My partner and I decided to stop here on the way home from Norfolk coast Service was poor with the waiter totally disinterested Food was overpriced and not a good experience and will certainly not use again

Very good service with welcoming staff. Help yourself salad was nice and fresh and full. The food was hot and nicely presented but the bbq chicken melt was soggy with grease and tasteless. On using the ladies toilet I found one of the three out of order , one full of poo and the other one wouldn't flush , probably why the other one was full of poo.

The service was good but the food was cold. However, apart from it being cold it was okay but it wasn’t the best. There have been beers times in there.

There’s a guy who works here who is really good at customer service, when he’s off god help you. Stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes as queue formed behind me. No member of staff said anything to any of us, not ‘sorry to keep you waiting’ ‘be with you in a minute’ no estimated wait time given. Not even a smile or acknowledgement. People continued to leave, the queue continued to grow. Eventually a woman said she’d be with us in a second, this was after 15 minutes. We were sat down but there was no pizza on the buffet and the salad hadn’t been refreshed, so various things completely empty. Seemed completely understaffed and the staff that were there were not on the ball. Because they had let the pizza empty even when they brought out one it was gone immediately.

So, firstly, and most importantly I can't fault the food. It's really good, and there is lots to choose from. But...there doesn't quite seem to be enough staff, tables take a while to get cleared and we had to query where our drinks/food were 3 or 4 times - took well over 30 minutes to get our drinks and starters from putting our order in, and we weren't the only ones waiting. the salad bar thing looks like a bit of a car crash where people use the incorrect utensils and drop things and slop in other pots and the floor, it did get cleared up eventually during our visit but only once, and it looked like it hadn't been done for hours. The staff themselves are polite and helpful, but there just isn't enough of them, which really lets down the whole experience as it isn't cheap. Wouldn't visit again for a while.

We called at Pizza Hut on our way home, after a long day on the go. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Our order was quickly taken and we were soon tucking into the Salad Bar. There was plenty of choice and the opportunity to return for more was very tempting! Our pizzas arrived in good time and were exactly what we ordered and how we wanted them. The food was excellent. Within an hour we were on our way, having paid a reasonable price for good food.

This is one of the couple of places my autistic daughter will eat. We booked a family table for her birthday but arrived at 6.30 to find that no table had been reserved for us and there was going to be a 45 min wait for food. So, they found us a table and we ordered and waited and waited and waited. We could see other people having a go at the Manager and eventually it was our turn. It's just not acceptable to wait 1 hour 45 minutes for our food. The grandparents were nearly asleep, 2 of the party were diabetic and my autistic daughter just wanted to go home and refused to eat when the pizza eventually arrived. There were plenty of delivery/collection orders going through the kitchen - probably too many. The restaurant was badly managed and next time I will just order collection and eat at home - will be far quicker.

Went for the lunch buffet and will be visiting again a greed feed for the price £8.99 unlimited salad and unlimited pizza and pasta .Salad bar a very good section all well filled fresh and gud standard , pizza bar a fantastic section 8 or so all yummy and also 2 types hot pasta

Up until covid I enjoyed going to Pizza Hut, just been to pizza hut in kings Lyn probably the first time I’ve visited in a couple of years Whilst the actual restaurant seemed clean and tidy , I can safely say the pepperoni feast pizza I had , was probably the worse culinary experience of my 55 years. I asked for sweet corn and mushrooms on the pizza as extra, I counted 18 sweetcorn kernels and 13 slices of mushroom which had been added to an 11” pizza, terrible value at an extra £3.00 on the price. The pizza had been over cooked and had very little cheese on it and on a 11” pepperoni pizza , only 12 small slices of pepperoni which amounted to 2 per pizza slice Yep I can understand companies need to make profit but surely this was taking things to far , much to far !, as they are not cheap pizzas I will never return to any Pizza Hut

Picked up our 3 pizza phone order at 16:35. Sat down with the family and opened the boxes. I didn’t think it was possible to make a mushroom pizza with half of a mushroom but Pizza Hut can. Also had onion. Did you know you can use one onion and make over 40 pizzas? Cheese was virtually nonexistent. Sauce must have been applied with a water colour brush. I had bad expectations when I ordered this and wasn’t disappointed. Order at your own peril.

