Domino's Pizza in Fife

Dried out, waaaay over cooked, HAIRY pizza!! Ordered 3 pizzas online for delivery, arrived around 25 mins later & we opened the boxes to pizzas which were like cardboard & definite not ‘piping hot’ as they like to advertise! We were hungry & so started eating the pizzas & one of them (as it was dipped into the garlic sauce) showed us that it had a long hair embedded in it 🤮 My initial thought was that it was one of my hairs, but when I couldn’t pull it off the pizza because it was cooked into the cheese, I nearly threw up. On closer inspection there was another hair on the same pizza. Long story short, we called the store, a very unintelligent human answered, told us she would be back in touch re a refund when she got back in touch & proceeds to tell us that she couldn’t provide the store managers name as it was against GDPR regulations 😂 DELIVERY DATE; 03.07.24 at 21.30

Terrible customer service mainly by a man who is a delivery driver (Silver Renault). This man could not have been more rude if he tried. We usually enjoy dominos but will not be back at this branch due to the staff member.

Vengo spesso a saint andrews perché amo il golf e la Scozia, mi servo quasi sempre dal domino's amo la loro pizza, voglio dire che ho trovato un servizio eccellente ed un driver italiano velocissimo, gentile e molto preparato nel suo mestiere. I used to purchase batches of pizza for my School's events, and students were very happy. I am writing this review, however to praise a driver, Alexio. He usually serves my area, and in addition to being very timely, he's very nice and kind in a very special way, which goes beyond what I've seen by any other driver. He's not just kind. I was surprised at the last delivery that he took care to list all ingredients and especially allergens in my pizza, which is a great idea. So, thanks Alexio!

Tried to order at the restaurant. They only take online bookings. By the time we had ordered they had closed. Really Poor. Deserve to go bust. Shocking service.

Great pizzas and chicken wings are always on point. Quick service and can always tell the pizza dough is fresh. Keep it up 👍 p.s the online bot has some terrible but funny banter.

Ordered 1nr Margherita pizza online,was not ready when I arrived to collect it,was told needed to wait another 15 minutes as they were very busy, went back to collect the 1 pizza and was told yet again it was not ready even although it was displayed as ready on screen,absolute shambles,avoid at all costs

Had a delivery from this Dominos to where we were staying. Fast, friendly delivery, food was piping hot and order was correct on a busy evening. A vast difference from our home Dominos where our order is never without problems and we have stopped using. Will definitely use again.

The staff are supper nice and the pizza is perfect. The cheese just melts in your mouth and the tomato is perfectly seasoned.the crust is soft.

I called Dominos to order pizza to collect and was told there would be a 40-minute wait. The guy then hung up on me, so I called Pizza Express, who were polite & much speedier!

Overall a great experience. the pizza tasted great and do did all the side dishes such as the garlic bread. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go along

There's some great places to get pizzas locally. Dominos pizzas taste horrible. I didn't even get told when mine was ready, so it was mild when I was finally made aware.

2 small pizzas 1 medium £22. Totally skimped on the toppings, what a rip off. Must have seen me coming. There are other take away facilities nearby (chip shop Chinese and Indian restaurants) where you can each have 3 full meals for the same price as Domino's pizzas.l won't be back, ever.

I ordered a 2 for Tuesday deal online but the website messed up my pizza order and time applied. I received a phone call saying they were on their way, I explained I asked for it later and they were very sorry so I didn't mind. It wasn't until I got to the car I realised I had only put through 1 pizza online. I explained this to the delivery man and he called the store manager and they made me another pizza, to be delivered with no extra cost!! Amazing staff, and the driver even checked if I received the 2nd pizza okay- highly recommend!

I was staying at a St. Andrews hotel and got a Dominos delivery to the hotel. It arrived on time and was very tasty and hot.

The food is exactly what you'd expect from a Domino's, I'm not sure what else to put. It's just an average Domino's.

Okay friday night pizza night in. Ordered 2 medium pizza on a offer. Delivered within the time specified and still hot. Both pizza were good and standard fair that you come to expect from Dominoes. Overall what you expect.

Ordered a pizza @6:30pm; became 8:15pm and called them because no pizza arrived. They said it was on its way. 8:30pm still no show; called them and recieved abuse from driving claiming he rang the bell and called the house; however he did not. Not happy at all. Got no pizza. Not going back. Very disapointed.

Needing a meal for 9 or 10 folks in Balmullo, one of whom is gluten free, carryout pizza seemed a viable option. Dominoes in St. Andrews had us taken care of in no time at all. We've done this twice in the last week, and everyone loves it.

I woke up one Saturday morn to find myself rather peckish. After exploring my options in the house I decided to resort to dominos pizza. After releasing my excitement for a pizza to the very rude young man on the phone I was informed that they only deliver as far as Dunino. To my dismay that is a joke as nobody resides there. After offering to pay the extra milage costs the chap on the phone refused and called me an "oxygen thief". I was deeply offended by this comment as I am asthmatic. I will start going elsewhere for my overpriced pizza now and to the boy who slandered me I feel great pity for you because you answer the phone in a pizza shop. Game, Set, Match.

Always perfect. I order using the app. I pay using PayPal and then the app gives progress updates every step of the order. I get perfect food, delivered to my office and I don't have to speak to anyone.

After staying 3 nights at The Old Course resort and indulging in some very fine dining and amazing scenery - this little Domino's hit the spot one day for some quick pizza while walking through town.

Had 4 lovely pizzas ,pipping hot, full of toppings and tasty. Will defiantly order from again. They also deliver to local campsites!! 🍕🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am disappointed after being a loyal customer that I am no longer offered any deals available and staff just accept my order. I also mentioned, as a childminder, I can't serve uncooked cookies to kids so asked for them to be cooked properly before delivery. I was told they don't serve them cooked?????? They are always served like like. Why can't I have them well done????? Customer is always right yes?????

Never normally have takeaway pizza. My son and daughter law came to stay for a few nights. They like pizza so went first night as they were later in arriving and collected on their way. It was really good and if you bought 1 large pizza you got another free. So next night they ordered online and went and picked it up with no hassle.

Stayed in St Andrews for a few days and had a take out twice. Took advantage of the 'It is on' deal and got two large pizzas for £9.99. Great deal. Really lovely pizzas!

Esta bien para cuando estas de visita en Saint Andrews,tienes poco tiempo como en nuestro caso,y quieres saciar el hambre e irte a lo seguro.Un par de pizzas,y a funcionar.El en local no hay mesas para comer,llegas haces el pedido y te lo llevas y comes las pizzas donde te apetezca.El personal que nos hizo el pedido hizo todo lo posible por entendernos.Las pizzas muy buenas.el precio unas 8 libras por pizza.
