This place is beautiful. The staff were absolutely fantastic they listen to you and if something wrong they will change it, they are very understandable and have such nice manners. Shukran(staff) served us our food and he was such a kind gentleman. The food was so perfect i had a burger with fries and the fries were juicy and the burger was filling. i went with my family and it truly is such a good place to go. i 100% will be going back. I suggested it with a few friends and they said they already went and had such a great experience too!!

Went in. Ordered Large Pepperoni Pizza seeing reasonable price 11.99 £. But after I paid I noticed on the phone I paid £ 23.99!! Pizza was rather small and overcooked. Lesson learned. Online price 11.99. shop price 23.99. :o oh, and quality of this pizza- Asda smart price does it better!

Just saw a profile of the owner on TV; he was one of the postmasters wrongly accused of wrongdoing and imprisoned. I haven't eat here yet, but I certainly will when I am next in Ramsgate, not only for the food - which sounds wonderful from most reviews - but also because I want this man and his family to be a success after all they have been through. Went tonight at 10pmish girl scratching her nose and then sticking her fingers in her ears like she was trying to remove wax or something! While on phone.. Disgusting! Then went off the phone to make pizzas! Never eat from here again!! How this shop has 5* I don't know??

Received a pizza with missing sliced, then complained, we received an argumentive response, and that the kept blaming us for being mistaken, and treated us as kids, and refused to refund us and it took explaining to show that a pizza is missing parts and then they sent a replacement, about 1-2 hours from original order, they sent the wrong pizza, since I ordered stuffed crust which was £2.99 extra, and they gave me normal crust and tried to blame me for lying and threaten to ban my account, and after some argumentive response from the dominos worker, they decided to send anothrr replacement, after about 2 and half hours, and I am still waiting, for my pizza

Avoid with caution rang up to place my order and you get a clever girl 9n the phone let alone a 2 hour wait and still no order what a pile of rubbish the takeaway is apsulty disgusting service avoid at all cost

The buzzer were we live was broken so we made sure the door was left open so they could just walk in, but they never did and when I rung up the shop and spoke to the so called manager called Ben who was no help at all, they didn’t even try the number on the account what is listed, when I asked for his full name so I can get a refund all he said was his name is Ben Ben Absolutely shocking service from this branch!!

Phoned through an order to be delivered. Payment taken, and told it would be 30minutes. After nearly 45minutes of waiting, received a call from them to inform us they don't deliver to our post code, and said they would refund the money. 5 very hungry and disappointed customers who were having a leaving celebration, which had to then be cancelled. We will not be using this branch again.

The guys that work at the shop are very friendly and very nice. but unfortunately the food is not great it is going downhill! The donna kebab meat is terrible. It has no flavour whatsoever taste like cardboard, they really need to get a different supply of Donna, kebab meat! Please please change your supplier for your meat!

Pedí un 12 ” generalmente £ 7 pero me cobraron £ 7. 99 Me cuestioné esto y me dieron instrucciones de mirar por la ventana para ver el cartel que decía ‘cualquier pizza £ 7. 99 a pesar de la lista de precios en el mostrador que indica £ 7. Tardé mi orden en llegar 2 horas. Tampoco respondían a las llamadas, así que no tenía idea de lo que estaba sucediendo. Tuve que pedir de otra pizzería, llegó a tiempo. Cuando contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente de Pizza Hut ni siquiera les importó. ¡Ni siquiera se pusieron en contacto con esta cabaña para averiguar qué pasó! No voy a pedir más de ustedes. La comunicación es basura.

We (husband and 2 teens) stopped for a drink after the solar system trail earlier this year. We were immediately told as we stepped into the terrace that they were 'very busy and none of the tables were free'. We hadn't even tried to sit at this point. It felt like he was getting excuses in early. There were no reserved signs though, and many tables appeared empty, or were awaiting clearing. He did say that we could stand at a table with one seat if we wanted though. While he is saying all of this, a couple also arrive, and with no conversation with the man go and sit at one of the empty tables with no sign of this being a problem. We left then. It was clear we weren't welcome. Maybe we weren't cool enough maybe?

Muncheese has the best pizza all round as for the aggressive driver review, you shouldnt stand behind moving cars and then lie the food was rubbish when you didnt even order silly sod. As for muncheese hit it up you wont be disappointed!