Second time I’ve visited with my kids and couldn’t be happier. It was busy, staff were on the go and the standards were as good as the first time we visited when it was nearly empty. Thankyou to the manager who is always on hand and the staff who really show what customer service should be. Great food! Great service and anyone who moans about having to wait a few extra minutes should really try to work in that kind of environment. We had a small delay for the pizza but then there’s a salad bar to keep hunger at bay. We did lunchtime this time instead of an evening meal so went for the all you can eat lunch and there was a constant stream fresh pizza being supplied. When we first arrived there was a gap of no pizzas out but it was quickly replenished by multiple varieties so everyone could choose. Thanks again for a great visit.

My son wanted pizza for lunch today. So off we pop to our local pizza hut. Upon arrival we were informed there not taking cash payments. What place doesn't take the queen's currency. I've now got a very grumpy child. And I can't see anything on website stating its a cashless business either

A tad unclean, a pain having to order via your mobile phone, what if you don’t have a phone?. The supposed salad bar was non existent, cut back on a lot of the usual items. Food was on floor, tables not wiped and sanitised. Won’t be going back.

Pizza Hut kings lynn continues to disappoint. Not quite sure why I keep returning other than it’s the closest Pizza Hut to me!! Incredibly poor service 99% of the time and on this certain visit an astonishingly long wait for food!! It seems take away takes priority. We were made aware our food was only going into the oven 30 minutes after ordering!! Really rather appalling. Manager did apologise but when you wait over 45 minutes for a pizza an apology does really cut it.

Good food and speedy service. When they realised I couldnt use the automated ordering app they were quite happy to take my order manually.

Stopped off for lunch with my daughter (9yo) felt very safe & clean. manager explained ordering system which was really easy to use on my phone, food came quickly & service was great.

Considering we hadn’t booked, we weren’t sure we would get in, but we only had a half an hour wait (which we were told about when queueing so we could wander elsewhere and come back). We ordered via the website which was easy and quick and the food was delicious. The pizzas were thin and had plenty of toppings - I opted for the G.O.A.T which was incredible. We also ordered some sides- chicken bites, cheese bites and onion rings. The cheese bites with BBQ sauce were my absolute favourite part of the meal. Unlike most cheesy sides, they were more than just mozzarella and were super crisp, cheesy and delicious.The staff were very friendly and our orders came quickly. We had a lovely time.

Had a very good time visiting here. Very helpful staff and tasty tasty food!! Gluten free & Vegan options were perfect.

Been here 1 hour and still no food. Take aways seem to be the priority. 3 children getting upset as very hungry. No mention or apology as to why things take so long. Eat out to help out-do not waste your time.

Would give this terrible place minus if I could, terrible service, staff that does not have a clue, the worst Pizza Hut i have ever been to.

We had a very positive trip to Pizza Hut yesterday evening and wanted to inform everyone about it. We walked in and we got a very informal chat about what we were needed to do including going to a website to ordered the food so the chefs could cook what we wanted and collecting items like cutlery etc. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and very helpful. It was our first trip out to a restaurant since lockdown and it was fabulous, Thank you to all the team for a lovely time.

Just ordered 2 pizzas from Kings Lynn, see the difference in their photos and what you get, we did eat some of it hopeful it would taste better than it looked, the answer was no, wont be using there again.

Visiting for my annual visit as we are camping nearby. It looked busy when we arrived (i guess people were hiding from the rain) but we had a table quickly. The server was lovely, informative and polite. It wasn't quick but as it was busy, that was expected.We had one large pizza and 2 salad bowls, which was nice. Salad not as well stocked as i would have expected for a Friday evening, no bread rolls, onion bits running out, not all the salad expected, but what was there was nice and fresh.See you next year.

