The guys that work at the shop are very friendly and very nice. but unfortunately the food is not great it is going downhill! The donna kebab meat is terrible. It has no flavour whatsoever taste like cardboard, they really need to get a different supply of Donna, kebab meat! Please please change your supplier for your meat!

Awesome pizza, garlic bread and fries. Our regular takeaway for several years and it’s always really good. You can order online and collect within 20 mins. Always very friendly when we collect and tend to give my son a lollipop which means he always wants to help us pick up our order.

Ordered a takeaway online. Lots of options, seemed ok. Wasn't going to be cheap, but traveling I get expenses. Over an hour I waited, rang the shop, yes he's just left, apparently. Food arrived, driver rather surly, no apology for late delivery, Open food and it's barely luke warm, it was also very expensive for the amount.

I ordered a donor kebab but also onion rings / garlic mushrooms / chicken. The food was delivered quickly and was hot and really nicely prepared / cooked.

Took so long, priorities on takeaways from drivers and forget the front facing customers. Bit of a shame really.

They delivered us the wrong Kebabs! We always order quality meats, and they delivered that cheap crap! I will be going to see the owner today to demand my money back and I will not be using them again! Well done Whitchurch Charcoal Grill!!!!

I called in for a couple of pizzas to take away. They seemed to take ages and all the time pizzas and other food were being cooked and dispatched for delivery. I'm sure it would have been quicker to stay at home and ring them. Pizzas were both pretty good. Prices fair. Next time I'll order by phone or place an order then kill some time elsewhere.

Occasionally treat myself to a kebab and have always enjoyed quality. Shame they don't do a smaller doner as the medium is bit too much and at over £6 bit pricey compared to Basingstoke. Guess it's local so expect a premium. Never tried other things off menu including their Pizzas but in the eves can get full especially when buses arrive in town

We ordered a family meal. Mixture of kebabs and pizza. All totally overcooked. Absolutely waste of money. Tasteless kebabs, and the margarita pizza was obviously mixed with some kind of chilli and gave my wife an anaphylactic shock as she is allergic to chilli! We phoned to complain and they totally dismissed us, collected the pizza and actually stood on the doorstep eating the pizza in front of us. Disgusting service. Don’t us this takeaway.

Good service, nice food and a god range. The chips were great, and childrens meals good, all in paper and card recycled packaging

Top draw kebabs and pizzas. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody. Prompt service and best dinner I have ever had ( and I have had some!)

I love charcoal grill. first off the food and staff are amazing. one night after a couple of drinks with the lads we went there to get some munch. the food there is real gold and the staff are absolute gems. I love this place and will forever be eating there after a messy night out.

Pizzas are the best. Kebab is great, the fact you can now order online and tailor make your own kebab is amazing! Best take out in Whitchurch and always friendly too.

Tried it just the once we had a kebab to take away the bread wasn’t grilled just a lump of doughy bread the meat was warm at best and a large kebab should be on the kids menu. Quite expensive for a kebab establishment have been tempted to try again but the price the food and the other local takeaways put me off

We have been coming here for over a year now, even went yesterday on my way home from work! The staff are really friendly, food is great and all freshly prepared. Perfect take away every time, we always collect so no idea what the delivery service is like but we always get a friendly greeting and have a chat with the staff. Fully reccomend.

This is a little gem located in our local town. The boys are lovely and very helpful - my daughter and her boyfriend eat there at least once a week. Its our guilty pleasure to have a kebab now and then cos its really nice. Pizzas are nice too. And if you are feeling a bit swish, they will deliver.
