Top service and food quality was great

Pizza's as usual excellent but they have started doing a side called chicken combo. It is supposed to feed four and is £10.99. This side is a waste of money. It is certainly not a starter for four. You would be better buying two normal sides. Disappointed.

0 stars if was possible. A pizza for £20 should not be soaking wet at the base, cold and with hardly any toppings on. Food ingredients tasted old. Also, there was no cheese in the stuffed crust. We was extremely disappointed and unhappy with papa John's pizzas. £50 quid down the drain as I ordered 2 pizzas.

We paid £23 for a pizza that came absolutely flat cold, tried calling the pizza place NO ANSWER. I will definitely never ever order from here ever again absolutely disgusting

Food was lovely but I won't order again as the delivery driver freaked me out. He delivered my food then came back because he said he needed a picture of my food. He tried to walk in my house to take a picture. Not good!!!

John's papa Pizza would be better

We have ordered twice from here whilst visiting relatives and both times have not been good. The first time, the food took over one hour to arrive then came cold and dried up. Having bought from P J's in his home town many times, my son took a chance in ordering again. It arrived quickly, but was nothing like the same quality he usually gets. The bread was thin and hard and nothing like what is advertised or what he usually gets (1st photo). I contacted the branch, head office and Fb pages with no reply. Terrible service all found, but I don't think this branch deserves ro be able to use the brand name.

Never had any issues that haven't been resolved efficiently. Very diligent service, luckily as I ordered the wrong pizza just now and the wife would have kicked my butt if they hadn't queried it. Yes I eat pizza with a knife and fork 😁

Ordered two pizzas on the 241 offer recently. It isn't my fault they offer 241 deals but I certainlt paid the price. When they arrived and Iopened them up it was obvious they had decided to fit the toppings over 2 pizzas. There was honestly more toppings on the top of the box than there was on the pizzas. The good news is if you are a vegetarian you'll be safe at Papa Johns. You'll find no meat or Cheese here.

Waited 12 working days for the pizza (got married in between) pizza was cold like the employees service and apparent motivational skills, wont be ordering from papas again. Shocking

Cold pizza, I called to the store. The person answering the phone told me the manager would call me within 10 minutes. I then got a call from an automated service called me an A$$ Hole. Wonder who sent that message.

Best pizza I’ve had from any PJS

Went to papa johns as we had 50% although hesitant due to bad reviews we thought we would give it a try. This was a mistake!! The tots were not cooked properly and instead of cheese on top it was underneath and was all stuck like it had been sat for a while. The pizza looked really uninviting and tasted even worse, it was doughy and again really thick hard cheese and it was really greasy. I’m really pleased I didn’t pay full price but I certainly won’t be returning even if it was 100% off!!!

My daughter made a telephone order for her daughter's birthday but it didn't arrive. When she phoned to ask why, they said they had not received the order. They were very unhelpful. My daughter explained that the money had been taken out on her account and wanted to go directly to the shop to show them the details but they declined.

I usually love Papa Johns but on this occasion was a little disappointed. The BOGOF offer isn’t as it first appears but we ended up with 2 extra large pizza’s delivered fir £22 with 3 toppings extra. Delivery on time but didn’t expect very small amount of toppings. Paying good money one expects a superior pizza that’s generously topped. Left us slightly disappointed and doubt we will order again from there.

Taste just like American Papa Johns but maybe even a bit better. Fast delivery, great food! Will order again for sure, it’s worth it for that familiar taste of home.

This is the second time having Papa John's from Crossgate and it was delicious on both occasions. I think I'll be ordering from there more often.

This place is beyond a joke, the customer service is beyond apauling. Ordered a pizza to be ignored without the decency of a response or even acknowledgement for more than 2 hours despite numerous phone calls. Got over charged and never even got a refund for the food that didn’t even turn . The place has stolen from me and not even acknowledged it, I would advise at all costs and go hungry instead of paying for food that you don’t receive.

Omg, these guys make the best pizzas and SAJ, our pizza is always good but tonight’s was absolutely amazing and I think it’s good to acknowledge good food and service. We have never had a bad pizza or experience, thank you so much, we will be back again and again xx

Absolute rip off. Spent £30 on an extra large pizza and 2 portions of wedges to feed the family and the pizza which arrived was not much bigger than a 12'' and the wedges were unseasoned and undercooked. The staff were unreasonable when I asked for a new pizza. We are ishall hungry and we had gone elsewhere and got double for our money.

Got moldy cheese on my kids pizza called the store and explained this to the man on the phone who didn't seem like it was a big thing even though I expressed my concerns about my kids eating a slice of the pizza each. He told me he was going to send a replacement pizza for me which didn't come. we waited till 10 for it then I tried calling but got no answer. Today is the 17th of march I called the store and got the same guy on the phone, I expressed the fact that I was disappointed at his failure to deliver the replacement pizza, and again he didn't seem to care. I asked for a refund and he offered to send me the pizza I ordered nearly 18 hours ago, which I'm sure you would agree is unacceptable. This was my first time ordering papa John's and I'm truly dissatisfied with the experience.

Best pizza on the planet, IMHO. Double cheese and pepperoni, unbeatable.

Nice pizza - not as good as there close rivals but ok for a bite to eat

Recently placed an order for collection. They missed one of the sides (Jalapeno bites) off the order, and the wedges were undercooked and frozen, but apparently the 'Legendary Papa Johns' Quality Guarantee' does not apply to sides, nor collection orders as the customer is supposed to check the so called quality of each individual wedge when they collect. Pizza was nice, but the service and sides were shocking.

Ordered at 19.30 online, as soon as payment taken, it said "your order will be ready in 15 mins". I drove to collect, got there at 19.50 and they were only just putting the toppings on my pizza. The ordered was finally ready at 20.15, the pizza was stood there 15 mins waiting for my sides to be cooked. The food was nice but this an hour I won't get back, no apology either, not happy

Love papa johns pizza. We normally get a deal on our pizzas such as 2 large pizzas for £20 they are always hot when they turn up and if there is any problems the store is happy to rectify them quickly. Top pizza and top store

Meal deal 2 medium pizza's, wedges, garlic bread and bottle of pepsi for £20, pizza was very tasty, we had a plain cheese and tomamto and "The works" pizza, fast delivery too, would definateley recommend

Although the staff are enthusiastic, the food doesn't reach the same level of enthusiasm. I don't know what they put on the pizza, but it just does not make the grade and the base can be a bit doughy. needs improvement

Their adverts are correct, better ingredients do make better pizza. You will never be disappointed with a pizza from here, it’s like being in Italy. The staff are always friendly and helpful as I sometimes find it hard to decide Highly recommend

Waited almost an hour to be sent the wrong pizza (1 medium instead of 3 XXLs) and no compensation offered.

Got the order wrong twice and the pizzas are horrible.

Pizza was burnt and not edible went in the bin, the worst thing was manager didn't care or try to resolve.

Tasty pizzas, some good pizza deals, fast delivery, earn papas rewards for free sides - our favourite was the giant chocolate chip cookie!

Order direct from the website for 50% off, although without the discount they are hideously expensive. The pizzas are really nice, not greasy and nice and fresh. We also had a chicken wing starter that was delicious. Delivery was fast and friendly. I would order from here again even though I'm not usually a fan of takeaway food.

Small place for take away or delivery pizza

Crap pizza, pepperoni thin as a rizla paper, wouldn't accept a voucher that they gave me that was still in date, just said we don't do that anymore, idiot's.

Just told cant deliver to an address 2 miles away. After being messed about for 59minutes. Dont waste ya time . Stick to dominos.