Went here for the first time today for the all you can eat buffet lunch.Actually it was my first time eating from Pizza Hut ever.Overall I give the restaurant an average.The GoodStaff were extremely politeRestaurant and Toilets clean Food HotNice Salad Bar and Nacho'sCheap EatThe BadNone of the Pizza's were labelled, alright you could tell which was a Margarita and which was a pepperoni, but the others, you had no idea. It was a good job that I love spicy foods as one of the pizzas was mega spicy and would have come as a bit of a shock to someone who does not like spice.None of the sauces were labelled in salad barThe Ugly.I don't know if the buffet pizzas are different to their delivery pizzas, but if they are not, then they are certainly not a good advertisement for their delivery / Normal Menu. The pepperoni pizza looked anaemic with hardly any pepperoni or cheese, If I had ordered this for delivery I would have been furious.I cannot say I was overly impressed by the Pizza bases either, to be honest, it did not taste any different to a Goodfella Pizza you could buy from Tesco and cook yourself.Pasta was awful and blandThe costs of sides is ludicrously expensive and I think charging £4 for ice cream out of machine is astronomical when this is targeted at children, no child can eat £4 worth of ice cream.Overall it is a cheap eat for an afternoon buffet lunch but I certainly would not be in a hurry to go back.

It’s long been known that Pizza Hut can be over priced but the kids wanted to go as we hadn’t been in years - We soon realised we hadn’t missed out on much. The food was nice but not worth the money but the real let down was the fact that we hardly received any service, apart from taking out order and putting it on our table. The waitress could see we had finished and we waited for about 30 mins and she just kept walking by. In the end my son just helped himself to the ice cream factory, at that point we couldn’t be bothered to order dessert anymore (not that anyone was asking us if we wanted any). I don’t believe the staff were lazy, just didn’t seem like they had time or there were not enough on to cater but we won’t be returning, when in all honesty I can buy a pizza from Tesco’s for a fraction of the price and not have to hang around for it.

Our service was so fast and friendly both our servers Maddie and Andrea were amazing and couldn’t do more for us!!

Stopped here for dinner after a long car journey home. Arrived to find the place half empty. Our waiter seemed reluctant to seat us, scanning the tables to find one whilst huffing. He then sat us at probably the only dirty table in the place - he did immediately wipe it, I'll give him that. He then left us with the menus. After waiting 20 minutes and not even a drinks order being taken, or even an enquiry as to if we were ready to order, and seeing all of the staff standing by the kitchen only to disappear- we decided to leave. Many apologies from the staff as we left but still not acceptable.

Came into Pizza Hut today me and my partner got 2 pizzas 2 sides and 2 little drinks. Well they missed the sauce on my bbq pizza, gave us no sauces and neither of us got our drinks. Not to impressed!

Food was really tasty as usual (usually I get it to take out) but this time me and my partner tried eating in. As soon as we sat down to eat the waitress come over and asked us if we was ready to order. I said we had only just been seated and she said "yeah I know" and walked off. She then waited 20 minutes to come back to our table to take our order where she was quite blunt. Our food come in good time and was delicious. The waitress who took our order when putting the large pizza down nearly hit my boyfriends son and didnt even notice. Then when clearing plates we said we will be getting the ice cream station for all three of us, again was tasty! Halfway through eating our desserts the waitress then came up to us and asked us if we want our bill... whilst we was still eating... felt like she wanted us out as soon as possible even though we wasnt finished. She gave us our bill straight away then seemed like she wanted to avoid taking actual payment for our meal even though my partner tried to grab her attention on many occasions. We ended up having to go to the bar area to settle up. The lady who we paid with was very friendly and the other lady who gave the little one a sticker was also lovely! Shame our waitress spoiled our saturday treat. So thank you to the wonderful staff at pizza hut apart from alishaT. Hopefully we wont get you as a waitress again.

If you're watching your weight you can still enjoy a pizza at Pizza Hut. They do a lovely Ham, garlic and mushroom pizza which is lower in calories than many of the others. It is really really tasty and at £9.19 it won't break the bank. Inesa was very good at her job and very professional. Thank you to all concerned.

What an experience that was. Came here with my sister and brother in-law and the service we received was a no go from the start. We got seated and waited around 10-15 minutes to be served. A waitress took our order (blondeish curly hair) she seemed completely uninterested and not bothered. Didn’t give us her name. Whilst we were waiting for our food we were then told - by a different waitress at this point, that that had no pan crusts and that they’d had a rush and sold out. There was definitely no rush at this point and why weren’t we told prior to ordering? Once the food finally came, the fries we’d ordered as a side came as a starter. Why would we order fries as a starter? The same lady that told us there were no pan crusts apologised and said she’d bring two more fries out with the mains and left us with the fries as a starter. When the mains came - with more fries, our “thin” crusts were like cardboard. My cheesy fries barely had any cheese on and weren’t hot. We didn’t eat the second portion of fries obviously as we didn’t order them as a starter. No one came back to check on us. When we’d finished eating the original waitress took our plates - didn’t ask if everything was okay. We ordered desserts and waited another 10 minutes. Then another 10 for the bill. No one was interested in us. We kept looking around waiting for someone to come over and no one was bothered. They didn’t even seem rushed off there feet. Won’t be going back. Nothing was offered to compensate our awful experience.

