When we order they normally give us loads and it's hot that's the donner meat and chips with the 3 bits of chicken and salad but the last 3 times it not cooked really well and hasn't tasted very well and the salad is like its be left out 3 days and off with the chicken from two days left overs and the chips wasn't cooked properly.

We Dropped On Pizza Line in Leek and its a great spot for takeaway. Their food really tasty, especially their pizzas. We've tried most of the menu and haven't been disappointed. Order was ready to deliver 30 mins before we got the food meaning the food was lukewarm. No options for “no sauce” so thought it came separate but the burgers were absolutely caked in sauce meaning the bread was soaked and they tasted of nothing but sauce. Milkshakes forgotten so had to return to fetch. Delivery service was fine and apologetic no fault of theirs. Was my sons birthday tea and felt it was ruined. Thanks

The food was late due to some issues that Delivery Driver had, but it wasn’t a problem. They even bought me another kebab and a free can of pop nice people. Nice kebab will definitely use again

If I could leave zero I would. Fast delivery, driver very polite but the food I wouldn't give my dog. Absolutely disgusting. We go here quite often and it's been going down hill for a while but tonight was next level. Under cooked chips, over cooked chicken. How you mess chicken and chips up is beyond me 🤢

Yet another great couple of pizzas delivered last night... Also the new menu, what an innovation, the only place I have ever seen with 4, yes 4 choices on the size of pizza... I have been using this take away for a long time now, and have always had good food and fast service...

It’s unusual to have a delivery person sent to an apartment block who can’t go upstairs! Food was ok, nothing special but quite big portions.

Food arrived late and food was freezing. Really disappointed as food is usually really good and delivery is usually fast.

Rubbish takeaway. Over an hour and a half for a burger and chips. When it came the chips were limp and soggy and the burger was barely warm. I was ravenous when it came so that’s the only reason I ate it.

Ordered chicken tikka massala each for me and my partner the tub hardly had any in and it was 100 percent out of a tin from aldi or somewhere and it cost 7 quid utter disgrace. Was not freshly cooked

Online says free garlic bread which we didn't get, wanted charge us 20p per salad item, 6quid for popcorn chicken and chips which is a child size, not value for money 1pound for a tiny amount of sweet chilli sauce

I’m a huge pizza lover. Was recommended pizza line from a family member, Ordered twice now. Absolutely loved it. I’m defo a fuzzy eater and easy to complain. These were excellent Defo be back again soon

Awful deliver services, 40 mins quoted, 60mins we call the, yeah it’s on the hot plate waiting for the driver. 80mins it arrives awful, sweaty and wet. I ring them, on yeah we are busy.. I don’t care, you said 40 mins. They say we will send again, 2 hours later it is still not here!!!!

Pizza line has improved a lot in the recent years, food before would arrive cold and late but now those problems have been fixed and is now a go to takeaway

we were a regular at the pizza line until some woman on the end of the phone was very unhelpful and very rude. I phoned up to order as I normally do rather than ordering online. I spoke full of manners but the woman on the other end of the phone was very rude and spoke to me as I had just crawled out of a gutter. why do people do a service job to deal with the public but put no effort or use their manners? there's plenty of choices in Leek. they have just lost a good spending customer. Very poor.

Just had Burgers, Pizzas and chips, best take away we've ever had. Food so tasty, fast efficient service . Who needs a McDonald's. Definately order again ❤

Just ordered from Pizza Line, i was so impressed i had to phone up to speak to the manager to say how much we enjoyed it. Really pleased, tonight's was the best we have had. Thanks so much it was great

Order placed at 7:16pm told it was on the way at 8:20pm arrived at 9pm and had to be microwaved to reheat, sorry I had to go to the garage was the excuse, called the store just got we are busy sorry!

Ordered through Foodhub twice now, they have chosen not to show both my reviews given on that app / site. I get recommended this restaurant by a few friends however they do not tend to go for Pizza which the restaurant is named for. The Pizza is very greasy and doesn't taste great, the garlic bread is very similar and doesn't have much of a garlicky taste although the curly fries are reasonably nice so all is not lost. However I will not be ordering from here again I have given them 2 chances and they have not impressed and have hidden the previous reviews I had given on Foodhub which should not be allowed.

Have used Pizza Line a few times but after Thursdays meal never again. Had to wait 25 mins at the store to collect even though we had already place the order on-line, firstly given the wrong order then our order was wrong. But the worst thing was that there were no gloves or masks being worn by the staff and the staff were handling raw meat then salad without washing their hands. Interesting that there is no food hygiene notice on display.

Lovely meal, quick service. Manerable and polite service.

Ordered mixed kebab - 2 kofte skewers and doner. Guy serving put one skewer on grill and then appeared to put what looked like a frozen one on a minute later. Didn’t fully clock it at the time or would have said something. When he was wrapping it he was waiting longer for this second kofte. Anyway eating at home later the second skewer was was still raw inside, so clearly was cooked either from frozen or part frozen in some way. It was mince so unlikely to make me ill, but if it had been chicken that could be quite different. Their can be no excuse for serving raw food, chef should know the potential dangers of doing so and make sure it does not happen. Clearly they do not think very highly of their customers if they consider this acceptable, or some urgent food safety training is required for some staff. I note another review mentions something similar. Will not return.

Ordered a Take Away last night, the nan breads were dry as if they had been warmed up from the night before, the donor meat was also dry. After eating several pieces of chicken realised it wasnt cooked in the middle and you could see blood in the middle. Called them to tell them about he take away & they replied "Next time you order we wont charge you". Wont be ordering again, darent risk it.

First takeaway was amazing but has gone down bank a bit, get tummy issues every time we have anything, don't be put off though as this could just be my gut playing up or they may have changed something that doesn't suit me. Other wise it's ok

Best takeaway in town, staff are always friendly, service is swift, food is consistently good, shame they do not take cards so you need to take cash with you.

I uses this place regularly. Food is always spot on and delivery times are accurate. I can't say more you will not be disappointed.

We have regular take out from here and it is definitely the best pizza for miles around. We even have to take this pizza to Derby for our daughters as they cannot get pizza as good as this. Brilliant staff, always pleasant and helpful.

Always use here when staying in leek and love what we get. Staff are always friendly and helpful . always go for the chicken kerbs and I live in Stockport and there's not one takeaway that can match them.
