We were in the area viewing houses and searched for food places near by. I am so happy we did not pass off Antonio’s as the picture on Google does not give it justice at all! Absolutely banging food! We all had mixed kebab and was pleasantly surprised how tasty the food was. The lovely lady serving was also a delight serving more than decent potions. It definitely hit the spot, thank you!

I really enjoyed my lunch for the last few days at this great local Takeaway and Delivery Chippy. I tried the vegan chicken and mushroom pie alongside the original and found them both delicious and the meat substitute was easy to eat and a great substitute in order to reduce my meat and fish intake for a treat and more healthier lifestyle. The Specials consisting of 3 main items in a box is a real affordable way to treat yourself and I find them really filling whether it is pie, fish, kebab meat or sausages. The Management and staff are always welcoming and it feels good to keep our local businesses running during these unsettling times.

Friendly staff, we use often and even when we have a small issue like a miss understanding on delivery, it’s sorted in a friendly and professional manner, which is appreciated, hence 5 stars! Manager even went out his way to deliver personally to our home. What more can you ask and the food is great!

Enjoyed the chunky well cooked chips crispy battered fish and the lovely freshly made mushy peas and curry sauce. The staff are very welcoming and the place is Immaculate with seats outside and in for the good weather. The best chippie all around.

My wife and I enjoyed Fish chips and mushy peas from our local chippie which has a large choice to suit all budgets and the staff are very friendly and chatty. Great job, keep up the great consistency.

Great local chippy, plenty on the menu, reasonably priced and very clean. Free delivery within two miles. The food always tastes freshly cooked, would go again.

Enjoyed 2 great dishes as a takeaway from this great takeaway which more than made up for cooking myself. I Recommend Crispy battered fish and chips and the lamb kebab. Very good portion size and gorgeous tasting, along with good prices.I find that the food is grease free but maximum in taste.

Really large portions with masses of rock hard chips. Fish was very plain and rubbery. Staff are nice but won't be rushing back soon.

Después de exaltar Antonios hemos encontrado que en los últimos tiempos hemos tenido comida desde aquí ha dejado realmente al lugar. Lo que solía ser muy caliente, patatas fritas crujientes ahora es pasada y llena de grasa. El pescado no tiene sabor y no es el pescado de escamas macizos que solía tener. No sé qué ha pasado, pero lo usaremos en Edwinstowe Robin Hood como a partir de ahora. Qué pena.

After a year or so, since having a couple of disappointing takeaways, quality and quantity I decided to give antonio's another try. Excellent food, large portions will definitely use again.

My son puts in an order every Friday for himself and my husband,my husband compliments it every week,in fact they both do,I used to before my diet.

Todavía no es el mejor pescado y patatas fritas que he estado, pero ha mejorado desde la última vez. Espera mientras la comida estaba preparado a pedido. Cómo debería ser. Generosas porciones. Buscaría cambiar cualquier grasa/aceite que usamos, el olor no es lo que usted esperaría de olor a pescado y patatas fritas.

been using this chippy for a few years now, and cannot fault it! being in the building trade for years i have tried more than my fair share of chippy around the country and this one is definitely in the top 10%

Después de oír que el "fish and chips" había cambiado de manos recientemente pensamos en darle una oportunidad, ya que dejé de usarla bajo los anteriores dueños, y estamos tan contentos que hicimos! Los nuevos propietarios y el personal son siempre más que amable y la única vez que nuestros niños no han recibido un lolly es cuando la tienda ha sido locura - lo cual es comprensible. Utilizamos para usar la pizzería de al lado antes de chippy tenía nuevos propietarios, pero no hay ya un pie en ahora. La comida en Antonios ha mejorado enormemente, todo lo que hemos tenido ha sido hecha a la orden y a los niños las comidas son mucho más baratas aquí que la pizzería, con calidad superior. Sigan con el buen trabajo - es muy apreciado!

Antonio's fish bar has just changed hands and we've been pleasantly surprised that the quality has improved, there are offers that have been implemented - but the biggest change is fresh, hot chips!!

We have ordered from here many of times and never had a problem.The pizzas are amazingFriendly staffIt's nice to have a great take away in the village.Highly recommend

Lovely fish and chips this is our local chippy but they do serve lovely food and staff are very friendly ,the kids even get a free lollipop while you are waiting

all the staff at antonios are great but the boss isnt so good coz the food taste like cat food and its cooked in skegnesss dounuts batter

Been here a few times as wanted something quick, only once have I had fish cooked to order, all other times it is dry and quite unedible. May be unfair to single out this particular takeaway as this seems to be the norm for fish and chips in Britain from what I have experienced. The smell is something else, instead of a chip and batter smell, it can only be described as something like dirty dishwater, something to do with cooking in beef dripping I presume.

Having recently moved to the area we found Antonio's Fish Bar an absolute gem of a chip shop... Until this week. Bought fish and chips at the beginning of the week and it certainly wasn't to the usual high standard. Bought takeaway again today and it was terrible, mine went in the bin after just three mouthfuls. Sorry no more business from me :(

Local, great service, good portions, fresh and cooked to perfection. In all, fish and chips as they should be.

The food is always good and the staff are excellent. If there is something you are not happy with they really want to know. I feel that they really care you enjoy your food, They give great service and will even suggest something for your to try .They get to know you as a person and your tastes without being pushy. Love the fish and chips from Antonios. We recently moved to the area. Even better is that they deliver fish and chips. What more could you ask for. Fish and chips delivered to your door. Great food with great service.

Generally this is a very good chip shop with a very varied menu and very convenient to the surrounding villages.

Popped in for food and not prepared by the portion sizes! They were huge! Between us had cod, chips, sausages and pizzas and all great. Will come back when in area.

This is not your average Fish and Chip shop. They serve kebabs, pizzas and burgers as well. Excellent friendly staff, with fresh cooked fish. Good portion sizes. My only criticisms are mushy peas with too much water and not enough pea. Apart from that, I like my chips crispier but that is a regional thing I think.