Visited Pizza Hut for teatime treat. The restaurant was averagely busy but not rushed. Cool greeting and slow to seat us. Then it took almost an hour for our pizza to arrive. I thought we’d been forgotten so questioned our order. Waitress was dismissive as she plonked our food in front of us. Ironically the food was almost cold when it arrived and we’d also gone off the boil. Won’t hurry back.

We visited the restaurant early evening for a meal with the family. We hadnt booked and as there were 4 adults and 3 children I had expected to wait, this wasnt the case we were seated within 10 minutes.

Had the buffet lunch here recently which was very good value. The problem was the inconsistency of the pizzas in the buffet. If you had a fresh one they were okay but somewere left there well past their best.

Having had an early start we were looking for somewhere in the area to break our journey for something to eat. We were surprised that Puzza Hut opened ay 11 so stopped here at 11.20.

We struggled to find somewhere we wanted to eat near our hotel in Kings Lynn so decided on Pizza Hut. We pre booked a table - we were seated next to the toilets... Ordered our usual - an individual pizza to share and some sides, as I can’t eat a lot of pizza here as the portions are large. Our young server seemed confused by this and read out some apparent terms and conditions to the ‘unlimited salad’.

Visited this restaurant yesterday for a family birthday meal (not my choice). As they didn't stock the drink I chose from the menu I asked for a glass of tap water, im still waiting for that!!

Great food at good prices .. Lunchtime buffet is great value. staff very helpful and friendly and as always pizza freshly cooked.. if you dont see what you want, ask and they will get one made asap

Very friendly staff the young girl who served us was lovely polite was attentive got us seated and explained the offers on Sunday and took our order was quick and very happy

Immediately impressed by the friendly and professional attitude of the young staff. Didn't have to wait long for our starters followed by exactly the right wait to have our main pizza brought to us. The food was really hot and extremely tasty....can't fault our visit at all.

It took ages for the waiter to come over to order food. Was dirty knife and forks on the table which is of putting. Pizza was nice just didn’t like how thin it was but was ok.

We visited here with our two boys whilst staying in the area, the food we ordered came promptly and tasted great. There's a good selection of food and drink at a reasonable price.

Great pizza and ribs and polite service Only criticism was that we got the impression all the time they wanted us to pay and it was a bit uncomfortable, hence no tip.

Taken the family here a few times as the younger ones like to choose it when we’re having a treat ,my young daughter wanted to go there as a birthday treat risked not booking and 6 of us just turned up complete with a birthday cake and balloons , staff were more than happy to accommodate us , couldn’t have been more helpful with arranging cake and happy birthday song which the whole restaurant joined in to much to daughters delight , food as always very good service with a smile and very good value for money , nice that a major chain still has the personal touch

Believe it or not, never attended one of this chain before but daughter and two granddaughters fancied something simple so here we came. Did not start well, we waited at the entrance for five or so minutes, saw the waitress in charge clock us and walk away so we seated ourselves. A few minutes later she came and said that our table was reserved and she must reseat us. There was no reserved sign on the table and no-one occupied it whilst we were there. At first, thought the prices a bit steep but after discovering the endless refill salad bar and drinks, actually not bad value. Only downside was that there was a lot of food spilt on the floor and no attempt to clean it up. Three adults and two tinies well fed for £50, excellent. Would have given generous tip except for waitress in charge’s rudeness.

We hadn't booked but they were happy to accommodate our large party for lunch on a Saturday. The food was good but the service was great and nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile! We had a good time and will be back soon.

