The staff are Very friendly and wasfast service only take 10 min to get my order ready and that was best pizza i had so far 👍🍕

I have been ordering here for over 7 years now and nothing else compares to this establishment , the quality , the taste the quality service is always on point. if you have not tried the garlic bread with cheese, extra spicy beef and pepperoni then you should as it is a taste sensation and now we have the beautiful Shawarma on the menu too. The finest takeaway around you have to try it for yourselves!!!

My cousin from Peterborough visited this place and so did I, came all the way from Glasgow and I don't regret it, absolutely incredible food.

They won't take debit card payments over the phone and I was directed to their website, which was so stressful to use it left me with a permanent facial twitch and nascent alcoholism. It then turns out you must make a minimum order of sixteen pounds (far too much food for one person) to get delivery which then costs two pound fifty more. I gave up in the end. Worst of all the guy on the phone kept calling me "pal". Annoying and unprofessional. Truly awful take away.

Birthday treat for my son…slight misunderstanding about the collection time meant food was cold but we reheated at home and tasted good

Ordered a takeout tonight…. Naaan bread so dry and hard couldn’t eat it….. absolutely shocking food no wonder it arrived in 15 minutes, it was from last night!!!!!!!

Shocking service, wrong food came then argued with me over the phone, gave up in the end and ate what was sent, will defo not go back.

New Mexican garlic sauce with chicken tikka is best combination I ever had!!

Ordered food from here and I was x4 chips missing ran to driver who was still outside he rang the shop the driver gave me his phone and told i them what I ordered they said no chips on the order I said the steak out special comes with x2 chips and I ordered x2 steak out specials so that was x4 chips the man at the shop said we've sent you the chips with the order lucky for me the driver was still here and I asked him to come into the house and check for himself which he told the shop definitely no chips, so not only tried calling me liar waiting over 1 hour for my food which cost nearly £50 and still no chips very disappointed comes to mind (the driver was brilliant though tbh)

Have been using this takeaway for fifteen plus years. Until now. Ordered a takeaway this evening. After an hour, no sign of it. Rang. Told they were busy and it had just left the takeaway …. I doubt that, fobbing me off. How do I know? Ten minutes later it arrived, cold. Rang them back to really politely point this out. The Managers arrogant response. ‘You live a long way away and it’s cold outside.’ Funny as it’s never been that cold before? Fobbed off as clearly I was the last delivery on the drivers route. What irritated me more was the Managers uncaring attitude. He will loose a lot of local trade that way. Like me. Ive gone across the road to Abbies. Well done Manager.👍

Son ordered chips and cheese, garlic, cheese pizza. Food arrived stone cold. Rang takeaway back, while delivery driver was still outside my sons property. Rang takeaway to explain the food was stone cold and was for his young children, plus the pizza was the wrong pizza they ordered, the person who answered the phone at the take away laughed and put the phone down on my son. We r now contacting healthy and safety and reporting them. This is disgusting as they refused to givemoney back or resend a new order that was hot and freshly made

Worst Service I've EVER Experienced. From the inaccurate online tracking system on their website, to the EXTREMELY rude delivery driver, to the dry chicken wings my stomach is now paying for the cost of my regret of order from this place after a long day at work. Spend your money elsewhere

Chili con carne burger was vile. just Could not finish it! The rest was nice, chips and chicken strips in particular.

We normally order from here for like pizza, fried chicken and normal takeout food. However tonight we are really disappointed because my boyfriends donner meat had a really long black hair in tangled around the meat. They got our order wrong and my cheese pizza had pieces of meat in which has made me feel extremely sick as I’m a vegetarian. Will never be ordering from here again.

Not impressed when I have to walk up the alleyway at night WITH only a dressing gown on and it scares me to death leaving my toddler by the door on her own where I can't see her. Ordered a pizza which was burnt and cold as well as my drinks ordered completely forgotten. This isn't the first time either as once they delivered a kebab freezing cold with 2 tiny pieces of lamb. The manager is rude and would not recommend.

Currently waiting for a pizza that we ordered 2 hours ago. Piss take!

Our babysitter had the misfortune of ordering a pizza from here. We had returned from our night out and her pizza had still not arrived. During the course of chasing this up on the phone the delivery finally turned up hours later. I had a discussion with the manager who was not in the least bit remorseful for the terrible service. We sent the delivery back. We were told not to order from them again (like we ever would lmao). A subsequent order from Pizza Line was completed perfectly.

Sometimes the food can be really nice, and sometimes its rancid there is no pattern to it that I can make out, pot luck really. Ordering is a nightmare, they can barely speak a word of english. If the steak tastes spicy then DONT EAT IT, they cover it in spice when its going off to hide the rank taste ! Also check your burger for mold, we have had burgers with 'green bits' more than once. ! Oh one more thing, they always say it will be 45 minutes, and then arrive 5 minutes later, so don't order and then decide to take a bath while waiting....

Steak out used to be my takeaway of choice, but after a few bad meals and incorrect orders I moved to pizza line, staff are a bit grumpy. Pizza isn't great, burgers and chips a pretty decent

Horrible. The driver called to say he had been to one place and it was wrong, I told him where he was and that he needed to drive some 50ft down the lane to the next place. 20 mins later there is no sign so i text him saying just go down the lane and described my house. Another ten minutes pass with no sign so i ring him at which pont he shouts at me for 'giving him orders' he then contiunes to shout, and I mean shout, about how it's all my fault whilst I make several attempts to ask him if he'd like me to walk down the lane. Eventually he stops shouting for me to have got as far as saying 'well you should have called me and I could come out and...' he then said that he was going back to the shop and hung up. I can honestly say that I was at no point short or rude to him I was infact more helpful than I've ever had to be in a pizza dilivery. He just literally shouted at me with no good reason. I suffer quite badly from acute social aniexity and was shaking so much after he hung up I had to call my friend who then advised me to call and make a complant. So I rang and instaed of the lovely lady I had spoken to before I got him, I asked for her and he told me to 'call back in like ten mins' and I then said 'your the man thatI've just spoken to aren't you and he honesty sadi 'no that's not me' in a painfully obvious lie that was clearly obvious to both of us, I gave up and hung up. When I got out of shock I ordered another pizza from scorpio that arrived without issue and a smile.

Delivery was quick, food good, order incomplete. Phoned shop who in turn blamed the driver. Said they would send driver back, Still waiting 3 hours later.

The meat, the hash browns and the salad. Also the attitude of the staff is business like and acceptable. I like it the best in Leek.

Was absaloutely disgusted in this service i got all my food got to the house and was all falling apart my order was completely wrong and missed half the stuff out i asked for and when ringing them up to tell them they werent having it telling me that is what i ordered im sorry but everytime i order stake out online it comes out always wrong the description bit at the side is there for a reason to adjust your order obviously whats happend here they havent botherd to read it!!

This is now our take out of choice.... We find the pizzas are not too salty. The garlic stuffed crust is really worth a try.. The chicken is all always cooked to perfection.

Great food and great service. Highly recommended to anyone. The staff always go out of their way to be polite and friendly.
