Pizza Place in Leeds

Been ordering since the 90s set meat and always paid for Extra cheese on the garlic bread and tomatoe now they decided not to do it I did it today and no tomatoe rang up and the owner said that they don't do it no more as they loose money why does paying 1.20 on as your already buying the meal effect the sale. He said he don't make money but thing is he's getting money for the extra cheese. If your loosing money DONT SELL IT. he made another excuse that it's signs on his shop BUT NOT ON THE WEBSITE MENU. He was very abrasive on the phone. Disappointed and won't be ordering again from this place it's said as the driver is very friendly and don't mind ripping them. I'm not going to order because of the attitude and the rushing of me explaining. Seems he doesn't need my custom . The pizzas were nice I have even calculated the price and he makes just as much profit as buying it separate so I paid extra for nothing I feel betrayed and customer loyalty means nothing to this buissness.

Best pizza in Leeds by far!!! The cheesy chips had so much cheese and the pizza was covered in toppings. The delivery driver was so so lovely too. Credit to the chef staff and driver all 11/10 🩷⭐️

Recently started ordering from here. Not had a bad order yet. Really nice pizzas. Bit pricey when compared to competitors but really nice. Recommend! Will continue ordering from here no doubt.

Far to expensive for what little you get, won't shop here again, rip off,cheaper & better places around,portions are a lot smaller, would NOT recommend. Check others out first. £8.20 for small tray kebab meat & small box fries,robbery

I’m really unhappy with my order this time , the kebab meat was so hard and burnt it was inedible- the meat on the pizza was also burnt. so disappointed

Very disappointed with the food this evening the chips was over cooked and dry ,the cheese burger I ordered was asked for no salad but when received it had salad on which then put my partner off eating it because of the change in texture of the bread from the salad he dosent like the taste.the food was luke warm.

The pizza was actually pretty good.. after I’d put it in the oven for 15 mins @ 220. The chips also colder than my wife’s heart, they looked, smelt and tasted like they were made last week, brown and soggy. Very disappointed, daughter’s crying, nice 1 pizza place! 👍🏻 0 stars

We ordered a pizza for collection. Pizza was very thin for a normal base. It was bland and nothing like they used to be. We won't be ordering again.

We were little late on ordering but still got a pizza 🍕 an when it arrived.. never again shall we order from there it's not like it used to be many years ago, the pizza didn't exactly taste nice all I an my partner could taste was lots of spice, your suppose to taste the cheese an pepperoni not no spice an was so greasy an sloppy. Pizza 🍕 place as definitely gone down hill. Never again we won't order from there.

pizza is normally hot and tasty from here but this wasn't hot so it did spoil it and that's the reason I gave a lower stars than I normally would

Quantity over quality to be honest... its was just ok

Only part of the order was delivered. I ordered a meal deal and the portion of fries and the garlic bread with tomato were missed from the delivery. As such I paid more for the meal deal than the two items which were delivered cost individually. Very poor

Used Pizza Place for over a year and never been disappointed by the food. It’s always piping hot on delivery, either delivered on time or early and spot on with quality. Especially the meat in the kebabs. Will continue to use them

Pizza and fries came burnt and cold

The food has really gone down hill, first time I ordered was great maybe cos I was a first time customer, but iv ordered a few times now and ti's is the last time food was shocking. Tried contacting just eat but can't get hold of anybody.

This was tremendous. The pizza was hot and tasty, the calamari was delicious, and the chips looked and tasted like they were freshly made, unlike in some other places. I've been using Pizza Place for as long as I can remember, and the food is better than it's ever been.

We’ve been regular customers here since I was a kid, I’m now 32. And tonight was the LAST time we will ever get pizza place. Thin crust sent instead of normal crust on the pizza and it looks disgusting, and doesn’t taste much better. I’ve always raved about their pizzas but last few times they’ve been a true let down. Got half and half yet there’s 2 slices that is one half and the rest of the pizza is the other half. And it was burnt and an hour late, when calling the phone a man picked up and said “hello” I asked if it was pizza place (as he hadn’t said that) he said yes and said my order is on its way. Very rude.

Won't order chicken kebab again. Chicken was dry and Naan was hard. Pizza was nice.

Pizza was good, burger was a bit dry and overcooked. The can of Pepsi that was supposed to be with the burger as part of the meal didn’t arrive. A bit disappointing.

Everything was perfectly cooked, nice & hot, and delicious. Friendly guy doing the delivery too!

I put this order in via justeat @ 4pm as the restaurant didn’t open until 5pm & it was supposed to be delivered by 5.45pm. It was only for 2 wraps & it took them 2hrs & 15 mins from when they opened, to actually cook/deliver the items. Luckily the wraps were cooked to perfection & they had added the cheese as per my request so I can’t complain about the wraps but the chips were cold so they were just thrown away as warmed up chips don’t taste very nice. They did however throw in a can of Pepsi for free which I can’t drink but I appreciate the thought.

Rang the restaurant to see how long the food would be the lady who answered the phone was so rude and was rushing us off the phone she had an awful attitude. The food was scheduled to come between 8:50 and 9:10 it didn’t turn up til after 9:30 when we ordered at 7:50 this is a take away we always use and i definitely will not be using it again.

Delivery time was far from acceptable. Our order of 2x pizzas and chips taken over 2 hours to be delivered.

Pizza was fine but the halloumi fries weren’t, have heard good things & would get a pizza here but other places also do good pizzas so maybe not again - messing up halloumi fries isn’t great

Great food, poor delivery time. Take on too many orders to deliver in the time set. Phoned to chase up after an hour, fobbed off. Phone again after 30mins after being told 25mins… fobbed off. Ordered 6:30pm, delivered 8:44pm.