Came here durning busy half term with a friend. Place was packed but they found us a table. Friendly staff but very slow service. We were warned there was a 35 min wait on food which was fine but once we’d finished our pizza it was a good half an hour before we managed to flag someone down for the bill. We do like to come here because my friend is gluten free and also vegan and they have good options for her! Will be back but maybe not in school holidays

Visited with work colleagues with limited time for lunch. We had a good experience - we all had the lunch time eat as much as you like menu . Pizzas were varies and all hot, the salad bar looked good with lots of choices. Would recommend for a quick working lunch

Ordered beer came out warm . Told the waitress she replaced it for more expensive one no offer of same price as cheaper one . She said that yhe fridge hadnt been filled up&apologies.; Manager comes out says fridge broken ?? Just been told wasnt filked . Pizza undercooked .

Booked a table for 2- upon arrival we were seated.

Every glass on the help yourself shelf was dirty and the cutlery on the tables still had food stuck to them.

We booked a table and was seated 15 mins later. We had a child with us, was not given a colouring pack, we had to ask twice for one, they forgot to deliver the drinks. For the ones of us who were having unlimited drinks/salad, we were not told to go up and help ourselves we had to ask.

After a long journey to Norfolk on a bank holiday, popped in for a bite to eat. We were seated and our order taken quickly. Salad bar well stocked and fresh. Drinks and food came with a smile and we were asked at regular intervals if there was anything we needed. If was just what we needed and really appreciated it.

We booked a table as we know it can be busy on a Saturday night. The waitress came over and took our drinks order and we were ready to order food too, so far so good. Went and got our drinks and unlimited salad bar. The salad didn't seem up to it's usual standards. Lots needed topping up, the lettuce was a bit brown on the edges but it was ok! So we sat there, for an hour!!! People around us were complaining about the wait, no one had told us there was a delay on food, just a bit of communication would have been nice. There was lots of takeaways going out so seems they get priority! When our food came out it was ok, we have had better there. My partner didn't get what he ordered, he asked for stuff crust and didn't get it, we spoke to the waitress who said it was her mistake and we obviously wouldn't be charged for it. When we had finished the manager came round and took some money off the bill because of the delay. We understand that it gets busy, would just have been nice to be told what to expect. No complaints with the staff at all and I'm sure we will be back

When you book a table for 20:30 you expected to be able to have a meal without wait and issues. Well how wrong was I.

Popped in for a quick meal . Salad bar well stocked, friendly service .. would have been a 5 but took some time for our pizza to arrive due to a large takeaway order. However was just what we needed after a busy day

As Pizza Huts goes this was a nice one to visit. The staff were very friendly and the service was really fast with no issues. Kept all of the kids happy and that means happy parents.

What can I say, nobody can argue with me that pizza is my favorite food (don't eat too often as sadly - it is not good for your figure :D) Anyways, have been eating here many times now, had takeaway too and all is lovely. Very nice pizzas, chicken wings and milkshakes :P Except last time we have been and took on the midday deal of sort of buffet pizzas, basically take as much as you like from the selection given and was slightly disappointed of the pizzas selection and the pizzas themselves wasn't very good, even said to my wife that first time I am disappointed I ate pizza! for me it's a big thing to say. Anyway, it has been first bad experience here and hopefully the last bad experience, so not counting it and say if you want a really nice pizza to get your mood up and going, eat here or take out as still same pizza quality. Oh and.. it is pricey though, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I booked a table for 5 online and left a note explaining it was for a birthday meal and that we would be bringing a cake.

Me and my girlfriend have visited this restaurant on a few occasions now, and I can safely say the service is inconsistent at best. Doesn't seem like they can handle a busy (so Friday or Saturday) service.

Service was terrible, we was shown to our table and ordered drinks, one our the drinks ordered didn’t arrive with everyone else’s, so we prompted the waitress to see what happed to it, to which she’d forgotten. This then arrived about 10 minutes later, which was when we ordered our food. The one plus point our main meals came within good time. Meals were all good, but we waited and waited for our table to be cleared. After about 25 minutes I decided to go and find a waitress and ask her to clear our table so we could order desserts. These also came fairly on time. But again our table wasn’t cleared and Again I got up and asked for our bill, this took at least 15 minutes to appear!

Not mad at the food. That was good. But the 15 mins wait in the cold “waiting” area cough cough the takeaway area. Took ages for our food to come. At this point the sticky table looked rather delish. Waiters were nice but I didn’t know who was my sever? They didn’t know either. As we slowly wasted away in the tiny booth longingly staring at our greedy neighbours scoffing there cheesey goodies.Then our sweet tater fries where forgotten at this point I didn’t care as I hooverd my stuff crust meat feast. Which choked on when they bill came to £40 with one pizza two drinks and chips and sweet taters. Nice but not bloody worth 40 smakeroonies. Had to holler for the bill as well wish I didn’t

Great personality from the young lady that served us, explained in easy detail all the options, crusts, permutations of what we could order.

