standard not cooked properly, and cold when arrived we ate as we were very hungry didn't finish it as it was that bad then spent the rest of the evening left hungry and then feeling like we wanted to vomit, with stomach cramps, sweating were was so unwell, I would not buy again from here, use at you own risk to your life and health, completely disgusting what there selling!!!!!!!

Ordered a chicken kebab and it's never been it was pieces of chicken and it was swimming in grease to which I rang to tell them and after debating with me for 5 mins said they would bring another over an hour later still no food so rang again I was told they would ring back which they didn't so rang again got a load of mouth saying I better not if eat any of it and he would count the bits as he knew there was 12 so not even proper kebab , I got a new one at 10.10 we originally offered at 7.39

Wanted to order through Just Eat but website down. Ordered kebabs and scampi by phone. Kebabs lovely as ever but scampi was reformed and not the usual high quality we have had in the past. Will not be ordering again, game to have spoilt what was excellent in the recent past.

We have used this takeaway for years, friendly staff and good food at very reasonable prices. The pizza collection deals are very good value.

Usually efficient and tasty pizza, however we ordered pizzas for delivery online this evening and it is already an hour late-make sure you phone them if you order online as they told us half an hour ago that it would arrive in 10 minutes!! Not good at all especially because we have a baby and need an early night because we will be up in the night for a feed and early in the morning

recently ordered two pizzas, fries and chicken portions online from fresh n tasty. have found it easier to order online, pay up front online and just take delivery! being partially deaf, the conversation over the phone is awkward!! food is lovely, tasty as the name suggests!! price has increased slightly and no free delivery anymore yet i still purchase every now and then. its a good meal when your too lazy to cook!

Always buy pizza from here as its good and is a cheaper alternative to dominos or Pizza Hut. Always collect and it's always ready and waiting within 15 minutes, staff are friendly and never had a problem with hygiene

There was a good choice of breakfast items available and at a reasonable cost. The orders were done quickly and correctly with a smile from the server.

tried the pizza few nights ago and could not fault it for a takeaway ordered it picked up the time they said and it was done within minutes of walking through door and very tasty indeed, seen the shish kebab pure chicken breast meat with salad choice of sauces nam or pitta bread so had that next night it was gorgeous will be back for more and the place is very clean and tidy great staff always a smile off the lady on the till

Never again the meat on the pizzai's is not real so fake I would suggest next door at the chippy if you want a decent one.

I adore the garlic and cheese pizza! When I want a break from fitness and really don't want to cook this hits the marks!! Not expensive and value for money!

Overpriced for what it is that you actually get.Curly fries were absolutely wonderful, lady taking the order was nice and cheerful.The kebab meat however was absolutely rancid; don't get me wrong you don't expect top quality cuts of meat but the serving on offer here was dry, cold and inedible. Disappointing.

We have had several recent bad experiences of Fresh and Tasty.1) I genuinely thought I had paid by card for the delivery of an order. My husband agreed to pay cash and went to get the money. Because he is disabled he is a little slower than most people (following a chemotherapy treatment, I could hardly move at all). The delivery man verbally abused my husband and 8 year old grandaughter then stormed off, taking our order with him.2) Pizza was stone cold.3) Having ordered a 15" pizza with double pepperoni, we found only 3 pieces.We would starve rather than order from them again.

Upon being new to the area i visited "fresh and tasty", i really shouldn't of bothered, £7.50 for a 12" cheese and tomato pizza and that was there deal if collected only........royal pizza that i have found since charge £5.50 and that isn't a "offer" either. As for the actual food it was tasteless and barely cooked, 100% will never return to this over priced establishment

Fantasic food ,friendly staff ,always clean, when we fancy a takeaway we often order from here, the pizzas are brilliant, everything is always cooked to perfection

allways had good food one time they got the order wrong but withing 10 minuites the fresh food was here all round good experince defently recomend them !

we first arrived at fresh and tasty at 1pm as were fancied a pizza but were informed they only served pizza after 2pm! Not to be put off we returned later in the evening and purchased 2 pizzas. They were very tasty and good value for money.