Visited Pizza Hut, Kings Lynn at around 1:15pm on 18/01/18 where the lady on the door sat us down very quickly and explained the menu to us and said the name of our waitress which I can’t remember but she had a brown bob and a fringe.

Visited with my sister and Mum, we had to wait for a table which we didn’t mind having seen how busy it was. We were seated and chose the buffet. We noticed a young lad who’s name we asked for, he told us his name was Tom and he seemed to be the only member of staff who cared about customer satisfaction. We noticed he was clearing and cleaning all of the tables, with no help from other staff. He appeared happy and was very welcoming, also looked very presentable. From our perspective it looks as if other members of staff need to step up to the plate. Other than that, the buffet was average and the pizzas were not brought out particularly quickly, but would return.

Hello I love pizza here I just can’t get enough of cheese I like when i eat it all the stringy cheese goes around my mouth and I let it set and then pick it off when I get home I sometimes get funny looks but I don’t care my love for cheese is to strong and I can’t camabert leaving any ! With the left over slices I take home and I lay them beside me in bed and I put the heating on full blast so when I wake up I am covered in lovely stinky cheese and tomato purée ! All this talk of cheese is making my heart race I am now off to eat a whole tub of dairy lee! All the best . Lucy wiles

I went out for lunch with my friend to have a catch up over the weekday buffet. It's not overly expensive for the buffet and it's usually pretty good. Unfortunately this experience was less than pleasant. 15 minutes before we were seated and I'm failing to understand why when the resteraunt itself was half full at best. Then when we were seated we had to wait for the table to be cleared of the previous customers dining wares.

Here we are, another rumble in the jungle & the stomach must be fed. She’s got a hankering for pizza, specifically Hut. Now we all know the best pizza out there is an Asda pizza but for a restaurant job this is a close second. Simple order, new menu thing. The girl presented us with the main menu, the drinks menu, the special offer menu & pointed out to us there was another offer menu available. OK we get through the 4 levels of ordering but there was only one waitress, the girl that sat us was the food waitress not the one with a pen. No problem! Eventually the other pen-girl came, by this time I had salad bowls (it was pasta as there was no vegetation sadly) and drinks from the machine. We informed the girl that the machine wanted restocking as it had no flavours. It didn’t when we left either. I wanted a pizza but no BBQ sauce, it came with it on it. Girl apologised but the pizza cutter man didn’t look at the request, just the pizza cooker man. Her pizza came first, and I got the plate. Apparently, the food server girl isn’t the plate bringer girl, she was the one with the pen and had left during our meal.

Great service, seated quickly, fantastic salad, kids pizzas and ice cream deals were great but our adult pizza was undercooked,...

Family of four. It was a Saturday evening and we hadn't booked but we only had a ten minute wait. The Christmas deal was really good. We had starter, main course, salad bowl and drink for only 14.99. The pizzas were delicious, hot and fresh and tasty. We were too full for desert but they looked yummy!

Went to pizza Hut with a few friends, ended up with the wrong pizza, spoons was dirty aswel, plus a creepy kid was watching us eat, on the plus side the staff was ok

We only went here to pass time whilst our son was out having a meal with friends, we had dropped him off and didn't want to go home. There was three of us my husband and I with our 18 year old daughter. We had starters which were chicken bites, BBQ ribs and garlic bread. These were nice. For the main we ordered a large pizza for sharing, we had an Americano with chicken, on a thin crust. We had to wait quite a while for it and when it arrived it wasn't very hot at all considering it was freshly cooked. We spend a lot of money eating out usually and not normally fazed by the price but we thought that £37.00 was a lot for two soft drinks three starters and a pizza. We have been here before during the week at lunch times and had the buffet this is much nicer IMHO.

Went for a Monday lunch buffet with friends and had a lovely meal but nothing special. The buffet hasn't really changed over the years as you know. The one down fall which we experience every time is WAITING for pizza! It always seems we and everyone else were waiting for more pizza to come out. It wasn't like it was quiet. Restaurant was full but pizzas were slow. Our waitress was super friendly and welcoming. Good value for money and will always come back again. Pizza hut is a classic!

Had a nice meal was served very quickly and food was hot. However feel Pizza Hut is getting expensive for what you get.Restaurant could also do with paying attention to cleaning areas such as blinds which where covered in cob webs and dust.

Always come here. Very good food. Now and then there is going to be slow service however today, it's just been about efficient. Table service is good, friendly. However I've noticed the seating service isn't as efficient as it could be. Overall it's quite good. Would recommend, as it's a causal meal.

After an enjoyable day in the area we visited here with the grandchildren. Pizza Hut is normally a place we would choose, but alas this place lets itself down and the service is very lax. Whilst the order was taken promptly, it arrived in dribs and drabs and on no fewer than four occasions didi we have to ask staff for items we had ordered. After finishing the means we were waiting fro table clearance and to order more, we just watched as 4 staff chatted and watched the world go by without any attempt to serve customers. Just disappointed.

we had a lovely time at Pizza hut from walking in we was shown to are table straight away staff was friendly and welcoming and even had a laugh with them and the staff made us feel at home each customer was treated as a individual. so well done to all the staff at Pizza hut you certain show that you enjoy your jobs and nothing is too much trouble brilliant customer service.Restaurant was clean and tidy top marks will definitely be back when we are in the area. Food was served quick warm and fresh I can not fault your service well done from 2 happy customers.

Booked a table online but arrived to find no booking was made. Waited ages for a waitress and food took even longer. Will not be returning.

Had a couple of good pizza's and a nice starter but the restaurant was so dirty it made us feel uncomfortable. We were shown to our table and had to wipe down the chair which had several pieces of food on it. It was the end of the day fair enough but the whole floor was filthy with trodden in food, grease and drink spills. We had the limitless soft drink option and the glasses were disgustingly dirty, my partner couldn't find one glass that was clean. You produce tasty pizza's but get a grip guys and clean your restaurant!

Waiting time was very disappointing as not overly busy. Starters were forgotten to be sent out so not as fresh and hot as they should have been. The pizza was ok . Once again we had another wait this time waiting too long for our table to be cleared and to get the bill. Do not think I will be returning any time soon

The staff vary, some great at serving and very polite, others not. Shane is absolutely amazing. We come here regularly and love the food. It's starting to slack and service is slow during the evenings. Tables dirty and cutlery in pots which other grubby hands have been all over. Gabby, one of the girls who works there is also lovely and very customer friendly :)

Had a lovely lunch with my son and daughter in law and Grandsons and my mum. Unlimited salad to choose from and eat and I even tried some of the pizzas, which I really enjoyed. I shall definitely go back.

Went on a Saturday night without booking to seat 2adults and 5 children, staff were very helpful to make sure we could get a table big enough and service was A*, Gabby was very friendly and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Had a lovely family meal Thank you all, keep up the great work

We visited Pizza Hut in Kings Lynn for my daughters birthday. We was seated and orders taken quickly. Staff were friendly and efficient.Toilets were clean and tidy.Salad bar was well stocked, pizzas came quickly, were very greasy on top (practically dripping) we had to use knife and fork to eat them! They brought our cake out for my daughter and sang happy birthday to her.Overall a good visit

Very enjoyable with a understanding waitress as my children were loud and active. Good starters ( cheese bites and prawn popcorn ) very tasty, the deal 2 share for £20 was good. The stuffed crust meat feast was lovely. All in all it was a very enjoyable night.

Been a few times, nice friendly staff. Good pizza and plenty of toppings to choose from. Free salad bar. Fizzy drink machine has flavoured syrups to add to you usual choice of, tango orange or apple, 7up and Pepsi. Ice cream factory looks good but I've not tried it yet.They do an eat all you can buffet at lunch times in the week.

Lovely friendly staff, fresh hot food, excellent salad bar. We came here for a family meal and were not disappointed, the order was taken promptly and the food arrived piping hot...I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut, we will be back soon !

Came here for lunch and had the buffet, the pizza was fresh and regularly topped up, great value for money if you like pizza and salad.

Came across this particular branch while on way home to Bradford. Was dinner time so fairly lively. Staff pleasant enough. Show straight to a table and ordered the buffet. Showed where drink machine was and off we went. Bit disappointed as there were only 3 pizzas out. Had to wait a while for some more to come out but suppose to be expected at this time of day. No complaints on quality or taste. Lovely as usual. Only criticism was the people on the table next to us, 2 couples, seemed to have eaten and disappeared without paying. When we had finished and went to go pay we got presented with the bill for the escapees table and they insisted it was ours until a waitress came over and pointed out we were sat next to them. Spoilt an otherwise nice lunch. No tip left today I'm afraid. Been a customer for a lot of years. Put me off a bit I'm afraid. Never even got an apology.

Having driven 200 miles we stopped off for a bite to eat.Tables, menus, condiments all covered in grease.No toilet rolls in the ladies washroom, music blaring out.Waitress pushy, pizza awful.Restaurant was not busy but our order took ages. Once it arrived it was lukewarm, pizza base was doughy and undercooked.Terrible dining experience all round

Went with Grand Kids, having been before, visit and experience can depend on staff on duty, this was excellent on this occasion staff very attentive food good, salad bar well stocked and staff gave team effort, like the new additions to menu. Only fault Ice cream machine inop, but did not spoil as scooped available on Sunday eveningMost Enjoyable for a fast food chain experience

Love pizza hut pizza's just a shame there aren't more to choose from. Really nice staff always ready to help. And the ice cream is wonderful.

We have been twice just lately as we like Pizza Hut, and this is the closest one to us. The first time we went, we waited so long to have our dessert order taken, that we didn't end up ordering one! Both times we have had to go to the bar to pay our bill because no one approached our table. It seems like once they have taken the main order- they forget about you. The restaurant was hardly full, and we had waited ages to be served. I'm not usually picky, but one of the employees spent most of their time at one specific table, at one point pulling up a chair to sit and chat with the customers! Did not find that very professional when we had been waiting for a long time! We just left in the end. Sorry guys- won't be giving you a third chance.

Its a Pizza Hut. You know what you will get. Ours was a party of 16 {ages 2 to 88}. Everyone enjoyed the the meal, endless supply of soft drinks and Icecream which is always a winnerGood value for a party!

My husband and I visited just after 8:00pm on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was about half to three quarters full.Nobody was at the 'hostess' stand just inside the door and we waited there for five minutes before anyone even noticed us. We were seated immediately though.The waitress came over for our drink order almost straight away and asked if we knew what we wanted for our meal, we asked for a couple of minutes. We had time to read the menu, decide, change our minds, decide again, then go get drinks from the self-serve station (separately, as we didn't want to leave the table and our coats/bags unattended) AND go to the loo before she came back. We ordered a starter and their £26.99 deal. The starter came after about ten minutes - perfectly acceptable. We had that, and then both got bowls from the salad bar and ate that too. About twenty minutes later - probably a good thirty-forty minutes after the starter - we got our main meal. I suspect it was ready within ten minutes and had just sat there on the serving bar, because it was cold. Not even 'lukewarm' but stone cold. We called the waitress over and she said "oh it's not hot?" and I handed her an onion ring that felt like it had come from the fridge; she had the grace to look shocked. She took the food away and another waitress came over (possibly a manager? she didn't introduce herself) and said she could either heat up the food or we could wait about ten minutes for her to re-make everything fresh. We opted for that.Ten minutes later and we did get fresh food, the onion rings and ribs were indeed piping hot but the pizza itself and the garlic bread were just reasonably warm. Food was decent enough in itself.We got the dessert and while eating heard the table behind us complaining, not quite sure what about but we did hear them say they would just pay for their drinks and leave, the waitress was saying she would get their food for them if they wouldn't mind waiting but they refused. We saw a pizza being carried from their table so either something was wrong with the order or it too was cold.We had to go to the waitress station to pay as we waited for a good ten minutes after finishing our meal and nobody came by to take our plates or ask if we were finished. No discount was offered.Will NOT be returning.

Go here about once or twice every two months. The service is always quick and efficient, food is always good - sometimes often lacking in flavour. I would suggest they perhaps have a quiet area for couples or family as although Pizza Hut is very child themed, adults enjoy it too. Also the drinks machine does need cleaning and maintaining more. The manager Shane is always lovely to us and very helpful.

Really helpful staff, pizza was lovely. Shame they did not do sauvignon blanc by the glass but the pino was nice.
